今天下午，小桔灯老师教我们包饺子。

先揉面，揉面的时候我才发现面根本不听使唤，但费了九牛二虎之力最后我还是把面揉成了光溜溜的面团，然后用刀把它切成一小块一小块，搓成长长的条，切成一个个剂子，用力摁扁了，擀成薄圆片，再把馅给包进去，用手捏严实就好了。看看盖帘上的饺子，有的合不拢嘴，有的垂头丧气，有的挺着将军肚，有的像花盆，有的像向日葵……真是奇形怪状，五花八门，令人忍不住笑得合不拢嘴。

老师把包完的饺子放在锅里煮，煮好了以后，盛到碗里，我们就可以大饱口福了。

在这个假期，我学会了包饺子。

婆婆当上了我的“指导员”。只见婆婆用水在饺皮的边缘蘸了蘸，然后用勺子把饺馅放在饺皮中间，再捏一捏皮的边缘，一个饺子就这样做好了。

我心想：包饺子还挺简单。于是，我照着婆婆的样子，认真地包起来。蘸蘸水，放饺馅，捏一捏。谁知，我捏这儿，馅跑到那儿，我捏那儿，馅跑到这儿，我气坏了，婆婆说：“馅不能放太多，要放适当。”

于是我包了第二个饺子，蘸水蘸，放饺馅……这次虽然包好了，可是饺子像个皮包骨的“瘦子”一样，扁扁的。我灰心丧气地说：“算了吧，我不学了。”婆婆说：“别泄气，多包几个，一定可以成功。”

我又努力练习起来，不一会，便掌握了包饺子的技巧，而且一个比一个包的好看。

品尝着自己的“战绩”，我突然明白：“宝剑锋从磨砺开，梅花香自苦寒来。”只要坚持努力，没有什么是学不会的，学习也是这样。

for many boys and girls .Before the term ends in some schools ,the children act

a nativity or “birth” play,showing how Jesus was born in a stable.

On the twenty-fourth of December,all children are very excited.Usually they

are sent to bed early so that their parents can get the presents ready.The

younger children think that Father Christmas will come down the chimney or

fireplace ,so they hang up a sock for him to put presents in.The greedy ones

even hang up a pillow-case or a sack to try to get more presents.Later that

night,Father or Mother will put presents in the sock,and leave others at the

side of the bed.

On Christmas morning,the children wake up very early.Some even turn on the

我先用筷子挑一点儿馅儿，放在饺子皮的中间，又用筷子把馅往中间堆了堆，然后把饺子皮对折，把中间的皮捏好，可是接下来麻烦来了，我捏右边的皮，左边的馅儿跑出来了，像一个调皮的小孩到处流浪。我又去合左边的皮，谁知馅儿从右边溜，我连忙用筷子挑出了一点馅，这才把皮儿捏紧实了。我上下打量着这个软塌塌的饺子，觉得它像一个穿着脏衣服、有气无力的流浪汉。我看着看着，不由自主地笑了起来。这时，老师走过来检查了我们组包的饺子，看后笑着摇了摇头，拿了一张饺子皮，给我们做示范。只见老师一手拿饺子皮，一手拿筷子，挑的馅不多不少，我一看，比我的馅少多了，老师又把饺子皮慢慢地合拢，然后往两边一捏，一个挺着“肚子”的饺子就诞生了，嘿，真像一个威武的将军……我学着老师的样子也包了一个，这下好多了！

我扭头看看别的小伙伴，哇！有的人包的饺子像虫子，有的像汤圆，有的像扇贝，真是千奇百怪呀！看！有两个姐妹正笑得欢呢，我一看她们的饺子，真是像模像样的。瞧！胡林博张着大嘴，成了一个字母O型，他在洋洋得意地展示成果呢……

品尝的时刻要到了，我们翘首期待着。不一会儿，阿姨们煮好了饺子，盛放在一次性纸碗里，阿姨们给了我一双筷子，我就狼吞虎咽地吃了起来……

首先妈妈先把已经买好的饺皮和肉馅摆在桌前。我便火急火燎地踏上了包第一个水饺的旅途：准备做什么形状呢?我百思不得其解，有了，我就随便做一个吧!首先把饺皮放在桌上(平铺)，然后把肉馅放在正中央，放好之后再把左右两边捏到中间，嗒一声清脆又悦耳的声音亮在我耳边，原来是我轻轻的把它抬起来之后，它原本粘在木板上，所以就快速的嗒了下来!

