我在饺子皮中放一小勺馅，接着在面皮边沿沾点水后对折后把半圆形面皮的两只角像月牙般弯起来，一个挺着“将军肚”的饺子就包好了。我越包越娴熟，不一会儿就包了很多个挺着“将军肚”的饺子。我骄傲地和妈妈说:“妈妈，要不我们来比赛吧，看谁包的饺子又好又多。”“好啊。”妈妈很爽快地答应了。比赛开始，饺子皮飞快地在我手中折叠弯曲，一个个漂亮的饺子就诞生了。我包的饺子和妈妈包的饺子不相上下，我们愈战愈烈。最后，还是妈妈赢了，果然姜还是老的辣呀！

今年，我在元宵节时去帮爷爷奶奶包饺子，因为我不会包饺子，就让爷爷教我。

我们先擀饺子皮，左手拿擀杖放在面团上，然后上下滚，左手捏这一边，再捏那一边，把饺子皮擀成圆形，要中间后两边薄。

擀好饺子皮后，我们便开始包饺子，我先拿勺子舀一丁点馅，感觉不够，又舀了满满的一勺馅，这下够了，然后，我学着爷爷的样子，先把饺子皮对折，然后，捏住边，可我看见爷爷的饺子上有很多花棱，我不会捏，于是我舅用指甲一个一个把棱挤出来，在挤的过程中，我发现在饺子皮上粘了很多的馅，我就把外面余出来的饺子馅掐下来，可是，一不小心，把饺子皮也掐了下来。就这样，我捏的饺子是奇形怪状，再看看爷爷摄的饺子，个个像将要上战场的士兵们个个昂首挺胸，而我摄的呢，还没有上战场就先爬下了，最后经过爷爷的反复教导，我摄的饺子才逐渐成型。

通过这件事，我明白了一个道理：无论做哪一件事，只要坚持不懈，总会成功。

一上课，老师就给我们出了一个谜语：“一堆金元宝，并非金银造，味美是佳肴，过年家家包，你们知道是什么吗？”老师话音刚落，同学们就异口同声地回答“饺子！”“没错，既然你们一猜就中，那今天就奖赏你们一起包饺子、品饺子吧！”

Thank you very much for taking me with you on that splendid outing to

London. It was the first time that I had seen the Tower or any of the other

famous sights. If Id gone alone, I couldnt have seen nearly as much, because I

wouldnt have known my way about.

The weather was splendid on that day, which I thought was rare. I still

remember some people told me that in Britain there was weather and no climate.

During the same day, it might snow in the morning, rain at noon, shine in the

afternoon and be windy before the night falls. So I think I was lucky.

I think the river trip was the best thing of all. London really came alive

for me as we saw it from the Thames during that wonderful journey down to

Greenwich. It was all tremendously exciting - a day that I shall never

forget.

Fathers Day is here, and my heart is full of mixed feelings. Because I

think of my dad. At the same time, I also remembered a song "Grateful Heart", I

每次闻到饺子的味道，我就想起外婆……像清晨里的阳光，给我温暖；像黑暗中的光明，给我希望；像清泉旁的花香，给我愉悦；像舒适的摇篮，给我安全感……

记得去年暑假的一天，刚吃完晚饭，我突然又想吃饺子了，硬拉着外婆不放，说：“我要吃饺子！我要吃饺子！”那天，外婆正好感冒，家里的饺子又吃完了，外婆还得自己临时包，外婆有气没力地说：“家里没饺子了，明天再吃！”听后，我心里有点失落，早早地就回房间睡觉了。

