我记得那一天包饺子并不是因为过节过时，而是因为我自己嘴馋才缠着妈妈做的，所以我那次吃美食的代价就是自己学着包饺子，这还真是嘴馋惹出来的第一次。不过说实话，在看过妈妈包了那么多次饺子之后，我确实是对包饺子这件事情兴致盎然，而我也打心底里认为包饺子并不是一件难事，所以我才会自高自大的在妈妈面前说下大话，可殊不知梦想是丰满的，现实却是骨感的。

当我从妈妈手里接过一个个圆圆的小剂子之后，我发现自己居然连把它压扁压圆的能力也没有，这不看着这些既不像椭圆也不像长条，而且还十分粘手的小面团，我的确实束手无策。不过让我挫败的是，妈妈说这只是最为简单的一步罢了，更难的还只在后面等着我呢，所以我当时真是心头一颤，恨不得立马投降说不做了。不过事已至此，我也只好在妈妈的鼓励下，继续硬着头皮干下去了。

果不其然，当妈妈把擀面杖递给我，让我把自己做的那些四不像面团擀成薄皮的时候，我顷刻间就变成一个木头人了，因为我着实不知道该怎么做才好。而当我做好心理建设去擀皮的时候，我才发现那个擀面杖是那样光滑不顺手，那个面团又是那样的顽劣不老实，所以当擀面杖不停地砸到我的手时，我真是疼的眼泪都要掉下来了。可是更气人的是，我擀的皮永远成不了一个圆形，他们不是一边厚一边薄，就是一边长一边短，要不然就是整个饺子皮都是锯齿型的，简直像是坑坑洼洼的烂树叶一般，根本无法用来包饺子，因此，我真真是挫败的不得了，委屈的不得了。

当然，为了能好好让饺子成型，我擀的饺子皮都被弃用了，我包饺子用的皮都是妈妈擀好的“真正的”饺子皮。不过虽然拥有了好的工具，可是敌不过我手残啊，我把肉馅填得太满，饺子包不住了，就算勉勉强强包住了，那也是到处是油和馅，根本无法把饺子粘合在一起。就算这样也就罢了，更加可气的是，明明四个指头互相一捏就成型的饺子，到了我手里那就是怎么样也无法变成一个金元宝，这还真是让我觉得沮丧不已，所以直到饺子都包完了，我也没有真正的做出一个成品来，这还真是一大败笔啊！

当然，说了这么多，想必你们也知道我第一次包饺子是完完全全的失败了，可是奇怪的是，当我每次想起这件事时，我并不觉得狼狈和难堪，相反，我觉得那真是一段快乐的回忆，因为每次回想起来的时候，它都能让我笑出声来，真正是有趣的不得了！

妈妈先把面皮放在手上，再沾一点水，然后放上肉陷，最后按住两边，这样一个饺子就做好了。我看到包饺子这么简单，就迫不及待地做了起来。

我也学着像妈妈一样，把面皮放在手上，沾一点水，放上肉陷，两边按住，可是肉陷好象很不听话，我按住左边时，右边的肉陷冒了出来，按住右边时，左边的肉陷又冒了出来，我双手同时按住，哈哈，肉陷可别想再跑出来了，正当我得意时，饺子的“肚子”破了，肉陷好像对我说：“你是包不住我的!”我只好赶紧再拿一张面皮，给饺子再穿一件“衣服”，这样我包的第一个饺子就做好了。看看妈妈包的饺子，再看看自己包的，简直就是天壤之别呀!

我先观察妈妈是怎样包饺子的。首先，先拿起一个饺子皮放在左手上，再用勺子把肉馅放进饺子皮里，然后右手食指沾一下水，在饺子皮上划一圈，然后把饺子皮捏起来，最难的当属这一步了，需要捏起一个个褶子，既美观又牢固可不是件容易的事呢。需要我们更多的耐心和专心，把褶子一个个慢慢地捏过去。这样，一个饺子就大功告成了。我也迫不及待地做了一个，咦！真的做成功了，我开心极了。做好了一个，我当然要尝试做花样饺子了。前面的做法都一模一样的，就是最后一个步骤不一样，需要把边缘的饺子皮都往上捏，最后再捏捏紧，一个烧卖型的饺子就完成了。我拿给妈妈看，妈妈笑着说：“安安，你做得真棒呀！那就再做几个呗！”我欣然同意了，跟妈妈一起包完了所有的饺子。

昨天，我们也包了饺子。可是我擀得面皮奇形怪状，外公说它们像鳄鱼，我看它们像澳大利亚地图，用这种形状的面皮包出来的饺子能好看吗？！可是今天我就学会了擀面皮，圆圆的，厚薄均匀，包出来的饺子非常好看，加上花边，就像半个刺鲀。我的进步真是神速啊！

