开始煮饺子了，妈妈烧了一锅的水，等水开了以后，小心翼翼地把饺子一个个地“请”进了锅，盖上锅盖，大约十分钟后，妈妈揭开锅盖，饺子像一只只“小白鸭”在沸腾的水中翻滚。

“饺子来喽”我迫不及待地夹了一个饺子，真想一口吃了它，可是心急吃不了热豆腐，太烫了，只能用嘴使劲地给饺子吹气降温。咬一口热腾腾的饺子，味美汁鲜，令人回味无穷。

虽然我包的饺子长相不怎么样，甚至有几个还露出了“将军肚”，但我依然很开心，因为我用自己的双手做出了美味的饺子，切实感受到了劳动的快乐。

在今年的春节里，令我印象最深的就数包饺子了。

过了除夕之夜，我就十岁了，可是我却从来没包过饺子，吃过早饭，妈妈说，今天妈妈教你包饺子，我特别兴奋，心想：学会包饺子，以后想什么时候吃，就什么时候吃。接下来，妈妈教我怎么包饺子了，先把片放在左手，然后用右手把菜放到片里，如何把饺子包住。妈妈用亲手示范，我一边看，一边学，费了九牛二虎之力，总算把饺子包到一起了。

我的第一个饺子，真是惨不忍睹，因为捏得不到位，竟然“趴”下去了。第二个呢，因为放多了馅，包好后，竟然把馅露出了一大截？？。哎，再看看妈妈包的，个个挺着大肚子，活像打了胜仗的大将军。我不禁更气馁了，妈妈一看我这模样，连忙安慰我说：“功夫不负有心人嘛，加油！”在妈妈的鼓励下，我重新振奋了起来，再加上我仔细地观察了妈妈的手法，掌握了包饺子的技巧，很顺利地包出了象样的饺子。

好不容易，饺子煮好了，心中充满了期待，当夹起一个自己包的饺子时，心里就象吃了蜜一样甜。

从小到大，我吃的都是奶奶和妈妈包的饺子。今天奶奶又准备包饺子了，我自告奋勇，也想小试身手，让爷爷奶奶和妈妈尝尝我的手艺。

首先，要准备好馅料。奶奶拿出韭菜、猪肉和香菇，水灵灵的韭菜青翠欲滴，新鲜的猪肉发出诱人的光泽，黑色的香菇像一顶顶斗篷，散发阵阵香气。奶奶的菜刀上下飞舞，不一会儿，馅儿剁好了，奶奶麻利地打入三个鸡蛋，撒上盐、味精，浇上麻油，拌入胡椒粉。立刻香气弥漫了整个屋子，让人垂涎欲滴。

爷爷拿了一些面粉，倒入盆中，加水和面，原本稀稀疏疏的面粉马上像一个个乖孩子，立刻抱成一团，面醒了一会，爷爷拿出面团，手摸摸，软软的，雪白的面团像一个大雪球。爷爷拿起刀从面团中间切下去，把它切成条，之后，切成一个个的小面疙瘩，我用掌心把它们压扁，交给爷爷，爷爷拿擀面杖把面皮擀成了一个圆圆的面皮给我。我用筷子夹了一大块馅儿，放到皮子中间，把皮对折捏紧，可是才捏了一边，馅儿就从另一边儿冒了出来，糟糕，露馅儿了！于是第二个我就少放了一些馅儿，包好后，却发现饺子像泄了气的皮球，瘫软在桌子上，我见我包的饺子东倒西歪，参差不齐，可奶奶包的十分漂亮，我便问奶奶是怎么包的，奶奶笑着边说边示范：“你把馅放在皮子的中央，手再像钳子一样把皮子边往中间捏，就好了。”我试着奶奶教我的方法去做，渐渐的，我包的饺子和奶奶包的有点像了，看着放在筛子里的饺子像一位位精神抖擞的士兵，等待着我们的检阅，心中甭提有多高兴了。

爷爷除了和面擀皮一流，下饺子也是他的拿手好戏。爷爷把饺子端进厨房，水开后，饺子们像跳水运动员，“扑嗵，扑嗵”跳进了锅里，爷爷加了两次凉水，不一会儿，饺子全浮出水面。当热腾腾的饺子吃到嘴里时，我觉得今天的饺子格外香！

前几天，我们家吃饺子，我一直都只管吃从来不知道怎么包饺子，奶奶说今天我来教你包饺子吧，听了奶奶的话我可高兴了!

