Born as a boy with natural defects, Gump eventually accomplished plenty of achievements which we ordinary people can not approach. To our surprise, he eventually graduated from college, got a military medal, became one of the best pingpong players around America and even owned a huge shrimp company. To tell the truth, I can not help but shed tears several times when I watch the moving scene where Gump rushed into dangerous forest again and again to save his battle companions. What great selfless devotion Gump showed us! Unfortunately, Bubble, one of the best friends of Gump died in the battle field, which left a great grief to Gum. While, after retiring from military service, Gum kept his promise and purchased a big shrimp ship in order to finish Bubble’ dream. Meanwhile, he also provided financial support to Bubble’ family. First Lieutenant Dan, a staunch soldier, who lost his two legs in Viet Nam , abandoned himself in the abyss of despair. Nevertheless, Gump still supported him and finally help him make peace with God. Gump told us that genuine friendship needs nothing but love and sincerity.

My Feelings after reading Wuthering Heights

Wuthering Heights is a well-written tragedy of love. After reading the whole story, I would like to talk about the main characters of the story—Catherine Earnshaw and Heathcliff. Catherine Earnshaw and Heathcliff love each other very much, but they do not have the right attitude towards love, which leads to the tragedy.

In Catherine’s life, she made a very foolish decision---marrying to Edgar. In fact, her love for Edgar can never be compared to that for Heathcliff. She did so, because she thought the wealth of Edgar would be useful to Heathcliff. But in reality, it did not work. She did not have a good understanding of love, which is something pure and saint. If anyone add any purpose into love, love itself lost its meaning. Catherine’s wrong decision hurt two people who love her, and even destroyed the happiness of their offspring.

Heathcliff is a man full of retaliation. He loved Catherine very much, but what he did, on the contrary, added to the misery of Catherine. In my opinion, if he really loved Catherine, he should not walk into Catherine’s life again after his disappearance. Further more, after the death of Catherine, what Heathcliff did brought agony to Catherine’s daughter, as well as his own son.

After reading, I have a better understanding of love. If you love really someone, his or her happiness is the thing that most matters.

《呼啸山庄》是一部写得很好的爱情悲剧。读完整个故事,我想谈谈故事的主人公——凯瑟琳和希斯克利夫。凯瑟琳和希斯克利夫非常相爱,但他们没有采取正确的态度对待爱情,从而导致悲剧。

在凯瑟琳的生命中,她作了一个非常愚蠢的决定——和埃德加结婚。事实上,她给埃德加的爱永远不可能与给希斯克利夫的相比。她这样做,是因为她认为埃德加的财富会对希斯克利夫有用。但实际上,它没有用。她不懂得爱情,爱情是圣洁的。如果有人给爱情添加任何目的,爱情本身就失去了意义。凯瑟琳的错误决定伤害了两个爱她的人,甚至破坏了他们的后代的幸福。

This book is not my type of reading for only romantic books could draw my attention successfully. Then I came into a conclusion that it is the friendship and familyship fascinated me.

To the world you are one person, but to the person who loves you, you are the world. Amir was Hassan’s world. Amir’s name had been the first word Hassan spoke. Hassan threatened brutal Assef for the sake of Amir. Hassan never failed to run the kite to please Amir. Hassan sacrificed himself for Amir’s house. These are more than a friend would do. Only those who loves you so much could challenge himself to do what Hassan did to Amir.To Hassan, Amir was not only a mere friend but a brother. He loved Amir more than anything else. Even after Amir betrayed him, he still told his son proudly“Agan Amir is my best friend”.Maybe for Hassan “for you, a thousand times over” has another meaning, which is not just kite running for Amir but he will do anything for Amir.

If Hassan could be described as an angel, then Amir was just a person. I did hate Amir for he watched Hassan be raped and did nothing, for he made Hassan leave his born-place, for he aimed Hassan with fruit(even though he actually tried to make himself get punished). Amir didn’t deserve what Hassan did to him. I thought his meanness caused Hassan’s tragedy. But after I finished the book, I realized it is not Hassan’s tragedy, it is Amir’s. For what he had done to Hassan, he had led a live with regret and suffered endless sleepless nights. His going back to Afghanistan is not only a journey physically but a journey to atonement. Hassan’s son, his nephew saved, Amir’s sin was finally washed. Like the life of circle, Amir ran kite for his miserable nephew.As Hassan did to him, he said “for you , a thousand times over” to Sohrab.Though the book doesn’t give us an accurate ending whether Sohrab came into life again. I am sure love can cure everything. Only when Sohrab lives a happy life as Hassan hoped can Amir’s sin washed up.

The friendship between Hassan and Amir moved me. I believe All the people who read it is going to be touched just as I am. This book does make me think the good and the bad ,what’s wrong and what’s right, the cruelty of war . Few books can exert an influence on people nowadays, this book sure does.

