I have a very cheerful holiday in “The National Day”. My parent and I went to Shanghai about nine days ago. We got there by plane, I think that shanghai must be a very big city, and there are a lot of tall buildings. First we went into the hotel named”chuang ye”. And we saw the tall big building “Shanghai TV Tower”, at nine in the evening, we got back to the hotel. The second day, we visited Zhouzhuang. It’s very beautiful and the air was good, I bought my favorite toy : weapons. I like them very much. Shanghai’s food tasted good. Today we are very happy and tired, so we slept early in the night. The third day however, we didn’t go anywhere, we stayed in the hotel until late in the afternoon. In the evening, we came back to Tianjin by plane to. This travel was fantastic!

An Accident

One sunny afternoon, when I was merrily riding home, I heard "Help! Help!". I rode to the riverside and found a boy of about five in the river struggling. I jumped into the water, swam to the boy and dragged him to the river bank. the boy said he was trying to catch a fish near the river bank and carelessly fell into the water. 坐在公交车上，姚羽呆呆的看着一棵棵树飞速的向后滑去，于是便又在胡思乱想了：其实，并不是树木在后退，而是车在前进呢，呵，

"妹，你在想什么啊？"是姚梦—姚羽的姐姐的声音

姚羽微微邹了下鼻子："姐，我没事发会儿呆罢了。"

姚梦摸了一下姚羽的手，很冰。盛夏的早晨，虽然有一点儿微微的寒意，但也不至于这么冰啊。问道："羽，你是不是很冷啊？"

姚羽说："没有啊"姚羽穿了一身白色的连衣裙，上面开着黑色的花，很美。

姚梦关心的说："可你的手怎么这么冰啊？"

姚羽说："不要紧的，姐，到了哦。"

姚羽明媚的一笑，跳下了车。姚梦则是淑女的走下。

映入两人眼帘的是几座大大的厂房，还有一个宽广的停车场，停车场上停着各式各样的自行车，电动车，还有摩托车。无数个穿着白色或蓝色衣服的人来回穿梭，停车，吃早餐，打卡。八点一到，便都各自进了各自的厂房，开始工作起来。

姚羽看了看晨曦的阳光，有点而儿晃眼。

这时，一个穿白衣服的中年男子朝姐妹两走来。

姚梦赶紧拉着姚羽打招呼："舅舅"

这个男子是姚梦的表舅，姚梦两人来这儿打暑假工，就是他的主意。

打过招呼，表舅带着她们来到了一间招聘接待室。里面有几个人正在填写履历表。

舅舅给她们拿来履历表，姚梦和姚羽便各自拿一张开始填起来。

两人还没填完，门外一下子来了一大群人，而且都是和姚梦的年龄差不多的样子，十八岁左右。有男有女，看样子他们似乎也是来打暑假工的。

姚梦看了他们几眼，又开始填起来。而姚羽只轻轻的扫了一眼便没怎么注意了。两人都没有细瞧，殊不知，命运的轨道正在缓缓的转动起来了。

填完表，不一会儿，一个看样子大约三十岁左右的高个子女子走了进来。这个女子脸微微有点瘦，给人一种有几分威严的感觉。

高个子女子说："大家好，我叫cherry。是滑板车间的主管，你们准备打暑假工的请跟我来。"

"cherry？"姚羽想："樱桃吗？甜美可人的樱桃？"边想边随着姚梦出去。

可她不知道在猾板车间里，樱桃可是一种严厉的象征呢。

主管把他们带到了大门口，一辆救护车正在门外。把几人都下了一大跳。

主管白了他们一眼说："你们坐这车去下医院体检。"

众人便乖乖的上了车，随着车一路颠簸，到了一家医院。

到了医院，姚羽数了一下，总共有七个男孩子，三个女孩子。

救护车司机带他们交了六十快体检费，便开始体检了。

开始几项还好一点，可到了验血着一项时，姚羽不紧脸色有些发白了。姚梦和另一个女孩子的脸色也有些不太好了。

一个穿白色t—shit的男孩子轻笑，问姚梦："你们怕什么啊？"

姚梦轻咬下嘴唇说："看起来很痛的样子。"

