大家好!感谢您长期以来对我教学工作的大力支持和帮助,也感谢学校给了我们这次机会,以这种形式谈谈三年级的英语学习。

我一直认为,英语学习有两点基本理念:

第一、没有捷径。唯有练习练习再练习,反复反复再反复,坚持坚持再坚持,才能提高听、说、读、写、译五项技能。当然了,在此过程中,我们可以运用科学的记忆方法提高学习效率,用有趣的游戏、歌谣、电影培养学习兴趣,用我们爱和智慧帮助孩子更快乐更健康的学习。

第二、与智商无关。只有勤奋的人才能学好英语,不爱张嘴的,不爱动脑的等等那些懒惰的人是学不好的。

有了这两点理念指导,再看我们的英语学习,会更加心中有数。本期是孩子们小学英语学习的第5个学期,孩子们已经有了一定的英语知识和学习能力,英语学习习惯已经基本形成,并且对英语这一门语言也具备了一定的语感,认读能力也不断地加强,90%以上的学生能够正确地认读书上的单词和句子,背诵书上的对话。这些可喜的进步我们都有目共睹,真让人感到欣慰。在课堂教学上,继上学期加重写单词和字母的训练外,我们还要求学生能够背单词,能够写句子,甚至会写小作文。现综合分析学生近段学习情况,将问题总结如下:

一、作业书写及质量

学生从一年级开始接触字母,二年级开始进行字母、书写练习,三年级要求学生能在四线格上书写单词句子,做到大小写、笔顺、词距、标点和格式正确,初步养成良好的书写习惯。

我们总结出英语书写中存在的主要问题:

(一)书写习惯没有养成

孩子好动,注意力不集中,自控力差,在英语作业中,书写任务虽然算不上重,然而,在书写时,还是有不少同学定不下心来,无法专心致志地书写,在这种情况下,学生是很难写好字的,这些不良的书写习惯都影响了写字的质量。

(二)书写方法掌握不正确

1.书写不规范

字母书写是英语书写中最基本元素。部分学生字母书写超格或没满格,东倒西歪的现象;单词书写参差不齐;句子书写更是存在标点、大小写、粘连问题。

2.字母笔顺、笔画不清

在日常教学中发现几个典型的字母还是经常出现笔顺、笔画错误。例如:字母d E F H M N t U __ Yy都极易出现笔画错误。

3.书写体与印刷体混淆

书写体与印刷体混淆产生的错误较高。例如:字母i j k l 。

二、单词记得不牢两级分化

学生们在一年级刚刚开始接触英语时,几乎每个学生都对其有浓厚的兴趣,可是随着时间的推移、年龄的增长、年级的增高或者是其它的一些原因,比如说:到了三年级,卷面上至少有三十分的单词拼写以及句子的书写,这无疑要求学生要花费一定的时间去记背单词和句子,但是学生自觉学习的能力比较差,需要老师的提醒家长的督促,可是至少有四分之一的家长从意识上根本就不重视,导致的结果就是部分学生由于对旧知巩固较少,成绩越考越差,渐渐失去学习兴趣,从而,变成了学困生,这样班级里就逐渐形成了两极分化,对于好的学生来说,老师一点就会,他们已经体会到了学习的真正乐趣,感受到了成功带来的成就感,充满了自,进入到学习的良性循环中。而对于那些学困生来说,基础本来就差,旧知识掌握不牢固,又要学习新的内容,他们根本没办法理解、掌握。每堂课容量大,知识点多,不断积累,不断滚动,如此反复,他们只会越来越差,学习成绩不好,学生自然没兴趣学英语。在学生那么小的时候就失去对学习的兴趣,这是何等可怕……或许他们的将来有很多种可能,但是,没有知识武装头脑,未来的路不好走。

