11：30-14：30吃完外婆做好的香喷喷的午饭，然后就是我的午睡时间了。妈妈说，适当放松，午睡一下，能让我精神充沛，下午更好地迎接新的任务。

三、休息娱乐

拜托了，拜托了，要知道英语还在放啊，不论我躲到家中的哪一个角落，都听得到。接下来，吃早餐的时间，我妈也要利用起来。你别小看这吃早餐的几分钟，这个时间可是用来让我了解时事新闻的，我可以边听妈妈给我说的最近发生的重大新闻，边吃早餐。

干完了这些事，我就要准备“行囊”了，可别以为我要去旅游什么的，其实我是要去上数学课!更别以为我上完2小时的数学课就万事大吉了，我还要再上2小时的英语课。上完课回家就12:30了，我只有20分钟吃饭时间，10分钟休息时间，班小时睡午觉。

先别急着把嘴巴张得那么大，我的事情还多着呢。13:30-14:30，我要把早上的数学作业完成，14:30-15:30，要把早上的英语作业完成，包括阅读，背诵等等。接着，用1小时写完一篇日记或作文，再用1个小时写完一套数学的奥数综合练习题!!哎，要知道，我可在数学方面不太好。

还有呢，还有呢。用30分钟高效率地练琴，这周要练《水边的爱迪丽娜》了。妈妈说，练琴可以当做休息，我可不觉得，休息是可以慢慢弹的，可是我却不能，必须集中高度注意力去练。现在总算可以休息15分钟了，不过一休息完就要吃晚饭了。当然了，我晚上还有一堂英语课，从7点一直上到9点!回到家，我洗漱完毕后……我知道你们以为是去睡觉，才不是呢。我要用20-30分钟自由阅读。虽说自由阅读不是什么苦差，但忙碌了一天的我更想立刻躺在床上舒舒服服地美美的睡上一觉。

好在我终于可以睡觉了，结束了这忙碌而又紧张的一天。可是，我还不能松掉这一口气。因为---我明天依旧如此啊，计划可是没变的。算了，既然改变不了事实，那就改变自己的心态吧!

一个快乐而短暂的暑假悄悄地从我们的身边溜走，我们又迎来了一个新的学期，发生在暑假的趣事就像天空中的星星，数不胜数，是我心头不可抹杀的一件件往事。每一件事都闪闪发亮，深深的印在我的脑海中。

爸爸说;明天我们全家人去九仙山玩。我听后，高兴极了，早早的睡觉，生怕误了第二天的路程。

我们来到的第一个景点，就是龙潭沟。来到龙潭沟停车场，下了车，顺着弯弯曲曲的小路往前走去，走了几分钟，便听见龙潭瀑布的水哗哗作响。再往下走，便看见一条清可见底的小河，前面有一座小桥，桥非常高，走上去，龙潭瀑布便出现在眼前。波涛澎湃，看着龙潭瀑布，我才真正领略到“飞流直下三千尺，疑是银河落九天”的壮丽。

我们又参观了，九仙山最有名的两座高峰老母阁和情侣峰。我们顺着弯弯曲曲的山路往上爬，走一会歇一会，不知不觉身上已经汗津津的了。虽然我很想停下来休息，可是我知道只有爬到山顶，才能感受出“会当凌绝顶，一览众山小”的壮观。

想到这，我浑身好像充满了力气，脚步也轻快了许多，很快就到达了山顶。从山顶往下望，山谷中笼罩着一层薄雾，仿佛给郁郁葱葱的树木披上了一层白纱，一条清清的小河环绕其中，给山谷增添了许多生机，真是一个人间仙境呀!

How happy I am. Yesterday I finished all the work very quick, so I have a lot of time to do myself. Sometimes finish work early is a good thing, we can have more interests to do the next work. After a busy term , they want to spent more time with the people they love .30% of the students are going to travel to relax. 15% of the students want to take training courses to improve themselves . The rest will just stay at home to have a good rest.They plan to read books .At the same time ,they also plan to go out to do sports to keep healthy.

I had a joyful summer vacation. During the holidays, I traveled with my

families.

We went to Beijing and stayed there for four days. We lived in the hotel.

the Summer Palace and the Old Summer Palace.

We also went to the Great Wall. The weather was very hot, but we were

exciting. I like Beijing very much. I hope I can go there again.
