5、开展一项感恩活动。主动承担家务，提倡每天做家务劳动。生活有规律，保持正常的生活节律。尊老爱幼，要求向父母表达感激之情、回忆自己与父母间难忘的故事、和父母谈谈自己的想法和某些看法、就自己曾经犯过的一个小错误向父母道歉、制作一张感恩贺卡。

告诉孩子，告诉自己，认真努力学习工作之后的休息会安然而愉悦，而懈怠懒惰之后的休息只能越发无聊和空虚。

告诉孩子，告诉自己，眼睛可以眺望高空，双脚却必须踏在地上。持续努力，变平凡为非凡，梦想、愿望再大，现实却是每天必须做好单纯甚至枯燥的工作。在昨天的基础上前进一毫米、一厘米都要挥洒汗水，把横亘在面前的问题一个一个地解决，不错过今天，认真工作就能看清明天，明天再认真工作就能看清后面的一周，以此类推，未来的景象自然就会呈现在你的面前。

二、改变思维方式，人生自然不同。

有人把人生设计成一个公式，人生(工作)的结果=思维方式_热情_能力，就是说，人生和工作的结果由上述三要素相乘而不是相加得来。思维方式太重要了，甚至说思维方式决定了人生的结果，思维方式这个词有点笼统，它是指人的心态，人对人生的态度，它有正负，它可以低于零分，可以从负100分到正100分。所以，教育孩子首先是思维方式的教育，这是一切问题的根本。那么最正面的思维方式是什么呢?这个问题不必想得太复杂，用常识判断就行。总是积极向上，有建设性，有感恩心，有协调性、善于与人共事，性格开朗、对事务持有肯定态度，充满善意，有同情心、关爱心，勤奋、知足、不自私、不贪欲，等等。

这些语汇似乎都是老生常谈，是小学教室里张贴的标语，是简单的伦理观，道德律。但是正是这些，才是绝对不可忽视的真理，我们不仅要用头脑去理解，而且要让它们占据我们的心灵，变成我们的血肉，这当然是我们教育引导孩子的标杆。

三、强制规律作息，经常体育锻炼。

很多孩子一放假，就打乱了原来规律的生活作息，因而时常感觉空虚和无聊，整天萎靡不振。孩子长时间沉迷于电视电脑手机，就会出现“越歇越累”的现象。所以家长要根据情况强制进行控制。

孩子平时上学功课忙，锻炼时间较少，假期则是增加锻炼的好时机。跳绳、踢毽子、羽毛球、乒乓球、篮球……等等，应该让孩子有一种比较喜欢和擅长的运动。

贪吃、贪睡、看电视、玩游戏等是很多孩子假期最想做的事，但是在此期间孩子整个的睡眠、饮食习惯完全乱了套，人体正常的循环发生紊乱，血液循环和消化系统迟缓就会使学生有各种不适的反应。作为家长应把学习当作一种孩子们的需要，植入孩子们的心田，放纵孩子“睡大觉”、“看电视”，后果不堪设想。

四、明确开卷有益，鼓励孩子助人。

人一生中记忆容量最高的时期是在初中。家长必须把这一点告诉孩子，青春一去不返，错过记忆容量的最高峰，难以弥补，可以说，到了父母这个年龄，看的东西前看后忘，我们有时候记得的，就是初中时看的东西。所以希望你多多阅读，对你一生都有好处。

如果你希望孩子成为竞争力很强的人，要鼓励他助人。我们很多家长只有本事培养竞争感很强的孩子，没有本事培养竞争力很强的孩子。什么样的孩子竞争力才强?你应该经常和孩子说，你要看看别人是不是需要帮助，要帮助别人。当孩子在注意看能怎样帮助别人的时候，他就会觉得自己能力很强，别人给他的反馈也都是正面的。我们总给孩子说要多考分数，要超过某某某，恰恰这样培养不出孩子的竞争力，只有竞争感，等到哪天他遇到了无法超过的对手，他的精神就会瓦解。

五、拜年也要示范，过年提升品位。

带着孩子给父母拜年，让孩子受到熏陶。该磕头就磕头，这是民族的传统美德，不是什么见不得人的事情。你大大方方地给爹妈磕头拜年，将来孩子也会大大方方地给你磕头拜年。讲礼节，是让孩子懂得尊重你，明白你是爹，得服从爹妈的管理。

春节对于中国人来说，有着深沉的含义和味道。一年的分离，一年的辛苦，一年的奔波，在这短短的十几天假期中，化为了家人团聚共享天伦的温暖。一个个风俗习惯堆积出浓浓的年味。春节除了各种年俗和亲朋好友的相聚，静下心来，陪伴孩子一起感受书香，打开另一扇窗去看一看春节，不失为一件有趣的事。传统习俗的背后往往有着深厚的文化积淀，厚重的东西用轻松的角度表达才有趣，领着孩子看看有层次的电影，翻阅“年”的典籍，感受传统的魅力，这也许才是这个节日的意义。这个时代，孩子应该知道蒙太奇，意识流，3D等名词术语，也应该了解斯皮尔伯格，陈坤，黄渤等明星。这些无形中自然会拓宽孩子的知识面，提升思考问题的层次和品位。

作为教师，看到过成千上万的学生，本来想罗列拜年的吉祥祝福之语增进你我情谊，但是总避免不了有说教的心愿，因为我们深深地懂得教育关乎未来，教育关乎你的小家，我们的大家，任何时候，任何地点都不能轻视甚至忽略教育，这是对孩子的成长负责，更是对国家民族负责。
