8岁时一个阳光灿烂的早上，我起床以后看见妈妈不在，便哭了起来。过了一会，哭饿了，便起来找吃的。哪知吃的也没有了，冰箱里只剩些昨天晚上包的饺子。哎！这生饺子怎么吃呀，看来，只能自己煮饺子吃啦！

我换上了妈妈的围裙，便照着妈妈昨天煮饺子的样子，按图索骥的煮起来。首先，要把锅放到火炉上，然后倒点水，最后把饺子放进去煮15分钟。我把步骤列了张清单，便开始照猫画虎的开始了我人生中第一次进厨房亲身的体验。首先，我先把冰箱里面的饺子拿出来放到桌子上备用。我要开火，开火很有难度，因为我当时不知道乱开火的严重性，所以我左开开，右扭扭都不行，最是看着说明书才学会的。之后倒点水，等水烧开以后，我把饺子放进去煮，因为我怕热水溅出来烫我一个大水包，回来又得挨骂，所以我没放一个就躲得远远的，就因为这样，我摔了一个大跟头，真痛！因为我怕饺子煮烂，所以先煮了5分钟，还不行，那就10分钟，还不行，就15分钟吧！不一会，煮的饺子出炉了，看着这一盘饺子，我真是欲哭无泪。

妈妈回来，见我这样，了解事情的经过，二话没说，奖励我一个大拇指和一个棒棒糖。

去年一个星期五的晚上，我刚放学回到家，就看到奶奶正在包饺子，我连忙问奶奶：“可不可以教我包饺子呀？”奶奶笑眯眯地点了点头。

只见奶奶把馅儿放入饺皮中，然后叠了叠，就把馅儿包了起来。你瞧，一个可爱的饺子就诞生了！我心里暗暗地想：太简单了！说干就干，我学着奶奶的样子，拿起一张饺皮，把一大堆馅儿放到里面，可刚叠了一下，皮就快要破了，我心想：应该没事儿吧。又继续包了起来，没想到刚包好了，这个胖乎乎的饺子就是个破肚皮，看着这个饺子，我不禁笑了起来。

我又开始包第二个饺子了，希望可以成功吧！可是好像四周每个物品都在对我说：“想得美！”我做了个鬼脸，心想：我一定会成功的！我吸取了上次的教训，这回我把馅儿放少了点，可是没想到这次又放得太少了，饺子又没包成功。我生气地说：“我不包了，太难了！”可奶奶语重心长地说：“做事不要半途而废。”我低下了头，突然又来了信心，我又开始包了起来。馅儿这回放得不多不少，这回我成功了。

后来我想了想，如果我那个时候直接放弃，可能我到现在还不会包饺子呢！

今天是星期六，妈妈趁我去上下棋课的时间，去买了菜，有高瓜、胡萝卜、馄饨皮和饺子皮、肉馅。

放学后洗完手，妈妈说题目：“包饺子和馄饨。”先把高瓜皮拨掉，把胡萝卜用刨子刨掉皮。把胡萝卜和高瓜切成丝，再切成胡萝卜丁和高瓜丁。我按照妈妈要求完成了材料的准备工作。

我刚开始包的饺子，馅很多，站不起来。经过妈妈的教导，我包的饺子终于站起来了。让饺子站起来的步骤是题目：先对折饺子皮的两边，不封起来，然后两边的角塞进里面一点粘好，再上面一个角的尖地方向里面一按然后封紧，就站起来了。我和妈妈一共包了九十五个饺子。

妈妈煮给加班回来的爸爸吃，爸爸说题目：“味道好极了！”

听到爸爸说好吃我一下子开心的大跳。

今天，我们下午有劳技课，劳技课是90分钟。

我们去了劳技教室，换上衣服，洗好手，站在了自己的位置上，老师开始讲课，老师说：“包饺子有五个步骤，一是和面，二是拌馅儿，三是擀皮儿，四是包饺子，五是煮饺子。”我们并没有和面、拌馅儿和煮饺子，老师说：“因为时间关系，老师已经把面和好了，馅儿拌好了，下面你们就不用做这两项了，就直接擀皮儿和包饺子就行了，下面我就来发面了。”老师就开始给我们发面了，每人一小块儿，把这一小块儿平均分成两小块儿，每个人要做两个饺子，我开始做饺子了。

