有一次，周老师给我们布置了一个有趣的作业，让我们回家包饺子，我很兴奋，一回家就让妈妈给我准备饺子皮和饺子馅，妈妈就去市场帮我买了回来。

回到家，妈妈就教我包饺子，妈妈先给我示范了一遍，首先她拿出一张饺子皮放在手心上，然后夹了一些肉放在饺子皮上，接着妈妈把饺子皮对折，最后妈妈用手指把饺子上面的皮捏住，就这样，一个饺子完成了。看完妈妈的示范，我觉得包饺子太容易了，于是我也包了起来，第一个饺子包得并不好，因为我的肉放的太多了，饺子的皮破了，妈妈对我说：“你把肉放的少一点。”我听了就开始包第二个饺子，第二个饺子明显比第一个包得好多了，紧接着，一个比一个包得好，就这样，包到第十个的时候，我已经可以包得很完美了。妈妈看了后，直夸我包饺子的技术越来越棒了，我开心地笑了！

经过这次包饺子，我不但学会了包饺子，还明白了一个道理：做任何事情都不能半途而废，要努力去克服困难才能把事做好。

How time flies! I have studied in my school for three years. And I will

graduate from middle school in a month. I am eager to share my happiness and

sadness with you. I had so many memories in three years’ life. One of them

impressed me very much. I still remember, when I began to learn English, I found

it too difficult. No matter how hard I tried, I still couldn’t do well in it and

星期天，妈妈对我说：“好久没吃饺子啦”！咱们下午吃饺子吧。我一听，很高兴，就高声喊着，要吃饺子，要先包饺子喽。

下午，妈妈买回来两袋饺子皮。我们首先要剁肉，我先看着妈妈剁肉的样子，我也学着剁起来。我们还剁了胡萝卜，葱，接下来就是把胡萝卜。肉和葱，再放入食盐搅拌均匀。我们的馅料就完成了。

接下来就是包饺子了，我学着妈妈的样子也包起饺子来。先放配料，在饺子皮边上抹上水，在包好，我把饺子放在面板上和妈妈的做比较。妈妈的一个个挺着一个“将军肚”。活像打了胜仗的大将军。而我的呢，还没上战场就先趴下了。

在我走开的时候，妈妈对我说，不要灰心。和妈妈一起做一个“将军肚”好不好？我很高兴地答应了妈妈，过了好一会儿我便学会了。

饺子全部包好了，我看着自己做的饺子，心里别提多有成就感。

星期天，妈妈在包饺子，我看到一个个面团在妈妈手里变成了一个个胖乎乎的饺子，顿时心血来潮，我也想大展身手，让妈妈刮目相看。于是我就和妈妈说：“妈妈，我也想学包饺子。”妈妈难以置信，停下手中的活儿，饶了我足足两圈半，吞吞吐吐地说：“你今天……是不……是吃错什么药了……竟……然要和我……学包饺子？”我点了点头，十分肯定地说：“嗯”。

于是，我就开端了属于自己的包饺子生活……

第一次包饺子，我有一点儿慌张。妈妈似乎是我肚里的小虫，对我说：“别慌张，看我的，我给你示范一下。”嘿，还别说，妈妈的手艺巧到像一个魔术师一样，一块饺子皮和一团馅，一刹那间就变成了一个圆满的饺子，我不由自主地鼓起了掌，叫着好。可妈妈一叫我去包一个，我便有些惧怕了，可开弓没有回头箭，我只好硬着头皮上了。

我先抓了一片皮，然后加了些许馅，左手握着右手，用力一挤，忽然一个洞出来了，我的脸一下子涨得通红。可俗话说得好，见破不说破，我又立刻拿了一张皮，贴在了上面，妈妈看见了笑着说，它太胖了。

吸取上次的经验，我这次少放了一些馅，结果又太扁了，妈妈又说，它好瘦。我瞬间就像泄气的皮球，无精打采的。妈妈看见我垂头懊丧，便鼓舞我。在妈妈慈祥的眼光下，温柔的低语中，我又重振旗鼓，包了起来。这个刚刚好，看着它挺着圆鼓鼓的肚子，我开心肠笑了。