其实要学好英语,课上占40%,其余的60%还需要学生在课后不断的巩固,加深记忆。在课上老师更多的是教授新知识,当然课上也会有少量的时间巩固新学的知识。但是这些时间是公共的时间,而不是每个学生私有的时间,所以不可能照顾到每个学生,不可能让所有学生都达到相同的程度。况且每个学生对新知识的接受能力都是不同的,有的可能当堂就已经有很深的印象,很难忘记,但这肯定是很少的。大部分学生都只能是初步接触了新知识,要真正接受新知识还要学生在课后多下功夫,不然肯定会和别的同学拉下差距。

我们课本词汇表一的单词要求学生能听写,词汇表三的单词也要求学生尽量记住。当天的单词要求学生回家背诵并让家长给其听写。当天教,当晚背,效果要比过几天补好得多。并要注意不断重复记忆,天天记,天天练。这样课堂上听写的时候,学生就有底气,听写正确率高,也是一次小小得成功体验。久而久之,不仅打好了词汇基础,也培养了好习惯。希望家长多加以关注。

三、坚持听读,注意单词的读音,培养良好的语音语调。

综合家长反映,学生在听读的时候,容易犯以下错误:

1.不张嘴。

2.不指读,甚至眼睛不盯着单词句子。

3.只听磁带模仿大概,个别单词错音吞音严重。

4.不理解汉意,不知所读为何物。

5.浮躁,完成作业偷工减料。

小学阶段,尤其是中低年级,培养听说能力是一项非常重要的任务。而听录音,听录音跟读,是培养听说能力最重要、最有效的途径。因为录音磁带所提供的语言是标准地道的英语,是学生学习的样本,搞好这一环节的教学,对于培养学生正确的语音、语调和语感,培养学生正确的模仿能力和表达能力,都起到了非常重要的作用。为此,家长一定要配合学校来要求孩子,要创造条件让孩子多听,多听纯正的录音,听几遍、听清楚了以后,跟着说,看着单词和句子说。听完之后,学生必须花较多的时间张开自己的嘴巴,把所听的能大声的发出来,也就是说也要多读,大声读英语,并不是只听就能练好口语的。

请各位家长对号入座,跟老师一起纠正孩子不好的听读习惯。建议可与孩子一起做个天天听读表格,奖罚结合。

四、语法的要求提高

在学习一种外语时,如果不了解该语言的内部规则,那将影响学生准确地运用该语言进行交流。许多专家认为,即使在小学阶段,孩子也需要一些语法知识帮助他们牢固地、正确地掌握语言。随着年级的增高,课本中涉及越来越多的语法知识,因此建议平时的学习过程中多归纳,多比较,建立正确的感性认识,便于今后系统的学习。平时的教学中,我也会注重此方面的渗透。

家长们:

屈指算一算,自己执教也有好些年了,虽说时间不算太长但也不短,给我感触颇深的不是“好生”而是“差生”。现在我就来谈谈这些在同学、老师眼里所谓的“差生”。

平时我们口中提到的“好生”与“差生”是指的是他们的成绩好坏,而并非是指他们的人品。在和差生接触的过程中,你会发现他们的智商、情商都相当高,相反学习好的孩子,他们的情商不一定有他们高,他们比成绩好的孩子更善解人意,这也许是周围人对他们的不公平,使得他们比学习好的孩子要善解人意吧。

在教学过程中,“差生”是各个任课老师最头疼的问题,因为我们国家的应试教育永远是以学生的成绩来衡量老师的教学水平,虽说不公平,但几千年沿袭下来的科考制度,怎么可能说废除就岂能废除的,因此,学生也就成了最大的受害者。特别是成绩差的学生便是应试教育的牺牲品。

其实,差生并不是天生就不爱学习,他们身上也并不是从娘胎出来时身上就被刻有一“差”字,他们的“差”多数是由于后天造成的,也就是说他们的“差”与他们的成长的环境有关。