晚上，我想出来喝水，突然看到门缝里有一道光。我心里有些疑惑，“这么晚了，谁在外面？”我悄悄推开门，眼前的一幕让我惊呆了。

原来，外婆出去买了饺子皮，正在包饺子。她把肉放在饺子皮上，轻轻用手掐着。一个个饺子做好了，外婆包饺子的速度越来越慢，眼睛都已经睁不开了，眼里布满了血丝。我猛地看到了外婆的银发，心想：原来外婆已经这么老了，可我却从来没有注意到。那天天气很闷热，12：00后，院子里的中央空调又关了，一滴滴的汗水从外婆那满是皱纹的脸上滴下来，那不再光滑的手，一刻也没有停下来。我眼中的泪水再也忍不住了，视野开始变得模糊，一滴一滴的眼泪划过脸颊。外婆一抬头，看见了我，显得很疲惫。我慌慌张张地喝了一口水，就跑回房间了。

我也凑了上去，嘴里喊着我也要包，奶奶说：“去去去，你会包个啥？”我还是喊着要包饺子。这时大爷爷说：“娃要包就让她包吧。”奶奶才让我去洗手一起包饺子。大爷爷擀好了饺子皮递到了我手里，我高兴坏了，我也能包饺子了。

开始我包的不好，不是饺子馅出来了，就是饺子馅太少，形状不好看。后来奶奶交给我，让我把手张开中间形成个窝，饺子馅就能多装一些，然后捏紧，样子就出来了。望着自己包的饺子，虽然没有大人包的那么好看，但是这是我自己动手的劳动成果，我还是很高兴的。

好不容易盼到了暑假，本想多睡会儿觉。不料，还是一大早就听见了妈妈的喊声：“玲玲，起床包饺子啦!”

听到“包饺子”三字，我顿时来了精神。洗漱完后，我跑到厨房，和妈妈一起包饺子。

妈妈买好了现成的饺子皮，只要拿猪肉和葱剁馅了。妈妈正切着，我也想尝试一下，妈妈不允许。趁妈妈下去买盐，我拿出菜刀，用刀切猪肉。不料，刀剁到了手指上，出了血。我忍住，拿出创可贴，小心翼翼地贴上去。这事我如实地告诉了妈妈，她批评了我：“你不能拿菜刀，这是个危险物品。”

我们开始正式包饺子。妈妈用手沾点儿水，拿一片饺子皮，用勺子放点肉馅，合拢来，就OK了。

不过，我的饺子皮总是坏掉。妈妈说：“你的饺子馅太多了!”我又倒掉下去一点，不过没妈妈的好看。妈妈又说：“你放的饺子馅太少了!”好不容易才把它放完整，我长长舒了口气。

我们俩包完了饺子后，把一个个各种各样的饺子放进了煮锅里。它们像一个个游泳运动员，在水里翻腾着。

During last summer vacation I paid a visit to my uncle’s. It was the first time I had seen the sea. Tow years ago my uncle a closed friend of my father transferred from Shanxi to Yantai a beautiful port city; and then my aunt joined him a couple months later. And a year later I became their guest and was going to stay with them for a week. I was fascinated by the vastness of the sea the clean and soft sand on the beach the seagulls flying in the sky and the beauty of the golden sunset clouds over the dark blue water. But I missed the sunrise each day for I couldn’t get up early enough.

On the fifth day the alarm clock woke me up when it was still dark outside I hurried to the beach and stood in the cool breeze there the sky was turning grey little by little the sea was calm and all was so quiet that I felt I was surrounded by mysteries then suddenly in the faraway horizon golden beans of light were shooting up into the sky. A moment later a corner of the sun appeared. The sun was rising very slowly and reluctantly as if it was unwilling to leave the sea. At last the entire sun lay on the horizon so big and so red it looked like a huge ripe orange or a tender half-boiled yolk. It hesitated and shivered a moment then said goodbye to the sea and rose into the air. The scene was very beautiful touching and magnificent which I’ll never forget.

I had an unforgettable birthday party when I was thirteen years old. Before

that, I had never invited my friends to my birthday party and it was my first

time to do that. When the party began, we had chocolate and juice at home and we

played a funny game. My friends gave me a lot of gifts, I liked them very much.

