雨停了，我们又手拉着手，高高兴兴地往上爬，爬着爬着，我们终于爬到了山上。我们在山上呼吸着新鲜的空气，看着山下的高楼已变成了一个个美丽的火柴盒了，人们却成了一只只小蚂蚁了。

今天我们虽然很热，但是经过爬山，让我们忘记了热，反而带来了夏日的凉爽。

1、早上起床时间控制在6点至6点半左右，然后马上去做一下运动，大概持续到7点钟(适当的运动有助于大脑血液循环)。然后你吃一下早餐等等的。

2、上午时间大可不必疯狂地做作业。你可以先看一些英文的书(课外的，但是适合初中生的)，那样有助于培养语感、积累词汇;然后(大概10点)你可以看一些文学类的课外书(当然不是英文的了)。适当地让自己有一个闲适的生活状态。

再说一下，你可以有针对地看书，上午你也可以看一些自己较弱的学科的书

3、下面说说下午的任务(忘记说了，午饭之前你也可以去运动一下)。下午，人的一般注意力不太容易集中，那么你可以做一些暑假作业，注重理解。因为下午背的东西，一般都不太容易记住。

4、晚上，你不必太紧张，如果稍微勤奋点的话，你可以再做做作业;但我觉得晚上大可以看一下课外书，看一些新闻，或许去散散步。到8、9点时就可以睡觉了

5、总的来说，你一天要有9-10小时的睡眠时间，劳逸结合，才可以有较好的状态去迎接初三。我们一起努力吧!加油!

清凉的微风送走了压抑的学期，丰富多彩的暑假又伴随着炎热的夏日如期而至，我们心中乐开了花，在假期中寻找着自己的快乐。

夏天是炎热的，但此时的我们却是无比惬意的，期盼已久的假期终于来了，我们终于可以不受老师家长的管制，淋漓尽致的玩闹，我们可以吹着小曲，吃着冰棒，看着图书，听着音乐，这样的生活是多么舒适美好啊!

夏天是火辣的，但是夏日的清晨却是朦胧美好的。当东方泛起鱼肚白时，黎明的号角已经吹响，我们又迎来了崭新的一天，清晨是一天的开始，一日之计在于晨，这句话说得真是没错，若是你此时跑下楼去，在马路上漫步，放眼望去，眼前是一片白茫茫的景色，整个城市都笼罩在一片薄雾之中，漫步其中，倒是颇有些烟雨江南的诗情画意，闭上眼睛，嗅一嗅花朵的芬芳，泥土的芳香，感受着空气的新鲜，就连心也沉沦在了其中。俯下身去，望一望碧绿叶尖上晶莹的露珠，那饱和的透明，好似将你的眼睛也过滤了一遍。假期生活是多么的清新美好啊!

夏天也是个多雨的季节。“哗，哗……”这巨大的响声真是符合夏雨风风火火的性格，晶莹的水珠倾泻而下，噼里啪啦的掉落在地面上溅起一圈圈美丽的涟漪。在这风雨交加之际，不妨坐在屋里，戴上耳机，捧一本书，坐在明亮的窗前，聚精会神的盯着书中跳跃的文字，耳边甜美舒缓的音乐久久萦绕，把自己带入另一个空明的世界里，竟也有种与世隔绝的意味。读书是一种艺术的修养，更是一种心灵的沉淀，此时我的心中早已没有了最初的急躁，倒是有些明亮平静得像一面镜子，走进窗边，望着晶莹的雨珠，顿时耳目一新，这就是暑假的惬意生活，真是令人欢乐无比。

放暑假有一段时间了，尽管每天都有作业要写，有补习班要上，但是，我还是很开心的。来说说我的感受吧!

快乐

基本上每天都可以睡到自然醒，然后，不紧不慢的穿衣服。爸爸妈妈也不再催促我抓紧时间了。这在上学期间是不可能的。另外，爸爸妈妈会经常做些好吃的给我和弟弟。我最喜欢的就是爸爸的拿手菜，爆炒小龙虾。每次我都能吃很多。

烦恼

在幼儿园上学的弟弟也放暑假了，我每次都警告他不能动我房间的东西，可是，他还会趁我去上补习班的时候，偷偷去我的房间里面乱翻。有一次，我在写作业的时候，弟弟给我说：“咱俩一起玩游戏吧?”我说：“你出去吧，我写作业呢?”他急了，把我的书和笔全扔了!你们说烦人不烦人。

充实

暑假我上的补习班有英语、作文、语言、街舞。除了暑假作业以外，差不多有一个月在上课。我知道同学们暑假当中都不放松学习，我也不能放松学习，不能落后啊。

期待

爸爸给我报名参加了去大连的夏令营，时间在8月份，爸爸说让我们一览祖国的大好河山，领略别的地方的风情人情。我一想到就真的很期待

Im a Middle Schools student.I am busy.Next summer, I have a long vacation and I have a very good plan for this vacation.

I think about going to the Beijing. I heard Beijing is beautiful and there are many peopie there who are friendly.

I am going to the Tianan Men Square, going to the Palace Museum ,going to the Great Wall and going to the Beijing Hutong.These famous places can make me to have fun.For something else , I can go shopping, go sightseeing, go having a lot foods. At night, maybe renting videos and sleeping a lot……

A great vacation! I cant wait!

Its a cloudy day. It suits me. If its the eye, it will make me burn the skin. If its a rainy day, Ill be drenched in a drowned rat! And the cloudy weather, the sun and the rain, the most suitable! And today is my birthday!

After breakfast, my mother called me to the car and said she would take me to one of my favorite places. Then I embarked on a journey to the mysterious place with curiosity.

Coming to the mysterious place, I realized that the mysterious place was the library. I was very happy, jumping and jumping. After a while, my mood calmed down and slowly entered the library.

What a lot of books in the library! There are three kingdoms, the water margin, the love of education. How the steel is tempered, the king of composition... So I came to the bookcase and began to pick books. Looking at it, I was hooked on a little version of loves education. As a result, the library was closed, I didnt know, I was still immersed in the book. Later, my mother shook me for a long time, and then pulled me back from the charming book and left the library with me.

Matt gave us a class this afternoon, at the first part of the class, we saw a film. It was mainly about American football. After the film, we began t get to know the American football. It is similar to soccer, but it was much rougher. Players might get more easily. In another word, it was a game full of danger, they played just like fighting. One of the players just broke his leg during the match, and he would never play American football, because of his leg. What a pity! Matt told us that when he was in high school, he also take part in American football. He had broken his fingers for three times and his leg for once. Then I was puzzled, it was a very dangerous game, why was is popular?

My Family

My family includes three people and a pet. These three people are my father, my mother , and I. I also have a cat named cookie.

My father is hardworking and playful. He rus a small business at home. He is very busy, but he always s firnds the time to cook dinner and help me with homework. Although he is strict at times, he can also be playful and funny.

My mother is caring and hardworking, too. She’s a chemist and often works very late. Nevertheless, she is always there to take care of me. Though her expectations for me are very high. I know she only wants what’s best for me.

My cat, cookie, is a member of my family, too. She is a cute black and white cat. At times I find her eager to play. But usually she’s sleeping on the sofa. I never know what surprises she’ll bring next.

I consider myself very lucky to come from such a loving family. A family like mine should never be taken for granted. I love my family.
