早上6点，火车停靠在看温州火车站，我们一下火车，就搭乘上了一辆面包车，准备去白水洋游玩。经过了5、6个小时的颠簸，当车上的人都昏沉沉的时候，旅游车总算到达了白水洋。当看到白水洋的那一刻，我就不由得赞叹道：“哇!真漂亮啊!”只见河内水流湍急，浪一波接一波，就像是鱼鳞片一样;白水洋平坦的岩石河床为一石而就，净无沙砾，河床布水均匀，水深没踝，阳光下波光粼粼，一片白炽，故称白水洋。我们每个小朋友买了把水枪，准备打水仗玩。我急着想下去，可是妈妈拉着我要我喝点姜汤再下去，因为河水很凉，怕感冒。于是我只好捏着鼻子乖乖的喝了几口，只觉得嗓子火辣辣的。每个人还发了双防滑袜，因为水流很急，河石很滑，怕摔倒。当我站在水中的时候，只觉得河水冰凉冰凉的，一股凉意透彻心扉，好舒服啊;可是水浪一波一波的，站也站不稳，有很大阻力，我们就几个人手拉手慢慢往前走。当我静静地站在水里。闭上眼睛时，就会出现一种幻觉，我就像是坐在一艘船上，慢慢的开着我向前开，真新奇!有些人穿着泳衣躺在河水里闭着眼睛享受着河水的清凉;有些人穿好救生衣玩冲浪;有些人拿着水枪互相射击，还有些人脚下打滑一下子坐在了水里，哈哈!我们的衣服虽然都湿了，但是玩的很尽兴，连毒辣辣的太阳都感觉不到热了!

第二天，我们又去了被称为“天然良港”的三都澳，在郭沫若游三都澳时，曾写下“良港三都举世无，水深港阔似天湖”的诗句;我们还去了惊险的斗姥迷宫玩;也去了美丽的太姥山，太姥山可以从“石奇、洞异、峰险、雾多来概括，山上380多处天然石景，大都惟妙惟肖;还有不少奇特的岩洞，有的直通海面，有的见天如线，有的洞中套洞。在我们去过的几个山洞中，其中太姥一线天令我印象最深刻。里面十分窄，只能容一个人过，我们要侧着身子过去，还要收腹挺胸，如果胖的人被卡住了，还需要前面的人拉，后面的人推才能过去;有些地方要弯腰，有些地方要低头，还有些地方要做什么俯卧撑的动作才能过去，不然不是撞头了，就是皮磨破了，非常惊险!

一眨眼，两天的时间久过去了，我坐在了返程的火车上。这两天，我欣赏到了美丽的景色，也体验到了惊险和刺激。这次的旅程 真让我记忆犹新，印象深刻!

暑假的一天早上，我发现窗外阳光高照，天气晴朗，于是我来到阳台准备洗衣服。我先把洗衣服要用的东西拿出来，然后又把我和爸爸妈妈的衣服拿出来，放在盆子里接上水，准备洗衣服了。

按照妈妈说的步骤，我现在衬衫上涂肥皂，然后又撒了一点洗衣粉，回到卫生间拿出了搓衣板，接着我把衣服放在搓衣板上，使劲的搓，然后轻轻一捏，顿时一个个调皮的肥皂泡泡，呼啦啦的往我手里钻，好像一群调皮的娃娃在打闹，我把衣服上的黑点都搓掉之后又放在清水里洗一遍后，把衣服放在哪一架上晾衣服了!

过了一会儿，我去检查衣服的时候，发现还是有许多的黑点没洗掉，我去问妈妈，为什么妈妈说那是你洗衣粉放太少了?于是我又洗了一次，在写之前我还想过放弃呢，但我转念一想，遇到这么一点挫折就心灰意冷，那么以后的种种困难能克服吗?想到了，这才打起了精神，在第二次洗之后，衬衣果然变得雪白雪白的，妈妈也在一旁夸我能干。

到了晚上，妈妈又对我说：“以后洗衣服这种事就交给你啦”。我就像一只泄了气的气球一般瘫倒在床上，但还是给了我妈妈一个尴尬而又不是礼貌的微笑。

通过这件事，我感受到了妈妈的劳苦，以后我一定要为妈妈分忧，让妈妈的脸永远乐得像盛开的花一样。

1.看数学书 ，尽量把基础的知识懂透。暑假时间比较多，自主学习的时间久较多，所以药好好把握。把平时没学懂的学懂。为下学期的学习做下铺垫

2.学数学，不做题是不行的，数学讲究见多识广，有些别个见都没见过的题，你做过的，就很容易。

3.数学，假期补课可以适当安排，毕竟初一，不用太紧张，补课要有针对性，对自己不懂，或不是很懂的东西才补。

4.适当的预习也是有必要的，初二的重点应该是一次函数和四边形，可对较基础的东西进行预习。

物理

物理是初二新加的，有兴趣可以预习，物理我觉得很简单，只要老师上课认真听就OK了

Today I came back from a place named “he chuan”, it’s a good place. There has some nice view like chang jiang river. I came there in two days ago. Our aunt is here. We had a good time in there. summer can be very hot in southern taiwan where the temperature usually goes up to 32"c or more. because of the heat it is a trying experience to go to school or do anything else in a place that is not air-conditioned. also because of this i stay at home most of the time during the summer vacation and only occasionally go to the beach to plunge myself into the cool water as a way to keep my body less sticky. actually i like swimming and think nothing is more refreshing than a swim. in the summer vacation that has just ended i went swimming many times with my classmates and we all had a good time. this summer vacation, however, was not spent entirely in seeking fun. as a second-year senior student i had to prepare myself for the college entrance examinations that were only a year away. in other words, i must find time to study, too. so i divided my time between work and play during the summer vacation and derived much benefit from this arrangement.