再次翻开姚xx老师的这本《小学英语情趣课堂教学》时，说心里话真的是很痛苦，像是下了很大的决心。过了两个月的无拘束、无压力的生活之后，发现静下心来做一件事很难，尤其是读书。因为是王老师给我们下了死任务，只好硬着头皮去读。事实证明：有压力才会有动力。这句话说的一点儿也不假。我重点研读了本书的第六章。本章节向我们展示了一些优秀的情趣英语课堂教学设计与课例，精心的教学设计，精彩的教学预设，无不体现了编写教师的独具匠心。设计中体现了人文主义，从教学目标到教学过程，都很巧妙地将传统的“要我学”转换成了“我要学”。

第一部分以北京师范大学新版小学英语教材四年级下册第十单元 Mc’s stre 6个课时的教学内容为例，展开基于情趣教学思想想的教学设计。阅读的过程中，可以看出编写教师非常细心，把课堂上的每个细节都处理的很到位，包括课堂的一些预设，生成。这一单元是一个阅读课，一提到英语阅读，我的脑海中就是bring, difficult。纵观这六课时的教学设计，教师借助插图、对话，并通过肢体语言、声音、多媒体资源、设置有效情境，挖掘文本固有的情趣，给予学生适时的语言支持和铺垫，帮助学生理解语言，理解故事。一步步地帮助学生把握技巧，培养他们的阅读能力。成功地把阅读变成悦读，使它真正地变成一种乐趣。在今后的阅读课上，我会尽力效仿，使它变得不枯燥。

第二部分是姚老师本人执教的展示课例。就像姚老师所说“情趣教学着眼于对学生学习兴趣的诱导”。在教学设计上，教师立足于激发学生的学习情趣，并通过多媒体资源，为学生呈现多个自然又生动的教学情境。另外，姚老师的板书设计给了我耳目一新的视觉体验，能够立足于文本内容的同时，重难点突出，也符合中年级学生的认知特点。

读罢此书，心中感慨万千，作为教师，很佩服姚老师的那份执着，以及对教学认真的工作态度。相比之下,我是差太多了。在教学设计上，我也要有所创新：

1.导入部分需要为所学内容做铺垫，不能华而不实。

2.适当地体现小组合作的魅力，锻炼学生的语言运用能力。根据学生的能力，在适当时机把主动权交给学生，充分关注学生的主体意识，激发学生主动参与的热情。

3.注重教学设计的整体性，连贯性。

《小王子》，听到这个名字，或许很多人会以为这是一本给孩子看的书吧！

几乎看过《小王子》这本书的人应该都知道书中的一幅插图，那看起来像一顶“帽子”，实际上是蟒蛇吞大象。书中小王子住在只比他大一点点的星球上——B612号小行星，小王子的生命就像现在的普通人一样，每天重复着同样的事情。

直到有一天，一朵玫瑰花出现在了小王子的生命中，“这朵敏感而虚荣的花儿开始折磨小王子”，虽然书上说是折磨，但我觉得玫瑰花和小王子其实都是爱着对方的，只不过当时的玫瑰花和小王子都不懂得怎么去爱罢了。导致最终小王子离开了玫瑰花。

小王子为了找到合适的职业，开始拜访第325、326、327、328、329和330号小行星。书中小王子先后遇见了国王、虚荣的人、爱喝酒的人、做生意的人、掌灯的人和地理学家，这几个角色都各有各的荒唐，但他们的相同点都是过于在意外在的东西，而失去了内心的快乐。小王子在拜访过这6个人后的反应都是：“大人真是奇怪啊。”

小王子要拜访的最后一个星球是地球，书中第四章就写出了地球成人世界的荒唐：“大人热爱数字。”这句话是指随着金钱的出现，有太多人把自身的快乐建立在金钱上，认为赚到更多钱，他们的人生就会变得快乐，就会变得有价值。

书中小王子遇到了狐狸，小王子听了狐狸的话，走进了玫瑰花园，就像一些现代人一样，突然觉得生活是毫无意义的——小王子园以为在B612号小行星上的那朵玫瑰花，是宇宙中唯一的一朵。后来经过狐狸的点拨后，他恍然大悟，对花园里的玫瑰花说：“你们很美丽，但也很空虚，不会有人为你们死去。当然，寻常的路人会认为我的玫瑰花和你们差不多。但她比你们全部加起来还重要，因为我给她浇过水。因为我给她盖过玻璃罩。因为我给她挡过风。因为我为她消灭过毛毛虫。因为我倾听过她的抱怨和吹嘘，甚至有时候也倾听她的沉默。因为她是我的玫瑰。”

一草一木都能牵动着孩子们的心，因为他们拥有童真，他们看到的世界是彩色的，我们都拥有能释放内心童真的神奇的力量。我所期待的童真，是保持最纯真的自己，在被世界打磨过后，仍然能够回到自己的小小世界。

