各位家长同志：

上午好!很高兴今天能和大家坐在一起。我是高一•(7)班的班主任兼语文教师，我叫张琦。

首先，我代表高一•(7)班的全体任课教师对你们的到来再次表示热烈的欢迎，转达学校领导对你们的深深地谢意，感谢你们为孩子选择了在孙疃中学就读，感谢你们在百忙之中抽出宝贵时间不辞劳苦地赶来参加我们的家长会。这是出自各位一片殷切的爱子之情、爱女之情，同时也是对学校教育工作的大力支持。对孩子来说只要自己的家长愿意来参加会议，对他们就是骄傲就是幸福。召开这次家长会的目的是为了加强老师与家长之间的联系，相互交流一下学生在校及在家的情况，以便老师能够及时调整工作，提高教育教学质量，同时促使家长也能够积极参与到学生的教育管理中来。总之一句话，就是“一切为了学生”。这是我们教育的一个根本出发点。我希望同时也相信，从这个出发点出发，我们的家长会一定能够达到预期的效果，取得圆满的成功!

本打算把我们班的任课教师都介绍给各位家长但由于有的老师同时教几个班，所以不能一一列席，望各位家长见谅。

今天的会议有三项议程，一是请孙疃中学教导处赵主任就高一年级整体情况向大家作汇报。二是有我就这一阶段班级情况向大家作一个汇报，并针对班级存在的一些问题和近阶段学生生理、心理特点，谈谈家庭教育的方法及其重要性，希望得到各位家长的理解、配合和支持。三是请各位家长与班主任结合学生实际，就自己感兴趣的话题进行自由交流。

一、 班级基本情况与班级管理：

我们班共有82名同学,其中男同学有55人,女同学有27人;住宿生一共 人,其中男同学有 人住宿,女同学有 人住宿。

作为学生的语文教师兼班主任，我和他们已经共同度过了四个多月的时光，四个多月来，每一个学生在我们的心中都留着深深的印象：你们的孩子在孙疃中学生活学习的各方面取得的优异成绩，是我们孙疃中学的光荣，更是你们家长的骄傲。学生在四个多月的学习中取得了许多优异的成绩，众所周知，本学年是高中学习生活的奠基年。高考升学又是社会各界特别是家长们比较关注的热点。基于这一点，从一开学，我们所有的任课老师在学校领导的参与商讨中达成共识，要心往一处想、劲往一处使，争取让每一个孩子都顺利的考入理想的大学。经过这四个多月的努力，我们高一•(7)班的各项工作都取得了优异的成绩，

在良好的纪律的保证下我们班级教育教学秩序井然，同学之间、师生之间关系融洽，学生生活、学习等各方面都在不断进步。应该说，我们班的老师工作严谨，作风正派，态度认真，他们精心设计每一堂课，仔细批改每一次作业，耐心解答每一个问题，期中考试的成绩、多次比赛获得的荣誉、每次学校检查之后的评价都是最好的证明。在一种关爱、宽容的环境中，在一种教学相长的氛围里，老师的悉心教育，家长的正确引导，使我们班基本形成了一个有凝聚力，有战斗力的班集体。同学们越来越喜欢自己的班、喜欢自己的老师。今天我可以自豪的说：在学校组织的两次考试中，

我们班的总评分一直位居年级第一名。学生在成绩进步的同时，其它各方面的能力也有了较大的提高。学生为班级争光、为集体争光的荣誉感增强。但两次考试也反映了一些问题，一是部分同学对知识的掌握不够扎实;二是不把学习当回事，马马虎虎;三是有一部分同学成绩下滑的比较快;其中最突出的问题就是偏科严重,这些都要引起重视，希望家长给予积极的配合。有些同学在学习上没有表现出很强烈的进取心，大都抱着得过且过的心态，学得很轻松，成绩也就不是很拔尖。不过有一点我深信，我们班的每一位同学都有深厚的潜力，入学以来 等同学的大幅度进步就是证明。这些都是我们共同努力的结果。

