中午到了，妈妈已经在桌子边包饺子了，我在一旁看着，觉得包很简单，手就开始有点痒痒了。我便偷偷地走到桌子前，看了看妈妈包饺子的样子。

我先把饺子馅用筷子夹到饺子皮上，然后把饺子皮用手一点点的捏，嗯?怎么感觉手上湿湿的，一看原来皮破啦，妈妈说：“你放的馅太多啦!怎么能包住呢?”

我又拿了个饺子皮，少放了点馅，一点点的又捏住了，这次没漏，我高兴的把它放到了箅子上，可是却怎么也立不起来。妈妈又说：“你放的馅太少啦，怎么能立起来呢?”我有点灰心啦，这时候妈妈说：“你照我的样子来就能包好啦!”

妈妈把饺子皮托在手心上，然后夹一筷子饺子馅，放在饺子皮的正中间，再把饺子皮对折一下，用双手的拇指和食指熟练的一捏，一个胖乎乎的饺子就呈现在我的面前。

我照着妈妈教的方法开始包啦，第一个饺子的样子很难看，但总算有点模样啦。接着就是第二个、第三个，包的一个比一个好。

饺子包好啦，要开始下锅煮啦。妈妈先烧开一锅水，然后把饺子一个个轻轻的下进去，再用勺子背轻轻的推着，生怕把饺子弄破了。

不一会儿，锅开了，妈妈又往锅里添了半碗水。不时的用勺背轻轻的推着，我问妈妈为什么要添水呢?妈妈说：“煮饺子要滚三滚，饺子才能煮透，皮筋陷软”。锅又开了，妈妈又往锅里添了半碗水，然后和以前一样用勺子轻轻的推着。

饺子煮好了，要开始捞了，只见妈妈用漏勺把饺子盛出来，结果我包的煮烂了两三个，不过，吃着自己的劳动成果，心里还是美滋滋的。

在中国传统的年俗里，我最感兴趣的莫过于吃“钱饺子”了。

我们家习惯于大年初一早上吃“钱饺子”。这天早上，不到六点全家人都起来了，我们点旺火放炮仗之后，一起动手开始捏饺子。

当然，捏“钱饺子”这个活就需要我们家的“财政部长”妈妈了，这不仅是“权威”的体现，更是技术的展示。

妈妈不会一开始就把钱捏进饺子里的，每当这个时候，我就会一动不动地盯着放在案板上被妈妈洗的崭新的那枚硬币。因为往年，我们家的“钱饺子”大多都是被妈妈吃出来的，我很怀疑是不是妈妈做了记号了。

但是，由于起得早，再加上过年的激动一晚上没睡好，我总会再坚持一会儿之后，就睡着了。等醒来的时候，就是吃饺子的时候了。

今年我终于等到了妈妈捏“钱饺子”的时候。等妈妈捏好后，我偷偷地在饺子上“掐”了一个印记，等饺子下锅后，我急不可耐地坐到饭桌前，调好调料，妈妈一端出饺子来，我就开始在盘子里找我的印记，结果看着哪一个都像，不大功夫就吃了十大几个，吃得肚皮滚瓜溜圆的，还是没吃到。

“嘎嘣”一声，我向声音的来源处一看，妈妈笑眯眯的从嘴里拿出了一枚硬币来。

爸爸看见我嘟起了嘴巴，就笑着揉了揉我的头道：“妈妈是管钱的，她吃到‘钱饺子’是个好兆头啊，说明咱家今年财源滚滚啊！”

后来，我一直在想为什么妈妈每年都能吃出“钱饺子”来呢？学了物理之后，我似乎才明白。

“钱饺子”比别的饺子要重些，所以它会沉在锅底下。妈妈先捞出来的饺子是飘在上面的，“钱饺子”会被最后捞出来，妈妈伺候我们吃完了，她才有时间来吃，所以吃出来的机会就大一些，这也许是对妈妈的辛劳的奖励吧！

除夕夜，我们一家人吃了一顿美味的年夜饭，不过，因为疫情，今年年夜饭不是在饭店吃的，而是在外公家吃的，而主食就是我最爱吃的饺子。

下午，外公就开始包饺子了，我在旁边帮忙，顺便学着包饺子。只见外公把面粉倒进锅里，再往里倒水，用双手把面团反复揉压，然后外公把面团搓成一根根的"棍子"，这么软的棍子，咬一口应该很爽。这时，外公把面棍切成一段一段的小面团，接着拿出个面团，在干面粉里滚一下，再用擀面杖一擀，一张饺子皮就呈现在我眼前。不一会，饺子皮就都擀好了。轮到做饺子馅了，外公拿来一块肉，"嗒嗒嗒"地切了起来，手法十分娴熟，慢慢地，一团肉泥就出现了，外公把它放到碗里，放上葱，倒上料酒和调料和了几下，只见肉泥在阳光的照射下反射着光，一看就鲜美无比。真想快点做好啊，不知不觉我的口水就流出来了。

终于开始包饺子了，我学着外公的样子，拿起一张饺子皮，铺在手上，夹上一点馅儿，放在饺子皮中间，再把饺子皮一合，双手放在饺子皮两边边缘一压，一个饺子就包好了。可我的饺子做的实在不怎么样，这边凸起，那边凹进，好像月球表面，饺子皮又没压严实，饺子馅看着就要"溜之大吉"。再来看外公包的饺子，十分平整，透过面皮能隐隐看到馅儿，想必咬一口就会爆汁吧。

最后，外公把饺子都放在蒸笼里蒸起来，没过多久，饺子好了，我看着这一个个像刚蒸了桑拿的胖饺子，顿时感到满满的幸福感。晚上，看着一家人吃着美味的饺子，心想：饺子真好吃，过年真好!

heres my daily routine.i get up at 6:30 every morning.i take my time

waking up,but then i wash up quickly.i brush my teeth,comb my hair and put on my

either eat at home or eat on the way to school.but i always eat ina hurry.after

school,i go to a cram school like all my friends.i study and finish my homework

this is my routine from monday to friday. however,the weekends are

星期四，我们班要包饺子。我们先穿上围裙，然后戴上袖套，再去洗手，最后去包饺子。“哇!”我大吃一惊，“好多皮和馅儿啊!”桌子上有一大堆材料，旁边站着老师。我们包饺子活动开始了。