“差生”和学习好的孩子一样,一丝不挂地呱呱来到人世间,一样的从幼儿园开始接受学前教育,包括怎样与小朋友相处、一些生活习惯,如饭前便后要洗手等等,在这个阶段每个孩子都处于快乐和无忧无虑之中,他们的模仿能力常常让他们的家长为之感到骄傲。此时的家长也处在幸福之中,对孩子也充满了希望。

当孩子开始进入小学后,随着课程的难度逐渐加深,孩子之间的成绩开始有了明显的差别。“差生”的家长开始出现失落感,气急败坏开始打骂孩子,有时夫妻之间为了孩子相互埋怨对方不管孩子学习,甚至为了孩子成绩相互伤害对方,其实,这都是不可取的。

有句古话:近朱者赤,近墨者黑。不也说明了环境对人的成长非常重要。为什么现在要对服役的人及其家属实行人性化教育,要改善服役人家属的生存环境,不也是通过环境来改变人的理念吗?

孩子在小学成绩就拖泥带水,到了初中,随课程难度系数的增加,孩子的成绩就更加每况愈下,一天不如一天。老师在班上又经常表扬成绩好的孩子,无形之中对差生的自尊心是一种伤害,再加上家长的不正确对待及周围人的歧视,造成他们对周围一切都存有戒心,严重的还会造成他们心灵的扭曲,有的还会采取自暴自弃,甚至和社会上的闲杂人员混在一起,参与打架、斗殴,最后葬送了自己的人生,真可谓,可悲、可叹!

“好”是每个正常人都想追求的目标,差生也不例外。在我们每个人迈出人生的第一步,一定会有一个人守护在我们旁边。学习如同走路,孩子从一张白纸到满腹经文不仅需要老师的帮助更需要家长的帮助,孩子的学习习惯都是从小学阶段养成的,父母细心的,他们就能很快发现并纠正孩子的不良的学习习惯,粗心或不负责任的父母就不能立即发现并给予正确的引导,久而久之,孩子的不良学习习惯就慢慢养成了,同时学习上的债台越垒越高,慢慢他们也就变成了人们眼中的差生。

为了不让悲剧从演,做父母的,你们该少打几把牌,少垒几圈长城,为你们的孩子大多想想吧,不要以为给他们生命,你们的使命就完成了,相反这种不负责任的态度,给他们的只能是深深的伤害。

亲爱的家长朋友们:

时光飞逝,转眼我们那个牙牙学语、蹒跚学步的宝贝进入了小学;随着他们一天天长大,告别童年,步入中学;忽然间他们就到了初三。第一次,他们将自己面对人生的选择;第一次,他们要自己决定未来的路。

步入初三,孩子们有些兴奋,兴奋于自己终于成了初中部的老大,坐到了教学楼的顶端;同时他们又有些茫然,接踵而来的学习任务让他们手足无措,不知从何下手;他们还有些惶恐,害怕自己不够努力,害怕自己不能实现自己的梦想。

面对孩子们的一系列问题,我们该怎样去帮助他们呢?我想可以从以下方面入手。

首先,帮助孩子树立正确合适的目标。每个孩子都是不一样的,但是他们都是可以成才的。家长对自己的孩子有心,孩子自己才会对自己有信心。

第二,在孩子平时回家或周末回家时多关注孩子的思想动态。进入初三后,学习任务陡然增大,孩子们都需要一个适应过程,在思想会存在一些困惑,或者出现紧张焦虑不安的情绪。家长要多与孩子沟通,倾听孩子的心声,及时发现问题,并与老师联系,缓解孩子的心理压力。

第三,多给予孩子正面的鼓励和表扬,少些念叨和责备。十三四岁的学生基本上都有了一定的是非观念,只是缺乏自控能力,家长们不要对孩子吝啬美好的语言,让他们带着快乐的心情来学校学习。

第四,面对孩子学业上的困难,不要打击,多给一些实际的帮助。虽然我们很难给予孩子具体功课上的辅导,但是我们可以尽量的抽时间陪陪他们,少打麻将,少应酬。让孩子感到他在你心里的分量是最重的。尤其是对于一些好动,学习效率不高的同学,“三十六计——守为上”。我想,当孩子们看到父母为了他们放弃了自己的爱好,也会用优秀的表现来回报。

