除夕夜，我们一家人吃了一顿美味的年夜饭，不过，因为疫情，今年年夜饭不是在饭店吃的，而是在外公家吃的，而主食就是我最爱吃的饺子。

最后，外公把饺子都放在蒸笼里蒸起来，没过多久，饺子好了，我看着这一个个像刚蒸了桑拿的胖饺子，顿时感到满满的幸福感。晚上，看着一家人吃着美味的饺子，心想：饺子真好吃，过年真好!

星期天中午，我家吃饺子，恰巧我这次的双休作业写完得早，闲着没事干，就去帮妈妈包饺子。

我以前没有包过饺子，就让妈妈教我。在妈妈耐心地把包饺子的过程给我讲述了一遍之后，我就按照妈妈给我讲的，包起饺子来。

先拿起一个饺子皮，再把饺子馅放一些放在饺子皮里，把两边的饺子皮合住，捏在一起，饺子就包好了，可我包的实在太难看了，跟妈妈一比，真像个丑小鸭。

看来，我还需要多看看，勤练习，才能把饺子包好。

今天我要包饺子了，因为我看见美美也会包饺子，就非常的羡慕，于是我决定找个机会好好学习包饺子。正好今天中午也吃饺子，于是我决定帮一帮妈妈包饺子，也让妈妈可以休息一下。

我先开始和面，妈妈告诉我和面时少倒一些水，我听了，点了一点头。和完了面，我在调馅儿。饺子馅的材料有：葱、鸡蛋、青菜等。调完馅后，我开始擀皮，我一个手拿着饺子皮，一个手拿着擀面杖。不到一会儿便擀成圆形。然后开始包饺子。先把饺子皮中间放上馅儿，用手捏一捏，捏的时候要捏住饺子的边，再捏出花纹，我捏出了各种各样的花纹，好看极了！然后开始煮饺子。第一次水开的时候，我加了少许的冷水，第二次又加了少许的冷水，第三次看见饺子浮出水面，我将饺子捞了出来。看着这香喷喷的饺子，我直流口水，我马上把饺子捞在了碗里。并赶忙去叫了妈妈，让妈妈也尝一尝我做的美食。

弟弟眼睛里充满了着急，他立马拿了一大块面团，擀面杖一扔，直接上手揉搓，可他用手揉的饺子皮坑坑洼洼，跟月球表面似的，饺子皮上也布满了“环形山”。然后他拿起汤勺（注意，是汤勺！）舀了一大勺肉馅，再用力滚动，伴随着咚咚响的声音，饺子二号——宇宙无敌圆形大饺子横空出世。

我也不甘示弱，拿起擀面杖，擀了几个饺子皮，前三个我全部都在里面包上了面团，都不包馅儿，还有一个搓成圆的，那个可是皮薄肉多，最后一个我把按成了方的，里面仅有那最后的一点点肉馅。

弟弟见势不妙，眼珠子转到眼角，看着那装肉馅儿的碗，可是碗里的肉馅儿已经用完了，于是只好使出了他的必杀技――立马变脸，装出一副讨好的样子。

我们各自拿起自己包的饺子，一路唱着歌把饺子送去锅里泡“热水澡”了。

十分钟后，饺子出锅了，看着碗里那奇形怪状的饺子，我笑了，弟弟都笑了……

今天上午，姥姥说：“中午咱们包饺子吃好吗？”“好呀！我也想学？”“可以。”让我们赶快开始吧！

姥姥先教我擀皮，拿一个剂子擀一下，转一下，一直到和杯子差不多大小就可以了。我按方法操作，结果我忘记转皮了，它被我擀成长长的。姥姥见了对我摇摇头说：“你怎么没有转呢？重新来。”我又拿起擀面杖擀一下，转一下，终于擀成功了，一个完美的皮诞生了。

饺子煮熟了，我吃着自己包的饺子，不仅尝到了馅料的美味，还尝到了快乐的味道。

星期六，下午四点三十分到作文班写作文，我非常开心，因为今天我们和家长一起要上一节有意义的课——包饺子。屋子里已经有许多家长，同学。

妈妈准备了一个很大的面团，还有包饺子用的馅——蘑菇、猪肉、青椒，还有擀面杖。包饺子开始了，妈妈拿着擀面杖，我见一个大大的面团已经被擀成了“馅饼”，我忍不住哈哈大笑起来，不久妈妈又把“馅饼”擀成了细条，一个很长的细条，又捏出了很多个可爱的小面团，弄成了一张张饺子皮。现在该到了我，我很紧张，我按照妈妈教的动作——托、夹、合、捏。

先把皮托在手心上，轻轻地夹起一筷子馅儿，放在饺子皮的中央，把饺子皮的两端，往中间一合，不料，馅像“小虫”一样从饺子皮的侧面钻了粗去，我急忙把多余的馅夹了出去，然后把饺子捏好，妈妈看了很高兴，在我脸上涂了点面粉，逗得我又笑了起来，其他的同学也都在卖力的包着，这时教室里变成孩子们快乐的天堂！不久饺子就都包好了，老师和家长开开心心地煮起饺子，很快冒着热气的饺子出锅了，我们吃着自己包的饺子，心里美滋滋的。

啊！这就是我包饺子的结果，原来一双灵巧的小手，就能为祖国，为自己，为别人做出很多事，希望下次还能多多有这样快乐的活动！

在我们的日常生活中有很多第一次，但是比较难忘的第一次是很少的。我学包饺子就使我难以忘记，因为从中我学到了做什么事都要开动脑筋，要有耐心。

记得一个星期天的下午，妈妈对我说：“好久没有吃自己包的饺子了，我们来包饺子晚上吃，好吗?”没等我回话，妈妈就开始忙活起来。我看着妈妈倒了一些面粉在盆里，然后在盆中加上水，把面粉和成面团，不停地揉呀揉呀。

