我一边拿起扫把，一边走进我的房间，我照着妈妈的样子开始打扫卫生，可是发现，我根本就不会打扫，心想：“这下可怎么办呢?只管硬着头皮做吧，谁叫我吹牛皮了呢。”认真回忆了当时妈妈所有的动作，才知道自己哪里做错了，原来是我太自以为是，忽略了技巧，只顾打扫，当然不行。就这样，自己静下心来，认认真真地去做，不一会儿房间就干干净净了。我自豪地对妈妈说：“看，我没有吹牛吧，我做到了。”其实心里却有点不好意思。妈妈笑眯眯地对我说：“儿子长大了，可以帮妈妈分担家务了，妈妈很欣慰。”我高兴地说：“妈妈，以后我会经常帮您的。”

从这件简单的小事中，让我明白了，不管做什么事情都应该脚踏实地去做。在家里，我们应该帮父母去做我们力所能及的事，锻炼我们的独立生活能力，将来要为国家做出我们的贡献!

俗话说“一日之计在于晨，一年之计在于春”。作为小学生的我们，应该好好利用早晨的时间去阅读。

今天是周六，不用上学，终于可以有更多的时间看我的漫画书了。没想到妈妈大清早推开我房门，要我起床读英语，读好词好句。当时，我正全心全意地看着我的漫画书，心里有一丝丝不愿意。但是没有办法，妈妈的命令不敢违抗。

每天，我很怕妈妈抽我英语，跟我进行简单的英语对话。因为上课的时候不太认真，有一个口语没有学好。“What’syourname?”妈妈每次问我，我都哑口无言，答不出来。我就特别紧张，怕挨骂。那些不会拼读的，妈妈总是会不厌其烦地带我读，可是我还是记不住。我几次都把妈妈惹生气了，于是她就罚我抄，我一边抄一边读，慢慢就记住了。再当妈妈不经意间抽查我，我都可以用英语说出来了。

今天我特别高兴，终于把星期五学的英语学会了，妈妈也表扬了我。