第五,用平常心对待初三的孩子。即使孩子初三了,即使孩子功课紧张了,我们依然要有一颗平常心,既不娇惯孩子,也不过分逼迫孩子,保持正常的生活。不要因为孩子初三了,就砍掉所有的活动,允许孩子周末适当的放松,例如陪孩子散散步,打打球,唱唱歌,要知道弦绷得太紧的时候最容易断掉。同时也不要因为孩子初三学习紧张就饭来张口、衣来伸手,寄宿的学生照样在学校要自己照顾自己,其他的同学也可以做到。适当的家务劳动和体力锻炼是对紧张的脑力劳动的一种放松。

There was once a boy and Henry who were both very good friends that lived

very close to each other. Each day they would go outside and play. One day their

One day when they were ready to go to school, their parents told them never

ever to walk on the ice; it may melt since spring was starting here.

They both agreed, but did they really keep in mind of it? Well, they went

off to the pond since they were going to cross it. They were too lazy to walk

the other ways; and they didn’t think that it was even possible that the ice

would melt, so they went on the ice slowly to cross it.

Suddenly, they both felt a crack under their feet, and the ice was to crack

and melt. They were very nervous and regretted not following their parents

advice.When it was time for school to start, they still didn’t cross it. When

they were about to reach shore; boom! The ice cracked, and both of them fell

into the cold icy water. They struggled for a while, at last Henry found a

little spot where both of them could hold and pull them up from the icy

water.

They slowly swam to the beam, and stepped on a rock which was lying there,

Henry lifted himself up and the other boy did the same thing and both of them

got on shore.

They went to school all soaked wet and goofy, their teacher scolded them

for not coming to school on time. Of course they had extra homework for the day;

but both of them didn’t mind. When they got home, they went to their parents and

cried. Their moms saw them all soaked and wet, they asked them; “How did you get

so wet?” and the boys cried out, “We didn’t obey you!” Then they told them the

whole story. Their moms were glad that Henry figured out that there was a rock

that could bring them both safe onto land.

They all learned a lesson, and it is:

Always obey your parents no matter what happened. If you don’t obey your

parents, the terrible things that never happened might even come to life…

Im writing this letter simply to tell you something about the canteen

service in our school.Im the minister from the life department of the Students

In general, the service is satisfactory. The dishes look inviting and taste

delicious as well. The price of the meals is OK for us and the variety of dishes

changes every week.Whats more, the workers there treat us as their friends,

which makes us feel very happy.

However, we often have to stand in line for a long time before we can get

the meal. You could understand how precious time is to us students. Therefore,

may I suggest something be done to solve the problems such as the dish quality

尊敬的家长朋友们:

您好!暑假假生活即将开始了!暑假假是孩子们走出校门、观察社会,关心家庭、学会生活、锻炼本领、增强素质的大好时机。按教育局相关文件,具体放假时间:7月6日到8月30日假期,8月31日早8:00准时到校。

一、加强安全教育,过一个平安的假期

1、请教育孩子遵守交通法规,注意行路安全、骑车安全,牢记“马路似虎口,安全每一步”,防止交通意外事故的发生。

2、提醒孩子注意居家安全,特别是单独在家的时候,务必严格规范燃气等易燃易爆危险品和火、电的使用,严禁孩子单独燃放烟花爆竹,以防止爆炸、中毒和火灾等事故发生。

3、教育孩子养成良好的卫生习惯,勤洗手、勤洗澡、勤通风,避免让孩子前往人群拥挤、通风不畅的公共的场所,避免接触流感样症状或肺炎等呼吸道病人。注意饮食卫生,防止“病从口入”。

