今天是除夕，一大早我和爸爸、妈妈带着年货到了鹿泉老家，奶奶、叔叔、婶婶、哥哥、姐姐热情的迎接我们。

按照风俗今天要包饺子，奶奶已经把面和馅准备好了，而就剩下调馅开包了。奶奶问：“吃什么馅的?”哥哥说“肉的”姐姐说“素的”“好了，好了，别争了” 我说“有肉有素”大家都同意我的意见。

于是开始分工。奶奶调馅、煮饺子，爸爸、妈妈、叔叔、包饺子，婶婶擀饺子皮儿，哥哥、姐姐和我帮忙参与。奶奶先把饺子馅放到盆子里，然后再放上葱、姜、盐，倒上香油，顺一个方向搅动均匀。香气扑鼻而来，真想马上咬两口。婶婶熟练的先把和好的面分成几份，把其中一块揉成一根粗绳子，切成小块，再把小块制成约两厘米的圆饼，然后开始擀饺子皮儿。爸爸、妈妈、叔叔把馅放到皮上，皮边对齐，两手一用力一个饺子就包成了。饺子像个小老鼠，整齐排列又像士兵。我先擀饺子皮儿，可就是擀不圆，有时面还粘在擀杖上，婶婶告诉我撒上一些干面，均匀用力，一个饺子皮擀好了。我学着妈妈的样子，把馅放在皮上，皮边对齐，两手一用力，饺子形状成扁的了，馅也出来了。爸爸、妈妈、叔叔、婶婶都哈哈大笑，我很不服气，妈妈手把手教我，好不容易才包成了一个样子难看的饺子。想起来包饺子也并不太难。

我把陷放进饺子皮里，然后把饺子口封好，使劲捏紧，一只饺子就大功告成了，我高兴极了，正准备像妈妈炫耀，怎么觉得手心湿湿的，粘粘的，原来我包的饺子下面破了一个大洞，陷全部都挤到了我的手里，张着大嘴的饺子就像在嘲笑我一样。

妈妈告诉我是因为我放的陷太多了，才导致了这种后果，于是我吸取教训，又拿起一张饺子皮，这次我没有放太多陷，然后把饺子皮合上，用力均匀地把饺子皮的边捏紧。这下一个漂亮的饺子终于包好了。我开心极了。

在我们的日常生活中有很多第一次，但是比较难忘的第一次是很少的。我学包饺子就使我难以忘记，因为从中我学到了做什么事都要开动脑筋，要有耐心。

记得一个星期天的下午，妈妈对我说：“好久没有吃自己包的饺子了，我们来包饺子晚上吃，好吗?”没等我回话，妈妈就开始忙活起来。我看着妈妈倒了一些面粉在盆里，然后在盆中加上水，把面粉和成面团，不停地揉呀揉呀。

我照着妈妈的样子，把馅放在面皮中心包起来，可是包来包去也包不到一块，面粉太多，那面皮怎么捏也不粘在一起，馅搞的到处都是，我费了九牛二虎之力才勉强包好一个饺子。仔细一看既不像饺子也不像馄饨，外面都是馅，简直不像样。妈妈笑着说：“这哪是饺子呀?倒像一个花球，一下锅煮非成一锅汤不可。

”我又包了一个，还是不行。我对包饺子失去了信心，想洗手不干了。这时妈妈对我说：“什么事做起来都不那么简单呀!应该要有耐心，多动一动脑子，仔细观察妈妈是怎么包的，不能遇到困难就打退堂鼓。多练一练就会做了。

”听了妈妈的话，我又开始包起来，我仔细观察妈妈的动作，反复的包，一个比一个包得好，越包越熟练，越来越有信心，有了诀窍。不知不觉我包了十几个。我终于会包饺子了，我非常高兴。

妈妈开始煮饺子了，那一个个小东西在沸腾的水里，好可爱啊!十几分钟后饺子上餐桌了。看着一碗碗热气腾腾的饺子，我急不可待地夹起一个咬了一口，啊!里面的馅香喷喷的真好吃。特别是吃到我亲手包的饺子时，我的心砰砰直跳，真有些激动。

