从盛夏酷暑到寒冬腊月，从幼儿园到一年级，从不相识到成为朋友，我们陪伴着孩子，共同度过了难忘的一百多天。再回头看看从第一天起的故事，看看孩子们这一百多天以来慢慢显现的进步，真是让人欣慰。这可能是孩子这一生当中进步最大的一段时间了。当然也许此刻在您心中，还在为期末考试的那几个分数而欣喜，而烦恼，但我更希望，我们能够看得更远一些。一个高分，也许并不一定像分数所显示的那么可靠;一个低分，也并不一定像分数所显示的那么可怕。不论考得好与不好，请家长们给孩子多一些鼓励，少一些责难，因为一次考试并不能代表他的努力与否，更不能代表他全部的能力。学习的路还很长，让他更有勇气面对未来的学习，这才是最重要的。

孩子太小，好多事情都需要家长的督促和帮助，所以，我想请你们帮孩子制定好一个较为合理、完善的寒假计划，过一个有意义的寒假。在此，我提几点我的想法，共各位家长参考：

一、教育孩子安全第一

无论何时何地，安全都是最重要的，尤其是放松的时间，最容易出安全问题，家长要教育孩子各类安全知识：

1、要注意交通安全。不在马路上玩耍，过马路时要走班马线等。

2、要注意消防安全。孩子在家不玩水电开关插座，不玩火等。要教会孩子处理突发消防事故的方法。

3、要注意饮食安全。不吃过期，变质，不卫生食品。不暴饮暴食，注意饮食调节。

4、要注意活动安全。教育孩子不擅自外出。不做危险游戏。不擅自燃放烟花爆竹。出去游玩一定要家长陪同，预防事故的发生。

二、和孩子一起制定寒假计划

寒假期间孩子们的时间相对多了起来，怎样安排寒假生活?怎样规律作息时间?怎样让孩子在寒假期间不虚度光阴并有所收获?这些都是我们家长要关注的问题。较好的方法是在寒假的第一天，父母就和孩子一块制定一份假期计划，在这份计划中既有充分锻炼、休息、娱乐的时间，又要有完成作业的时间和对没有掌握的知识进行查漏补缺的时间，既要有干家务的时间，还要有做自己想做的事儿的时间。一天24小时，哪一段做什么都要心中有数，然后督促孩子按照计划执行。引导孩子调整好自己的生物钟，将学习的兴奋点调至白天。充分利用时间，过一个快乐充实的寒假。

三、督促孩子坚持锻炼

假期里，千万不能整天对着电视。看电视是可以的，但要有选择，每天最多看一个小时，半个小时要休息一次。我可不希望开学时我们班又有了“小近视”!老师建议，每天坚持做运动：跑步、跳绳、踢毽子、打球等等运动都很好，这些活动既可强身健体，又可避免孩子沉迷网络和电视。不会跳绳的小朋友要督促他赶快练习，下学期可能要跳绳考试了。下学期我们要举行学校春季运动会，希望孩子们能积极参加，为班争光。孩子小，请家长多督促。

四、督促孩子做好作业

我们下发的《寒假作业》有些难做，尽量做，实在不会做的，放在那里，开学我们统一讲解。注意我们一贯的原则：“提笔即是练字时”。书写用心了，态度自然才能端正，书写才能正确。尽可能做到每天清查孩子的作业。您的认真检查会让孩子在完成作业时更加认真不敢马虎。

除此之外，更应做好以下一项作业：读课外书。

多读书的好处以前跟家长谈过，在这里不多说了。在此基础上，请家长引导孩子再读读其他好书，如《长大做个好爷爷》、《忘了说我爱你》、《爱心树》、《小嘀咕系列》、《爷爷一定有办法》等绘本都很有教育意义。建议带孩子到书店，陪他挑选一部分书，并坚持在假期里读完。保证平均每天30分钟的读书时间。开学我们评比“读书小能手”。

五、培养和孩子的感情

假期里，我们有更多的时间陪伴孩子，正是跟孩子培养感情、亲子沟通的好时光，千万不能把时间用在耗时的玩乐上，自己没收获没关系，给孩子做了坏榜样，那就太得不偿失了。所以，无论何时，我们都要注意自己的言行，记住——身教重于言教!

