一、总体思路

以努力提高教学质量为目标，以抓好教学常规工作，提高英语合格率为重点，采用任务型教学法，注重“学困生”的教育补差工作，形成良好的教学风气。

二、学生情况分析

经过一学期的学习，从上期期末成绩来看，七年级两个班的英语成绩比较理想。平均分82分。大部分学生学习目的明确，态度端正，掌握了英语学习的一些基本方法，能够积极主动认真地学习，学习成绩较好。但还有少部分学生没有明确的学习目的，缺少学习的热情和主动性，自觉性较差，相应的学习习惯也差，加上两极分化十分严重。

三、教材分析

《Goforit》七年级下册共14个单元，包括2个复习单元。全书采用任务型语言教学模式，融汇话题、交际功能和语言结构，形成了一套循序渐进的生活化的学习程序。每个单元都列出明确的语言目标，主要的功能项目与语法结构，需要掌握的基本词汇，并分为A、B两部分。A部分是基本的语言内容，B部分是知识的扩展和综合的语言运用。每个单元还有selfcheck部分，供学生自我检测本单元所学的语言知识。它采用“语言的输入---学生的消化吸收---学生的语言输出”为主线编排的。

四、教学目标

掌握本册书上的重点词汇、词组以及句型。通过本学期的学习，培养学生对英语的学习兴趣，形成有效的学习策略，有效提高学习效率，发展双基能力;培养听、说、读、写的能力，使学生初步获得运用英语的能力，达到语言运用能力的迁移和拓展;通过了解世界，了解不同地区的人文风俗，学会理解和尊重异国文化，并使学生在人际交往中学会尊重和理解别人，能在小组活动中积极与他人合作，相互帮助，共同完成学习任务，尽情享受学习的乐趣。

五、教学措施

1、加强词汇教学，包括单词拼写、词义记忆，语言功能的训练。

词汇是文章、句子的基本单位，词汇量的大小，将直接关系到学生能否流利地运用英语进行交际;能否熟练地用英语读和写;能否顺利地用英语思考。从上学期的期末考试所反映的问题看，在今后的教学中，在加强拼读与拼写的同时，应帮助学生进行有意识记，应加强对词的用法及内在含义的理解，要培养学生用英语解释单词的能力，逐步启发引导学生用英语思考。单词教学一定要做到词不离句，这样，学生在学会了单词的同时，也学会了词的一些基本用法。

2、每天背诵课文中的对话，培养语感。

3、基本的语法教学一定要与语境相结合。

进行语法操练时，要坚持“四位一体”，即话题、语境、结构、功能相结合。抓住话题，联系语境，确定语法结构，明确语法功能(交际功能)。要重视语法知识对于培养语言运用功能的基础作用，又要注重改革教法。课堂上一定要有生动活泼的教学活动。

4、进一步培养阅读能力和写作能力。

阅读和写作能力的培养是英语教学的又一重点。阅读和写作能力的培养在于平时。教师在平时讲解阅读理解题时，应着力帮助学生分析语言材料，而不是核对答案;平常应该多写作文。

一、进行自我分析

我们每天都在学习，可能有的同学没有想过我是怎样学习的这个问题，因此制订计划前首先进行自我分析。

1、分析自己的学习特点，同学们可以仔细回顾一下自己的学习情况，找出学习特点。各人的学习特点不一样：有的记忆力强，学过知识不易忘记;有的理解力好，老师说一遍就能听懂;有的动作快但经常错;有的动作慢却很仔细。如在数学学习中有的理解力强、应用题学习好;有的善于进行口算，算得比较快，有的记忆力好，公式定义记得比较牢;有的想象力丰富，善于在图形变换中找出规律。所以几何学习比较好……你可以全面分析。

2、分析自己的学习现状，一是和全班同学比，确定看自己数学成绩在班级中的位置，还常用"好、较好、中、较差、差"来评价。二是和自己数学成绩的过去情况比，看它的发展趋势，通常用"进步大、有进步、照常、有退步、退步大"来评价。

二、确定学习目标

适当 就是指目标不能定得过高或过低，过高了，最终无法实现，容易丧失信心，使计划成为一纸空文;过低了，无需努力就能达到，不利于进步。要根据自己的实际情况提出经过努力能够达到的目标.