作为班主任，我坚信：没有教育不好的学生。我的指导思想是：一切以提高学生的整体素质为出发点，不求一时一刻的荣誉，不求华而不实的虚名，只求学生的成绩和能力能有一点一滴的提高。在学习方面，我从不以成绩论英雄，而是着眼于学生自身的发展，着眼于学生的努力程度。每次考试前后，我都会找学生谈心，了解他们的心理状态，减轻他们的心理压力，做学生的知心朋友，让学生学得轻松，学得愉快。因为我知道：班级管理的对象是学生，而学生是有情感有思想的人。在工作中，我深深的感到我们的学生思维活跃，知识面广，有个性、有主见。他们接受教育不是被动的，而是有选择的。因此，在班级管中我尊重他们的意愿，尊重他们的人格，把他们当作实实在在的“人”。我常想，没有制度谈不上管理，但同时又必须考虑到学生对制度的接受程度，应该看到，只有学生愿意接受且愿意服从的制度才会发挥良好的作用。根据这个思想，我班的各项制度都是经班委会讨论，全体同学表决才能通过，这就消解了学生对管理的抵触情绪，大大地提高了我们班教育管理的实效。另外，我根据自己和班级学生特点，在处理一些违纪现象时，我一般采取较温和的态度。为了更好的和学生交流，我打算今后让每个学生都准备了一个小结本。记录自己的好的表现，不好的方面，如何改进，和老师要说的话，等等，学生们有心理话可以和老师交流。有的话和父母不愿说的，都写在本里和我倾诉。另外。他们自己分析自己的错误，比老师的说教更容易让学生们接受，相信教育的效果会更好。 当然，我们的班级也存在着这样那样的一些问题，有些问题的解决还需要各位家长的支持与配合

首先是一些学生良好的学习习惯还没有形成。个别学生，每次考试成绩都不太理想，实际上就是学习习惯差了一点，在校的表现如：早读到班级后不能立即抓紧时间早读，上课思路不能跟着老师走，发言不够积极，听讲效率不高，课后作业没有真正弄明白，甚至于有抄袭作业的现象。自习又不能科学高效的安排学习时间，加之自学意识不强，只会完成老师布置的作业，然后无事可干，。从表面上看，这似乎是学生的学习态度问题，但我认为，这是学习习惯、学习方法问题。在小学是老师教我怎么做我就怎么做，很少有自己的主张和想法，进入中学以后，学习难度加大了，作业量增多了，可供自己支配的时间也宽裕了，但学习方法还改变不了。在中学，学生应该有学习的主动性，可以预习老师没讲过的内容，也可以复习老师已经讲过的知识。所以求知欲强的同学，成绩会越来越好，或者有明显进步;而懒惰、怕吃苦的同学，想把成绩搞好就难了。我总有一个美好的愿望，想让同学们配合老师学会自主学习，引导学生学会听课、学会思考问题，不要完全依靠老师，特别是成绩崭时落后的同学这点尤为重要。靠教师补，想有出色表现，难!因为很多知识要靠学生自己去消化、领悟，最后达到触类旁通。所以我提倡同学们勤思、勤问 。当然，学习的过程从来就不是一帆风顺，会遇到许多困难和波折，作为学校，作为班主任，作为课任老师，我们有义务帮助学生克服学习中的困难，有针对性的帮助学生真正学会自主学习。如有的学生需要意志，有的需要耐力，有的需要情绪，有的需要方法，有的需要细心。尽管现在还存着这这样或那样的问题，但我们会一直朝这个方向努力。

