暑假里的事就像天上的星星一样，数也数不清，但令我最难忘的一件事就是这一件事。

在暑假里的一个星期，我、妈妈、弟弟和奶奶一起去宜昌游玩。

这天，我们要去三个位置，上午去天下第一洞——“金狮洞”和“情人洞”，下午要去神农架最著名的瀑布——“三峡大瀑布”。

因为我们太兴奋了，所以早上六点就起床了。然后，我们就坐大巴车去爬山。

大巴车吃力的延着弯弯曲曲的山路往上爬呀爬，终于到了天下第一著名的金狮洞。我一进去，就被里面的漂亮景色迷住了，洞里所有的风景全是彩色的，有各种各样神奇的石柱，最后，快到出口的时候，有个时空隧道，里面很黑，但隐隐约约有点光，我们紧张的慢慢往外走，终于到出口了。

接着我们又到了情人洞，情人洞比金狮洞更好玩呢！一进去我们看见了彩色的风景，然后又经历了好多探险，有走独木桥，有爬还有很天梯，还有很窄的“一线天”，还有……我们围着美丽又惊险的情人洞绕了一大圈，走到了出口。

最后，我们来到了宜昌最著名的三峡大瀑布。大瀑布可大了，从高高的山上奔下来，大瀑布旁边还有许许多多的小瀑布。忽然我看见有很多人从大瀑布里穿过去，我就也想从大瀑布里穿过去。我问妈妈：“能不能从大瀑布里穿过去？”妈妈答应了，说：“好吧！”

我兴冲冲地跑到大瀑布旁边，穿上雨衣，然后穿过大瀑布。在大瀑布里我觉得好高兴，因为瀑布冲下来的时候，感觉又凉爽又惊险又好玩。穿过瀑布以后，我们就原路返回。

丰富多彩的暑假已经离开，让我回味无穷的便是那充满韵律的七月，辛苦而快乐。

暑假的第一天，无意中听到了一首《天空之城》，但明显不是用钢琴演奏的，而是一种纯朴、自然的音韵，查看乐曲名后发现是用木吉他演奏的，渐渐地，我喜欢上了木吉他的音韵，就像月光撒在夜来香的花瓣上，于是我下定决心要去学吉他。

第二天我便来到了琴行，选好一把心仪的吉他，放在腿上，完全不知道该如何把玩这件器物，看着比我小很多的小孩都能弹得那么得心应手，我也就只有羡慕嫉妒恨的份了。

琴行的老师过来了，互相简单介绍之后便开始了正式的学习。作为一个连菜鸟都算不上的人，我完全都不知道该怎样把琴拿好。老师便告诉我说：“把琴箱下侧凹部放在右腿然后把右臂放在侧板上，左手握住琴脖子就行了。”之后老师便又告诉我：“吉他共有六根弦，最细的是一弦，最粗的是六弦。”

突然，同学们都开始弹出了声音。我还在想应该怎样拿琴，根本就没有反应过来，而且我不知道该如何弹响，于是不管三七二十一，随手用力勾了一根弦，只听吉他发出“乒滋滋滋～”的声响，我尴尬的笑着，望着老师。老师站在我后面，手把手的教我，他用右手握着我的右手，拿着我的手指教我勾弦。我的手指勾得生疼，弦似乎要勒断我的手指了。我想停下来，可老师望着我，我不敢怠慢。一次次尝试之后，我总算是学会了勾弦。

接着问题就来了，左手怎么用?这次老师讲得很细，“琴脖子上的银色条条就是‘品柱’，两个品柱之间就是一品，我们来看六线谱，上面的3表示左手按住五弦3品然弹响……”，这是天书吗，我咋听不懂呢?一头雾水。我在这一节课中勉强学会了识谱，弹出了“DoReMiFaSoLaSi”，左手指尖要一直与琴弦垂直，又痛又麻。回家以后忍着痛反复练习，第二天继续上课。我多么想放弃啊!可爸爸说：做什么事都不能半途而废，吃不得苦的人终究会一事无成。爸爸的话掷地有声，容不得我不听。

就这样一天天坚持下来了，弹琴技巧也一天天提高了。虽然是手指头磨破皮了，琴弦一不小心弄断了，但是，听到悦耳的吉它音，所有的不快都会抛之脑后。现在，每当我学习疲惫，我都会忆起暑假学习吉它的过程，它告诉我：学习是痛并快乐着的过程，涅槃之后才能获得重生。