明确 就是指学习目标要便于对照和检查。如："今后要努力学习，争取更大进步"这一目标就不明确，怎样努力呢?哪些方面要有进步?如果必为："数学课语文课都要认真预习。数学成绩要在班级达到中上水平。"这样就明确了，以后是否达到就可以检查了。

具体 就是目标要便于实现，如怎样才能达到"数学中上水平"这一目标呢?可以具体化为：每天做10道计算题，5道应用题，每个数学公式都要准确无疑地背出来，等等。

三、科学安排时间

确定了学习目标之后，就要通过科学地安排。使用时间来达到这些目标。要符合"全面、合理、高效"的要求。

全面 在安排时间时，既要考虑学习，也要考虑休息和娱乐，既要考虑课内学习，还要考虑课外学习，还要考虑不同学科的时间搭配。

合理 要找出每天学习的最佳时间，如有的同学早晨头脑清醒，最适合于记忆和思考;有的则晚上学习效果更好，要在最佳时间里完成较重要的学习任务，此外注意文理交叉安排，如复习一会语文，就做几道算术题，然后再复习自然常识外语待。

香港有个迪斯尼，桂林有个乐满地。”今天，我们乘着旅游车来到了远近闻名的乐满地。

一路上，我们路过了许许多多的庄园，眼前一片葱绿。远处，一排排用透明的塑料薄膜盖起来的是葡萄，虽然是隔着玻璃窗户，但我好像闻到了葡萄的清香，顿时心旷神怡。

车行了大约1个多小时，我们终于到了今天的目的地——乐满地主题乐园。

导游姐姐首先带我们去参观月老阁。这座月老阁虽说是97年重新修建的，但是看上去和新的没什么两样。中间是一座古色古香的塔，全塔的外观呈八角型，走进塔内，在走道的两侧墙上，有几十幅佛像。导游姐姐还特意告诉我们，进去的时候，不能踩到门槛，否则就是对佛祖的大不敬。

参观完月老阁，我们就可以开始自由活动了。

乐满地共分为7大区：欢乐中国城、美国西部区、梦幻世界区、海盗村、南太平洋区、欧洲区和森林游乐区。是国家AAAAAA级景区。

我们到达的第一个区是欧洲区。要说欧洲区里什么最惊险、最刺激，那就要数“超级大旋风”了。在我们还在风雨桥上时，耳边就不时传来一阵阵欢呼和尖叫声。等我们走近了，才发现这声音的来源——一个不断旋转的大转轮上，人们正在尖叫着。转到半空中时，突然来了个720°的大旋转。

我原以为我的胆子蛮大的，但是就是在下面看，也把我吓得一身冷汗。我就在下面楞了几秒钟，等反应过来时，就发现我被姐姐拉到了入口处排队。“哎呀，想反悔已经来不及了，干脆上了!”我想。

机器缓缓启动了，把我们升到十几米的高空，上面风景真是好啊。可没等我好好欣赏，就开始急速下降了。我往下看看，我的妈呀，怎么这么高。下面的喷泉忽上忽下，伴着大伙儿的尖叫和欢呼，我们正在急速下降。眼看着我们就要掉下喷泉里了，我赶紧闭上眼睛。我听到耳边的风呼呼作响，头发都被吹起来了。就在我想睁开眼睛时，又开始在空中倒转。“一圈、两圈……”我感觉到我离开了座椅，整个人像是腾空的。终于不转了，我睁开眼睛，天啊，又是下降啊!我决定看着它下去。

“呼——”的一声，我又一次离开了座椅，“啊——”我们奋力的大喊，感觉像是要掉下去了。

等我感觉好像是掉到谷底时，原来时间到了。

下来之后，我走路还有点晃晃的，不过，很爽，够刺激!

下次我还来乐满地，等着我哦!

春暖的花开驱赶了冬天的感伤，我们伴春节喜庆的钟声再次踏入了学校的大门。新学期的帷幕为我们拉开了崭新的学习舞台，但是，荣誉的桂冠往往要荆棘编就，成功的道路往往由汗水铺通，征途绝对非一帆风顺。上个学期的欢笑与泪水，成功与失败等都已成为过去式，我们应该放眼未来，洗去心灵的尘埃，拿上我们的武器，整装待发，大步迈向新学期！

在新的学期中，要想成绩攀上更高的山峰，就要为之不懈的努力！一分耕耘一分收获。学习不但是一种兴趣，更是一种责任，是我应该做而且必须做好的事情，学习还会给我们带来副产品——压力。没有苦累的过程，就不会有进步与提升。正是学习中的苦与累缔造出我们加倍努力学习的原动力。无论是过去、现在还是未来这都是永恒不变的定律。再华丽的辞藻都远不及最朴实的行动。我们不可以再做语言的巨人，而是要蜕变为行动的主人。只有真正学会自主学习，成绩才会真正有质的飞跃。

