各位市民：

地球是我们的家，同时也是我们的母亲。地球慷慨的提供我们各种资源，而我们却还不顾后果的去破坏她。正如《只有一个地球》那篇文章所说的，我们不能再指望破坏了地球移居到别的星球上去。地球如果灭亡了，那么降临到地球上的命运终究也会降临到人类身上!所以我们亡羊补牢，为时不晚，保护我们的地球，爱护环境，我建议大家做到如下几点：

1、珍惜现在的每一口空气，我们要多植树造林，树林不仅能呼出新鲜空气，还能净化空气。要制止乱砍滥伐的行为，要少破坏大自然。

2、不要滥用各种资源，如，煤、矿、木、水……如果这些资源被无止境的开采，必定会形成各种资源的枯竭，当人们没有资源时，我们就无法生存了。

3、水是生命的源泉，但是它又实在太少了。虽然表面看起来地球上大面积都被水覆盖，可是能用的却不到十分之一，许多城市严重缺水，所以，我们要节约用水。

亲爱的同学们：

如今，地球环境已亮起红灯，世界每年的排放量达6亿多吨……估计到下个世纪中，地球表面有三分之一的土地沙漠化，威胁着60多个国家……看见这一组组令人触目惊心的数字，你是否感到保护环境的重要性呢?因此，我提出以下建议：

一、节约用水

1、洗手打肥皂或涂洗手液时，不要打开水龙头。

二、节约用电

Too many cars have created a lot of serious problems in our world. Besides congestion, accidents and fast fuel consumption, cars are responsible for a good part of air pollution in big cities. All the time, they are pumping huge amounts of waste gases into the atmosphere. These gases are very harmful, causing disease and even death.

One possible solution is to design and develop clean cars and clean fuels. In Shanghai, some of the public buses begin to run on natural gas, which does not give off as much carbon dioxide as the petrol. But it may take decades for the new models of clean cars completely replace the traditional ones. 2009年年底的气候大会中“低碳生活”是个新概念，提出的却是世界可持续发展的老问题，它反映了人类因气候变化而对未来产生的担忧，世界对此问题的共识日益增多。

低碳城市目前已成为世界各地的共同追求，很多国际大都市以建设发展低碳城市为荣，关注和重视在经济发展过程中的代价最小化以及人与自然和谐相处、人性的舒缓包容。

所谓低碳生活，是指生活作息时所耗用能量要减少，从而减低碳，特别是二氧化碳的排放。低碳生活，对于我们普通人来说，是一种态度，而不是能力，我们应该积极提倡并去实践“低碳”生活，注意节电、节油、节水、节气，从点滴做起。

平时勤动手动脑，让旧物换新颜，也可以实现“低碳”。一般家庭都有很多废弃的盒子，如肥皂盒、牙膏盒、奶盒等，其实稍加裁剪，就可以轻松将它们废物利用，比如制作成储物盒，可以在里面放茶叶包、化妆品之类的物品;还可以利用方便面盒、罐头瓶、酸奶瓶制作一盏漂亮的台灯。

在家中，和爸爸妈妈一起种了几盆花，这样既改善了空气，又让家中变得春意盎然，永远都是绿色的。

如果短时间内不用计算机，就将它转为睡眠模式。如果长时间内不用计算机，就将它关机。这样既省电又维护了你的电脑。

回到家后不需要把所有灯都照明，在哪个房间就开哪个房间的灯，离开房间后要关闭房间的灯。

少用纸巾，改用手帕，相当于保护了半片原本将被砍掉的森林。

尽量少用一次性筷子，出门用餐时自己随身带一套餐具，这样既卫生，又不浪费。

定期清洗空调，不仅为了健康，还可以省电。

如果堵车的队伍太长，还是先熄了火，等车队开始移动再开火吧!

考虑到坐公交为世界环境做的贡献，至少可以抵消一部分开私家车带来的优越感。

用废的电池不能和其他垃圾共同放在一个垃圾箱里，要把它们专门放进“废旧电池垃圾箱”中。

让我们从身边的点点滴滴做起，为低碳生活做贡献。