1、建议您可以和孩子一块去逛逛书店，为孩子挑选图书的同时，自己也买一本教育类书籍看看，提升自己教子的能力;

2、每天晚上和孩子一起看新闻，一块儿探讨对所看新闻的想法;

4、在您做家务时，鼓励孩子做一些力所能及的家务劳动;

house. When she approached, she knelt down and began to measure. After a short

time, she went to Cassim’s house again to return the measure, not noticing that

one piece of gold coin stuck to the bottom of the measure. “Here you are

sister,” she said as she put the measure down, “I have finished using it.” And

then went away.

Cassim’s wife did not take long to realize the piece of pure gold coin. She

took it off and called Cassim, “Husband, I know you suspect that you are a rich

fellow; but your brother Ali Baba is ten times as rich as you, he does not count

his money; but measures them.”

Cassim looked at the gold coin and knew at once, “Ali Baba just pretended

that he was a poor fellow and borrows anything we have,” Cassim was not even

pleased at his brother’s good fortune, but was the opposite. And then Cassim led

his wife to Ali Baba’s house, “Ali Baba, tell me, where did you get all of this

good fortune.” At that moment, Ali Baba knew that the secret had been spread

though his own wife’s stupidity. “Look Ali Baba, if you don’t tell me where you

got this gold; I shall tell everybody, and not only will you get no more, but

you will have no more gold in the rest of your life! Ha!” laughed Cassim.

And so Ali Baba told him where he found the gold, and even the words he

knew of how to make the door open and shut. And so Cassim woke up early the next

morning, and took with his ten donkeys to fill the gold. He arrived at the place

where Ali Baba had told him, and pronounced these words, “Open Sesame!” the door

instantly opened wide, and inside of course; he found a chamber of pure gold,

and in it was gold.

Cassim filled as many bags of gold as he wanted. But when the robbers

arrived he was still filling. When the robbers found out, they used their swords

and soon killed him.

时光飞逝，转眼我们那个牙牙学语、蹒跚学步的宝贝进入了小学；随着他们一天天长大，告别童年，步入中学；忽然间他们就到了初三。第一次，他们将自己面对人生的选择；第一次，他们要自己决定未来的路。

步入初三，孩子们有些兴奋，兴奋于自己终于成了初中部的老大，坐到了教学楼的顶端；同时他们又有些茫然，接踵而来的学习任务让他们手足无措，不知从何下手；他们还有些惶恐，害怕自己不够努力，害怕自己不能实现自己的梦想。

面对孩子们的一系列问题，我们该怎样去帮助他们呢？我想可以从以下方面入手。

首先，帮助孩子树立正确合适的目标。每个孩子都是不一样的，但是他们都是可以成才的。家长对自己的孩子有信心，孩子自己才会对自己有信心。

第二，在孩子平时回家或周末回家时多关注孩子的思想动态。进入初三后，学习任务陡然增大，孩子们都需要一个适应过程，在思想会存在一些困惑，或者出现紧张焦虑不安的情绪。家长要多与孩子沟通，倾听孩子的心声，及时发现问题，并与老师联系，缓解孩子的心理压力。

第三，多给予孩子正面的鼓励和表扬，少些念叨和责备。十三四岁的学生基本上都有了一定的是非观念，只是缺乏自控能力，家长们不要对孩子吝啬美好的语言，让他们带着快乐的心情来学校学习。

第四，面对孩子学业上的困难，不要打击，多给一些实际的帮助。虽然我们很难给予孩子具体功课上的辅导，但是我们可以尽量的抽时间陪陪他们，少打麻将，少应酬。让孩子感到他在你心里的分量是最重的。尤其是对于一些好动，学习效率不高的同学，“三十六计——守为上”。我想，当孩子们看到父母为了他们放弃了自己的爱好，也会用优秀的表现来回报。

第五，用平常心对待初三的孩子。即使孩子初三了，即使孩子功课紧张了，我们依然要有一颗平常心，既不娇惯孩子，也不过分逼迫孩子，保持正常的生活。不要因为孩子初三了，就砍掉所有的活动，允许孩子周末适当的放松，例如陪孩子散散步，打打球，唱唱歌，要知道弦绷得太紧的时候最容易断掉。同时也不要因为孩子初三学习紧张就饭来张口、衣来伸手，寄宿的学生照样在学校要自己照顾自己，其他的同学也可以做到。适当的家务劳动和体力锻炼是对紧张的脑力劳动的一种放松。

初三是孩子成长的一个关键时期，因为孩子我们走到了一起。今天，我们更成为了紧密的战友。让我们一起告诉孩子，这段路虽然艰苦，但我们会陪他们一起走过，我们会是他们冲锋陷阵时最坚强的后盾！最后，祝我们的孩子健康快乐地成长，为实现他们自己的目标而共同努力！