再后来把葱花、猪肉、虾仁、香菜洗干净剁碎拌成馅，最后妈妈把和好的面团切下一块，搓成一条，用刀均匀切成小块压成面饼，只见妈妈右手用擀面棍在小面饼上来回滚动，左手拿着小面饼不停的转动，不一会就擀了许多面皮，就等着包呢。

我把手洗得干干净净准备包饺子。我想这是很简单的事，把馅放到面皮中间一合，再四周捏一捏不就包好了吗?妈妈开始包饺子了。只见妈妈把馅放在面皮中心，用手指沿着面皮的边捏成一个个小褶，一下子一个小巧玲珑的饺子就包好了。

我照着妈妈的样子，把馅放在面皮中心包起来，可是包来包去也包不到一块，面粉太多，那面皮怎么捏也不粘在一起，馅搞的到处都是，我费了九牛二虎之力才勉强包好一个饺子。仔细一看既不像饺子也不像馄饨，外面都是馅，简直不像样。妈妈笑着说：“这哪是饺子呀?倒像一个花球，一下锅煮非成一锅汤不可。

”我又包了一个，还是不行。我对包饺子失去了信心，想洗手不干了。这时妈妈对我说：“什么事做起来都不那么简单呀!应该要有耐心，多动一动脑子，仔细观察妈妈是怎么包的，不能遇到困难就打退堂鼓。多练一练就会做了。

”听了妈妈的话，我又开始包起来，我仔细观察妈妈的动作，反复的包，一个比一个包得好，越包越熟练，越来越有信心，有了诀窍。不知不觉我包了十几个。我终于会包饺子了，我非常高兴。

妈妈开始煮饺子了，那一个个小东西在沸腾的水里，好可爱啊!十几分钟后饺子上餐桌了。看着一碗碗热气腾腾的饺子，我急不可待地夹起一个咬了一口，啊!里面的馅香喷喷的真好吃。特别是吃到我亲手包的饺子时，我的心砰砰直跳，真有些激动。

通过这次包饺子，我懂得了不管干什么事，只要动脑筋，下功夫，就没有办不到的事。

星期天中午，我们家包饺子。

妈妈拿出机器做的又白又薄的饺子皮开始包，她包的是是普通的胖嘟嘟的饺子。

我在军训时学过包饺子，所以“艺术饺”对我来说根本不在话下，最简单的“枕头饺”我最拿手。我把色香味美得白菜肉馅夹进饺子皮里，把前后边的皮边儿用水打湿粘在一起，再把两边的皮儿向内一挤，一压，再把它捏一捏，一个软软的枕头饺子就包好了。三叶饺也很简单，只把皮分三边向内一压，就包好了，形状很漂亮。

呃，肉馅还多，皮不够！看来得自己做皮了。妈妈拿来一个面团，又捏又压，过了一会儿，面团就变得松松软软的了。这时，妈妈把面团扯成一小团一小团的，用擀面棒把小团小团的面饼擀成圆饼，以最普通的方法来包饺子，不一会儿，一个个完全没有皱纹的白胖胖的饺子就摆上了桌。我也来试试擀面，我想擀成手掌那么大，结果拿起来却只有掌心那么大。因为面皮会伸缩，我就夹了很多馅儿，包好后鼓鼓囊囊的，肥嘟嘟的好像要爆了一样，真可爱！我又包了一个，这次馅儿放得少，结果包好的饺子又瘦又尖！呜呜，一点也不卡哇伊，最后一个我把面皮擀得很大，结果包了一个圆圆的太阳！

耶！等着饺子下锅喽！

放假的第一天，当我还沉浸在美梦中时，妈妈却破门而入，一把扯过我的被子，对我大声喊到：“马上给我起床，春节快要到了，你赶紧起来和我包饺子，不包的话你就别想吃。”作为吃货的我虽然心有不甘，但不得不乖乖起床，真是同在屋檐下，不得不低头。

妈妈很快就把饺子馅给和好了，而且是我最爱的萝卜馅，真是万事具备，只欠东风。我摩拳擦掌准备大展身手。我包的饺子花见花败，一点也不好看。可妈妈包的花见花开，人见人爱，好看极了。于是我开始仔细观察妈妈到底是怎么把饺子包得这么好看的。原来：先把饺子皮平铺在手心上，然后用手沾着水沿着饺子皮边抹一遍，再放上适量的馅，最后再捏紧饺子皮的边缘，不让馅露出来。我终于明白了，原来我少了第二步沾水抹饺皮边。于是我照葫芦画瓢起来。

可不知怎么的，“画的瓢”还是不怎么好看，我低下头来盯着我的饺子，心里竟有说不出来的伤心。妈妈看我一脸垂头丧气的模样，连忙安慰道：“饺子更侧重于味道，好不好看也不是特别重要。”我听了妈妈的安慰突然有一种被阳光笼罩的感觉，很是温暖。

妈妈把饺子下进了锅，没过一会饺子就出锅了，我迫不及待地夹了一个饺子放在嘴里，饺子的汤汁马上就“爆”了出来，鲜美无比，顺着我的食道流进我的胃里，几个饺子下肚，浑身暖洋洋的。

今天，虽然没有睡到懒觉，却吃到了亲手包的美味的饺子，真是开心！包饺子让我明白了，食物要看味道而不是外表，人也是一样的。不过，如果我能也包得像妈妈那样好，就更开心啦。