只见奶奶熟练的拿起饺子皮，手指灵活多变的左捏捏，右捏捏就包出一个像“元宝”的饺子，看了一遍我就照着包了起来，我先把肉放在饺子皮上，再对捏住，包好了，可肉又从细缝中跑出来了!我很生气，又捏了一遍，可饺子皮就是合不拢嘴，我像泄了气的皮球，一下子坐在床上，奶奶看我没了信心，就说：“泄气了?来，奶奶再教你!”我听着奶奶耐心地给我讲，我又有了信心，重新包起来。按着奶奶的方法，我又做了一遍，我先把饺子皮放在手上，再把肉放在饺子皮中间，两手一合从左到右捏过来，再把一个个小细空捏住，一个小巧的饺子就包好了，看着自己亲手包的像模像样的饺子，别提有多开心了!

今天是10月20日，周天上午妈妈说今天上午我们吃饺子吧。我听了后拿出了一个大白萝卜，在水管下把它洗了一遍又遍，洗干净后我又砍又切又剁，多成了一堆萝卜小丁，我觉得在这么多下去，哎！就成了萝卜泥喽。

准备好了萝卜丁，妈妈又拿出了一大块肉，也是像我一样又看又切又剁。这次可就不再是肉块了，那就真的是大碗肉泥了。准备好了萝卜丁和肉泥，接着放盆里就开始搅拌，把一大碗肉泥全部倒进萝卜丁里，我拿起筷子放进了宪中，“刷―刷―刷刷！”一圈一圈的搅动起来，听声音这就跟着刷碗似的。不一会儿，种馅萝卜肉泥和和肉丁缠绕在一起，清荤素分不清了，反正就是变成一大玩碗馅。

首先，老师把饺子皮一一摆在我们的面前，然后又给我们做了示范，我看了看，就自信满满的包了起来。我也学着老师的样子，左手拿皮，右手夹起一块馅放在饺子皮，然后中间先对折，最后用力将饺子皮的都捏紧。一个饺子就出现在我的眼前。饺子就像只长着大肚子的小鸭子，我把“小鸭子”放在桌子上，一只“小鸭子”诞生了！等我包完第一个的时候，我看了看周围的人，有的摆着一副苦瓜脸好像在说：“好难啊，这该怎么办呢？”也有的眉头紧皱，好像仔细研究着怎么包好。

我也学着妈妈的样子包起来。我学着妈妈的样子也沾了一点水，结果我的手和饺子皮粘在了一起。我再看了一下饺子皮，都破了。我着急地问妈妈：“饺子皮破了怎么办?”妈妈就把手指沾了点水，把破洞的旁边涂了一点水，又把它们捏在了一起。一个被妈妈“补”好的饺子又恢复了原来的样子。

该到第三步了，我管他叫包馅步。只见同学们把饺子皮一托，馅放到皮的正中央，再把皮对折。之前都还算顺利，到这步时，问题就出现了。比如：小明的饺子皮粘不到一块，小刚的饺子被压得扁扁的，圆圆的饺子馅竟然还露在外面呢。老师看到这种情况，又细心地给我们做了示范，馅要装得适量，慢慢对折，然后用手把边一点一点按到一起，不让它张嘴，也不能有空隙，这样一个漂亮的饺子就包好了。虽然我们是照老师的样子做的，可到最后，饺子们还是各式各样，横七竖八地躺在桌子上。

饺子包好，该煮了。在煮的过程中，有的同学在旁边玩，有的盯着锅里自己包的饺子，生怕饺子长腿跑了似的。饺子终于煮熟了，老师刚把饺子倒进碗里，瞬间被我们一抢而空，那动作快得同饿虎扑食。

自己包的饺子真是格外的香啊!通过自己的劳动，不仅收获了美味，还收获快乐!