我先把一小块儿面团儿搓成一个圆球，然后再把它按差不多是一个圆形就行了，我开始擀面，要把中间的面凸出来一小块儿才行，因为那一部分要放馅儿，我擀好了皮儿，开始放馅儿，馅儿要适当，手指要翘起来一点，这样馅儿才能不掉下去，我按照了老师说的一步一步的来，这样才能包好，虽然第一个包的不好，但是经过老师的辅导我终于包了一个像样的饺子。

老师把我们的饺子收走煮去了，过了几分钟，饺子终于好了，组长给我们发了筷子，我们便大口吃上了。

吃着自己包的饺子，真开心呀！

今天老师给我们布置了一项非常特别的作业，那就是包饺子。

包饺子的第1步是准备材料，我和妈妈一起去超市买来需要用来包饺子的材料，我们买了一些葱，萝卜，肉馅，芹菜，再去买一些饺子皮，接着回到家里就可以做饺子啦。

我们带着食材来到厨房，首先拿一个盆把肉馅腌在里面，再加入一些调料，去除掉肉馅儿多余的味道，然后在盆里搅拌，接着把萝卜放在水里泡一泡，等一会儿就可以把萝卜多余的水分挤出来，把萝卜放入锅里炒一炒，加入老抽，十三香等多种调料。然后再把葱花和芹菜切成碎末，放入锅里再炒香。闻着锅里的香味，我很是陶醉，最后把肉馅儿也放进锅里，加入调料，倒上香油在锅里炒，然后再拿来一个盆，把所有的东西都盛到盆里，然后再往里面倒入烧热的油，这是我妈妈说要这样做的，我也不知道为什么，可是味道真的很香。

我把盆子放在客厅的桌子上，喊上妈妈，爸爸，弟弟一起来包饺子。我小心翼翼的拿起一片饺子皮，把窄的那头放上面，接着把馅儿放入饺子中，我妈妈对我说，饺子一定不要放的太往上，不然包不住，馅也不要放太多。听到妈妈说的话，我变得更加小心了。我不一会就包完了几个饺子，可我包的饺子非常不好，有的小，有的大，有的馅儿流出来了，可是我还是一鼓作气包完了饺子。爸爸把饺子放到锅里煮，过了一会儿，爸爸端着热气腾腾的饺子，拿上了饭桌。

吃着我自己包的饺子，心里很是高兴，因为这是我劳动的成果啊！

妈妈要到外地出差几天，对于不会做饭的我来说，这几天很难应付，而妈妈又不想让我点外卖，说那些都是垃圾食品，于是只要提前给我包饺子，放在冰箱里冻着，让我到时候热一些就好了，这样就能吃好几天了。

妈妈和好面要包的时候，我来了兴趣，也想学习一下怎么包饺子，妈妈自然是乐意至极，连忙来教我包饺子。我按照妈妈的示范包了几个饺子，可怎么都包不好，要不是露馅了，要不就是馅太少了，要不直接把面给戳烂了。妈妈瞬间没有了耐心，指责我浪费食物。我瘪了瘪嘴，凡事第一次不是都不会做的很好么。看着妈妈擀胶皮，我想要不换一下，擀饺皮看着简单很多。

妈妈很不相信我，但在我的强烈要求之下，她还是同意了。结果我的饺皮擀的虽然也不怎么样，但起码还能包，比包饺子稍微容易一点。我们包了很久才包完，我擀面擀的手都酸了，这才明白做饭真是不容易，尤其是和面擀面包饺子，不仅是个技术活，还是个体力活。

锄禾日当午，汗滴禾下土，谁知盘中餐，粒粒皆辛苦。经过学习包饺子，我也体会了做饭的不易，以后更要珍惜粮食了。希望大家也从小事做起，珍惜每一粒粮食。

今天去奶奶家，奶奶为我们包饺子吃。

看着奶奶卖力地搅着馅儿，我和弟弟不约而同地说："奶奶，我们也要帮忙!"

分好了任务：我擀皮儿，弟弟撒面扑，奶奶包馅儿。

弟弟一骨碌把面团全倒了出来，都均匀的撒上了扑。我接手后，把面团中心按了一个窝，拿起擀面杖，双手使劲儿擀了起来。

"皮儿不要太薄，要四周薄中间厚。"奶奶说，我发现我因为太用力，把中间弄破了，便问奶奶怎么办。

奶奶把面团团在手里，使劲儿按了按，哇!真神奇!奶奶又把一张面皮儿复原成一个面团儿了。

弟弟在那朝我笑，奶奶说："看，都是你面扑加太多了!"