学校教育的形式是群体性的，一个老师至少要负责几十个学生的教育教学工作，所以学校不可能象父母那样有足够的时间和精力，把教育的对象，集中在一个学生身上，从教育的全过程来看，无论是在教育的时间和精力上，还是在教育的对象和情感上，家庭教育始终占有特殊的优势地位，其潜在能力是巨大的，有这样一种现象：孩子在同样的年龄段里，同时走进同一所学校，在同样的班级里学习，授课的时间是相同的，教育的环境是一致的，然而接受教育的效果却截然不同，这种分化的原因，并不在于学校教育质量，而在于家庭教育的配合上。有这样一个比喻，老师好比医生，父母好比护士，医生开药后，护士的护理就显得尤为重要。学校教育永远离不开正确的家庭教育，假如没有良好、正确、合理的家庭教育相配合，再好的教师、再好的学校也不可能产生好的教育效果。家庭教育的失败，往往导致学校教育事倍功半。为此，我们必须在以下几个方面形成共识。

一、要掌握孩子特点，有的放矢的进行教育，他们精力充沛，好奇心强，但自己的愿望与实际能力有着很大的距离，他们总认为自己不是孩子了，总想摆脱老师和家长的束缚，有事不太愿意与父母及老师交流，情感脆弱，做事莽撞，不记后果，冲动和好奇是他们的最大特征。这时，父母一定要细心观察，悉心引导。在教育上更应讲究方式方法，态度不能粗暴，语言不能过激。家长要尽量抽时间与孩子们在一起，与孩子沟通，学会平等地与孩子一起看待他们成长中遇到的问题。平时要和孩子多交流，询问学习情况，不能等成绩出来了，问题出来了才想到去关心孩子。关注孩子的心理问题，关注青春期的早恋问题。独生子女容易以自我为中心，事实上光靠老师教育还是软弱的，家长更应关注。在教育孩子的时候要把握好尺度。特别是纠正孩子的关键性缺点时一定要考虑成熟，选择最佳地点和时机。

二、要全面而准确地估计自己的孩子。这种评估不能过高，也不可过低，过高和过低都会导致家庭施教的不准确。错误和不准确的估计会影响孩子的学习成绩和学习情绪。有的家长在没有全面摸清孩子智力水平的情况下，单凭某一学科或某一单元的学习成绩就盲目断定孩子“不行”，还有的家长过高估计自己孩子的智力水平。农村有句古话叫“庄稼看人家的好，孩子看自已的好”，在自己的孩子很小的时候，怎么看都觉得很聪慧的，但到上学后，一比较就看到了差距，再到中学阶段就心灰意冷，这就是对孩子智力估计不准确造成的。作为智力好些的孩子的父母，一定要看到“人外有人，天外有天”。

三、要正确看待孩子的分数。时代变化了，人才的标准也在变化，分数不能决定一切，高分未必高能，只有素质综合、全面发展，有较强的适应能力和创新能力的学生才能适应未来社会的竞争和挑战。爱因斯坦初中未能毕业、爱迪生小学被称为笨蛋，他们却成为对人类贡献卓著的科学家、发明家;比尔。盖茨哈佛大学未毕业却能成为世界首富，因此我们应树立新的人才观。您的孩子学习成绩好，并不意味着思想好、能力高，您的孩子暂时学习成绩落后，并不意味着思想差、能力低。不能认为分数就是一切，考试分数高，要引导孩子不要自满，山外有山，人外有人;考试分数不理想，应该心平气和地与老师、孩子一起研究存在的问题。既要与同学比，更要与自己比，比较前后几次考试，看是否退步，原因是什么。比较各科之间的成绩，看哪科是弱项，多花些时间补上。