除了知识的摄入外，还有一件很重要的事情，那就是——学会感恩。感恩，是生活中温暖阳光的来源；是彩绘生活的画笔。！“春天来了，我却看不到”这是让人多么心痛的感受。因此，学会感恩是人生路上不可或缺的过程之一。对父母感恩，他们赐予我生命；对老师感恩，他们教会我知识；对朋友感恩，他们给予我帮助；对上天感恩，它在看我做人。让我感恩的热太多，在这我想说一句：我的亲人，我的朋友，不论是熟识的还是陌生的，我都要感谢你们，感谢你们给我的一切一切。学会感恩、知恩图报是中华民族的传统美德，值得我们不断发扬与继承！

书山有路勤为径，学海无涯苦作舟。站在新的起跑线上，我们的目标就在充满希冀的前方。我要加油，在绚丽多彩的初中生活中，好好学习，这是冲刺，面向新的征程，也许会有坎坷，艰险，但我坚信：我一定会战胜一切困难，避过所有的浅滩，到达成功的彼岸！

summer can be very hot in southern taiwan where the temperature usually goes up to 32"c or more. because of the heat it is a trying experience to go to school or do anything else in a place that is not air-conditioned. also because of this i stay at home most of the time during the summer vacation and only occasionally go to the beach to plunge myself into the cool water as a way to keep my body less sticky. actually i like swimming and think nothing is more refreshing than a swim. in the summer vacation that has just ended i went swimming many times with my classmates and we all had a good time. this summer vacation, however, was not spent entirely in seeking fun. as a second-year senior student i had to prepare myself for the college entrance examinations that were only a year away. in other words, i must find time to study, too. so i divided my time between work and play during the summer vacation and derived much benefit from this arrangement.

我的体质一直不是很好，昨天爸爸说从明天开始要给我进行一项体质加强的训练计划，这不，今天就上演了“悲惨”的一幕，“练海无崖累作舟”的生活从今天拉开了序幕。

今天下午，爸爸软硬兼施，连拉带扯的将我推上了“战场”，今天的要求是绕着小区跑15圈，我粗略的估算了一下，一圈大概是100多米，照这么算的话，大约要跑1500多米啊!我差点被自己的估算吓晕了，但是想归想，跑还是要跑的啊，我望着小区平坦的水泥路面，咬咬牙，冲了上去，刚开始我跑得挺轻松，但是过了5圈后我的速度就渐渐的慢了下来，踩着的好象不是水泥路，而是一块熊熊燃烧的大铁板，脚上感觉像针扎一般，说不出的难受。但是我依旧坚持着，心想：晕，才跑5圈呐，感觉就如此糟糕，还有2/3没跑呢!绕着小区又跑了几圈，我的脚有些发软，大滴的汗珠顺着脸颊“奔腾而下”滴在了地上，在我的身后留下了一串串的印记。好不容易我跑完了十圈，但是我全身的力气像流水般地消失待尽，浑身像根面条，软绵绵的，脚上像灌了铅块，沉重无比，似乎骨头之间失去了连接。剩下的5圈，我几乎是连拖带走才勉强完成，完了爸爸说：“OK，行了，回家吧!”

但是我让爸爸先回去，而我自己则坐在楼下小区的椅子上休息，汗珠一颗颗调皮地从我的头上蹦到了地上，不一会地上就汇成了一条“小河”。过了一会，我才缓缓走向家。

回家洗了个澡，才感觉浑身上下舒服了一些，但是一想到了明天的训练，我又感觉“天崩地裂”，但是又转念一想：“算了，为了身体好一些，吃点苦也不算什么!”

在寒假来临之前，我 还在思考要做什么事才能让我的寒假生活更有意义。突然我想到，这几年妈妈平日的辛劳，每天总是为我们洗衣服、煮饭、拖地......等家事。换成是我的话 可能会抱怨连连，可是妈妈连一句抱怨的话都没有，妈妈真的是很伟大呀!! 于是我决定来个“全家大动员”，想让妈妈好好休息，来慰劳她平日的辛劳。趁春节的时候，来个大扫除，让家里焕然一新，有如镜花水月般的美丽。

另外，我想要在寒假的时候，去阿姨家借阅几本好书。这样一来，有两种好处：一、可以增加我的知识。二、就不会去想到电脑，电脑就像个顽皮的小猴子，只会告诉我：“快来帮我开机，我在等你唷!”一不小心就会掉进深渊───增加我的近视度数!!

看!! 我的寒假计划很充实吧!! 我也觉得这样一来在这个暑假，我会过的很快乐、很开心的。愿这个寒假能带来给我更多的快乐!
