第二、要合理安排常规学习时间和自由学习时间。常规学习时间主要是用来完成老师当天布置的学习任务，消化当天所学的新知识。自由学习时间是指完成老师布置的学习任务后归自己支配的时间，这一时间可用来预习、复习功课，查缺补漏和进行课外阅读、训练等。
