During last summer vacation, I paid a visit to my uncle’s. It was the first time I had seen the sea. 下午4时，我准时赶到包饺子的地点郑豆家。范老师与赟豆他们已经到了，正在做饺子馅。我们洗了洗手，便匆忙加入进去。范老师教了我们炒鸡蛋，又给我们讲了如何切葱末。同学们大都闻所未闻，津津有味地旁观着。

准备完后，我们便撒起了欢。可还没等我们玩够，就又要开始包饺子了。在迅速地分工后，我们马上各司其职，投入工作。我是擀皮高手，理所应当地成为擀皮的人。和我是同行的还有郑豆，他也是行家里手，精湛的技艺曾博得满堂喝彩。不过今天，他将面临一个强有力的竞争对手——我，我将试图超越他。

一开始，我俩便暗自较劲。不多时，我便占据了上风，速度、形状都略胜一筹。郑豆一看，也加紧追赶。于是，一场拉锯战一触即发：一会儿我快一点，一会儿他快一点；一会儿我擀得圆，一会儿他擀得圆……我们没比出结果，可那些包饺子的人却乐开了花：俩人源源不断地送来优质饺子皮，取之不尽，用之不竭。但我和郑豆在当时却丝毫没有察觉到这一点，白白做了“鹬蚌”，让利给了“渔翁”。

在忙不迭地找到筷子、座位后，我狼吞虎咽地吃了起来，像猪八戒吃人参果一样。大约这么不仔细品味地吃了十几个，我已不太饿，便开始细细品尝。馅料均匀、面皮柔软，真是怎么尝怎么好吃！我又大口大口地吃了好多，直到肚子满了，这才停嘴。

今天，老师让我们回家包饺子，我迫不及待地让妈妈和我一起包。

妈妈把馅和皮儿准备好了以后，她包的时候我目不转睛地盯着。只见妈妈左手拿起一张饺子皮儿，右手用小勺弄了点馅，放在皮儿上，然后再用右手把皮儿的一边向左手靠拢，拉到离皮儿的另一边很近的地方，接着右手从皮儿的一边开始把皮儿的两边捏在一边，而且还前后错开点点，一会儿就捏完了，最后妈妈把饺子放在面板上，那个小饺子就像个精神饱满的小战士!

十几年来，我只吃饺子，却从未包过饺子。小时候，大人也不让包，但今天我就来体验一次包饺子。洗手，撸起袖子，开整。我先体验擀饺子皮，长辈们先给我演示一遍，教到一半，我就看懂了，立马拿起旁边的面块，擀起来。不对劲啊，看长辈都是又快又圆，我怎么擀成细长型了，还粘在面杖上了。我拿了点面粉，撒在粘住的地方，取下之后，我换了个方向接着擀，一个薄皮终于擀好了，虽然不太美观。

因为我擀的太慢了，包的那边早已等不及了，我只好去体验“包”这一过程。

拿起一个皮，用筷子把适量的肉馅放到饺子皮上，看着妈妈包的手法，上捏一下，左右各捏一下，最后再把饺子皮捏紧，一个饺子就好了。该我实践了，上、左、右各捏一下，再把空余的也捏紧，我一捏就露馅，一捏就露馅，最后再来个封口，不封口还好，一封口成了个“四不像”，还有点像回族吃的烧麦。

饺子皮擀完了，只好再揪一点面，先弄成一个长条，再切成面块，如果要擀皮就要用手按一下，就可以擀了。

虽然只包了几十分钟，但足以感受包饺子的累了。还记得谢老师说要举办一个包饺子大赛，如果包的不好那就难堪了。

早晨，妈妈早早把我叫了起来，对我说：“我们今天中午吃饺子。赶快起床，帮我包饺子。”我开心地说道：“好的。”

妈妈先把面粉和水搅在一起，经过揉搓，就变成了一个面团。接着妈妈把保鲜膜盖在面团上，等它发酵。到了中午，面团果真变大了。只见妈妈把面团切成一小块一小块的，接着拿出擀面杖，把面团擀成薄薄的薄饼，然后妈妈拿出陷，教我怎么包饺子。经过妈妈的细心教导，一会儿我就学会了包饺子。

最后，妈妈将饺子下锅了。不一会儿，一锅香喷喷的饺子出锅了。看着晶莹剔透的饺子，我心里别提多开心了！