4、严禁学生私自或结伴到池塘、蓄水池戏水,严防溺水事故的发生,加强防范意识,提高自救互救能力。

二、加强法制教育,积极参加实践活动,过一个健康文明的假期

1、要增强孩子的法制意识,提高孩子自我保护能力。教育孩子远离营业性网吧、游戏机室、歌舞厅等不安全场所;教育孩子文明上网,坚决拒绝色情、反动、恐怖等不健康网站;严禁孩子吸烟、饮酒、赌博,严禁孩子接触毒品;教育孩子不与不良人员来往;增强孩子防盗、防骗意识。

2、鼓励孩子做一些力所能及的家务劳动,积极参加由社区、小区等有关部门组织的社会实践活动。

三、合理安排生活,过一个祥和的假期

1、制定好暑假生活计划,并按计划认真实施,争取家长监督,使暑假生活安全、充实、有序。

2、关心国家大事,多收看新闻联播,多读有益身心健康的书报,了解国内、国际形势。至少读一中外名著,认真做好摘抄,并撰写读书笔记和写读后感。

3、积极参加社区活动和其他有益的社会实践、文体活动、科技活动,并且用实际行动,推进公民道德建设。参观爱国主义教育基地,进行革命传统教育;参观城市、农村和名胜古迹,开展社会调查等教育活动,了解祖国改革开放的伟大成就和祖国悠久的历史文化。

4、充分挖掘潜能、发展个人特长、提高综合素质。暑假期间,要求每个学生(3—6年级)用英语讲一个故事(要求故事有一定情节,时间为1—3分钟)、(1—2年级)会讲一个让人感动的故事(要注意故事的真实性、感人性)。

5、开展一项感恩活动。主动承担家务,提倡每天做家务劳动。生活有规律,保持正常的生活节律。尊老爱幼,要求向父母表达感激之情、回忆自己与父母间难忘的故事、和父母谈谈自己的想法和某些看法、就自己曾经犯过的一个小错误向父母道歉、制作一张感恩贺卡。

6、坚持每天进行一小时的健身活动。

四、开学后,学校将就暑假生活学生素质发展情况开展一系列汇报评比活动,评比和比赛具体项目包括:

①读好书读书笔记评比(各班选送5—10读书笔记参评)每班不少于10人参加“我与经典有约”读书征文评选活动。

②讲故事比赛

③感恩卡的评比(内容、设计、制作)

学校将对各班暑假生活实施情况进行评比总结,表彰暑假活动优秀个人和优秀班集体。

下学期开学前,请家长协助孩子做好开学的各项准备,让学生以崭新的面貌走进新的学习生活。

It was all that could be done for the whole wide world, for there was only

one of the man that care mostly for him than it is to other things or objects or

things like that; well mostly he cared for himself as I said.

One day he was going to work when he found a very big rock. He loved it and

so carried it to work; when he was there his companions argued with him because

rocks were not allowed in his office or his work area I said.

The man didn’t care for as I had said before this greedy man cared the most

was him and not others. When it was at the end of the day the man went home and

of course went to the mirror to look at himself perfectly. When it was time for

another day at work, the man was very, very, very sad; for his rock was gone.

Now it all happened that there was this rock collector that wanted to collect

all the rocks in his country.

When his companions told him about that he was not happy to hear it, and so

the man had decided to go on an adventure to find the one that had stolen his

rock; even though he didn’t even know what he looks like, but he had a sick plan

which will fool the one that won’t confess his fault. After giving or preparing

the things he’ll need, he hopped on his scooter and drew off to find the guy

that he was searching for.

The guy was soon found out and when he had been caught by the police, then

that time was the guy’s end. Everybody was happy to get their rock back, and

even though they knew that rocks didn’t have their lives; they were still happy

together. Now you know the meaning of rebound, it means: When you do a bad thing

then another bad thing will happen to you. I hope this story will teach you

something important.

And for the one that had stolen the rocks from other people, he knew his

own fault, but it was too late to confess it…

Even if the guy didn’t go to jail, he still knew his own fault and I am 100

percent sure that he will confess it too you know…
