“调好馅之后，我们分工合作，就像流水线一样，姥爷负责看着不怎么听话的妹妹和表弟，姥姥和好面之后，我负责摁扁小面团，小姨负责擀饺子皮，姥姥再包饺子……”这个分工还是不错的嘛，我心里盘算着。谁知道，刚摁了几个小面饼，就出乱子了，真是计划不如变化啊！

问题就出在姥爷身上了！他很明显低估了妹妹和表弟这俩娃的破坏力，他们两个联手，以不可思议的速度把客厅弄得一片狼藉，布娃娃从沙发上栽倒了地上，零食倒满了整个茶几，两个小家伙在抢电视遥控器，表弟要看《超级飞侠》，妹妹非要看《小猪佩奇》，他们都在大喊大叫，互不相让。我的姥爷居然还在一边收拾东西，一边笑呵呵地看着他俩，不加阻止。看来，只有我登场和他俩斗智斗勇了，谁叫我是大姐呢！

这两个小家伙看上去很横，可他们那点小智商哪里是我的对手。哈哈，不一会儿，我就找出了《熊出没》的动画片，带领他们两个津津有味地看了起来。表弟还想反抗，可是他的攻击力拿来对付我，只能算是鸡蛋碰石头，他只好作罢了。

等两个小家伙终于安静下来，我一看，饺子已经快包完了，为了他俩，我又失去了“大显身手”的机会！这时候，姥姥笑着对我说：“这次包水饺数你表现棒，自己没添乱不说，还能镇住两个‘小魔头’！”你说，姥姥这是夸我吗？

现实生活中，有许多的集体活动，有一大部分的集体活动都是在学校参加的。比如：拔河，小菜市场等。今天的集体活动就是包饺子。

今天上午老师说：“我们下午要包饺子！请大家中午把下午要准备的材料准备一下，用干净卫生的袋子带过来。我们需要饺皮、饺馅，还有擀面棒，锅具，电磁炉……”。

我激动了一个中午，到了下午，叮“铃铃，叮铃铃……上课铃响了，这时全班都鸦雀无声，老师带着“家伙”来了。老师让大部分同学留在班上，我和我的同桌周佳瑶被老师叫去打扫隔壁的教室。我又叫上了我们班的大力士，把隔壁班的桌子拼成了四个小组，八张桌子拼在一起就成了大长桌子了，十来个人围在一起是没有问题的。全部布置好，也就五分钟的时间。

这时老师到本班集叫上同学们到我们布置好的教室里，大家看了激动得手舞足蹈，大家纷纷进了活动室，找到自己的座位坐好，听老师讲怎么包饺子。全班人都开始动手包起饺子来。有的同学好吃，没有听讲，直接开包，包的饺子馅包多了，馅都急急忙忙地逃出了饺皮的“虎口”。有的同学很细心，把饺子包成了“光明正大”的包子。把包子的灌汤口也给包出来了。只有王一雄这个调皮的同学，把生姜包在了饺子里，害几个同学“啊啊”直叫。

哦！忘了给你们介绍了，我们不是用了一间教室，而是两间，一个是我们包饺子的活动室，还有一间就是烹饪用的，烹饪是由同学们的家长自愿成立的。我们包好的饺子成品，老师让我送给烹饪室的叔叔阿姨们，在下饺子的时候，我们也没有闲着，我们还在继续包饺子。因为我们班有48个人，再加上烹饪队的叔叔阿姨们，我们有五十多个人呢。我们动作也没有那么熟练，所以能吃的饺子也不多，那些包得好看又能吃的饺子，我们根本就不够啊。尤其是那个王逸飞，那一大盘都不够他吃！

其实，这一天正是我的生日，今天让我学会了包饺子，饺子是我的生日礼物。我拿着放馅的小保鲜盒，问老师要了几只饺子。我要带回去给妈妈吃，十二年前的今天，妈妈辛苦了。

今天，妈妈上班回来特别疲惫，于是我对妈妈说：“妈妈，今天我来包饺子吧！”妈妈面带微笑地说：“好，一定要注意安全。”