今天我的妈妈，带我去九里吃饺子。我可最爱吃那的饺子了，于是我乐的一蹦三尺高。

我们来到饺子馆，点了30元的饺子和3串五香干还有2个羊角，在等的时间里，我急得坐立不安，想马上就吃到饺子。妈妈见我这样，便对我说：”滨涵别激动，饺子它不会跑掉的。”我听了之后才慢慢平静下来。

很快饺子就来了，那一个个被煮的金黄的饺子令我口水流下三千尺。我立马戴上手套，抓起一个吃了一口。哇！这真是太美味了，我又站了一点那个酱汁，再咬一口，更美味了。我立马速度加快了起来，变得狼吞虎咽饺子迅速的变少了，饺子一下子就被我吃完了。我吃完了饺子又吃五香干，猜一下机我就将全部的东西都吃完了，肚子都饱死了。

饺子真是太美味了，我吃了还想吃，下次一定再来吃！

今天中午，我们一起回婆婆爷爷家包韭菜饺子。

我们拿出了新鲜的韭菜放在盆子里，用清水漂洗。写完之后，把它们在盆子里放上个4五分钟。接着，准备好几个鸡蛋，把它们搅拌均匀，然后倒进锅里炒熟，再剁成一些小碎末。然后把韭菜和刚做好的鸡蛋放在一起。拿来饺子叶，把拌好的馅儿，用小勺子放在上面，不要太多，也不要太少，太多了会把饺子叶给撑破。太少了，则会没有滋味。可是我偏偏就做到了这一点。在包第5个饺子的时候，由于我把馅弄的太多了，馅儿里面的水也不少，就把饺子叶给弄得湿透了，变成了一个扁扁的小面团儿，样子看起来真难看。再看旁边的妈妈，包的又快又好，不一会儿，妈妈就已经包满了半个拍子，而我却只包了二十几个。

大约过了十分钟，儿子起来了，母亲也打开锅盖，用漏勺盛起几个饺子，倒在盘里。她倒得十分小心，生怕掉出任何一个。盛好了饺子，她就端起饺子，向餐厅走去。她和儿子都默默地吃着。说“吃”还不对，母亲望着将面对生死决战的儿子迟迟不能动口，只见儿子轻轻地夹起饺子，放在嘴边吹了吹，空中飞扬的雾气像是儿子那遥远的路途一样长。儿子又将饺子放在嘴里，轻轻地咬了咬，又咽了下去。儿子正津津有味地品尝着母亲做的那美味的饺子呢！可他又担心此次一去不复返，无法继续侍奉母亲至老。看着看着，母亲又开口了：“儿啊，你一去何时才能回啊？”说着，晶莹的泪珠滴落了下来。儿子也哭了，他回答道：“母亲，您放心，我一定可以赢得胜利，凯旋而归的！”听着儿子这话，母亲还是不放心，她又叮嘱儿子一定要当心，儿子又点点头，两人默默地吃完了剩下的饺子。来接儿子的班车来了，母亲不得不和儿子说再见了，这再见可能是永远的。临别之前，母亲深情地抱了抱孩子，再次叮嘱儿子一定要小心。她明白，她的告别将是儿子得胜的强心剂，只见儿子踏上了车子，随着汽笛声的响起，班车渐渐远去了，母亲又流下了晶莹的泪珠。

在临别时的一盘饺子，儿子十分难过，母亲十分担心，这盘饺子成了一家人的精神结晶。在汽笛声响起的一刹那，儿子也就远去了。以后的每一天，母亲一定会时时想念儿子，盼望着儿子的凯旋。在战前的一盘饺子，是母亲对儿子永久的思念。

Dear Sir,

I am a December 2003 graduate from the University of San Francisco (USF)

with a bachelors degree in International Business. As part of my career

planning, I am very interested in supplementing my international business

education with a basic knowledge of the Chinese language. This I hope will help

me enter into business commerce with business organizations partnering with

Chinas economic development.

I already have information from BLCU and hope to study there for at least

one full year starting with this summers program continuing through the fall

and spring semester 2006. Can your office advise me if such scholarships might

be available to me?

I have been studying Chinese for one year now. I am not sure what level I

belong to. I was told that there will be an HSK test in our university in

September. I am planning to attend the test. But I dont know if the result of

the test is recognized by your university. If so, can it be a help for me to

apply for the scholarship?

