科技馆座落于上海浦东，地铁载着我一颗兴致勃勃的心一路把我送往上海科技馆站。刚一出地铁站口，一座宏伟壮观的扇形大楼就把我的视线吸引了过去，这座大楼的中心是一个玻璃大球体，球的两旁向外伸展着两座扇形楼房，像是球上长出了两只大翅膀，大楼的正面都是用玻璃制成的，在阳光的照耀下散放出灿烂的光彩，这就是上海科技馆。

今天参观的人可真多呀!我随着人流来到科技馆生物万象区，刚跨进区内，哇!眼前的美景让我惊呆了：一个绚丽多彩的生物世界展现在我的眼前。我们一边漫步在高山流水下，一边观看着热带雨林植物，耳边还不时传来叽叽喳喳的小鸟歌唱声，使我尽情领悟到丰富多彩的生命现象，让我仿佛进入了原始的自然风光区。

离开了生物万象，去了机器人世界展区，咦!这里哪里传来钢琴曲，我闻声放眼望去，原来是机器人音乐家正在有声有色地尽情为大家演奏，太美妙了!你看，那边的机器人更棒着呢!它正专心致志的跟一位小朋友下棋，看着那位小朋友满脸焦急、大汗淋漓的样子，我想，他肯定已斗不过机器人了。这里的机器人真多呀!不过，最引人注目的还是机器人剧场，它们个个都穿着漂亮的衣裙，头上带着时尚的帽子，手上还撑着一把小花伞，正随着音乐翩翩起舞，远远望去真像一群俊俏的小姑娘。穿过机器人世界，我们又去参观了信息时代、探索之光，宇宙天地……

这次参观不但让我愉快地过上了一天，更让我开阔了眼界，了解到我们身边存在的各种科学奥秘，使我懂得了我们每个人都应该爱科学、学科学、用科学。让科学为我们作出更大的贡献。你没和机器人比赛魔方呀，真可惜。

很多人所经历的事都不一样，工作也好，家庭也好，都有这样那样的烦恼，烦恼是生活中不可避免的，只要懂的学会如何去化解，减轻，面对，认识烦恼才是最重要的，不要去指望别人给我们解除烦恼，也不要去逃避烦恼，不要被目前的困难所打倒，不能坐于待毙，我们有很多办法去解决困难和烦恼，虽然很难，但也要行动起来，还有不要对生活期望太高，这样就不容易对周围的人或事感到失望而产生不必要的烦恼。平时欲望少点， 攀比少点， 心态平衡点，知足常乐。

没有坎坷的人生是不完整的人生!人生难免有悲欢离合!人世间不如意的事情十有八九!我们要学会用平常心看待自己的遭遇，面对惨淡的现实，我们要学会坚强，调整好自己的心态，放松自己，金无赤足，人无完人，不要给自己太大的压力;忍一时风平浪静，退一步海阔天空，调整好心态，敞开自己的心灵和家人及朋友沟通，让温馨的亲情和友情融化我们的痛苦，抚平我们的创伤，化解我们的压力!不经历风雨，怎么见彩虹，人生没有过不去的坎!

人之所以有压力或心情不好和烦恼，是因为往往我们把某件事情看得太重了，或者过于执着于结果，想把这件事情做好，却往往达不到自己的目的或者所期望的，如果这件事情已经造成了这种后果，我想还是放下，因为这个结果已经成为事实，就说明已经变成了历史，无法改变，现在要做的就是从中获取失败的经验，不要再重蹈覆辙，放下，内心才会平和，但并不意味着逃避，之所以这件事结果不好，是因为自己能力不够，好好地充实自己，增加自己的阅历，使自己变得成熟，以后的事情才能游刃有余，不要太执着于结果，之前的准备做得充足了，尽力了，即使失败也不后悔，所以要重新振作，把握现在，历史已经成为过去，但未来还是空白的，我们要用自己的双手，成熟的心去创造更多的成功。

人生在世如身处荆棘之中，心不动，人不妄动，不动则不伤;如心动则人妄动，伤其身痛其骨，于是体会到世间诸般痛苦。凡事要向前看!人都比自己想象的要强大百倍!没有过不去的火焰山!迷途的小羊，总会回家!开开心心地过好每一天才是最重要的!

紧握你的双手，你什么都没抓住，松开你的双手，你就拥有了一切，快乐不是因为拥有的多而是计较的少，学会放弃，放下该放下的，放下了心就宽了。

烦恼是人生中无法避免的，说实话无论你多大或是处于人生的哪个阶段，都会有烦恼。所以首先你应该能够正确看待它。

人人都烦恼，学会忘记，就是要我们忘记烦恼，告别忧郁。重新拾起那往日的不快，无疑是让我们重新经历一次不堪回首的伤痛。我们要学会忘记那些必定会左右我们的情绪，让我们精神不爽，使我们刻骨铭心的伤痛，将它们抛至九霄云外，不能让它们干涉我们的生活，禁锢我们的思想，搅乱我们的情绪。忘记生活的单调，就会使我们随时都能快乐地面对人生。

忘掉烦恼、忘掉过去、从新开始、从头再来，拾起心中的梦想，展开心中的翅膀，向成功努力拼搏吧!

I have not only a lot of common friends, but also a special friend. He is my father. My father isn’t tall but he is very kind and lovely. He usually helps me with my maths and physics in the evening. At weekends he plays chess, cards with me. When I am in trouble. He always help me in time. I prefer my father to any other friend. I think he is not only a good father, but also one of my best friends. I love my father very much.