饺子煮熟了以后，姐姐指着那两个与众不同的饺子，问我包的是啥玩意？我说：“大的叫‘将军肚’，小的叫‘瘦干巴’包你大饱口福！”大家都情不自禁地笑了。

这就是我第一次学习包饺子的情形，经过这次包饺子，我体会到了劳动之美，只需劳动的人才知道它的美！

我的记忆中有许多事能勾起我喜怒哀乐的事情，而令我记忆最深的一件事便是人生中第一次包饺子，我从中收获不少。

记得8岁那年，我去爷爷奶奶家，看到奶奶在包饺子，便问：“奶奶，您怎么在包饺子呀？”奶奶边包饺子边回答：“快过年了，奶奶准备包几盘饺子过年的时候吃。对了，我的好孙子，你正好也不会，就来和我学几手吧！”“哦，YES！”我的心里激动万分，“奶奶，就等您这句话了！”“哈哈，快坐过来吧！”奶奶笑着说。

只见奶奶先用手捏着饺子皮，把饺子皮捏得又大又圆，接着把饺子皮窝好，再把一小勺子肉馅放进饺子皮里，最后把另一半饺子皮折成小花，一个又大又圆的饺子就包好了。

我学着奶奶的样子，左手拿着皮右手用勺子在盆里舀了一勺馅儿，放到皮子中间，再把饺子皮捏上，可是，怎么捏也捏不上，还感觉手湿湿的，一看原来汁流出来了。“糟了、糟了，我满手都是汁！”奶奶看了看说道：“你放的馅儿太多了，饺子皮一沾上汁就捏不上了。”

接下来，我认真地再照着奶奶教的做，馅儿放好了，还请奶奶把一下关，再把每个部位再窝好，这样一个饺子就成形了。奶奶看了我的作品夸我说：“这个进步多了，卖相也很好。”于是，我就趁热打铁，一口气包了十来个饺子。不一会儿，饺子下锅了，就像欢快的鱼儿在锅里游来游去，此刻，我的心情就像锅里的水一样沸腾起来。

这件事，不仅让我学会了怎样包饺子，还让我学会了一个道理：做事不能过于急躁。俗话说“心急吃不了热豆腐”，想想还真是呢！

今天是冬至，家家户户都要包饺子吃，据说，冬至不吃饺子会冻坏耳朵的。

下午放学回来，奶奶已经将皮和馅准备好了，馅儿是白菜和肉的，我们洗洗手，就开始包饺子。

以前我就包过饺子，心里一点也不紧张，首先拿起一张面皮儿，用小勺子把馅儿放在面皮的中间，然后把皮儿对折捏一捏，再用食指与拇指将四周的边压紧，这样一个饺子就包好了，最后将它稳稳地立在托盘上，不一会儿就包了六个。后来我又变出了新花样，有小猪形状的，“8”字形的，还有馄饨样的，很多样子的饺子，“我真了不起！”我自然自语道。

等妈妈下了饺子，出锅后，我迫不及待地吃了一个，觉得鲜美无比，因为这是我自己做的。

放学路上，看着街边那些色香味俱全的饺子，真是让人垂涎三尺，我想包饺子肯定很简单，回家我也要央求妈妈让我来包一回饺子。

我先把肉洗干净，再把香菇放在热水里浸泡了一段时间，然后把肉和香菇剁得碎碎的，接下来放上一勺盐，半勺糖，适量料酒，一点酱油和许多葱花，用筷子顺时针使劲地搅拌起来。

小时候，妈妈常常给我和弟弟包饺子吃。那时，妈妈喜欢包菜馅和肉馅两种，每次包完她就把两种饺子整齐地隔开摆放，那像隔着楚河汉界的饺子总是会成功地勾起我们的食欲。

今天是立冬，老师组织我们包饺子。

我小心翼翼地取出一张圆圆的饺子皮，左手轻轻地托着，就像托着柔嫩的拇指姑娘。接着，我用勺子挖了一块馅儿放在皮上，用手蘸点水把皮周围抹了一圈，上下对折皮儿，圆形的皮儿就变成了半圆形。最后，将饺子皮的边缘上下捏紧，一松一紧间，饺子皮有了皱褶，就像层层叠叠的花瓣，又像一把折叠扇子。

