老师先给我们分组，我和郭可心、段一凡、宋益超、李福宇、房永彤一组。我们拿出来擀面杖、盖帘，然后老师再发给我们面和调好的馅子，这样我们就万事俱备了。老师边给我们示范我们边学，第一步：和面；第二步：揉面；第三步：擀剂子；第四步：把剂子切成团，用擀面杖轧成圆面皮；最后就是包饺子。我先包了一个，感觉实在是太难看了，就像撒了气的皮球一样。我不甘心又继续包，包着包着，就练得有技巧了，包得也好看多了。然后我们又包了好多花样，有三角形的，有四个角的，有圆形的，有带花边的，不一会儿我们就包完了。

包饺子的时候，老师先给我们做了示范，。然后我们就学着老师的样子，先在擀成的薄片上放上馅对折，再试着用手把边全捏实，可饺子就像专门跟我们作对似的，不是露馅，就是撑破“肚皮”，真让人着急。我好不容易包好一个，刚放在盖帘上，老师就说：“你包的饺子怎么都睡着了”？我一看，可不是嘛，原来是我放的馅太少了。于是，下一次我多放了一些馅，包的就好看多了，你看它挺着将军肚，英姿飒爽，多威风啊！

今天我在小桔灯课堂上真开心，因为我学会了包饺子。

今天，我在小桔灯学习作文的时候，老师组织大家包饺子。

在很久很久以前，久到我已经早已忘记了这件事到底是在我几岁时候发生的。这究竟是什么事呢？第一次包饺子。

这一天，我们家决定包饺子。妈妈准备了许多食材：饺子皮若干，肉末几斤，木耳若干，调味料。妈妈先把馅拌好，接着教我怎样做，说：“看我！”可是，我却走了神，一抬起头，看见爸爸正拿手机，在摄像哩！这时，妈妈拉了拉走神的我，问：“你刚刚有在看吗？”我不好意思地说了声：“没有。”

终于开始包饺子了，我学着外公的样子，拿起一张饺子皮，铺在手上，夹上一点馅儿，放在饺子皮中间，再把饺子皮一合，双手放在饺子皮两边边缘一压，一个饺子就包好了。可我的饺子做的实在不怎么样，这边凸起，那边凹进，好像月球表面，饺子皮又没压严实，饺子馅看着就要"溜之大吉"。再来看外公包的饺子，十分平整，透过面皮能隐隐看到馅儿，想必咬一口就会爆汁吧。

最后，外公把饺子都放在蒸笼里蒸起来，没过多久，饺子好了，我看着这一个个像刚蒸了桑拿的胖饺子，顿时感到满满的幸福感。晚上，看着一家人吃着美味的饺子，心想：饺子真好吃，过年真好!

桌上，排列着一个个肥肥嫩嫩，雪白可爱的十字饺子，它们向我微笑着。包十字饺子，就是我的拿手好戏。

一开始我包饺子，了真是困难重重。

刚入手的我首先选择的是难度系数不高且好看的十字饺子。我手短面粉，用筷子轻轻夹起肉馅，面粉的一角沾点肉馅，左挪右捏，仿佛看到了希望，我抓住两角一拢，定晴一看，是个“包子”！后来经过不懈努力，终于完成了。

那天，我从学校回来，一进门就看见奶奶在包饺子。我急忙扔下书包跑过去，只见一个个圆滚滚、胖嘟嘟的饺子，像一只只洁白的小兔子，两只长长的“耳朵”垂了下来，可爱极了!我也想包出这样可爱的饺子来。

于是，趁妈妈接电话走开的时候，我学着妈妈的样子，照模照样地包了几个，先铲满满一勺馅，然后一捏，很快就包了许多饺子。我一抬头，傻眼了：个个饺子都露馅了！它们张着大嘴巴，吐着舌头，像一个个调皮的孩子在向我做鬼脸。我再用力捏捏，可它们还是咧着大嘴，我只好又拿出一张饺子皮粘上去，可是没用，我又粘了一张……费了九牛二虎之力，总算是把这几个倔强的调皮饺子“制服”了。这时，妈妈来了，“咦，这儿怎么会有一个个‘白色大肉粽’？”我不好意思地说：“是……是我包的，因为它们老是张着大嘴巴。”妈妈和颜悦色地说：“在把馅放进饺子皮之前，要在饺子皮边上涂上水……”

在小黑快五岁的时候，我的爷爷突然得了中风，躺在病床上不能自理。小黑从小就怕打雷。那天我去医院看望爷爷。外面雷电交加，风雨大作。当时奶奶在妹妹家，我一个人又不敢走回家。所以我在医院等妈妈过来接我一起回家。可是妈妈临时有事不能来接我了。

所以一咬牙我就一个人冲进了大雨中。雨太大了，我一路飞奔。朦胧中，我看到两个移动的黑点在朝我跑过来。我很开心，肯定是阿旺和小黑来迎接我回家。可是我太高兴了，忘了前面是红灯，冲了出去。说时迟那时快，阿旺跑到我面前替我挡住了汽车迎面而来的撞击。

车主下车一看，原来撞到的是条狗，没说什么就驱车离开了。我非常无奈，很想找他拼命。可是阿旺的命更重要。想到这，我立马抱起阿旺跑到宠物医院。

医生说“不用做手术了，基本上没救了。”听到这，我不由自主地放声大哭。医生看我实在太伤心，建议给阿旺安乐死。我只能忍痛答应，我不想让阿旺临死前那么痛苦。

圣诞老人，你能再让我看一眼小黑和阿旺吗?你能帮我实现这个愿望吗?

星期五，是我有史以来过得最漫长的一天，因为在那一天，我们要开展一个包饺子的活动。

下午的铃声敲响了我们的期待，我们的心情如潮水般腾涌。铃声响了，同学们都踏着激动的脚步，走出了教室，走向食堂。

食堂里只有一个人，那便是食堂的工作人员。老师吩咐我们：“自己找到自己的小组，赶快做下来。”我们匆匆忙忙地找到自己的小组。虽然坐下来，但我们还是七嘴八舌地讨论起来。

勺子、碗、馅料和饺子皮都准备好了，那接下来该干嘛呢？没错，即将进行的就是传说中的包饺子了。我们这个小组已经包了起来，五个人先包了一只后，就可以看出来我们把的都是传统的扇形，没有什么特别的。但我们旁边的张柳红她们小组的饺子可就奇怪了。她们组最新创作了“帽子”，紧接着又是“地球”，还有什么稀奇古怪的的东西我已经记不清了。

我们小组仿照了张柳红的“帽子”，不过我们是倒着放的，就像一个花瓶一样。看着这些“花瓶”，我觉得挺漂亮的，可我觉得还少了些什么。这时，吴彦婷做了一个像小蒜头的“饺子”放在了“花瓶”的上面，这样看就觉得顺眼多了。把那些饺子皮包完以后，我们又把饺子重新排了一下序，总体看起来已经很不错了。后来，何园园又不知从哪弄来一张饺子皮，自己又包了一个春卷。我把我们组的饺子端了过去，那边的男生看着一个个小蒜头，都觉得很搞笑。

最后的“压轴表演”就是吃自己包的饺子，自己包的就是跟平常的不一样，就两个字——好吃！