男孩子说："你们不要怕，我们先来把。"

说完就带头验血。被抽完血后还笑着对姚梦说："看，没痛的，和被蚊子咬了下样。"

就这样，七个男孩子便先验了血，接着姚梦看到那个穿白衣的男孩子鼓励的微笑，便在女孩子中第一个去抽了血，接着另一个叫彭希的女孩子也抽了。

姚羽是最后一个，她闭着眼睛丝毫不看一眼。

一个蓝衣服的男孩子见姚羽脸色发白，紧咬嘴唇，于是问到："你不要紧吧？"

姚羽轻轻摇了摇头，什么都没说。

姚梦在旁边说："我妹有点儿晕血。"

接下来，十个人在等化验表出来的时间里开始聊起天来。差不多的年龄，很快便熟了起来。

原来那个白衣男孩叫苏东坡。蓝衣服的叫李墨。

当时听到苏东坡这个名字时，大家都笑岔了气。还说让他做几首词来，又说让他做东坡肉来吃。气氛很是愉快。

拿到体检表，大家又一起坐车回到了工厂。

把体检表交给了主管，主管看没什么问题，便让他们明天来正式打工。并让他们明天带上相片和身份证，好给他们做员工卡。

[初一暑假实践作文

Henry is a little fatter than he wants to be. He is a bit worried. He

decides to lose weight. He eats only a little food for breakfast and supper, and

has some fruit. He doesn’t eat much sugar because he thinks it makes him

fatter.

Besides having only a little food, he keeps doing exercises every day. He

swims very often and runs every day. Some time later, he becomes stronger.

夏日的味道是多种多样的，有火辣辣的，有痒痒的，有香香的，还有甜甜的。

夏天火辣辣的味道，体现在被烤热的大地中，体现在农民伯伯顶着炎炎夏日辛勤劳动的汗水中，体现在小狗热得吐舌头来散热，还体现在人们一边吃雪糕，一边吹风扇中。啊!我感觉到了夏天火辣辣的味道。

夏天有痒痒的味道，那是蚊子在人们睡觉时悄悄地大饱口福，让我们感觉痒痒的，要是有一只蚊子停在我的手臂上，我会小心翼翼地将手凑上去，再猛地拍上一巴掌，有时蚊子会葬身在我手臂上，有时蚊子却不翼而飞了。

夏天更是有香香的味道，在花丛中，有欣然怒放地荷花，有骄阳似火的玫瑰花，有小巧玲珑的水仙花，真是美不胜收呀!它们仿佛都在展示自己美丽的身姿呢!有些小蜜蜂都情不自禁地飞了过来。啊!我感觉到了夏天香香的味道。

夏天还有甜甜的味道，在夏天里吃西瓜别提多爽了，我从冰箱里拿出一个西瓜，把它切成两半，我看到了鲜红的果肉，黑色的小籽，口水就直下三千尺。我迫不及待地尝了一口，啊!真甜，只见我变成了“小花猫”。

啊!我感受到了夏天的味道。

一、暑假宗旨：

外面的世界很精彩，但外面的世界也很无奈，我要继续发扬光大宅女的优良传统，把家坐穿。

二、暑假目标：

争取把自己捂成白毛女，饿成白骨精。(好像是个梦，昨天又馋的不行，去了饭店)

三、暑假内容：

1、每天争取7点起床，转转呼啦圈，以免腰部赘肉的增长。

2、每天争取打扫一遍家庭卫生，必须让自己生活在一个赏心悦目的环境里。

3、每天争取拿出两小时读读书，不管爱不爱读。

4、每天中午必须午睡一小时，保证睡眠充足是美容的根本。

5、每天必须听听音乐，或者唱几首歌，音乐是洗涤灵魂的良药。

6、每天必须坚持锻炼一小时，不管刮风下雨。

7、每晚尽量早睡，争取在12点之前躺在床上(有些心虚)。

8、争取泡点啥(此处范围广，可以随意发挥想象)。

9、美女小米说，每周还得那啥啥啥啥啥啥，不明白的问我们家小米哈。

10、天气适宜的话，争取走进山水中，挑逗一下山水。
