today is an exciting day. in the morning we had the singing contest. everyone did well in it. somebody sans lyrics and somebody didn’t. when the result came out, only audrey and ellison could be in the second run. vanessa was very sad. but finally she was in the second run. it was really great news for her.

we stayed in our rooms for the whole afternoon. we played cards, slept, read, practiced some english songs for the contest and did out homework. it was a little boring.

The summer vacation had come again. I was happy that I could forget about school at least for a while. Lest I fool around all through this summer vacation, I made a plan as to how to spend it. My vacation was very interesting. I did my homework on first day. I played table tennis on second day. I watched TV on the third day. I went shopping on the fourth day. I… But I liked my going shopping best.

On Sunday, I went to a shopping center with my mother. The shopping center wasn’t far from my home. It took us about ten minutes to get there on foot. The shopping center was very big. 离开了生物万象，去了机器人世界展区，咦!这里哪里传来钢琴曲，我闻声放眼望去，原来是机器人音乐家正在有声有色地尽情为大家演奏，太美妙了!你看，那边的机器人更棒着呢!它正专心致志的跟一位小朋友下棋，看着那位小朋友满脸焦急、大汗淋漓的样子，我想，他肯定已斗不过机器人了。这里的机器人真多呀!不过，最引人注目的还是机器人剧场，它们个个都穿着漂亮的衣裙，头上带着时尚的帽子，手上还撑着一把小花伞，正随着音乐翩翩起舞，远远望去真像一群俊俏的小姑娘。穿过机器人世界，我们又去参观了信息时代、探索之光，宇宙天地……

Times flys. My summer holiday is coming to the end. My holiday is just so so. It isnot too much difference as before. At the biginning of the vacation, I was doing my homework. 那天，老师心情很好，不知为什么，在讲课的过程中就提到了这个小品，他似乎特别喜欢，拿出了大半节课给我们来讲解里面的金句、含义以及这个小品所想要表达的内容，讲的唾沫直飞、津津有味，气都不喘一口：“人倒了，还能扶起来;人心倒了，就再也扶不起来了。看，是不是很有感觉呢?还有那里面的‘媳妇儿，记得给我点赞哦’这一句，‘我以前是开大奔的’等等，都有很深刻的含义包含在里面的。小品就是这样一个东西，既能演出幽默感，又能向我们表达什么样的一种情感……”

老师依然喋喋不休着，同学们也开始不耐烦的窃窃私语。经过多次的打扰，老师终于爆发了：“好了，再说话的‘点站’哦!”“‘点站’?”看得出来，同学们十分疑惑。“对，‘点站’，就是罚站的意思6扶不扶》里面不是有个点赞吗?把它稍微改造一下，‘点站’!”“……”

就这样，“点站”成了老师的口头禅。老师用流行词汇来惩罚我们，听上去有趣，但是有可能会让你的双脚劳累整整四十分钟!于是，我们开始注重平舌音和卷舌音，生怕把点赞和“点站”弄混了，从而引发悲剧……

夏天终于又到了，暑假当然也来了，夏天!有些人都喜欢躲在冷气房里不想出门流汗，但是，大家不出门，就不会有新发现，我想推荐大家到海南这个好地方，那里除了美丽风景之外还有很多海滩。

海滩可以让我尽情玩水、堆沙堡、冲浪、玩水枪战……也发生一些很有趣的事，我和爸爸最喜欢的是“跳浪”，就是等浪一波波来了，再一一跳过去，有几次戏水时我还不小心喝到海水呢!我当时心里想着：“海水真鹹!难怪遇难时一样是水，可是却不能用。”浪来的时候，有层层叠叠蓝色的大浪还有白色的小浪真是美极了!大浪是在冲过来时没有破碎变成白白的浪花，它来时会让人有股被拖走的感觉，那小浪冲过来时，常常已经变成浪花啦!所以脚只要轻轻一点，小浪就被我踩平了。

在海滩中还可以认识一些生物，例：寄居蟹、海鸟、河豚、螺类……，可惜的是寄居蟹已经不常见到了，而且加上人类常常乱丢垃圾、常常捡贝壳，所以寄居蟹才没有家。我曾经看过一篇报导，是说寄居蟹因为没有壳，只好乱捡地上的啤酒瓶盖来用，请想像一下我们台湾的美丽海滩中，看到一堆背着奇奇怪怪的盖子在身上的寄居蟹，实在很可怜啊!所以，大家在海滩玩时一定要注意爱护环境，才不会让以后的人误以为寄居蟹是长那个样子的。

海滩虽然很好玩，新闻却常说有人因为去了没有救生员的地方，没有人管理的海水浴场玩乐而溺水，再也见不到家人，那时家人一定很难过，去海滩时千万要记住的是——“注意安全”，不要让暑假趣事变成憾事。
