再说一下，你可以有针对地看书，上午你也可以看一些自己较弱的学科的书。

此外，我也戒掉了吃消夜的习惯。刚开始虽然有点难以忍受，到了晚上九点左右，总是因嘴馋而感到焦躁，此时妈妈就会端出她精心调配的综合蔬果汁，用爱心为我补充满满的营养。

经过两个月的努力，过程中虽然也曾破功一两次，但在开学前一天，我满心期待地站上体重计时，家人和我都开心地跳了起来，我瘦了整整四公斤呢!仔细看看镜子中的自己，双下巴似乎小了一点，挂在腰间的游泳圈，尺寸也小了一号，运动服的裤子穿起来也不再那么紧绷了呢!

虽然目前尚未达到我所设定的标準体重，但我相信只要持之以恆地努力，终究可以彻底摆脱胖子的形象，暑假A计划只是一个开始，追求健康身体的目标，是永远不会结束的。

今年暑假，我来到了深不可测；令人闻风丧胆、望而生畏、甚至可以说是惊心动魄的神农架。 神农架，一个神秘而又美丽的地方，因为这里常被人们说有一种高大威猛的直立行走动物——“野人”据说他的脚硕大无比；长着血淋淋的鲜红毛发；大如“盘盂”的身体：鬼鬼祟祟的在森林里活动，给人以百步穿杨之感。好似一只活灵活现的龙在伸手不见五指的沟壑，高壮雄伟的深山中穿梭…… 这一天，我们开着车在枝繁叶茂的神农架林区穿行，一旁高大坚韧的岩石壁不时让人打了个寒噤，正值火热的夏季，可神农架却阴森潮湿，让人止不住的打喷嚏，山顶上烟雾缭绕，为这座绿得叫人担心的大山笼上了一层面纱。

在这极容易令人迷失方向的深山老林之中，不知不觉就进入了神农架林区的中心，据说是发现野人遗物极多的板壁岩，已进入板壁岩，便是群山环绕，连绵起伏的山峰一座接一座的拉起手来，宛如热情恋人，相对相依，旁逸斜出，看着就令人浩气长舒。 走在这群山的怀抱中，呼吸着新鲜空气，让我不知不觉燃起了寻找野人的念头，我东张西望，在令人眼花缭乱的森林里穿梭，寻找野人的足迹，我一丝不苟的寻找着地面的每一个角落，希望能找到关于野人的一些强有力的证据，露珠吻湿了新叶，不经意间天上就下起了毛毛细雨，但人们早已司空见惯，不足为奇。 “光阴似箭，日月如梭”很快我们就走出了板壁岩，回头一看，那场面令人震惊，大大小小的山峰上都安装着密密麻麻的摄像头，还有一些探险者星罗棋布的分布在森林的深处，当我看到通往森林的深处根本就没有路，只有一条窄的令人担忧的小径，蚊虫像一张网一样不停地对人们噬咬的时候，我大吃一惊，当我转过身时，我才发现自己身旁已经聚集了一大群牙牙学语的小孩子，他们呆若木鸡的站在那里，个个都看得目瞪口呆。

探险者进入森林不久，就被四通八达的树藤和树干“吞”进了肚子里，消失在人们的视野之中。 看到了探险者们艰难的徒步上山，随时面临着死神的威胁，我寻找野人的念头早已抛到九霄云外去了，我健步如飞的跑到了出口，野人的恐怖形象历历在目我的脑海里不时浮现出被野人吃掉的场景，我胆颤心惊，战战兢兢的和家人回到了车上，离开了那既令人满心憧憬又令人心惊肉跳的神农架。 在离开的路上，我对那让人回味无穷的神农架浮想联翩，想到那些探险家们的处境是多么的危险，但他们却毅然进入那死亡的深渊，突然我明白了：想要达到自己的理想与目标，满足自己的好奇心，就应怀着坚定的信念付诸行动，努力实现。

人生的路上总会有许多好奇，并潜移默化的成为目标，成为一种坚定不移的信念，探险家们对新鲜事物的好奇逐渐成为了自己的爱好，并以揭开这一新鲜事物的真面目为目标，与一路上的危险做着艰苦卓绝的斗争。 此时此刻，我发现，神农架的神秘不光是因为野人的存在，而更多的是让走进神农架的人们通过与大自然的接触，体验寻找野人的过程明白“实现理想与目标是要付诸行动的人生哲理”。 走出神农架的我此时收获的不仅仅是美景与探寻野人的欢乐，更多的是一种信念，一种努力实现目标，并付出自己的汗水，在茫茫的世界中找到属于自己的那一颗星星，并将它的光亮发挥到极致…… 我爱那神秘的神农架，它有着一种神秘的魔力，当你走出神农架的时候会沾满魔法带来的清香，从而塑造另一个你，让我们把这种魔法传承下去，快乐你我，感染你我……

Anyway, there are also its shortcomings in winter. Of course, there are cold and cold currents that make the nose and water direct. They will make us want to hide in the quilt, but occasionally, this is not a bad thing. In a word, I like it in spring, summer, autumn and winter, and each season has its own characteristics, of which, winter is a very special one. But every trip to winter makes me feel different.

“冬季”就像你的房间，如果能整理的很干净，自己就会喜欢它；但如果你把东西丢的乱七八糟，那不用想也知道，你一定很讨厌它。“冬季”也是一样，你用好的心态去看待它，你绝对会如同我，一步一步的慢慢爱上那“不一样的冬季”。

我喜欢冬季，因为只有冬季，能使树木出现不一样的风格，从春天、夏天在到秋天，叶子都一直变多、变色，但“冬季”却能让树木成为光秃秃的一片。我喜欢在冬季与家人一同去陪弟弟练足球，不仅让我的身体变暖和，也给弟弟多一次练习的机会呢！还有还有，在冬季时，不知道你有没有发现，蚊子顿时少了很多，总算能让我静下心来好好写功课了，这也是冬季的一大好处唷！最后一个理由也是我最喜爱的原因了，全家一起出动去买火锅料，在员来熙熙攘攘的大卖场，一下子到了冬季，人少了许多，结帐都不必排队排个大老远，真是不错，在冬季，全家人一起围着圆桌，互相帮对方把冷飕飕的风给抵挡起来了，这种感觉也只有冬季感受的到 了，和家人一起围炉，如此这般热融融的气氛，是除了“冬季”之外，任何一季都品尝不到的好滋味。

反正不管怎么说，当然冬季也有它的缺点，像是有冷到令人鼻水直流的寒流等，都会使我们想躲在被窝里不要出来，但偶尔这样，也不是件坏事吧！总而言之，春夏秋冬我都喜欢，每一季都有它的特色，其中，冬季是很特别的一个喔！但是每经过一趟“冬之旅”，都让我有不同的感受。
