要增强孩子的法制意识，提高孩子自我保护能力。当孩子外出玩耍时，应注意以下几点：一是教育孩子远离营业性网吧、游戏机室、歌舞厅等不安全场所;二是教育孩子文明上网，坚决拒绝色情、反动、恐怖等不健康网站;三是严禁孩子吸烟、饮酒、赌博，严禁孩子接触毒品;四是教育孩子不与不良人员来往;五是增强孩子防盗、防骗意识，提高自我保护能力。

四、积极参加实践活动，过一个健康的假期