现在准备做第二个了，做啥呢?对了!中午爸爸给我发了一个链接，可以在那上面找哇!这个有点难这个又太简单了哦!这个正好耶!不偏不倚，正好适中：首先把饺皮平铺在桌子上，再把肉馅放上去，捏成一个肉包子样，最后把水沾在饺皮的左右、上下四段。可这样不就又是第一次的结果吗?哦，可没那么简单，再拿一张饺皮，全身上下都沾满水之后再放在包子饺子上，再反过来不就变成了荷花上的一个花苞吗?

花苞都有花，花又该怎么做呢?这么做：拿出一张饺皮，然后把它切成块儿，最后用水一点点沾在花苞上，这就完成了!我第三、四、五、六、七都是想象的!一共都做了22个饺子。饺子都做好之后，妈妈就开始煮饺子了，大约过了十五分钟后，她就拿出新鲜出炉的水饺啰!

味道好好!说着，又吃了一个水饺，爸爸说：自己做的饺子当然好吃，因为里面含有自己的辛劳。我听懂了这句话的含义，便吃完了自己做的水饺，爸爸妈妈同样吃完了自己做的水饺。

通过这次的活动，让我知道了自己做的食物会非常香、鲜美，而且下一次再做，就有技巧，会做得更完美了。

说起年味大家都不陌生吧！今年春节我体验到了另一种不同的年味，一种平常的味道。

大年三十这天晚上，年夜饭中的各种美食都令人垂涎欲滴，最后上桌的就是我妈妈亲手包的饺子了！

白天，妈妈就卷起袖子包饺子了。东北那儿的饺子皮都是自己擀的，擀的薄薄的，圆圆的。但妈妈用的是方皮，所以说起来就是最喜欢妈妈做的饺子馅了吧！妈妈正常会用几种不同的食材做馅儿，如青菜和肉末，拌在一起，翠绿色间还夹着一些粉嫩，没有时就用。韭菜和鸡蛋代替。只见他先把菜洗干净，剁碎，撒上一些盐，挤干多余水分，然后把肉末再剁几下，在锅里倒些油，油热了，发出刺啦刺啦的声音，便放入肉末，炒一炒，接着转小火，放些酱油，既调色又调味？再放入青菜炒炒，注意不要炒全熟，放进大碗里备用。然后把饺子皮拿出来，用水沾一下皮的四边，用小勺子挖出一点，再包起来。这包饺子可是一门技术活，不像东北那一折就好，但在妈妈手里，可没那么简单。在她手里的皮儿像是张纸，包成元宝似的，全部好了，便烧水下锅，所有工程做完后，就可以出锅慢慢品尝啦！

在一桌上，那一盘饺子，散出一阵阵热气，我们一家人一块聊天，一边吃着饺子。冒出来的白烟，都不知道是饺子散出来的，还是人嘴里说出来的，我想，这，可能就是所谓的年味吧！

饺子，是我们中华民族的传统美食，每个人都吃过香喷喷的饺子。每当我们看到大人们包饺子的时候，总会觉得非常的容易，但当我们自己动手做起来时却没有想的那么简单。

在双休日的一天，只有我和妈妈在家，妈妈说要包饺子吃，我的心里十分高兴，心想：“正好可以借此机会让妈妈教我包饺子”。妈妈拌好馅，和好面，就开始教我包饺子。

首先，妈妈教我擀皮，左手拿皮，右手拿擀面杖。擀面杖擀一下，面皮转一下，这样擀出来的面皮又圆又薄，包出来的饺子才好吃。我照着妈妈说的开始擀皮，刚开始，我擀的皮不是一边薄就是一边厚，样子也不好看。妈妈鼓励我不要着急，要有耐心。在妈妈的耐心指导下，我擀的皮越来越好了。

接下来，妈妈教我包饺子。把面皮平放在手上，用勺子挑起一点馅放在皮上，双手一挤饺子就好了。在妈妈的指导下，我开始包饺子。刚开始馅放的不是少就是多，少的时候饺子扁扁的，放在盘子里一下子就倒了。多的时候饺子合不上，刚把皮两边捏在一起，就有许多馅露了出来，弄得满手都是，真是惨不忍睹。

最后，还是妈妈再一次的耐心指导，我包的饺子才好了许多。包完饺子，妈妈看着我哈哈大笑，我问妈妈笑什么，妈妈让我去照镜子。我到镜子前一照，只见我的头发和脸上沾满了面粉和饺子馅，看见镜子里的自己，我也忍不住笑了起来。