四、要多给孩子一点信心，做孩子成长的强有力的后盾。由于孩子的个体差异，免不了成绩有好有坏，孩子由于不肯学习，导致成绩差，我们就应该适当的批评，如果孩子很尽力了，成绩却不怎么理想，我们更应该给他信心，而不是一味的给他泼冷水，这样反而会使他对学习产生反感的情绪。我们应特别要尊重孩子，孩子们这样写道：“如果我考试成绩不理想，爸妈肯定会阴沉着脸，这对我的自尊心杀伤力是100%”。“我最不能容忍的是父母对我藐视的态度，那时侯我就想对他们说，你们有没有考虑过我的自尊心?你们以为我不想考好吗”“我惧怕考试，怕回家看到爸爸失望冷酷的脸”，多听听孩子的心声，不要一味地去斥责孩子，帮助他们分析存在的问题，寻找对策，那样孩子才不至于产生逆反心理，才愿意和你交流。面对行为习惯差的孩子，家长不应该一味的责备，更不应该放弃。要多鼓励，给他们以自信，培养他们积极乐观的人生态度，善于发现他们的长处，耐心地引导孩子正确地看待自己的不足，共同制订计划帮助他们改正缺点

五、要教育学生遵守纪律。家有家法，校有校规，班级也有班级的纪律，这些规定和纪律，是同学们提高成绩的保证，学生只有好好的遵守这些纪律，才能够形成一个良好的班级，才能够全面提高自己的水平。我们要让学生明白：一个懂得规矩，并且自觉的遵守规矩的人，才能够时刻按照规矩办事，才能够使自己进步。风筝要想飞得高，必须由底下的线牵引着，假如没有了这根束缚它的线，风筝只能掉在地上。人也是这样，不要幻想什么绝对的自由，绝对的自由带来的是绝对的放纵，是绝对没有什么好结果的。假如哪个学生在遵守纪律方面做得不好，不仅仅是对自己的一种伤害，对于那些刻苦学习，一心求学的学生来说也是一种伤害，对于班级体也是一种伤害，对其他同学也是不公平的这是我们不愿意看到的，也是绝对不允许的。教育孩子在学校服从老师管教，尊敬老师、不顶撞老师，我们的老师无论是教学教育上还是在做人上都可称得上一流的，因此应相信老师的教育方式和教育水平，相信老师做的一切都是为了孩子。

教育孩子遇事多做自我批评。在孩子和其他同学发生口角或矛盾时，述说自己受到的委屈时，先让孩子从自身找原因，不要总是帮孩子说话，不然会纵容孩子的缺点。受到老师批评时，要让孩子分析：班主任和老师为什么批评你，是老师找自己你的茬吗?自己有哪些不对的地方?任何时候严格要求都对学生有利，老师的批评教育是对孩子负责，表扬是爱，批评更是一种爱。孩子毕竟是孩子，孩子说的话有时并不一定是真实可信的，要相信老师的话，并请家长能主动与班主任和任课老师交流，了解真实情况，相信很多误解通过沟通是完全可以消除的，这样更有利于孩子的成长。

六、要与老师坦诚相待，保持一致，形成教育的合力。在现代社会里，家长必须依靠学校让孩子接受系统的知识学习，在这一点上，家长无法取代学校教育。另一方面，学校只能承担起教育孩子的一部分，家长如果把教育责任全推给老师，是一种失职。尤其是品德教育、习惯养成、性格培养等重要教育任务，更需要家长与教师的合作，才能完成。当然相当多的家长都很重视家庭与学校的教育合力。在这种情况下，我认为家长与老师要坦诚相待，相互交流、相互包容。作为家长，要正确对待教师的不足，人无完人，教师的教育水平有高有低，出现失误和不足在所难免。家长应与老师沟通解决分歧和看法，一定要维护教师在孩子心目中的威信，不能在孩子面前议论老师的不足和短处，更不能贬低老师，坚定地站在学校老师一边，同样老师也会维持家长的形象，那样教育才能形成合力。孩子还小，一旦老师在他们心目中失去了应有的地位，那么连同这门功课，他们也会拒绝学习，这样的话，孩子的损失就大了。作为老师，也要充分理解家长望子成龙、望女成凤的迫切心情，全身心的投入到工作中来，教好书，育好人，叫学生满意，让家长放心。常听有些家长说：我的孩子小学时成绩和行为习惯都很好，怎么到你们学校就变了?这反映了家长对孩子的了解缺少客观全面，年龄环境都在变化，中学和小学有很大的不同，孩子在成长中会出现新的问题，是正常的，我们要正视他，只要我们相互理解互相支持，就一定会收到好的效果。