在浩渺的宇宙中有一个B612小行星，小王子和他深爱的玫瑰共同生活在阿谁遥远的星球;但是再好的伴侣也会有小摩擦，有一天小王子受不了玫瑰的虚荣离开了B612小行星来到了地球。在地球上小王子遇到了一只孤单的狐狸，那只狐狸要求小王子驯服了他，他以为这样小王子就会永远跟他在一起，可是当有一天小王子走进一个玫瑰园，狐狸发现本来在小王子的心中一直有一支玫瑰，对于小王子来说狐狸一直不是他的“并世无双”。狐狸有些失落但是还是决定罢休，于是他告诉小王子：“你的玫瑰和她们都纷歧样，因为你对她付出了时间;”然后狐狸又告诉小王子：“你要对你驯服的一切负责。”小王子意识到本身是深爱玫瑰的，所以他急切的想要回到玫瑰的身边，却最终没能实现这个愿望，为了回去他惨死在了沙漠之中。

这就是《小王子》这本书的大致内容，小王子最终死在了沙漠并没有和玫瑰过上幸福的生活，可就是这样一个忧伤的童话却让我深深的爱上了小王子;他天真纯洁，为了回到所爱的人身边付出了生命在所不吝。

而我，我的“玫瑰”就是我的妈妈，我和我的“玫瑰”互相深爱着对方，离不开相互，但有时候又恶语相向，那被刺得千疮百孔的心好痛好痛;妈妈说终有一天我会长大离她而去，看着妈妈泪眼迷离，我发誓本身必然不要学小王子。虽然有争吵，有误会，但是我坚信我和妈妈对对方的爱超越世界上最高的山峰珠穆朗玛峰，所以我要和我的“玫瑰”永远生死相依，不离不弃。

Actually when I first read the pilgrim"s progress I am not interested in it，even feel boring, and the result is I want to give up halfway. Why，because I don"t have experience of the Christian in this book. He encountered many difficulties, but I have not experienced, so I am not interested in it when I readied it.

As time goes by I read it more and more, and I began to feel deeply the process of Christian struggling against difficulties. Then I find all sorts of experience of protagonist Christian is the mirror of most of ordinary people.

The difficulties he met，also is that we met. His failure was also that we had been through. And each time he regained faith, which also brought us a great joy and hope, because we also are the people who have pursuit and ideal.

From the knowledge level to see，The pilgrim"s progress is the most vitality predictions. This work is to write a virtual world, but it is the reality of the world in essence. This can make us more aware of the complexity behind the real world.

This work mainly displayed that human losing himself needed redemption, and only can be saved through confessing their iniquity and believing God. Reading this book, what make me feel touched and shock is that Christian faithfully began his difficult lonely journey for the beliefs in his heart. Published in 1847, WUTHERING HEIGHTS was not well received by the reading public, many of whom condemned it as sordid, vulgar, and unnatural--and author Emily Bronte went to her grave in 1848 believing that her only novel was a failure. It was not until 1850, when WUTHERING HEIGHTS received a second printing with an introduction by Emilys sister Charlotte, that it attracted a wide readership. And from that point the reputation of the book has never looked back. Today it is widely recognized as one of the great novels of English literature.

Even so, WUTHERING HEIGHTS continues to divide readers. It is not a pretty love story; rather, it is swirling tale of largely unlikeable people caught up in obsessive love that turns to dark madness. It is cruel, violent, dark and brooding, and many people find it extremely unpleasant. And yet--it possesses a grandeur of language and design, a sense of tremendous pity and great loss that sets it apart from virtually every other novel written.

The novel is told in the form of an extended flashback. After a visit to his strange landlord, a newcomer to the area desires to know the history of the family--which he receives from Nelly Deans, a servant who introduces us to the Earnshaw family who once resided in the house known as Wuthering Heights. It was once a cheerful place, but Old Earnshaw adopted a "Gipsy" child who he named Heathcliff. And Catherine, daughter of the house, found in him the perfect companion: wild, rude, and as proud and cruel as she. But although Catherine loves him, even recognizes him as her soulmate, she cannot lower herself to marry so far below her social station. She instead marries another, and in so doing sets in motion an obsession that will destroy them all.

WUTHERING HEIGHTS is a bit difficult to "get into;" the opening chapters are so dark in their portrait of the end result of this obsessive love that they are somewhat off-putting. But they feed into the flow of the work in a remarkable way, setting the stage for one of the most remarkable structures in all of literature, a story that circles upon itself in a series of repetitions as it plays out across two generations. Catherine and Heathcliff are equally remarkable, both vicious and cruel, and yet never able to shed their impossible love no matter how brutally one may wound the other.

As the novel coils further into alcoholism, seduction, and one of the most elaborately imagined plans of revenge it gathers into a ghostly tone: Heathcliff, driven to madness by a woman who is not there but who seems reflected in every part of his world--dragging her corpse from the grave, hearing her calling to him from the moors, escalating his brutality not for the sake of brutality but so that her memory will never fade, so that she may never leave his mind until death itself. Yes, this is madness, insanity, and there is no peace this side of the grave or even beyond.

It is a stunning novel, frightening, inexorable, unsettling, filled with unbridled passion that makes one cringe. Even if you do not like it, you should read it at least once--and those who do like it will return to it again and again.