猴子的尾巴红红的，真奇怪啊！有的小猴子在猴妈妈的背上；有的小猴子在扔着瓶子玩；还有的小猴子在追逐打闹；它们真有趣啊！

走着走着，突然，我看到了一只小松鼠，真可爱。我便扑上去，可是，它“跐溜”一下逃跑了，不见了踪影，害得我摔了一跤。

来到兔子窝，我不惊呆住了。那么多可爱的小兔子在一起，好可爱啊。一只兔妈妈带着五只兔宝宝。我多想摸一下它呀。管理员阿姨看我这么喜欢兔子。便让我抱了一只兔宝宝。不一会，我感觉衣服湿湿的，我便放下兔子，一看衣服湿了。心想准是兔子尿了我的衣服。于是我便告诉了妈妈：“兔子尿了我的衣服。”周围的人们听到了都哈哈大笑，我的脸都红了，便换了衣服，和妈妈爸爸离开了兔子窝。

河马馆里的河马正在池塘里游泳，一会儿上，一会儿下的，真淘气！

我的暑假是这样安排的，写作业，上课外班，学游泳，回老家，旅游。我最喜欢的暑假生活就是出去旅游。

妈妈说，读万卷书更要行万里路。世界那么大，我想去看看。了解不同地区的人文环境也是一种学习。暑假都去哪儿了呢?

爸爸说，北方凉快，风景也很宜人，我们准备去草原。于是我们一家三口就一路向北，爸爸开着车，第一天爸爸开了800多公里，一路到了张家口。到张家口的时候已经是晚上了，这里的空气好凉爽，比郑州凉快多了。

接下来的几天，我们就在张北草天路原游玩。这里有花海梯田，风车，牛羊群，还有最美的中国66号公路。我感受到了书本上说的天苍苍，野茫茫，风吹草低见牛羊的景象。我更喜欢漫步在花海里，春天好像来了，我感受到了鸟语花香。

最令人难忘的就是在闪电湖游乐场，那里有我最喜欢玩的风驰电掣，空中飞人，太刺激了。还有中都草原里的表演，第一次看到了打铁花，真的好震撼。

接下来的几天我们去了山西省。我们游览了大同市的古城墙，云冈石窟，北岳恒山，山西博物馆，山西大学，晋祠，平遥古城。我最喜欢大同市，这里不仅干净整洁，而且这里的人也很热情友好。我还喜欢平遥古城，这里不仅有悠久的历史，而且有很多非常有特色的小店，我买了喜欢的小花鞋和可爱的帽子，开心极了。

旅游结束了，暑假生活也接近了尾声。新学期马上开始了，我要努力学习，取得更大的进步。

Everyone always has a good Sunday.

On Sundays, everybody does some things what he like.

Last Sunday, Jack had a relaxing Sunday.

He got up 6 o’clock.

After breakfast, Jack played basketball with his friends.

They were very happy.

Then he played the guitar in the room.

And he sang songs very loudly.

Though it’s very relaxing for him, it also make very noisy for neighbors.

Maybe he should turn down the music.

At noon, jack fed his pet cat henry.

He is Jack’s favorite.

Jack always play with him on the weekends.

At night, he watched TV on the sofa.

At the some time, he ate many delicious snacks.

So he really had a great time.

At the of day, jack thought if I always have a relaxing Sunday like today.

I will become the happiest boy all over the world.

假期里的一个晚上，我们一家三口来到广场玩，看到别人在滑滑板，所以我向妈妈说：“妈妈，我也想要一个滑板。”妈妈说：“你阿姨快回来了，到时候我就给你买，不过你要自己学。”我高兴地说：“好”。

过了一段时间阿姨回来了，妈妈便给我买了一蓝色的滑板。

我开始学滑板了，我们院子里有一个钢架子，我便扶着它练了起来，刚开始我先练平衡，我站在上面，慢慢松开手谁知我脚下一滑便掉了下来，我扶着架子练了一会儿，我觉的我自己不用扶了。所以我来到空地上，我第一下还没站好便掉了下来，第一次还算好，我第二次上去，脚往前一滑，便一下子坐到了地上，我没有放弃，站起来继续练，慢慢的掌握了技巧，能向前滑一两米了，可我正得意呢，平衡没有掌握好，一下子又摔到了地上，我想这次就当我骄傲的教训吧。在不知不觉中我学会了滑滑板，也懂得了一个道理，只要努力，就会成功。

Peer pressure means the influence given by a group of people around you,

such as, parents, friends, classmates, teachers and so on. Their influence will

affect your attitude, behavior, conception or decision. As every side has two

sides, this influence also has two sides. Let me explain my reasons.

For one thing, influence of peer pressure has positive effect. It depends

on the specific thing. Sometimes, the influence of pressure will promote me get

progress. For instance, my deskmate does well in one math exam, while I fall far

behind her. As we are deskmates, i can’t let others look down on me. So i will

take her as my good example to fight. And then next time, I can get a good mark

by my effort. Take my parents as another example, they like clean. They don’t

have the habit to throw rubbish at will. I won’t have this habit either living

with them.

For another, influence of peer pressure has negative effect. Sometimes the

influence will be bad. For example, if my friends ask me to skip class to watch

a basketball match with them, i go with them, even i don’t have that thought

before. And one of my friends has gone through a lot, he always try to convince

me that money is very important. As time passes, i may change my conception.

In summary, the influence of peer pressure has positive and negative sides.

We have to advocate the good side and avoid the negative. We have to be clear

about what is right and what is wrong and firm our position.
