老师教我们擀皮和包饺子。然后老师又说：“让我们自己试一试。

我认真的做了起来，我先把小面团儿放在桌子上，然后用手在小面团儿上摁了一下，再把擀面棍拿出来，在小面团儿上擀。先滚半圆的，再转一下，再滚半圆的，再转一下，再滚半圆的，中间有的胖东西，然后把整个擀一下，擀面就完成了。

接下来，就要包饺子了。手要弯一下，然后把刚刚干完的小面团儿放在左手上，再把馅儿放在上面，然后对着，捏几下，再把其他地方捏两下，饺子就包好了。我包了2个饺子，老师看了说我包的饺子好，又给我了一个小面团儿，让我再包一个，我包完了，老师看了，又说我包的好，又给我了一个大面团儿，我只包了一个，老师就说：“别包了，开始煮饺子了，煮好了饺子，大家都抢着吃饺子。

劳技课真有趣！

今天，我走在放学回家的路上，闻到了一股沁人心脾的香味，呀!这不是饺子香嘛!我回到家还是垂涎欲滴，我便缠着妈妈包饺子，她终于同意了。

我迫不及待要开始包饺子，我先将已买来的菜肉剁成小块，然后，再放进锅里炒，炒到半熟就可以了。

奶奶一只手拿着勺子铲馅，另一只手把面皮摊平在手上，专管簒饺子，不但簒得快，而且饺子圆鼓鼓的。我依照奶奶的方法，开始包饺子，我手忙脚乱地拿了一张面皮，放在手上，然后，勺入了一大勺馅，接着沾一沾水，涂在面皮的边缘，再捏紧，呀!饺子怎么破了，哎!馅放太多啦!此时，饺子像一个泄了气的气球。

我下定决心，再试一遍，这次我娴熟地将面皮摊平在手上，放入不多不少的馅，沾沾水，再把饺子捏得紧紧的，没有一点儿缝隙，此时，一个穿着小花裙的饺子姑娘欢快地站了出来，我心花怒放，开心极了!

不多一会儿，一袋的饺子皮被包完了，妈妈要煮饺子了，她先往锅里放了些水，等水烧开了时，再把一个个饺子小心翼翼地丢进去，饺子就像一个个游泳健将，在水里欢蹦乱跳，一转眼，饺子烧熟了，打开锅盖，一股芳香扑鼻而来，我迫不及待地吃了起来，像被饿了三四天似的，不一会儿就吃完了。

包饺子可真难，所谓“看花简单，绣花难。”

星期天，爸爸对我说：“今天我们包饺子吃好不好呀?”我高兴的跳起来大喊：“好呀，好呀!”长这么大我只会吃饺子，还没包过饺子呢，很想也学一学怎么包饺子。于是我就问爸爸：“我能不能也学一学包饺子呀?”爸爸听了我的话一愣：“可以呀!”于是我们就开始忙了起来。

首先，我们就去菜市场去买肉，爸爸挑了一块看上去很漂亮的瘦肉。然后我们就去卖饺皮的地方买了五元钱的饺皮。接下来我们又去买了一些香葱。

回家后，爸爸就开始忙着做饺馅了，先把肉切成小块，再把它剁成肉末。看着爸爸剁肉末，我也很想试试，结果没剁两下就觉得很累了，原来剁肉末看似轻松也是很累人的。剁好后爸爸把肉末放进一个大的碗里，接着把洗干净的香葱也切成末，放在剁好的肉末一起，然后爸爸又打了两人鸡蛋在里面。接着爸爸就拿筷子把它们搅拌在一起。爸爸说一定要搅拌均匀才行。对了，别忘记放盐、油和味精哦。好啦，饺馅我们做好啦。

接下来我们就开始包啦。先拿一块饺皮，在中间放上肉馅，然后在饺皮的四周用手抹上一点点水，让它更粘，然后将饺皮对折，再将边上压紧，爸爸告诉我如果不压紧，煮的时候就会进水，这样饺子就不好吃啦。就这样一个饺子就大功告成啦。但晚我看我包的饺子还是没爸爸的好看，爸爸包的饺子后面还有两个皱儿，很漂亮，可我不会，嘿嘿。

饺子包好了，爸爸把饺子煮熟给我盛了一碗，吃着自己包的饺子，感觉好吃极了。爸爸问我吃自己的劳动成果感觉如何?我开心的说：“好吃，好吃，太好吃啦!”

过年的时候，吃饺子是常事。以前，只有奶奶一个人包，现在，她有了一个小帮手——我。

一天，奶奶招呼我跟她一块儿包饺子，我兴高采烈地来到桌子旁。饺子皮是奶奶买来的，不像自己弄的那样要薄不薄、要厚不厚。它的厚度、大小十分匀称，只不过馅料是奶奶自己拌的。

奶奶端了一碗水。“要这个干什么？”我指着那碗水。“把这个涂在饺子皮上，才能包得更紧些，煮的时候不会散。”奶奶乐呵呵地说。

are sent to bed early so that their parents can get the presents ready.The

younger children think that Father Christmas will come down the chimney or

answers. Some people like working with people. However, others prefer jobs which

mainly involve objects or machines.

