1、走路时不要把手插在衣服口袋里，否则跌倒时极易造成伤害

2、上下楼梯或台阶时要格外小心，最好扶着扶手或其他固定物

3、在湿滑结冰的路面上不要追逐打闹，否则极易造成伤害事故

4、走路速度不要太快，脚底要踩实踩稳，切勿穿硬塑光底鞋，最好穿上宽松、保暖、防滑的棉鞋，切忌提重物。

5、步行出门的家长和小朋友：尽量选择穿防滑的鞋子;小步走比大步走防滑效果好;慢慢走比快步走防滑效果好;走有纹路的盲道比走平滑的普通路面防滑效果好;踩在松软的雪上比走在已经被压实了的"雪壳"上防滑效果好。

6、开车出行的家长们：建议使用防滑链条;降低一点胎压 ;保持很远的车距 ;已经结冰的坡路面不行驶!

(三)让孩子学会有条理的生活。假期内，要防止孩子生活上的无规律，如晚睡晚起、贪吃贪睡、迷恋电视等等，要同孩子一起制定合理的假期生活安排表，对作息、学习、运动、娱乐等都做出明确而又合理的安排。

(四)培养孩子的感恩心，养成勤俭节约的好习惯。反对铺张浪费和乱花钱，把压岁钱节省起来，用在得当、有意义的地方，走亲访友时教育孩子注意文明礼仪。

(五)教育孩子自觉遵守社会公德，强化安全意识。假期学生安全家长负全责，凡因家长监护不力发生意外事故，学校无任何责任。

(1)教育孩子不到危险的地方去玩，不玩危险的物品，不独自外出，不到河滩滑冰和上山烧荒玩火取乐。不随便触摸电器设备，注意防火、防煤气中毒，用电安全。

(2)提醒孩子出行时注意交通安全，自觉遵守交通规则、法规，不在公路上玩耍或追逐打闹，不搭乘无牌证和超载车辆。过马路时应走人行横道，禁止攀爬护栏，以防止交通事故的发生。

(3)教育孩子增强自我保护意识，提高防范能力、自救能力和辨别是非的能力，防止受骗上当，防止盗窃偷抢，防止出现拐骗事件。

humble opinions of the learning environment in our school.

Although we’re enjoying the modernized buildings equipped with advanced

computers sufficient lights and well-installed desks and chairs we do find it

有的家长孩子在这所学校六年，就在家庭教育的道路上走六年。有的家长走得用心，走得谦虚，走得扎实，所以收获大。记得为了培养家庭规则意识，我倡议家长制定《家规》不断调整，开家庭会议，写年终家庭总结。我是每年都要带全家人要写年终总结的。自己存在问题，努力的方向。我经常会给我的丈夫，孩子写信。带着家庭的成员进步是做母亲的责任。

我倡导做《家庭行为评价表》对孩子的作业计时，有的家长践行的很好，坚持就会出现奇迹。孩子的时间观念，效率意识，刻在脑海里。

我的工作是追求高效的。为了更有效的推动家庭教育，我建议家长组织班级读书会。只听一次讲座，或者在微信上的碎片化的阅读，还是不够的，而书乃良药，可以医愚。我建议大家先做读者，只有自己开始阅读，孩子才跟着阅读。尤其是阅读经典。系列化的深入阅读。不时浅层的浏览。浏览适合于信息。但是，对于经典的作品，要反复阅读，深入阅读，然后实践，转化成自己的生活智慧。

我们要培养孩子的心性。习惯可以变成一种人格。让读好书也变成我们的习惯。管住自己的言行，做孩子的榜样。

培养孩子的教养。礼在家中最容易培养，而培养有礼仪的孩子，最大的获益者就是家长。

所以家长要明白，做家庭教育不是完成学校老师的任务，是自己的事，做的不好，孩子的全部就回馈给自己。最终，自己承受。

老师只是一阵子，一个阶段。把所有教育的希望寄托到老师身上的家长，首先就失去了家庭教育的主动权，就落后了一步。

Hello!

I am an ordinary student in the school, I have lived in the school for more

than five years, our school is a beautiful big garden, is the teachers,

classmates common home. Here, I can smell the fresh air every day, I feel happy

for I can study in such an environment. However, I found that some students are

destroying our "home". Look at the plastic bags of bread "dancing" in the

hallway. However, none of the students passing by will pick it up. In order to

provide a better environment for the school, I would like to make the following

suggestions:

1. Tell the students about environmental protection with the red scarf

broadcast and publicity column.

2. Set up an environmental protection team and invite students to

We all want the future to be better than the past. But the future can go

better itself. Don’t cry because it is over, smile because it happened. From the
