春节的时候，家家户户都忙着团聚在一起，一家人热热闹闹地做年夜饭。我和爸爸妈妈也一起包饺子过大年三十。

爸爸把从超市里买平的饺皮放在桌上，妈妈早就拌好了肉馅。我看着爸爸和妈妈包饺子，我也跃跃欲试。爸爸笑眯眯地叫我去把手洗干净再来包。

我跟着爸爸一起把一张饺皮放在手心上，再用筷子夹一点肉馅放在饺皮中间，接着用筷子沾一点水在饺皮的周围。然后再把饺皮对折，还要把两头捏牢。

爸爸说：“肉馅不能多，多了就容易漏馅。”我慢慢地学，果然包出一个个像元宝一样的饺子，而且一个比一个包得好。

我们一会就包好了饺子了。等水烧开后我们就可以煮饺子了。饺子溜进开水，翻着滚，像在跳舞。不一会儿，美味可口的饺子就煮好了。

我闻着香喷喷的饺子味，口水直流。我先挑了一碗最多的，爸爸和妈妈都是小碗，我知道他们是爱我，让我多吃点。

我们一边吃饺子一边听着窗户外的鞭炮声，看着电视节目，我们的心里都暖暖乎乎的。

我们一家人吃好饺子，爸爸就说我们一起去放礼花炮。我们走出家门，人家早就开始放礼花了。夜空中的礼花有的像一颗元宝，有的像一颗闪闪发光的星星。

在春节的时候，我能和爸爸妈妈包饺子，家人团聚，还能放烟花，我觉得真开心。

奶奶年纪大了，一个人住在乡下的老家。暑假的一天，我和爸爸一起回到乡下的老家，去看望奶奶。

乡下的老家非常安静，尤其是到了晚上。傍晚，天色慢慢的变黑，星星趁月亮妈妈不注意，把天幕戳了一个又一个的窟窿，露出了它们那一眨一眨的眼睛。它们像一个个调皮的孩子，不停的眨着眼朝我们做鬼脸。星星是人们许下的愿望，每天天一黑就亮闪闪的挂在天上，提醒人们不要忘记它们，也提醒我不要忘记乡下老家的奶奶。

我的奶奶总是笑吟吟的，显得那样慈祥、幸福。看到我们回去，她可高兴了，说：“今晚我们包饺子吃，欢迎孙女儿。”奶奶最喜欢给我包饺子吃，她包的饺子是世界上最香最好吃的。只见奶奶用左手托着面皮，右手拿筷子往面皮上夹一些馅儿，再用双手轻轻的一转一捏，一个肚子鼓鼓的饺子就包好了。

我也跟着学包饺子。我拿了一块面皮，用筷子夹了些馅儿放在面皮上，再用双手捏。可是饺子只听奶奶的话，经过她的手，三两下一揉一捏，一个饺子就成形了，有的胖嘟嘟的，有的清秀俊俏，一个个都有模有样。可它们在我手里就是不听话，不是坍了下去，就是肚子破了个洞，样子蠢极了。我只好又拿了块面皮把它们破了洞口的肚子补上。奶奶说：“你包的是什么饺子呀?”“我包的是高级饺子——饺子王。”我回答奶奶。奶奶听了，大笑起来。

饺子包好了，我们就把它们放到锅里煮。不一会儿，饺子就在沸水中跳起了欢快的舞蹈。又过了几分钟，我包的那些饺子全散了，一个个全光荣了。只有奶奶包的饺子，越发的长得好看。我把那些涨鼓鼓的饺子舀起来给奶奶吃，那些散了的饺子留给自己。奶奶硬要和我换，我不要，说：“我最喜欢吃我包的饺子王。这些鼓鼓的还是留给奶奶。”

这顿饺子宴，我真一辈子也忘不了。直到今天，那都是我吃过的最好吃的饺子，看过的最安静最美丽的星空了。

教室里传来了一阵阵笑声，同学们是在干什么呢?我闻声而去，就让我们一起去一探究竟吧。

我刚走进教室，一阵阵饺子馅味儿扑鼻而来，我毫不犹豫地凑上前去。原来，老师正准备带着同学们一起包饺子呢!

