第二场，他却占了上风，他发挥了他个头大、力气大的做点，我的连续进攻直接被他的身体硬生生挡了下来。

第三场，这是最重要的一场。我和他总结前两场的得分，我八分，他四分，我足足赢了他四分。可是他有一次出脚，不知为何，两脚直接撞到了我的小腿。我的小腿原先就有伤，此时被撞，小腿像被无数根针扎在那儿。再望望他，他就像一头老虎一样，正盯着我，似乎正准备把我吃掉。教练开始问我：“还坚持得了吗？如果不行就跟我说，或举手。”我犹豫了一会儿，心中十分矛盾：如果我和他再发生碰撞，那不就是以卵击石吗？万一我的小腿又被打到了，那该如何是好？怎么办呢？最后我决定再坚持一会儿，又继续开始比赛。他像一只猛虎一样向我猛烈攻击，我不断躲避。最后小腿疼痛难忍，我举起了手，向教练示意。我觉得自己根本没有多大可能坚持下去，所以认输了。

下场后，我看见他也累得一屁股坐在地上，像一滩烂泥瘫软在地上。我十分后悔，为什么不去挑战呢？如果我尝试着去挑战他，我就有可能成为最后的胜利者。因为我比他多四分，我尽可能地去格挡，那他就不会得到太多的分。即使我无力抵抗他时，我也可以慢慢跟他周旋，我不断后退，退到界线，马上向前冲，转一个地方，他就得不到分了，我就有可能会战胜他。更何况比赛时间快要结束了，为什么我不挑战一下他、挑战一下自己的极限呢？人遇到困难时，往往不是输给了对手，而是输给了没有挑战自己的勇气。

二、日记的格式

英文日记通常由书端和正文两个部分组成。日记常以第一人称记下当天生活中的所见、所闻、所做或所想的事情。中、英文的日记三格式大致一样。英语日记的书端是专门写日记的日期、星期和天气的。左上角是日期(年、月、日)、星期。右上角写上当天的天气情况，如：Sunny，Fine，Rainy，Windy，Snowy，Cloudy等。

1、日期表达有多种形式。年、月、日都写时，通常以月、日、年为顺序，月份可以缩写，日和年用逗号隔开。例如：

三、日记的要求

日记的正文是日记的主要部分，写在星期和日期的正下方，可以顶格写，也可以内缩3至5个字母的空间。由于记载的内容通常已经发生，谓语动词多用一般过去时。但也可根据具体情况，用其它时态。如：记叙天气、描写景色，为了描写生动，可以使用现在时，以表现当时的情景。再如文后发表感想或评论可用现在时态或将来时态。记日记力求简单明了，有连贯性。若有文字提示，则应重视提示，把握要点。在句式上尽量使用简单句，以防繁杂，造成语法、句型错误。

四、日记的类型和训练

而效率的高低评价，要在结果成功的基础上。如果是一部烧脑电影，看完后你也许根本不知所云。如果是重要的事情要用手机联系，或许会因为打错字、消息发错人显得你不靠谱从而错过某些机会。而零食的味道你又是否真的体会到了？几件事情同时做，每件事情都只花了几分之一的心思，每件事得到的也只有几分之一。谈何效率？

记流水账也有好处啊。初中时我的日记都是以“今天我……”开头，然后就是一些流水账。慢慢地你会在一些小事情上也能发表一些看法了。譬如你今天在菜里吃到一条虫，你大可以进行谩骂，然后在这个场景里你或许会看到旁边的好友，他的反应是怎样的？你对他的反应有什么看法么？他今天和你一起做了什么有趣的事情？然后再展开下一个场景。

写日记能让你在一个时间段内沉下心来。只要你有欲望，你就想得到，想得到结果，你就得经历过程，要经历过程，你就要对欲做之事有一个清晰的认识。

你要是暂且还不“知”，写日记来记录你的“行”，别人的“行”，慢慢地参考对照，你就自然会“知”。

在你已经“知”了一些道理的基础上，写日记可以帮助你对一个事物做出检视，考虑每个环节，哪里有问题，哪里需要改 进，促进你对“行”做出修正，直至你得到结果。结果的好坏，你也可以在日记中进行衡量。也许在经历之后，你会对“好”与“坏”重新审视一遍，说不定还会发现“灰”。

万老师又让“幸存者”们开始了复赛，那几个同学拿起魔方，昂首挺胸地走上比赛场地——讲台，并把魔方递给身后的打乱者。“幸存者”一个个都蓄势待发，等待着打乱者手中的魔方。过了一会儿，打乱者把魔方给了他们，这时一个个小小的魔方似乎有了生命，灵活的转动着自己的身体，就在这一刹那，第一轮失败的同学个个都目瞪口呆，因为有人已经成功地复原了六面!看到这里，其余的“幸存者”们都变成了一只只大老虎一样，魔方却成为了他们的猎物，后来，这些老虎们一个接一个的抓住了猎物??比赛，也就此落下了帷幕。

这一次的“魔方达人比赛”特别好，因为它既锻炼了我们大脑的智商，又锻炼了我们手指的灵活度，所以，我是很期待下一届“魔方达人比赛”的。我一定会好好地学习魔方技巧，争取在下一次的“魔方达人比赛”中轻松夺冠!

这可真是一次难以忘怀的魔方比赛。

Tomorrow is Christmas day, today is Christmas Eve.

We began to dress up the Christmas tree at night, have a lot of gift

packages, and a snowman, and bells and so on, it’s beautiful. We had a Christmas

party at home. A party with my host, and performances. My sister and me a lot of

toys are blouses sit, waiting for the host performance report shows. Sister and

I together singing, dancing, poems and mother singing performance, dad would

August 7,2014 Friday Today, I did housework for grandmother. She is not

very healthy and I decide to do housework for her more frequently. And she will