我又来了一次，结果擀得中间薄，四周厚。

我急了，乱擀了一通，竟然擀成了。等把面皮给奶奶时，已经过了半个小时。

弟弟也跟我一块儿擀面皮儿，切!他也是菜鸟，还是我教会他怎么单手擀面呢!奶奶的速度快了起来，不一会儿，面前一大堆面皮儿。

"吃饺子喽!"随着奶奶大喊一声，饺子被送到了我嘴里。"虽然皮有点儿厚，但还是成功了。"我在心里说。

有一天妈妈买了一大包东西回家，我赶紧把袋子打开，说：”妈妈!你买的是什么呀!”妈妈告诉我说：“里面有青菜，有肉，饺子皮，今天我包饺子给你吃。”我问妈妈：“我可以学吗?”妈妈高兴地说：”当然可以。”过了一会，妈妈把肉和青菜放在一个碗里，拿出一片饺子皮放在手心中间，用勺子挖了肉和青菜放在饺子皮中间，然后把饺子皮对折压紧，不让里面的肉馅掉出来。

我试着妈妈说的去做，可就是做不成，要么皮破，要么肉被我挤出来了……我就有点不想包了，妈妈见了就耐心的告诉我说：“不是每个人第一次做都可以做成功的，要有耐心。”我觉得妈妈讲的有道理，就收回沮丧的心情，慢慢地认真地包起饺子来了，半小时过去了，我终于会包了，我把亲手包好的饺子一个个地放在盘子里，这时候爸爸回来了，我骄傲的抬着盘子告诉爸爸：“我会包饺子!”

通过这件事我学会了一个道理，只要努力学，没有什么事情能难到我，这真是“世上无难事，只怕有心人”。学会一件事，不但能收获成功，还能收获一份快乐。

包饺子喽，包饺子喽，我兴奋的大喊，原来是老师布置还有一个作业，那就是让我们包饺子。

我和妈妈先去超市买了材料，买的.材料有韭菜鸡蛋等，还有一些佐料。

我先把韭菜切成一小块一小块的，不过这是我第1次切韭菜，所以韭菜切的有的像三角形，那个像正方形，有的则像梯形。打麻将过来教我怎么切，然后我越切越熟练，最后，妈妈都夸奖我了。开始搅拌机干了，我打了8个鸡蛋在碗里叫成了黄色的混合液体，然后把它倒入锅内，放上油，翻炒几下，然后倒到碗里。再用刀把鸡蛋切成碎碎的和韭菜放在一起，搅拌均匀，撒上一点鸡精等佐料。

开始包了，我先用勺子挖了一勺放在原液上，然后卷成一卷儿，没想到他就露馅儿了，妈妈说不要急，慢慢来，我来教你。于是我像妈妈一样把饺子皮放在手掌心上，往里面放一点馅儿，然后一卷两头印尼，然后再往上卷一下，再捏一下，一个金元宝就大功告成了！看着我自己包的饺子，我兴奋了，来了兴趣妈妈我要包一个三角形的，于是我尝试着包了一个三角形的饺子，我高兴极了。脑子里忽然闪过一个灵感，在里面放一个花生豆，谁知道谁就刷碗，哈哈。于是往往一个饺子里包了一个花生。不一会儿我们就包了许多许多的饺子。妈妈把它们放到锅上，蒸了15分钟后，拿出来我的鼻子瞬间被那香气给迷住了啊，真香啊。

中午吃着自己做的饺子，心里美滋滋的。

others because they cannot stand loneliness. In my point of view, I believe that

people with a strong will to finish something won’t feel lonely. Many people

feel lonely when they are boring, nothing to do. That is to say, if we have many

things to do, work hard for our dreams, live a meaningful life, we won’t feel

lonely. Our dreams will accompany with us.

In my opinion, I think people who don’t know what they want are lonely,

because they have no destinations in their life. They are lonely in soul. So I

don’t consider I am a lonely person, because I have dreams, I have best friends

It was the second day of our summer holiday. I felt good. I felt Im free.

I had a lot of time to do things I like. My parents are in Beijing. So I live

alone but I dont feel lonely. But I didnt do something special. I stayed at

home and watched TV. Oh! I wrote an English daily composition. It was my

homework. Today, I have slept for 14 hours. I thought I was very tired. It was