七、不娇惯孩子、学会对孩子说不

以色列有句名言：再富不能富孩子。让孩子吃苦，培养孩子艰苦朴素对孩子成长是有利的。给孩子的钱要控制，并问孩子是怎么花的。

八、教孩子做人处事的原则方法和技巧

1. 不在同学间、师生间传播一些制造矛盾不利团结的话，更不能传无根据、添枝加叶的话，让孩子做一个光明正大、诚实的人。

2. 胸怀大度、心胸宽广，小事不要放在心上，告诉孩子一个斤斤计较，小鸡肚肠的人是成就不了大事的。

3. 遇事要冷静，多做自我批评，互谅互让，不要意气用事，盲目冲动，干出傻事。

各位家长，尽管在教育孩子上我们付出了很多心血和汗水，尽了最大的努力，也取得了很多成绩，但我们的工作肯定也存在不少问题，离家长对优质教育的要求还有距离，我们一定虚心听取各位家长合理的意见和建议，百尺竿头，更进一步，力争把工作做的更好。

各位家长，“十年树木，百年树人”，让我们相互理解、相互配合，携起手来，为了孩子美好的明天，努力吧。

I seem to recall best a journey we made by tram one winter night.

We were going to visit my Granny at Westoe, and I was very excited, because an evening excursion was something quite unheard of for me. It had been raining; the gas lamps lit the gleaming pavements and cobbles with a doubled radiance. The shaking tram wires were sending down showers of white raindrops. Everything in the ram seemed fresh and glittering. The breezy windows sparkled with long zigzags of rain and the passing street lamp flared gorgeously through the panels of blue and yellow and ruby glass. Outside, it was cold and windy, and we could feel the gale buffeting against the side of the tram, making it sway and lurch ore than usual, and throwing the passengers of song, and the fresh, clean, cold sea-wind was blowing right through the upper deck. Above, a high half-moon seemed to be skidding along on its back through piles of black, white-lined rags. It was a wild night, with a sense of magic in the offing. It was the first day of our summer holiday. All of us were very happy. Why? Because we have one months to do things we love to do. We are free.Although we have some homework. I went to summer camp on vacation. On the first day, we went to a beautiful beach. It was a sunny and hot day, so we went swimming. The water was warm and we had great fun. Then the next day, we went to the mountains. There were many trees and I really enjoyed them. On the last day, we had a great party. We sang and danced happily. One morning every week ago, he came to me and asked if he may well be of help. Actually I were worrying about my processthis semester for days since I hadnt got any English courses yet! Still i used to be totally caught off guard by Aeros offer althoughhe had almethodsbeen kind. i assumed it was my very own business and that it had never occurred to me ny other personwould offerto assist with my selecting the courses. So I declined his kindness. The very next day, im goingt a cough and that it later turned out to be a four-day topfever. In those days, i used to be extremely weak and lay in bed all day hard and longly had any strength even to eat. I lost the facility to manage the prospective vacancies of the English courses ever since im goingt a topfever. i began to regret declining Aeros offer. only at that moment, Aero called,asking about my fitnessand told me to have an even rest, saying that he would shoulder the responsibility of choosing my English courses for me. Now im scripting this newsletter because the housework of this writing course and that id love to re emphasize that this is all as a result of my friends attemptthat ive finally made it.

i used to be really grateful to him when he known asand staleered to assist and that its hard to exactmy gratitude with words. I had a happy day off last Sunday.It was sunny all day.

In the morning, I helped my mother do housework. After that,I washed the car with my father.And I babysitted my sister.