“叮，叮，叮”电话响起，正吃的津津有味的我，丝毫不愿意起身去接电话。电话声断，我心想：“没准是打错电话了，不，一定是打错了，那就继续看电视吧。”几分钟后，“叮，叮，叮”电话声再次传来，“一直打真烦人”我极其不耐烦的说道，然后走过去接起电话。“喂，小小，你在干嘛，刚刚怎么不接电话“电话那头熟悉的声音传来。”妈妈，刚刚在厕所，没听到呢“所有的不耐烦一瞬间变成紧张，我生怕我妈听出来我刚刚在骗她。”下午你去学校的时候把雨伞带着，我看天气预报说今天有雨，我晚上要加班，下午放学你自己把作业做了再出去玩，记得把钥匙带着……“电话那头的妈妈一直絮叨着叮嘱我，然后我应付着回答她：”嗯，我知道了，好了，不说了哈。”然后迅速挂掉电话，坐在电视前。吃过饭，不紧不慢的往学校走去，没有带伞。

那天晚上，吃的饺子特别暖心，我一辈子都忘不了那个味道，那天正好是冬至节，可冬日一点都不冷。那天晚上，加班回来的妈妈跟杨奶奶他们道了谢，责备了我几句，我很愧疚，让她担心了。后来，我们搬了家，我就再也没有见到过杨奶奶他们了。现在的我常常会想，那晚，不是杨奶奶我会怎么办？我不敢想。

“小小，快点过来了，饺子要冷了。”外婆催促着我，我的思绪一下回到现实，向饭桌旁走去“来啦，外婆……”

Its the third Sunday in June again, and its the holiday Ive been looking

forward to for a long time - Fathers Day.

"Mom, what do you want to give grandpa?" I asked my mother, resting my chin

So, we went to the boutique, and we picked left and right, carefully

We walked over to the plastic and found a lifelike puppy which was very

interesting. Furry hair, piercing eyes, and a smiling face make people like him

more and more. I thought to myself: This puppy is cute, thats all.

I bought it, asked the waiter to pack it, and went home happily. When I got

home, I wrote a blessing on a piece of paper and put it by the bed with the

gift.

I discussed it with my mother and came up with a terrifying plan: We hid in

the place where Dad must pass when he entered the room, and when Dad came in, we

would scare him. So we quickly hid. "Dong dong dong..." "Dad is here!" Grandma

stepped forward to open the door, when Dad walked past us. "Wow," we jumped out.

大年三十中午，我来到大爸家。

经过两个小时的旅程，我已经身心俱疲了。幸好，大妈准备了一桌香喷喷的饭菜，我饥不择食地吃完了午饭。

年夜饭的第一道大菜是饺子。只见大妈提来了一大袋面粉，系起围裙，准备“放大招”啦！大妈先将桌子收拾干净，走入厨房，拿出一个大碗盆，舀起一勺面粉，倒入盆中。大妈再走入厨房，和点水在碗里，挽起袖子，使劲地揉面。

我站在一旁看了一会，对大妈说：“我也要来！”

“去把围裙系上。”大妈一边揉面，一边对我说。

我快速跑进厨房，拿起围裙，三两下就系好了。于是，我对大妈喊道：“系好了，系好了，我也要来！”

大妈给了我一个碗，从她盆中的面团里扯了一团给我，放入碗中，说：“快点揉，用点力哦！”

我自作主张地舀了一勺面粉，倒入碗中，又偷偷加了点水。做完之后，我又装作若无其事地继续揉面。

妈妈和奶奶在做馅儿，我和大妈在揉面，而爸爸则在一旁观看。

过了一会儿，我揉得手酸极了，便问大妈：“大妈，你看我揉得怎么样？”

“还需要再揉下，得让面劲道点！”大妈一本正经地对我说。

“什么？还要揉？”我已经快崩溃了。

“你看我这面，”我捏了捏面团，觉得很劲道呀！于是对大妈说，“应该够了吧？”

“还差得远呢！”大妈的话让我彻底崩溃了。

“爸爸，快来揉面！”我叫醒在一旁看着看着就睡着了的爸爸。

“什么事？”爸爸惊醒了。

“快来揉面！”我对爸爸说。

“你不揉了？”爸爸疑惑地问我。

“不揉了，手都揉酸了！”我无精打采地说。

“好吧！”爸爸一边系围裙，一边走了过来。

“我上去了？”我准备好了起跑的动作。

“上去吧！”爸爸话音未落，我便冲上了楼。

……

不知不觉，夜幕已经降临，吃年夜饭的时间到了。

“开饭了！”大妈一边端着菜，一边喊道。

年夜饭美味极了，尤其是香喷喷的饺子。我们一家人坐在月光下品尝着自己的劳动成果，有说有笑，享受极了……