开始包饺子了，老师说要先揉面，把面揉均匀、光滑。同学们做得虽不一致，但做的都像模像样，像练过似的。

第二步是做饺子皮。老师先让我们把揉完的面搓成小细条条，再揪成小剂子，然后把小剂子按成小扁片，最后把小扁片用擀面杖擀成薄薄的圆片。这样一个饺子皮就完成了。

该到第三步了，我管他叫包馅步。只见同学们把饺子皮一托，馅放到皮的正中央，再把皮对折。之前都还算顺利，到这步时，问题就出现了。比如：小明的饺子皮粘不到一块，小刚的饺子被压得扁扁的，圆圆的饺子馅竟然还露在外面呢。老师看到这种情况，又细心地给我们做了示范，馅要装得适量，慢慢对折，然后用手把边一点一点按到一起，不让它张嘴，也不能有空隙，这样一个漂亮的饺子就包好了。虽然我们是照老师的样子做的，可到最后，饺子们还是各式各样，横七竖八地躺在桌子上。

饺子包好，该煮了。在煮的过程中，有的同学在旁边玩，有的盯着锅里自己包的饺子，生怕饺子长腿跑了似的。饺子终于煮熟了，老师刚把饺子倒进碗里，瞬间被我们一抢而空，那动作快得同饿虎扑食。

自己包的饺子真是格外的香啊!通过自己的劳动，不仅收获了美味，还收获快乐!

今天是国庆长假的最后一天。

爸爸一大早就出动了。我和表哥觉得奇怪。爸爸平时总是起得很晚，今天怎么这么早就出去了。于是，我就去问奶奶：“奶奶，今天爸爸怎么这么早出去了?”奶奶笑着对我说：“不要急，一会儿，他回来了，你不是就知道了。”

过了一会儿，爸爸回来了。他手上提了许多小菜。我连忙迎上去问：“老爸，买这么许多东西干什么，是不是有谁过生日?”爸爸边走边回答：“今天没有人过生日，是我想要给你们包饺子吃。”说完，他便从一只黑色袋子里拿出一大块肉。他又拿了一把锋利的菜刀切了起来。

我对表哥说：“不如我们来一次包饺子比赛，怎么样?谁赢了，别人就听他的。”表哥爽快地答应了。好在他不知道我有一个包饺子的模型，只要把饺子皮放在里面，再放一些肉，两边一压就好了。所以我想这次比赛我准赢。

随着爸爸的一声口令比赛开始了。我用模型压制饺子，一个接一个，非常快。表哥用手包饺子，好象老牛拖破车十分慢，一分钟才做好一个。

比赛结束了，不用爸爸数，肯定是我第一，表哥比我慢。爸爸当众宣布：“朱莉红得第一，获得包饺子比赛的胜利。”啊，我第一，我高兴得跳了起来。

妈妈看见我包的饺子后说：“你别包了，你看你包的饺子馅全部都跑到饺子的上面了。”我说：“我也想包，但是我不会包饺子。”妈妈说：“不会包饺子，你还要包饺子，刚好趁这个机会教你怎么包饺子。”之后妈妈把饺子馅放在手心上，然后又把饺子馅放在饺子皮的上面，然后用手一捏。我跟着妈妈的步骤一步一步的学，最后终于学会了。

包饺子所需要的材料有，水、面粉、馅。包饺子所需要的工具有擀面杖、案板、餐具……。包饺子开始了，老师首先分配好了小组，而我们小组的组长是齐凡熙，她负责擀面皮，剩下的人包饺子。大家迫不及待地纷纷包了起来，我之前在家里练过，所以动作又轻松又快，包的饺子也十分好看。再看别的同学，先小心翼翼地把放了馅的饺子皮上下对折，然后又从左往右在边上一点点地捏严实，一个饺子就算包好了。有的人不会包，就突发奇想，于是，奇形怪状的饺子便出现在了我们的眼前。我们包呀包，不一会，就包了满满一盖帘，包好的饺子，有的像小船，有的像月牙，有的像香蕉……真是五花八门，多姿多彩。

饺子包完了，老师把饺子煮好，一阵阵香味向我们飞来，我的口水都快流下来了，大家纷纷排队去领，一小会儿饺子就全被我们消灭掉了。

除夕夜，小星星们在黑蓝的天幕上调皮的眨着眼睛，窗外不时地亮起烟花和星星们玩耍。

我和妈妈在屋里包着饺子，妈妈拌得饺子馅散发着诱人的香味，里面除了猪肉，还有切碎了的大白菜、青豆角、花生油等等。我忽然想到：如果饺子馅里只有猪肉是不是会更好吃呢?我正想着，隔壁的许阿姨来了，她想让妈妈帮忙做年糕，妈妈叮嘱我在家守夜，便和许阿姨走了。