果然，在我的努力练习之下，我的游泳技术研究“更上一层楼”了。学游泳的时候，我感觉我快崩溃了，一节课的时间，我被人踢到了至少10次，至少喝了5口水。但是，“梅花香自苦寒来”，我也要像梅花一样勇敢地走出天寒地冻的冬天。

因为人的记忆力有选择啊，有的人天生对语言天生敏感，所以记得就快，有的人对历史敏感，记忆历史就比别人快。所以人的记忆力不能一概而论，这是我多年学习的经验，和个人理解。

第一，你不要把英语单词当成中文的象形文字来记，中文的记忆有形象关系，但是单词时无意义的字母排序，背得时候一定要理解英语的发音规律，先要记没个单词的发音，有的发音如tioneror什么的你一定发现了几个字母组合法特定的音，按发音记！

有时候宁肯先记发音！

因为有时候，你甚至能根据发音，你自己就能写出来，何必要背。其实英语的字母单词，不是很规律的，不想拼音的，但还是有一定的规律。

其实背英语单词，不能死记是真的，但是一定要持之以恒，首先要有心理准备，要有自信。

你背英语单词的时候可以边默读便用笔在一张纸上写，就是随便写一些，主要是加深印象。

我的习惯是第一次背时先写5遍/单词，隔天写3遍/单词。过一段时间再重复。这样记虽然慢，但是很扎实。

而且还要注意，背单词应该背词典，就是你背一个词的形式，比如名词，最好翻阅词典，把其他的形式也给背过。这样看起来，似乎比较费脑子，实际上我认为，这样无形中很快，因为你背单词就是要用在阅读上，这样背的话既实用又能无形中体会出英语的变形规律，以后就会背的很快乐。

英语背单词，实际取决于你已经背的单词量。

不是英语专业的人，但是愿意分享我的经验，希望你能背得越来越轻松。

暑假里，我跟着爸爸又来到了宝天曼故地重游。不过我可不是来欣赏横看成岭侧成峰的崇山峻岭的，吸引我的是那一大片碧波荡漾的绿水。

“快点，快点！”我连走带跑，心里急得像火烧一样，“早点到可以多玩一会儿！”我满脑子都是水战游戏，特别是上次的经历，我吃一堑长一智，这次兵马未动粮草先行，有备而来：穿的短裤，带了一次性雨衣、水枪，一会儿定要和小伙伴们大干一场！

我疾行几步，终于来到了我们的战场。这里很多大块大块起起伏伏的巨石，其间一片片水面像零星的绿宝石散落着，水面宽而浅，真是打水战的好地方。已经不少孩子光着脚丫子在水里玩耍了，大家人手一把水枪呲水，有的射向空中散落成雨雾，有的对着成群结队游来游去的鱼儿打一梭子水柱，吓得它们四零五散地逃窜。自来熟的我迅速脱掉鞋子，大吼一声冲进了水里。

在我的建议下，大家分成了两派，互相用水枪对抗。我真是有先见之明呀，雨衣很给力，阻挡了射向我的水柱。双管水枪更是使的得心应手，两倍于他们的水柱打得对方只能抱头鼠窜。咦，仿佛看到一道绿影，我猛地回头看，敌军队长什么时候跑到我身后了，原来他们分成两小队，一队假装败退吸引我方注意力，另一队绕到后面进行透袭。还想以退为进，我让你有来无回。举起水枪，充足的水柱打得他只有招架之功，毫无还手之力，一把又一把不停地擦着脸上的水，偷鸡不成蚀把米，对方很快被浇成了一只落汤鸡。

哈哈哈，看着对方狼狈不堪的模样，我和队友们得意忘形得哈哈大笑。啪叽，我脚下一滑，摔进水里，这次雨衣也帮不了我，水瞬间从四面八方浸透了我的衣服。等我从水里爬起身来，大家愣了片刻，更多的笑声落到了我的身上。于是，我们都除去了雨衣的束缚，酣畅淋漓地继续玩起来。

小伙伴们玩到各自的父母一遍遍催促才依依不舍地离开了，但孩子们对水战的兴趣是不会消散的，这真是一件历久弥新的趣事。

4、睡前听20分钟英语朗诵，掌握更多的语法知识，让自己在今后写英语作文时更有逻辑性。

But for myself,I learn English not only because of its importance and its

usefulness,but also because of my love for it.When I learn English, I can feel a

different way of thinking which gives me more room to touch the world.When I

read English novels,I can feel the pleasure from the book which is different

from reading the translation.When I speak English, I can feel the confident from

my words.When I write English,I can see the beauty which is not the same as our

Chinese…

I love English,it gives me a colorful dream.I hope I can travel around the

world one day. With my good English, I can make friends with many people from

different contries.I can see many places of great intrests.I dream that I can go

to London,because it is the birth place of English.