During May Day holiday, I went to my uncle’s home to meet my new little

bother and he is a baby.

My little bother has got big eyes, a small nose, and a small mouth that

looks like a cherry. But my little bother cant talk, and the only thing he can

do is crying.

My little bother is very lovely. He likes frown very much. When he frowns,

it looks like that he is just thinking some questions. When he falls to sleep,

it looks like swimming. When he cries, the sound is very interesting. It sounds

like he is counting numbers or he is singing. Maybe he wants to be a singer.

I love my little brother, Do you like him? I hope my little bother can be a

super star in the future. At that time I will be proud of him.

饺子源于古代的角子。饺子原名“娇耳”，是我国南阳人医圣张仲景首先发明的，距今已有一千八百多年的历史了。是深受中国人民喜爱的传统特色食品，又称水饺，是中国民间的主食和地方小吃，也是年节食品。有一句民谣叫“大寒小寒，吃饺子过年。”饺子多用面皮包馅水煮而成。

我们的中国佳节春节马上就要到来了，一些习俗也成为了这个节日的代表。今天我们也开展了这个活动包水饺。我们来到同学家里。她妈妈早已准备好所有食材，食材里面有自菇，马蹄、现上去肉泥的香味和香菇的味道衬托在一起，令人心脾，拿出了饺子皮，那水饺皮上的面粉可以让他们不会粘在起。那水饺皮薄得晶莹剔透。开始做水饺了，我用的子从碗里舀出肉泥，放在薄涛的饺子皮上。在两边往上拉黏在起接着往两边用手指按压，就成了一个开口的饺子。不过它下子就松掉了，我要重新用大拇指和拿指封起来。重复用的动作好了很各造型。向四角形，那像一个桌子，4个角就是它的点胆。三角形的，就像一个小碗。你在把边可以装些小菜。看起未非常的饱落。最为重要的还是个帽子型的。看呀，就是把正常的饺子住两边卷，就变成了百帽。这些各种各样的饮子可真令人馋。以前的些人可以自出活灵活明的个动物，栩栩如生的物品都令人佩服。佩服的是他们的手艺，保爱的是中国文化的传事。我这样我们包水饺的活动就结束了。

我和我的祖国一刻也不能分割在耳熟能详的歌声中，三(2)班全体师生和学生家长在学校食堂动手包饺子的活动来庆祝祖国70周年生日。

我们分成四个包饺子组在老师和学生家长的带领下认真学习包饺子。有香菇鸡蛋馅、韭菜鸡蛋馅、有瘦肉馅还有白菜肉馅这么多的美味馅我们要把它们统统藏在白肚皮里。我一开始尝试着擀面皮，将面团擀成薄一点儿圆面皮。可是面团总是不听我的话，从手中跑老跑去，终于了一个圆形脸蛋的面皮，我及时递给了晁乐涵。晁乐涵接过面皮认真的包了起来，突然，笑着说：LOOK!这像不像艾子彧?我们全组哈哈大笑起来。

过了好一会大盘里渐渐张出好多饺子来，定情一看饺子的形状千奇百怪，有的是月牙形的、有的是太阳花形的、有的是包子形的还有的是馄饨形的，其中一只饺子开了口露出瘦肉馅就像花儿咧开了嘴朝着我笑。

伴着咕咕的肚皮叫声饺子也一盘盘的端上来了，我们争先恐后拿筷子夹起来就往嘴里塞。吃着嘴里的同时忙着夹到碗里还时时看着盘子里的，生怕被抢光了。大家都美美的享受饺子的美味，此时一种特别开心心情油然而生。

最后大家一个个捧着圆滚滚的肚皮回教室，上楼梯时我们几个匍匐的前行。我们不由大声呼喊：太好吃了，下次还要包饺子!