Those people who have the first preference believe working with people

usually makes one feel interesting and efficient. In addition, they maintain

people can be inspired to bring forward new ideas by communicating or consulting

with those around them. However, still others have different preferences. In

their opinions, working with objects or machines can make one enjoy more peace

and quiet. Besides, they argue, under such peaceful conditions, one can do more

practical work, improve his skill and make technical renovations.

Weighing up these two kinds of work, I prefer working with people. For one

thing, I like to cooperate with others and work in a team. For another, although

there are competition and rivalry, we can learn something from other people.

Considering these, I think, working with people is beneficial to our career

development.

昨天，我们五年级全体同学和部分家长开展了一场包饺子大赛。

随着主持人一声令下，第一轮包饺子比赛开始了。我一点点地擀着饺子皮，希望它更圆，包出来的饺子更漂亮。再看看周围，有的同学紧锁眉头，飞快地推着擀面杖，似乎生怕输在速度上；有的同学放好馅后，不紧不慢地捏着饺子皮，似乎担心包得太快会影响质量；还有的同学，跑到别的组去看"战况"，似乎已经胜券在握。经过胡老师和占妈的一番评比，第四组胜利了，他们的饺子个个饱满，黄色的饺皮在阳光下显得更加耀眼。

第二轮是家长赛，几乎全部的家长都用同一种方法包着饺子，包出来的饺子也是大同小异。这时，所有的目光都投向了第六组，张曦予的妈妈来回擀动着饺皮，饺皮变得又圆又大之后，她握起刀，将饺皮切成正方形，放上馅，用手一捏，做出来的饺子好似一个“金元宝”。“看来冠军已经诞生了。”原来，胡老师也已经“观战”良久。

今天是大年初一，我们出发去外婆家。

我们到了外婆家，我自告奋勇提出，今天我也要包饺子。于是外婆拿来了一个案板，一碗饺子馅，很多面皮，就像一张张小脸，又圆又白又可爱。我飞快地拿走了一块面皮，左手拿皮，右手拿一个勺子，用勺子小心地把馅放在面皮上。本来外婆想教我，一向自负的我不想丢面子，我骄傲的说：“包饺子这件事太容易了，不麻烦您教。”于是我照着外婆流利的动作，自信地把饺子的口封上，就像把钱包合上一样，可是破了一个大洞，就像拿上钱包，有一个刀把钱包切开一样，我怀疑的想：我按照外婆的动作，为什么外婆就能包的又快又好呢?我充满疑惑地问外婆：“外婆，为什么你包的这么好?可我按你的动作却破了个大洞呢?”外婆认真的说：“可能是你放的饺子馅太多了，就像一个娃娃，吃的太多，胃会疼的。这两个事情是同样的道理。”于是我就再次拿起了面皮，这个面皮就像一个小朋友的脸，有点儿太小了吧!这时外婆又亲切地对我说：“不管面皮的大小，都是考验你的技术。”她一边说，一边示范给我看，我就用了半勺的馅放在了面皮上。这次，我不再那么马虎了，而是非常仔细的包了起来，我的手仿佛此时也比较听话，我飞快地包着，迅速得就像台机器一样，一连包了15个，我发现了包饺子的时候要看面皮的大小，根据形状来判断放多少饺子馅。

今天是大年三十儿，我们家准备包饺子。除夕夜的这顿饺子之所以非比平常，是由于三十夜的23时至新年正月初一的1时，正好交子时，有“更岁交子”之意，“子”为“子时”，交与“饺”谐音，有“喜庆团圆”和“吉祥如意”的意思。所以，家家户户在这天都会吃饺子庆新年。我们家也不例外。

首先奶奶擀皮，奶奶先用刀把揉好的面团切成小块，然后再用擀面杖擀。奶奶一只手擀皮，另一只手不停地转动饺子皮，这样擀出来的饺子皮个个均匀。爷爷把肉和菜用刀剁好，然后把它们拌在一起做成馅儿。正在爷爷准备包饺子时，我自告奋勇地说：“爷爷，我来包！”爷爷说：“算了，算了，不用了，别帮倒忙了。”我说“我试试看吧，谁生下来就会包饺子，不都是学会的嘛。”于是，爷爷同意了。爷爷帮我把馅儿放在饺子皮上，让我来捏，我学着爷爷的样子用食指和大拇指将饺子皮的顶端捏在一起，然后再用两只手将饺子皮完全捏住。呀！一下子就成功了，爷爷连夸我干的漂亮！有了爷爷的鼓励，我更来劲了。

这下我自己放馅儿，我一开始总是放得太多，饺子皮包都包不住，爷爷教我把馅儿往饺子皮里挤，直到饺子皮能完全包住为止。后来我掌握了放馅儿的技巧，放的不多不少刚刚好，饺子也包的越来越好看。不一会儿，我们就包了一大盘饺子，每个饺子都好像金元宝似得，又好像一个个将军挺着大肚子，特别威风。

饺子包好了，奶奶下锅煮，闻到锅里飘来的阵阵香味，我馋的口水都快流下来了。晚上，我吃着自己亲手包的饺子，觉得自己包的饺子还是香啊！