Later we went to a restaurant and had a big dinner. I had a birthday cake with

thirteen candles. I blew out them. My friends said, “Happy birthday to you!” I

was so excited. I cut the cake into pieces and gave them to everyone. I did not

do well in it, but we laughed and laughed. We were happy that day.

我们一家人都爱吃饺子，平时妈妈工作忙，没时间包。现在正值暑假，所以我们就有口福了，可以经常吃到妈妈包的饺子。

妈妈包的饺子馅儿，种类有很多，如猪肉茄子、韭菜三鲜馅儿、萝卜木耳馅儿等。虽然这些馅儿大家可能都爱吃，但是总有最爱吃的。“萝卜青菜，各有所爱”嘛！我也不例外，我最喜欢的就是韭菜三鲜馅儿的了，为什么叫它三鲜馅儿呢，就是因为它的料特别的丰富，猪肉茄子馅儿里只有猪肉和茄子，而三鲜馅儿里有水里游的大虾、地上跑的猪猪，还有树上长的木耳和大自然里的韭菜，它们组合在一起，完全可以被称为山珍海味、美味佳肴啊！而且这几种不同的地方的生物馅儿会有一种十分不同的别致的美味。煮熟后的水饺，饺皮硬香爽滑、肉馅鲜嫩、唇齿留香，看着一个个白白胖胖的饺子，真的使人垂涎欲滴！

在炎炎的夏日，妈妈还为我们全家包饺子，我也没有理由不帮妈妈去做些力所能及的事情啊，揉面、擀皮，能帮妈妈去做的，就尽量去做，努力把妈妈需要干的活减少到最低。

今天晚托，老师带我们做了一个活动――包饺子。家长们准备了好多材料：有饺子皮、饺子馅、电水锅、调味料。

“开始”，老师一声令下，同学们飞快地做起了饺子。我照着“莫老师”的方法包，在饺子皮中心夹一点馅，不多不少刚好，在皮边上用水抹一圈，让皮粘得更紧，用手一捏，捏出一个花边，一个饺子就好了。一个儿、两个儿、三个儿……我包了六个，可一个饺子也没有立起来，陈子豪说：“你包的饺子是睡着了。”我一看他的说：“你的饺子是木板吗?”我再看徐文博的饺子像个小木屋粘在一起了。

下一步当然是――吃饺子啦!还好有大人帮我们煮饺子，我们只需要放开肚皮开心地吃了。开始吃饺子，一阵阵饺子的香味扑鼻而来，我端起碗，吃呀吃呀，我吃了一碗、两碗、三碗，可还是没有吃到幸运饺子。不行，我还要吃，一定要吃到幸运饺子，最后我终于吃到了一个幸运饺子。为了吃一个糖饺，我的肚皮饱胀得马上就要破裂似的。陈子豪说：“我吃到了四个幸运饺子。”徐文博说：“我吃了三个幸运饺子。”接着吃到了幸运饺子的同学也兴奋地喊着，没吃到幸运饺子的同学也一个个笑了起来，同学们欢乐得就像煮开锅的饺子一样。

春节的时候，妈妈最忙碌，一会儿切馅，一会儿沾水，包着饺子。我决定学包饺子，帮妈妈。

饺子煮好了，满屋子香喷喷，哥哥和爸爸鼻子灵得很，连忙下楼来吃。不一会儿功夫，一锅饺子就解决了。这饺子的味道还真是不错啊!

take no.3bus to the Silver Beach. You can get off the bus at the Beach hotel

stop and set the luggage or have s rest at the hotel. Then go back the road

which the bus have come. The beach is not far from the hotel, you can’t miss it.

The seafood is very delicious, you can have some for supper after swimming. The

world under the sea is a fantasy place. When you go into it, you will feel that

you are really under the sea. There are so many kinds of fish swimming around

you.

The most exciting program is “dancing with the shark” .that is some girls

who dress as the fish dive into the water and play.