I also want to use my good English to introduce our great places to the

English spoken people,I hope that they can love our country like us.

I know, Rome was not built in a day. I believe that after continuous hard

study, one day I can speak English very well.

If you want to be loved, you should learn to love and be lovable. So I

believe as I love English everyday , it will love me too.

放暑假了，八月的一次漂流为我的炎炎夏日带来了无限的快乐!

在炎炎夏日下来一场漂流自然是极好的，我们选择了一个艳阳高照的好日子，和妹妹一家出发了。经过两个小时的颠簸，总算是到达了目的地。

此时正值正午，太阳当空照。听景区介绍人说，这时正是漂流的好时机。我们顾不得炎热，马上戴好护具，一个个摩拳擦掌，准备出发。

终于坐上了小艇，我拿着手中的桨，左一下，右一下漫无目的地摇着，飘荡着和妹妹的说笑。

就在路过了第一个“据点”后，我们听见前方不远处一阵轰鸣，人们的尖叫声此起彼伏，若隐若现。突然听旁边有人大喝一声，我们突然反应过来，手忙脚乱地摆好东西，抓住扶手。虽说是有些害怕，但更多的却是兴奋，终于等到了这一刻!

轰鸣声越来越大，距离险滩也越来越近，我们屏住了呼吸。突然，小艇前段一沉，就在我们的尖叫声中滑了出去，砸进水中。转瞬间，艇就溜到了底部。飞流直下的水波如同猛虎下山，使劲的撞到石头上，激起一层层浪花拍打在我们身上，也激起我们一阵阵冷颤。先前空气中灼热的感觉全无，取而代之的则是跃动的水精灵。小艇左右颠簸，高高跳起的水猛地一头栽进艇中，也给了我们一个亲密的拥抱。被那清凉的水一浇，冰凉的触感令我忍不住在心中大叫了一声，爽!一瞬间，身上已经一无干出，小艇也装满了水。正当我们好不容易有了喘息机会时，一个浪打过来，硬是灌了我一大口水!谁能想到，竟有如此刺激!

我们一路披荆斩棘，推波斩浪，终于到达了下游。心中激情和兴奋未减，而身体却是不住的发抖，一个个喷嚏接连打出，妹妹的情况也很不好。

这时，一只钩子勾上了我们的艇，拉着我们缓缓向岸边靠去。那是一个“据点”里的老爷爷。好像是发现了我们的不适应，连忙拉我们上岸。扶着我们上岸后他让我们坐下，问我们：“小朋友，是不是很冷啊!”我们下意识地点点头。爷爷端过来两杯姜茶：“快喝了吧，暖暖身子。”妹妹接过一饮而尽，我却有些迟疑。爷爷似乎看出了我的心思，笑着说：“快喝了吧，我知道你们两个小孩子没有钱，这是爷爷送给你们的。”我有写不好意思的笑了笑，这才喝掉。看着不算高大的老爷爷帮我们倒掉小艇里水的样子，刚入腹的茶化为一股暖流，带给我温暖，感动。

暑假已过，但那美丽的景色，刺激的漂流，热情善良的老爷爷都令我快乐，感动，令我追忆!

when it comes to english learning, people may start pouring out their woes about how it difficult to learn. well, as an english major student, i think there are several ways we can do to improve our english skills and make it easier to learn. some english learners believe that extensive reading is an important way to learn english. i really agree with that. for every english learner, extensive reading is a indispensable part to enhance their english. there are some of the advantages of reading:

what! The summer vacation goes by so fast, fifty days will pass in a blink

of an eye. During this summer vacation, I spent most of the time playing

basketball. Sometimes I go swimming with my friends. Sometimes play with small

cards. If I was alone, I would ride a bicycle for a ride around, or watch TV, or

go online to find a classmate I miss, chatting, bickering, and solving the pain

of missing. There are many, many programs to play, but my favorite is still

playing basketball.

During this summer vacation, my mother signed me up for a basketball class,