东北有一个小村庄，人们过着平静又快乐的生活。可是，有一年山洞里，出现一只凶猛无比的大怪兽，有时叼走了小孩，有时吃掉了牲畜，村里的人成天提心吊胆，日子再也不快乐了!这年除夕村里来了一个外地人，名叫努尔哈赤，是个武艺高强，又爱打抱不平的人，他了解这个情况后，独自前往大怪兽出没的地方。经过几番搏斗，终于刺死了怪兽。大家把它的肉剁碎，包在面皮里，煮来吃掉，发泄了心头的愤恨。从此以后，每年除夕，村里人都要用面包肉馅，做成食物来吃。到了今天，饺子这种食物己不限新年才能吃，只要我们想吃，随时都可上饺子馆去，当然，也可以在家里自己包饺子吃。

Sky in my hometown 家乡的天空

When I was very young ,the sky in my hometown was nice and beautiful, the sky was very blue,and the air was fresh. There were some birds singing ,and there were many trees in the fields. I often played with my friends in the open air.I liked it.

Now the people are rich ,but the sky in my homerown isnt blue .the trees were cut down , and there arent many birds. And the air isnt fresher than before. The rubbish is put here and there, it was bad for our health.So wo must do something to protect the environment. If we make a contribution to protecting the environment,the sky will become much more beautiful.

过年啦，过年啦，全家都在准备晚饭，可我却无所事事。正当我无聊时，我听到“当当当当”非常大的噪音，于是我去一探究竟。我来到发出噪音的地方，原来爸爸妈妈在包饺子，后来我也参加了他们包饺子的队伍当中。

我从来没有包过饺子，所以我无措下手。可是我好学啊，我身边的高手如云哪，害怕学不会吗?妈妈微笑地对我说：“来，来，像我这样……”于是我自信满满的跟着学起来。

刚刚开始包饺子时我就漏洞百出。家里人有的哈哈大笑，有得捧腹大笑，有的在心里偷偷的笑，不管他们怎么笑，我都没有气馁，这样让我更努力的学包饺子。我把一张圆圆的饺子皮放在手心上，然后用手指给饺子皮沾上一点水，再把一勺肉馅放在饺子皮的正中央，再用右手把饺子皮捏成一朵花的一半，最后沿着边缘折叠起来。一个胖胖的饺子宝宝诞生了，我小心翼翼地呵护着我的饺子宝宝们，还给他们起了名字比如说团团、圆圆、小宝、海龟和老虎……当然越是后面我包的越是好，越是后面我就越异想天开、奇思妙想。我包的饺子形状各种各样的，比如说月亮型饺子、玫瑰型、元宝型等等。大家看到我的劳动成果，都赞不绝口，我的心可是乐开了花。

吃着自己做的饺子，心里美滋滋的。通过这次包饺子，让我懂得一个道理，有事者事竟成。

This semester, we got the subject of 《Offer&Counter-Offer》 , I also remember until now our group comes on stage performances scene, I can only use two words to describe: bad and awkward. Because we do not have well the preparation, cause then the situation of the mess. On the PPT content is directly from on-line duplication and glue. But takes me who lectures not to have well the preparation, is simply is on site to display. At that time stood on the stage feeling is really very bad, I only wanted a bit faster to finish lecture, hurry to leave stage. That experience told me “the full preparation” importance.

In your class, I also have another unforgettable experience, is some time roll-call. You didn’t call everybody,when you selected Wang Kaiya, I helped her to call, which knew that you called me to raise hand to look to you. Afterward you selected unexpectedly to mine name. I am really suspected very much that you thought I am not Wang Kaiya, therefore has turned head selects the Han Xue name again, because of mine student number in the front of Wang Kaiya. Afterward one time, you were called each group of group leaders name, I helped Wang Kaiya to call once more, therefore I thought that perhaps you regarded me Wang Kaiya.Ha-ha, this merely is my guess!

On your class we feel relaxed, we don’t have the tedious knowledge spot and heavy homework. Some are only your speaking with confidence with each kind of small story, you used your personal experience to teach our some truths.

This semester, my impression quite deep is “transportation” this chapter. I have learned the transport expense computing mode, and in the transportation process the risk undertakes the way. The different transport mode and the method of settling accounts, will have the dissimilar transport expense and the risk. Actually in “the international trade”, I has also studied some international shippings knowledge, but in yours class, I studied each technical expression in English. For freight,direct vessel,entir voyage and so on.

Oh, Oh, I am really could not write again about this semester’s studies and thought, because spoke the truth, I very few listened earnestly, especially in the university. Therefore teacher I’m sorry very much, this semesters work I stopped. Wishes you and your family member has the happiness content life!

