每天早上6:30起床，跑步、跳绳、踢毽子。

周末由父母陪同到郊外游玩或爬山。

以此使自己的身体更加健康。

2:认真读书，汲取更多的知识，丰富自己的写作内涵。

上午8:00--9:00读书一小时，边读边写读书笔记，并摘抄好词好句，养成记笔记的好习惯。

3:认真学习，使自己更上一层楼

上午10:00--11:00与下午2:00--3:00复习以前学过的知识，并按时完成老师布置的作业。

写一张钢笔字，提高自己钢笔字的水平。

4:丰富自己的内涵，练习特长

每天下午4:00--6:00学习毛笔字活画画，使自己更加完善。

5:写日记，养成好习惯

准备一个日记本，每天晚上8:00--8:40写一篇日记，把当天的所见所闻所思记录下来。

6:做家务，我是小大人

每天帮妈妈做力所能及的家务，分担妈妈的辛苦，使自己成为真正的小主人。

华山给我的第一个感觉就是凉快！

华山风景独好，也极为险峻。远远看去，华山好像并没有什么险处，反而秀丽优美，特别是在听了“宝莲灯”与“华山论剑”的故事后，更觉得觉得毫无压力了。

登山之后可就不同了。我们选择了最有挑战性的路程——北峰上，西峰下。北峰往西峰正是上坡路，而且西峰极险。所以一路向上爬楼梯，总觉得摇摇晃晃，身子仿佛要向后倾倒一般。我们还特意去了长空栈道，由木板环山搭成一条只能一人通行的路，只能扶着环山铁链而行，往下看便是万丈深渊，令人毛骨悚然。我紧张得不敢闭眼，生怕走错一步会掉落悬崖。

爬山的路途漫长，特别消耗体力，虽然山上风清气爽，仍免不了大汗淋漓。后面的路上虽再没有长空栈道那么险峻，但有些地方的楼梯几乎接近垂直，也是要靠胆量才能度过，楼梯间距极窄，又凹凸不平，要十分小心才能通过。

一、在完成预习作业时，我一定要按照老师的要求认真地在语文书上圈生字、给必须会写的字组两个词、读五遍课文并让妈妈签字和在预习本上完成预习作业。

二、在课堂上，我要热真听讲，不搞小动作，不和其他同学聊天，争取每次考试的成绩都达到100分。尽管妈妈说这个目标不太容易，但是我觉得只要答完题之后再重新认真检查几遍，这个目标就一定能实现。

三、在课堂下，对于老师批改过的语文卷子上面的错题，我一定要改正过来并保存好试卷，在期中、期末考试前再加强复习一遍，保证考试得到满分。

How time flies. This term ends quickly and the winter holiday is coming. I make a general plan for it. Firstly, my teachers leave us some homework, so I must earnestly finish them on time. I plan to finish them before the Spring Festival, and then I can enjoy the festival with all my heart. Secondly, I will spend some time with my friends. Generally, we study together but have little time to play. During the holiday, we want to have fun together. Finally, I will visit my grandparents with my parents, and then we will spend the Spring Festival with them. I haven’t seen them for a long time. I miss them very much. This is my winter holiday plan. What is yours?

Do you know what kind of animal I like most? It’s monkey. Monkey is a kind

of lovely animal. Many people like monkeys very much. Generally, monkey has

small body covered with fur. Some kinds of monkeys have two big eyes and ears

and a long tail. I can see them on TV or the zoo. Every time I go to the zoo, I

will go to see them. Monkeys often stay in trees and jump between them. They are

so lively and favorable. When they are happy, they will act for visitors. It’s

very funny.

As a middle school student,I dont have much free time,but I still have a lot of things to do.

I like listening to music and reading,so in my free time,I always listening to music and search the Internet for about half-hour.Its a good way to relax myself.I always do some reading before go to bed.Besides,I always go to swimming after school.Exercises help me to keep healthy and do good to my study.As the same as other students,I often watch TV in the evening,but I have to finish my homework first.

At the weekends,I will help my mother with the housework,such as clean the house,do some washing.

那天，妈妈，姜阿姨，李阿姨，周叔叔等一行人带着我们小朋友一起来到南冲水库游泳，有趣极了!

我们乘坐佘叔叔的不汽车去南冲水库，路上我们谈天说地，好不快活。不知不觉中时间已经过去了，我们也已经到了南冲水库，我下了车，张开双手心情地呼吸着那新鲜的空气。我看见南冲水库里的水少许多，但仍然是那么的清澈，那么宽广。微风轻轻地吹拂着水面，水面上泛起了鱼鳞般的水纹，美丽极了!眼前这美女景色犹如一幅美丽的山水画，把我深深地感染了，仿佛自己就像水中的一颗水滴，躺在妈妈的怀抱里，春风姑娘轻轻地抚摸着我可爱的小脸蛋。

我们换好泳衣，就迫不及待下水去了。我们下水先慢慢地试着浮起来，就愉快地游了起来。杨叔叔看见我们已经开始游了起来，就一把拉住我和嘉嘉、乐乐，对我们说：“我们一起游到那个小岛上去好不好?我可跟你们说这路途很遥远哦，如果谁要是觉得自己不行的话，就先退出。”我们三个人望了望对方，异口同声坚定地说：“我们才不怕呢!游就游，谁怕谁呀!”杨叔叔又对我们说：“好!那我们出发吧。”我们各自利用自己最擅长的泳姿向前游去。我当然是蛙泳。我先用手滑一下，脚再像青蛙一样往后一蹬，我就前进了一大段。我游着游着，便回头一看，其他的人还只游了我们现在游的三分之一呢，再一回头，我看见他们已经游地离我们很远了。我又马不停蹄地去追他们，也许是我太急了，游得太快了，所以被水呛着了。终于功夫不负有心人，我们面带着笑容以胜利者的姿势站在了岛上，向大家挥手。

那天虽然很累，但很有趣味，而且我琮收获了不少快乐呢!