开始包饺子了，我先接来一盆清水，然后倒入面粉，洗净手后我就开始和面了。之后，我把和好的面团切成一小块儿，然后便拿起擀面杖开始擀面皮儿，擀好面皮之后，我又和妈妈一起做好了馅。我心想：饺子馅放多了好吃。于是，我想都没想就用勺子舀了一大勺馅放入饺子皮当中，使劲捏了一下，结果，饺子皮破了。但是，我是不会轻易放弃的！

我又重新开始包，这回我更小心了。我左手拿着饺子皮，右手拿着勺子，舀了一勺馅放到饺子皮上，又轻轻捏了一下，结果却和前面一样，饺子皮又破了，无可奈何，我只好去问妈妈：“妈妈，为什么你包饺子又快又漂亮，而我包的却都漏馅了呢？”妈妈慢慢地对我说：“第一次包饺子技术还不好，你可以少放一点馅，这样就会很好包。”听了妈妈的一番讲解，我又开始包了，这次我把馅放得不多不少刚刚好，最后，我成功将饺子包好了。

虽然包饺子特别累，但是看见我的成果，我情不自禁地笑了。通过学习包饺子，我还懂得了一个道理：做任何事都要坚持、有耐心。

今天，妈妈买了肉、香菇、白菜，还有饺子。我好奇地问：“妈妈，为什么要买这么多菜呢？”妈妈回答说：“今天的食材是用来包饺子的。”我听了，已经迫不及待地想包饺子了，因为这是我第一次学包饺子。

猪肉是在菜市场用绞肉机搅碎的，妈妈回家把香菇、白菜洗好，切得细细小小的，还放了调料，先腌制一会儿，好入味儿。

过了一会儿，可以包饺子了。我问妈妈怎么包？妈妈说：“等我先把需要的东西准备好。”妈妈把饺子皮放好，又从厨房端来装了水的碗。我一脸疑惑：“妈妈，这水是用来干嘛的呀？”妈妈说：“你等一下就知道了，妈妈要变魔术给你看。”只见妈妈拿起一块饺子皮摊放在左手中，右手用筷子夹起一点馅，把馅放在饺子皮中间，再用右手沾了点碗里的水，轻轻在饺子皮的周围划了一圈，然后两手把饺子皮一捏，饺子就包好了。好神奇啊！

我也学着妈妈的样子包起来。我学着妈妈的样子也沾了一点水，结果我的手和饺子皮粘在了一起。我再看了一下饺子皮，都破了。我着急地问妈妈：“饺子皮破了怎么办？”妈妈就把手指沾了点水，把破洞的旁边涂了一点水，又把它们捏在了一起。一个被妈妈“补”好的饺子又恢复了原来的样子。

包饺子开始了，大家分成几组，每组两人，我心想：“不就是包饺子吗，有什么难的呢？谁都会。”然后我得意洋洋开始包饺子了。一开始，都很顺利，但有一个地方把我难倒了，我这样捏，捏不好，那样捏也捏不好，此刻它就像“拦路虎”。而我，就像一只热锅上的蚂蚁急得团团转。眼看大家个个眉开眼笑、喜气洋洋，饺子都做好，而且饺子个个都很标准，我的呢？饺子烂烂的，捏一下，肉馅就像调皮的孩子一样溜出来，过了一会儿，终于做出了一个，不过不好看，它似乎你按一下它，它就会爆炸。因为时间太赶，所以我急得汗流浃背。为什么我就做不好呢？可能是因为我不熟练，笨手笨脚的折了上面，漏了下面。过了一会儿，活动结束了，我也只能望“饺子”兴叹。

通过这次的活动，让我明白了，做什么事只要多练习，多实践，才能把事情做更好。

Its New Years Day today. This morning when I got up, I heardsomebody

singing a love song. It was mum! Ifelt very strange because Iknew mum didnt

enjoy popular songs. And I didnt think it was suitable formy middle-aged mother

to sing any love songs. Whats more, dad wasfollowing what mum was singing.

