2018年10月3日，是一个让我终身难忘的日子，因为这一天是我第一次参加上海2018年第十一届国际跆拳道邀请赛。

早在10月1日早上，我和爸爸就来到了上海，下午完成称重项目。10月2日上午进行了开幕式，下午就是成人和高色带的比赛。我和其他选手一起观看了实战，学习经验，为10月3日的比赛做准备。

3号这天，我早早起床，因为我参加了两个项目，所以要早点准备。吃完早餐，就和爸爸坐着来接我们选的大巴去了赛场。

上午是套路特尔，我和其他3名选手一起完成。因为事先训练了很久，所以我一点也不紧张，反而我的教练很紧张。我们顺利拿到了银牌。

下午，就是我的实战比赛。相对上午，我还是有些紧张的，怕自己拿不到好成绩。首先是一分钟预赛，我看了一下，有10个人要挣3枚奖牌，好残忍啊！我只有努力打入决赛，才有机会拿到名次。凭着我的体力和技术，我顺利地进入了决赛。最后挣前三的时候，我要和一个比我高很多的选手打，我有点小紧张，但我想，不管怎么样，都要拼全力。在打的过程中，因为一个失误，我摔倒了。由于摔到了头，我站起来的时候有点晕。这时裁判问我还能打吗？我心里想：“不能放弃，坚持下来就是胜利”。于是，我点点头说可以。

比赛结束了，我获得了铜牌。虽然没有拿到金牌，但是我还是很开心，因为我战胜了自己。

这场比赛让我明白一个道理：不管你参加怎么的比赛，输、赢并不重要。重要的是志在参与，你只要参与了，就会有想不到的收获。

接下来是薛晨琪发球，她的球很稳。韦澳蕾和她论过网发球谁也不输给谁，但各有特点，韦澳蕾的球几乎是擦网而过，落地快，让对手根本没时间接球;而薛晨琪她的球一般都是高抛，接球的位子难以掌握。她左手轻轻一提，右手从下往上一打，求救如炮弹似的轰了出去。男生一下打了过来，我跑过去一接，球又飞到了男生场地的上空，一会儿又被轻轻松松的打回来了，排球稳稳当当地扎在了两个人之间的空白地带，急得我直跺脚。

打了一个又一个球，轮到了我发球。我站在九米线的位置，心里战战磕磕，眨眼间球就飞了出去，在过网时，绊住了。男生一片欢呼，顿时，沮丧、失落的心情徘徊在我胸口。当别人顺利把球发过去时，我又有些羡慕，同时也抱怨自己为什么发不过。

It‘s spring now. It‘s not cold or hot. It‘s quite warm. Everything begins to grow. I go to the Zhongshan Park with my friend Liu Xin this moring.