曾有一件事让我明白了一个道理：天下无难事，只怕有心人。它像一颗种子深深地埋在我的心中。

早上，旭日东升，突然，坐在沙发上的我听见了一阵阵响声，下去一看原来是爸爸正准备午饭包饺子的馅料。

爸爸刚准备好美味可口的馅料后，妈妈也从超市里买回了洁白如玉的饺子皮，万事俱备，只欠包工。我心想：包饺子那么容易的事，简直是张飞吃豆芽小菜一碟，是时候让爸爸看看我的厨艺天分了。开始包了，我学着爸爸有模有样。

首先，我拿了张饺子皮放在手心，然后，用筷子夹一些五颜六色的馅料，用手指一捏大功告成，我得意洋洋地笑了起来，可一看爸爸的像一个金元宝，昂首挺胸地站在盘子上，再看看我的像一个无精打采的士兵，塌塌的还穿着皮子边缘开孔的衣服。

爸爸看了郑重地说：“世上无难事，只怕有心人。第一次总有个过程，爸爸以前刚学包也像你一样的。

爸爸的话滋润着我的心田，立刻我拿饺子皮又重新包了一个，这一次我涂蛋液后用大姆指紧紧的用力捏了下皮子边缘，防止煮的时候像一只只小虫子跑出来。那就只能吃皮了，包时我还仔细看了一下分量，多的话包不住，少的话就不好吃。

爸爸看了一下对我说：“你看嘛，每做一件事，只要努力就会获得最后的成功。”从那以后，这句话就成了我的座右铭。

今天早上，妈妈准备包饺子给我们吃。

妈妈先拿起擀面杖，然后擀了好多个饺子皮，最后拿起饺子皮包了起来。我越看越有趣，就对妈妈说：“妈妈，我要学包饺子！”妈妈说：“好哇！”

妈妈把擀面杖和面团给我，说：“先把面团擀成饺子皮。”我照着妈妈的说法，赶紧拿起擀面杖擀起饺子皮。可是我擀出来的饺子皮有些太厚了，有些太薄了，有些一边厚一边薄，还有些被我给擀破了。但是我没有放弃，接着努力地擀。在妈妈的教导下，我成功擀好饺子皮。

妈妈又说：“现在我们就来包饺子。”我高兴地说：“太好了！终于要包饺子了。”我开始包起饺子，我把饺子皮放在左手边，右手用勺子舀了一勺馅，放在饺子皮中间，然后学着妈妈的样子，把饺子皮封起来。但我包的饺子不是馅露了出来，就是像一个毛毛虫。看着妈妈包的个个饱满，样子美观，我越来越没信心，我泄气地说：“我不包了，我不包了！”妈妈鼓励我说：“孩子，第一次包饺子包不好没关系，努力就一定会包好的！”

然后，我又鼓起勇气包起饺子来，慢慢地，我的手法越来越熟练了，最后我终于学会包饺子了！

妈妈把我们一起包好的饺子下锅煮好，出锅了，我们开心地吃饺子，我说：“自己包的饺子就是香！”

最后我明白了一个道理：无论做什么事，只要坚持不懈就一定能成功！

Dear Ms. Fu,

亲爱的付老师，

I would like you to know that I appreciate the help and support you gave to

me when I was in junior high school. I enjoyed being taught by you immensely.

You are an excellent teacher and inspired me to continue learning with an open

and positive mind.

I would like to convey my heartfelt gratitude to you for teaching me what

is responsibility. You helped me how to find the best place for myself and look

Spring Festival. You are the first teacher who gave me a present which I was

moved for a long time.

How time flies! I have studied in my school for three years. And I will

graduate from middle school in a month. I am eager to share my happiness and

sadness with you. I had so many memories in three years’ life. One of them

impressed me very much. I still remember, when I began to learn English, I found

it too difficult. No matter how hard I tried, I still couldn’t do well in it and

almost gave it up. As soon as my English teacher found my problem, she had a

talk with me about how to learn English well. Since then, she has kept helping

me. Little by little, I’ve become interested in English and I’m good at it. I

think I am so lucky to become one of her students. I’ve learned a lot from her.

I will try to help others when they are in trouble. I think it is a happy thing

to help others.