"What had happened to them?" Then Inoticed a box with a small card on the table.

I got close to it carefully andunderstood then. As a matter of fact, it was

their 15th marriage anniversarytoday. Thats why they were so happy. When seeing

their happiness, I alsofelt happy.

今年过春节时发生了许多有趣的事，但有一件事还是让我印象深刻，难以忘怀。那就是吃饺子。

那件事发生在大年三十的晚上，我们一家人都围在电视旁边看春节联欢晚会。看着看着奶奶突然站了起来，瞅着我们说：“包饺子的时间到了，大家快一起来包”。我听了暗自高兴，心想终于到我大显身手的时候了。我为什么这么高兴呢？因为今天奶奶也让我跟着她一起包饺子，而且还包钱，谁吃到了“钱饺子”可是代表着一年都会有福的！

饺子终于煮好了，我看到一盘盘端上来的饺子却心急如焚，为什么呢？原来饺子煮熟后上面的记号都看不到了。这可怎么办呢？到现在我也只好硬着头皮吃了起来。大家都陆续吃到了有钱的饺子，唯独我没有吃到，我已经吃了一碗都饱了，但还是不甘心的继续吃着，啊！终于吃到了！我高兴的大叫了起来。大家也都笑了起来。

这件事让我明白了耍小聪明是没用的，以后做什么事情都要脚踏实地。

去年新年，我们一家四口驱车回到了家乡。

中午，奶奶端着案板走出来，笑着说：“我们今天来场饺子大赛！”“好耶！”哥哥高兴的一蹦三尺高。“那好，孙儿你跟你爸爸一组，孙女你啊就跟你妈一组，行不？”奶奶发了令。哥哥听后，心中拨开了算盘：我的实力可以跟妈妈抗衡，妹妹不会包，爸爸虽包得慢，但对付一个妹妹还是绰绰有余的。

最后，比赛结束了，我方反败为胜。奶奶也直夸我心灵手巧呢！我心里就像吃了蜜糖似的，甜滋滋的。

It is indeed difficult to live without a mobile phone as it helps us in day

to day activities. I cannot live without a mobile phone. Todays generation uses

mobile phones for chatting, surfing and playing games. They dont use the mobile

phone for the real purpose. I admit that living wothout a mobile phone is

extremely difficult but I can live without addicting apps like Facebook, Twitter

etc. The iPhone is a gadget that is encouraging to use social apps and addicting

games. These gadgets though facilitate our work but are making us their slaves.

For example, if a persons iPhone is not working properly, he will be filled

with anger. As new technology is creating new gadgets, so are people raising new

demands. They also hamper academics. Buy a mobile phone but use it for something

可不知怎么的，“画的瓢”还是不怎么好看，我低下头来盯着我的饺子，心里竟有说不出来的伤心。妈妈看我一脸垂头丧气的模样，连忙安慰道：“饺子更侧重于味道，好不好看也不是特别重要。”我听了妈妈的安慰突然有一种被阳光笼罩的感觉，很是温暖。

妈妈把饺子下进了锅，没过一会饺子就出锅了，我迫不及待地夹了一个饺子放在嘴里，饺子的汤汁马上就“爆”了出来，鲜美无比，顺着我的食道流进我的胃里，几个饺子下肚，浑身暖洋洋的。

At my school, we had a charity sale last week

The charity sale was held on our school playground last Saturday morning.

We prepared many things which were made by hand in our spare time, such as

kites, model planes and so on. They looked very beautiful. We also brought old

toys and second-hand books to sell on the sale. At 8：30, the activity started.

Many students and teachers came to take part in it. Everyone chose their

favorite items and paid for them at a much lower price. In the end, the money we

made added up to over 2,000.

We sent the money to the community to help children who couldnt attend

school and the seniors who needed better care.

I had a wonderful experience. Im proud of what we have done. If everyone
