我们又来到了另外一个游戏场地，在这个排球场旁边居然放着一个蓝色的巨球，没有错，这个游戏就是打巨球。游戏规则是：在规定的时间里，双方要把这个蓝色的巨球扔到对方的地区，就可得到一分，出界，对方就可得到一分。开始比赛，我们发球，只见，我们的一个队员把球一扔，重重地扣到了对方的场地，好的!发球得分，我们的队员高兴地唱起了歌。后面的比赛越来越精彩，越来越激烈。例如这个球：我们把球扔了过去，他们几个居然抢了起来，几个人抢到了篮筐下，真是有趣。

It is similar to soccer, but it was much rougher. Players might get more easily. In another word, it was a game full of danger, they played just like fighting. One of the players just broke his leg during the match, and he would never play American football, because of his leg. What a pity! Matt told us that when he was in high school, he also take part in American football. He had broken his fingers for three times and his leg for once. Then I was puzzled, it was a very dangerous game, why was is popular?

1、早上起床时间控制在6点至6点半左右，然后马上去做一下运动，大概持续到7点钟(适当的运动有助于大脑血液循环)。然后你吃一下早餐等等的。

2、上午时间大可不必疯狂地做作业。你可以先看一些英文的书(课外的，但是适合初中生的)，那样有助于培养语感、积累词汇;然后(大概10点)你可以看一些文学类的课外书(当然不是英文的了)。适当地让自己有一个闲适的生活状态。

再说一下，你可以有针对地看书，上午你也可以看一些自己较弱的学科的书

3、下面说说下午的任务(忘记说了，午饭之前你也可以去运动一下)。下午，人的一般注意力不太容易集中，那么你可以做一些暑假作业，注重理解。因为下午背的东西，一般都不太容易记住。

4、晚上，你不必太紧张，如果稍微勤奋点的话，你可以再做做作业;但我觉得晚上大可以看一下课外书，看一些新闻，或许去散散步。到8、9点时就可以睡觉了

5、总的来说，你一天要有9-10小时的睡眠时间，劳逸结合，才可以有较好的状态去迎接初三。我们一起努力吧!加油!

已经开学了，我步入了初二的教室，虽然新的老师让我们尽快进入学习状态，不要还想着暑假那些事情，可还是有一些事情在我的脑海中。

在今年暑假的一个夜晚，由于当时停电，所以每家人都到外面乘凉，大家聚在一起说话，我也在其中，不知是谁说有一个人在通海口因车祸去世了，周围的人都表示同情，说她家里的孩子真可怜，不知怎么的这个话题，越聊越起劲，竟然说起了游泳。

他们说游泳必须学会，但学的时候必须由大人陪同，还说什么人被水淹死，这时我好像想起了什么，一直对他们的话表示赞同，但又无话可说的终于有话了，昨天我看到电视上的一则广告，上面举了许多案例，都是青少年因游泳而失去生命的事件，还告诫青少年不要到危险水域游泳，要珍爱生命。

我说了这番话后 ，姐姐说电视还真不是白费的，我理直气壮的说：当然，看电视可以扩宽视野。这时，奶奶说不能让我去游泳，游泳太危险了，我当然得说服奶奶，可是没有学会游泳，以后碰到危险可怎么办……最终奶奶被我说服。

还记得第二天早上，吃早饭的时候，突然邻居家的老人叫我的爸爸过去，说是家里发现有蛇，我当然也跑去看，可当我赶到的时候，爸爸说蛇已经逃了，是一条小蛇，我表示遗憾，竟然没有看到……

My summer holiday of this year was very enjoyable.I went to the countryside to spend my summer holidays with my grandparents.It is very beautiful there.There are green plants,clear rivers,lovely animals and kind people.I spent two weeks helping my grandfather do some farm work there.Besides,I helped the children in the neighborhoods with their lessons.I helped them read English to improve their spoken English.Their parents thanked me for this and thought highly of me.I realized that knowledge is greatly needed in the countryside.

One day during the summer vacation, my father and I agreed to play

badminton, so we went to guolin park with badminton and racket.

The scenery of the park is picturesque, there are colorful flowers, and

some flowers are fragrant and beautiful. We came to a clearing and put the bag

on the lawn. Starting to play, the father said, "take the ball in your left

hand, take the beat in your right hand, and throw the ball gently at the beat of

the ball and hit the ball towards the other." I cant serve at the beginning,

also wont catch, serve as dad said practice is much more skilled practice, but