同组的同学羡慕极了。大大咧咧的李同学，拿起饺子仔仔细细看起来。谁知，刚刚还眉目清秀的饺子，在他的拨弄下，“内脏”很快冒了出来，汤汁到处都是，惨状不忍目睹。一向做事冲动的陆同学等不及了，拿起饺子皮，挖上一大块馅儿，可是皮儿根本没法对折。看来，简单的事情，做起来未必真的简单啊。我招呼他俩停下来，再次看我包：“动作要轻点。馅儿太多，皮儿就破;馅儿太少，饺子吃起来就没什么味道……”在我的帮助下，他俩静下心来，认真地学起来。一会儿功夫，一只只展翅欲飞的饺子出现在我们的桌上。

妈妈看到我灰心丧气的样子，似乎知道了我的心思。告诉我说：“无论做什么事情都要有耐心，不要烦恼，否则你做什么事情都不会成功。”接着，漫游告诉我：“是因为你水加的太多了，以后包饺子的时候水要稍微放得少一点儿，将周围弄湿就可以了。”说完，妈妈便拿起一张饺子皮儿，一边给我做示范，一边详细指导。

最后一步：煮饺子了。先点上小火，把水烧开后把饺子倒进去，缓缓拨动。煮好了，开吃了。我先吹了吹，咬了一口，那味道真令人回味无穷。不知什么时候才能再吃一次呢！

With the development of the Internet, many people are used to shopping

online. It has become a fashion in our daily life. Some of us students also join

the group.

Shopping online has many advantages. Just by a click of the mouse, you can

buy what youre interested in without going outdoors. You can avoid getting

tired and being trapped in the crowded people and cars and save time. When

shopping online, you can choose from more varieties of goods, whose prices are

generally lower.

Every coin has two sides. Its disadvantages are obvious, too. On the one

hand, its very easy for you to buy goods different from the pictures you see on

the Internet. On the other hand, shopping online may cause people to buy goods

that are not badly needed. Thats a waste of money.

All in all, I love shopping online.

My favorite sports is playing basketball. I liked playing basketball when I

was a child. I think playing basketball is a very interesting and healthy

sports. Usually, after class, I always go to play basketball with my friends.

Meanwhile, it is beneficial for our health to play basketball. Most importantly,

playing basketball can makes me become stronger. Besides, I can also get the

opportunity to comunicate with each other, which makes me get well along with my

classmates. In short, I can benefit a lot from palying baketball reasonably

every day.

我看见大人们包饺子，动作很熟练。只要他们用手一捏，一个像金元宝一样的小饺子就诞生了，这让我羡慕不已。这个周末，我也亲自体验了一下包饺子的乐趣。

我先洗了手坐到板凳上，把面皮放在左手的手心上，用勺子铲了一些馅儿，放在面皮的中央，再用右手的大拇指和食指把面皮的两边捏住。我本以为会很成功，可是拿起来一看，却是扁扁的。别人的饺子，都是挺着“啤酒肚”坐得稳稳的，可我的饺子却立都立不住，只能静静地躺在那儿。

妈妈说我放的馅儿太少了，饺子没吃饱才会倒下。我不甘心，就又拿了一个面皮放在手心上。这回我吸取了教训，就铲了一大勺馅儿，放在面皮中央。可是他就跟不听我话一样，到处乱跑。妈妈又说馅儿太多了，让我把线馅儿放回去一点。我把馅儿放回去一点，又像刚才一样捏住，这才有了大大的肚子。虽然丑了点。但比刚才的好多了。经过我的反复努力，我的饺子终于像别人的一样，像一个金元宝了。

等妈妈把饺子煮出来的时候，专门把我包的饺子挑了出来。我尝了一口，我的小饺子美味无比，我感觉好有成就感。

看来包饺子可不是一件容易的事。这让我明白了，学每一项本领，都要付出很多的汗水和努力。

“过年了”，随着一声声欢叫，新年向人们走来。每次过年都是妈妈和奶奶包饺子，今年我决定让奶奶休息，我和妈妈来合作。

妈妈先揉好了面，我挽起袖子正准备开工，妈妈却说：“先洗干净了手才能包呢。”我赶紧洗手，心想：“包饺子的礼仪还真多，我可要认真学。”洗完手，我迫不及待的拿起擀面杖向一小面团发起进攻。

