日期和星期要写在正文的左上角，其顺序多是“星期 + 月、日、年”

在书写正文时要做到：

1 )要选择当天感受最深刻、最有意义的事件来描述，不要写成简单的流水帐;

2 )日记的内容多是亲身经历和耳闻目睹的事情，所以要用第一人称来写;

3 )日记多是在当天晚上来记述当天发生过的事情，因为动词时态常使用过去时，但使用时必须灵活掌握。

如景物描写、议论某事、对话引语等要使用现在时态;

4 )日记应以时间发生的先后顺序来展开，并且要简明扼要、条理清楚、写出真实感。

这一周中，令我最难忘的事是7月2日那天的轮滑比赛。

Today and friends of foreign travel, outside air is very good, people feel

而我们的实力也不弱，两队得分数不相上下，总是拉不开，我更没有想到的是：我们只差了一分就大获全胜，可偏偏这一分就被他们获了去，可真是太遗憾了。队员们好不容易放松了些，可又碰上了这么强大的劲敌，同学么的神情又变成了原来的样子，紧张又严肃。比赛即将结束了，但是同学们直到最后也没有放弃，队员们的信心是十足的，我们的呐喊声也震耳欲聋，只可惜我们最后以一分之差落败。失败乃成功之母，人生是不可能一帆风顺的，必须要有许多失败。重要的是能从失败中找出缺点，并多加改正，就一定会成功。今天这个球赛是精彩的，更是激烈的，尽管我们输了，但我们仍然很高兴，因为我们已经拼尽全力了。