我跑到门口，向四周瞧了瞧，确定妈妈已经走远了，便高兴的蹦了起来。抬头看了看小星星，小星星们正好奇地看着我，我神秘的对他们眨了一下眼睛，心想：今天我要做出世界上最好吃的饺子!于是，我像一只快乐的小兔子，蹦蹦跳跳地跑进厨房，用出了吃奶的力气从冰箱里找到一块猪肉。我用一把小刀从猪肉上割下一块瘦肉，然后切成三小块，正好可以包三个最美味的饺子，我和爸爸、妈妈一人一个，让爸爸、妈妈尝尝我的手艺。

不行，我得加快速度了。我必须在妈妈回来之前完成我伟大的作品——美味的全猪肉饺子。我拿着切好的猪肉，飞快地跑回房间，又飞快地挑了三张最圆的饺子皮，反别把三块猪肉放在饺子皮中央，然后迅速用手把饺子皮捏合在一起，等妈妈回来的时候，我早就把他们包好了。

第二天早晨，我得意洋洋地看着妈妈把煮好的饺子盛到碗里，心想大家吃到我包的饺子一定会赞不绝口的。可谁知道大家吃到了我的伟大作品时都皱起了眉头，等我公开了我的秘密后，爸爸、妈妈哈哈大笑。妈妈抚摸着我的头，笑着说：“傻孩子，猪肉没有油、盐等调料调上味道，怎么会好吃呢?”

哦!原来如此!从此以后，我明白了一个道理：做任何事情都不能只看表面，而应该深入其中，才不会弄巧成拙。

每个人都有自己擅长的拿手好戏吧！当然我也不例外。

星期六的早晨，我一起床便闻到好大一股饺子味，算算吧！咱家也是好久都没吃过饺子了。那股诱惑迷人的气味直勾勾的在我鼻子前面绕来绕去，不得不让我下床穿着拖鞋去厨房里呀！我一路小跑来到厨房，尽管全身打着哆嗦可早已忘到了九霄云外。一到厨房，我看着妈妈和外婆在那专心致志的包着，看着看着，突然心血来潮。我问了问妈妈，经过妈妈的批准之后，我拿起一张饺子皮摊平铺在手掌心上，看着妈妈用小勺子舀了一勺馅儿放在饺子皮中心上，我也学着妈妈的样子舀了一瓢。“哇！我舀的一勺好多哟！管他呢！基本上差不多就行了。”看着外婆手脚利索的样子，包的又快又好，我不禁加快了速度。再往饺子皮的边缘上抹了一圈的水使饺子不松散，馅也不会漏出来，可是我一对折的时候却露出了好多馅，这可怎么办呢？我连忙去问妈妈，外婆他们两人笑着对我说：“傻孩子，你把馅儿包多了。”我不禁脸红起来。我立马打开馅儿，挑了一些馅儿出来，这下果然好多了，接着我在轻轻一捏饺子就好了，虽然比不上妈妈外婆的饺子，但我还是心满意足，毕竟这是我自己亲手包的呀！就这样我们包了一上午，我包的有些难看，有些还是那么回事。外婆妈妈看见我包完了就连忙夸起我来，我还有点不挺好意思的呢！

就这样，中午的时候热腾腾的饺子端了上来，吃着咱家自包的饺子，我感觉到心头无比幸福、美味。这就是我的拿手好戏：包饺子。

and more apparent. many people complain that their houses are too small to live

in, and we can see in some pool families, six or seven family members live in

one room. therefore, the living conditions cant meet their-needs.

there are many difficulties in solving housing problems. first, its

impossible to put all the space into building houses. secondly, the population

of china increases year by year and with the improvement of our living standard,

we need more room to relax ourselves in.

various solutions have been put forward. i think the most important and

efficient way is to control the population. also, we can build more high

buildings to provide more living space. i believe the housing problems will be

solved.

I like to watch movies so much. Since I was very small, I have watched a

lot of movies. Some people think that it is a waste of time on this amusement,

then I can tell them they think in the wrong way. Watching movies is a good way

to learn things. When I finish watching the movie, I will scan the comments on

the Internet, then the analysis of the movie helps me understand the movie

better. Whats more, I also learn the culture. Like the movie Mummy, I learn the

Egypt culture. When I search more information, I feel like reading a history

book. Watching movie is a funny way to learn knowledge.