In the afternoon,we went out for lunch.We ate the BeiJing Duck ,It was very delicious. After lunch , we went to the aquarium.First,we visited the VisitorsCenter and watched a movie about sharks.Then,we went to the Outdoor Pool,we saw a bid octopus.We also saw mang kinds of fishes,but I liked the seals best.Because they were very cute.We took lots of photos there. 三、学生答题情况分析

1 、单项填空：单项选择题分两部分，A部分为单词辨音，主要考查字母u 、i,字母组合ea、ear 、ow 在单词中的读音,学生失分主要在第1、3题。B部分为单项选择，考查的知识点多，覆盖面广，有一定的难度。但老师课堂都有讲到，可从学生做题情况来看，此题失分较多，从中可以看出学生对基础题掌握不够扎实，知识掌握还不到位。失分最多的主要集中在第 14(考查kind of 和 a kind of的区别)15、(考查spend，pay和take的区别),16(考查 It is +adj. + do…的句型)，17、(考查have fun doing sth.结构)，20题( 考查多个修饰词的顺序结构)

2、完形填空题的难度不大，既有考查语法知识，还要考查学生的分析理解能力。(1)班此题得分较高，2班级的学生得分较低。此题第23、28、29题丢分最多。由此看出学生的语法知识掌握不够牢靠。

3、阅读理解分ABC篇，C篇为任务读写型。AB篇所选的阅读文章主要考查学生对阅读材料的分析理解能力、推理判断和概括归纳能力。阅读理解难度适中，1班的得分率较高。学生已经掌握一定的阅读技巧。2班的有些学生由于对学习不感兴趣，这类的学生都是胡乱选题。此题失分较多的主要在32、36、40、题。此三题主要考查学生对文章的推理判断和归纳的能力。学生对文章的概括归纳能力还有待加强训练。C篇丢分较为严重，得分率很低，也有得满分的，但人数不多。在这方面学生有待于提高。

4、 情景交际主要考查学生综合运用语言的能力。所选材料贴近学生的生活实际，考查题目基本都可以通过上下文语境完成，相对比较容易，得分较高。

5、词汇主要考查常用单词，两个班的学生在词汇题上失分较高，主要存在几点：⑴不会拼写单词;⑵时态的错误;⑶词的词的正确形式。

6、写作

写作分AB篇;A篇小作文的要求是介绍人物的，浅显易懂，学生有话可说。写自己印象最深刻的人，这题材学生练过的，也是都是学生在日常生活中经常用到的，说到的语言，学生组织起来不难。所用的句型、单词都是学生学过的，且都是重点内容。在日常教学中，是老师反复强调的内容。因此，本题得分率还可以;而B篇 书面表达。 从试卷得分情况看，学生对于写作部分的词汇用法掌握不到位。对于动词的第三人称单数的概念不清，时态运用正确，大部分学生基础知识掌握得不好，张冠李戴的现象比较突出，个别学生不注意审题。⑵班好些学生空白不写。有些学生甚至抄阅读理解的短文内容。

四、具体改进措施

1、钻研新教材，夯实英语基础。在练习时，很多学生“一看就会，一做就错”，这种现象比较普遍，失误原因是对于常见用语掌握的熟练程度还不够。其根本原因就在于基础不牢，只有扎扎实实从基础做起，才能最终达到“一看就会，一做就对”。

2、加强英语课外阅读。英语知识的获得与能力的提高是在不断的听、说、读、写的训练过程中逐步形成的，而教材和课堂所能提供的训练还是比较有限的，因此，要加强理解语篇的能力训练，增强英语语感。

3、规范训练，改进学习方法。要善于分析学生，找出学生的薄弱环节，合理安排好教材知识梳理、专项训练和应试技巧指导。

4、加强听力训练。冰冻三尺非一日之寒，听力理解能力的提高不是一朝一夕能改变的，而是长期的不间断训练的结果，因此要保证每天让学生至少听力训练10分钟。