我先用擀面杖朝一个方向擀，不一会儿，一个长长的“牛舌头”出来了，再向另一个方向擀，没想到擀出的面皮奇形怪状。妈妈笑了笑说：“应该这样擀。”说着便动手教起我来。我知道了，擀的饺子皮要外薄里厚，还要转着圈擀。擀完了饺子皮，接下来就要包饺子了。我先让妈妈教教我，我再包了一个，但是怎么看都不像一个饺子，像是一片被压扁的树叶，薄薄的，失败了。我一看，不好，她已经包了好几个了，我要努力才行啊。我又包了一次，可能是饺子馅放太多了，还没等我放下就破了。我灵机一动，拿起一块面皮就粘上了。我松了口气，没想到它却不给我争气，又破了，我又粘上了一块面皮。看着它，我有点哭笑不得，乍一看，有点像战场上打败的士兵，伤痕累累。又像一个挺着将军肚的上校。

下锅了，不一会儿就煮好了。我从盘里找到了那个“小胖子”，我夹起来，吃了一口，好香啊!我终于吃上自己包的饺子了。

以后每逢过年，我就可以和妈妈包饺子了。我学会了包饺子是多么开心的事呀!

“汪汪！”两声犬吠把正在做白日梦的托妮吵醒了，此时此刻，她正坐在一个木头椅上，望着窗外，椅前的老电视正在播放新闻联播，今天是春节。

“外婆”她问“爸爸妈妈今天回家吗？”她的声音里透着希望。“可能不回”外婆慈祥地说着。她目光暗淡下来，“可是今天春节，他们已经连续五年没回家看我们了。”外婆走过来，用她那饱经沧桑的手，轻轻抚摸着她的头，“唉，父母忙喽！”说着，便又给托妮讲起了有趣的小故事。可托妮并不想听这些，说：“我就是要爸爸妈妈回来！”“唉，孩子，有些事情不是你能决定的，爸爸妈妈也想回来，但他们有很重要的工作去做，很辛……”话音未落，屋外就传来汽车的嗡嗡声。忽然，有人开门。

穿着白裙，提着水果篮，快步走进房间，她激动地说：“女儿，妈妈回来了！”托妮兴奋地跑上前去，抱住了妈妈，外婆眼中也有了快乐的热泪。一个穿着黑丁衫的人拉着拉杆箱，也跟着进来了，他是托妮的爸爸，托妮也抱住了爸爸，高兴得难以形容。

一家人就这样快活地过了一天。晚上，外婆提出包饺子，大家都欣然同意了。托妮看着他们，录起视频来。外婆从厨房里端出来一盆准备好了的面，熟练地拿出一些面，揉了起来。她给托尼的父母分了两把面，便开始做起了饺子。妈妈和外婆先把面拉成条状，用刀一点点把它切成好多份，放在了桌上。相比之下，爸爸只能照葫芦画瓢，他皱着眉头，看着外婆的样子，努力地做着他的饺子。最后，以失败告终——他不参加了，太难了，陪女儿去聊天了。只剩外婆和妈妈了，她们都开始了下一步！妈妈显然以前和外婆学过几手，把面团一个个揪出来，反复揉搓，成球状时，她取来擀面杖，用它擀起面来。外婆也不甘示弱，用手灵活地摆弄一下，一个漂亮的饺子就成形了。妈妈在皮上沾水，夹出一些馅来，放在皮上，小心地包了起来。不一会儿，一个个白白胖胖的饺子就“坐”在了盘上。

接下来是煮了！外婆取出饺盘，端进厨房，把它们拨入锅里，沿边放下，又推搅一番，按下了开关，调好了火，又把盖子盖上。

煮好了，妈妈把饺子盛入盘子里，一家人看着春晚，边聊天，边吃起了美味的饺子，幸福洋溢在其中。

饺子，是家人团聚的味道，是幸福的味道……