大年初五吃饺子是一项传统习俗，寓意吉祥幸福，今年我也加入了我家包饺子的队伍里，这可真是一件开心的事儿呀！

我们先把芹菜和白菜剁碎，再把肉、葱、姜剁好，之后再炸点花椒油放在肉里，加入一点酱油和香油，混合在一起开始和馅，这个过程中我负责剁芹菜白菜馅和和馅，这是我第一次使用菜刀，我感觉有点害怕切到手，妈妈叮嘱我一定要注意安全，最终我顺利地完成了任务。之后，奶奶和好了面，我们要开始包饺子了！

首先，把和好的面切成块，接着我来擀面皮儿，因为以前学过，这一次就更熟练了一些，爸爸妈妈夸我擀的又快又好。我边擀面皮儿边跟妈妈学包饺子，我拿着一张擀好的饺子皮儿，往里面加馅，然后捏起来，可是，饺子馅放多了，馅儿都漏了出来，我着急了，妈妈说：“慢慢来，不要灰心，熟能生巧嘛。”妈妈又给我示范了一遍，我继续认真地包起来，果然一个比一个更好了。我一连包了7个，爸爸包了2个，剩下的都是妈妈和奶奶包的，我们包完的饺子放在案板上，最后连案板都装不下了！

全家人一起包饺子充满了欢声笑语，吃着自己包的饺子格外香甜，希望以后过年都能和家人一起包饺子吃饺子，欢欢喜喜过大年！

春节里有很多习俗，每个习俗都会给我们带来欢乐，在所有习俗中，包饺子是我最喜欢的习俗。

大年三十的下午，我们包饺子。我们先准备材料，有擀面杖、蔬菜、猪肉、面粉，还有装馅的盆子、放饺子的盆子。

这些工具准备好之后，就进入了做水饺的第一步的工序：剁饺子馅，爸爸先用菜刀把蔬菜剁成用肉眼看不清的密密麻麻的东西，然后和剁碎的猪肉馅混合起来，变成蔬菜猪肉馅。

下一个工序是和面，爸爸在面粉里放了一些水，然后开始和面。不大工夫，面就和完了。

接着做饺子皮，爸爸把和好的面分成一块一块的，然后捏成一个个小圆球似的，再用上擀面杖，没过多久，薄薄的饺子皮终于出炉了，像块面饼。

做饺子的最后一道工序是包饺子，爸爸小心翼翼的把饺子皮拿起来，用筷子把盆里的馅放入皮里，最后把饺子皮“合拢”，这样，一个饺子就完成了。爸爸把一个个饺子放入放饺盆里。这一个个饺子就像一颗颗元宝。

如果想要吃到水饺，就得再煮一煮。爸爸先在锅里加水，加热几分钟后，水烧开了，爸爸就把水饺放入锅内。煮了几分钟后，香喷喷的水饺就出炉了。我尝了一个，真好吃。爸爸、妈妈和外婆也争相抢着吃，一家人脸上露出了笑容。

饺子是中国的传统食品，包饺子是中国的一种传统习俗，而如今，每当过年的时候，家家户户都会做水饺来欢度新年。每个人也从吃饺子中体会到了家庭的和谐与幸福。

桌上、地板上、我的新衣服上，都像下雪了一样，一片无奈的白花花。“包饺子真是一场雪灾!”

大年初一，奶奶也不知怎的起了兴头儿，一声“包饺子喽”把我从睡梦中拉了起来。我有点期待，又有点不敢期待，因为，我的妹妹——一个公认的“捣蛋大王”，今天可能又会“掀起一层波浪”!此时奶奶已经和好了面，倒在了木桌上，面团像一个放大了好几十倍的汤圆。奶奶开始给它“按摩”了。她先抓一团干面粉，潇洒地铺在面皮上，像在搓衣板上洗衣服一样将下面的面团不断往上叠，再用力往下压，来来回回做了好多遍。给面团按摩完，奶奶把它放在大碗里“醒发”。我目不暇接地看着揉面的有趣场景，想象着煮出来的面皮肯定又有嚼劲又美味，一时忘了捣蛋王正在边上。

该压饺子皮了，奶奶拿出擀面杖，把提前切好的面块儿，放在手心搓圆，在桌上用力一压，再用擀面杖均匀地抹平。眨眼间，十几个饺子皮平铺在桌上。但在完美的背后，饭厅早已惨不忍睹。桌边凹下去的花纹中，竟然镶满了黏糊糊的面粉;奶奶毛衣袖子上也粘上了湿面，掺和着香葱;地上，胡乱地扑闪着一小堆一小堆的“面粉山”。我正在惊叹，谁知，背后那双魔爪朝我的新衣上印下了专属“勋章”!“天呐!”我朝身后看去，妹妹她露出了笑容。我无奈地看着她……
