我还有其他的名字呢，例如：焦耳、扁食、子孙饽饽等，这些名称有趣吧。我是个百变模特，时而穿着白外衣，时而穿着紫外衣。人们会在我的外衣里放上猪肉、玉米、木耳……地方不同，味道差别也大。我们饺子能满足所有人的口味，吃斋的，可以食素菜饺；食荤的，可以多放肉。在北方，人们爱吃咸的；在南方，我们的味道是清甜的；无论在北方还是南方，我们都受人欢迎。

看着别人包的饺子又饱满又好看，我心里羡慕的不得了，可惜自己不会包啊！

有一次，我自己学着包饺子。我先拿了一小团面粉，用水和了，再把它压得圆圆的、扁扁的，然后学着妈妈以前包饺子的样子，放进馅，手一边转动饺子皮，一边再把馅包起来。我反反复复试了好几次，不是没用上那股劲，就是用劲太大，饺子变形了，总是不得法。结果是，我包的饺子皮不是太薄，就是皮太厚；不是没压紧，就是包歪了。唉！瞧那“惨不忍睹”的饺子，我真的有点灰心丧气，不想包了。

dont agree with them. There are so many things that money cant buy. The first,

今年，我度过了一个愉快而又充实的寒假。寒假生活让我受益匪浅，——我学会了包饺子。

记得去年除夕晚上，吃完年夜饭，我守在电视机前看央视春节晚会，爸爸妈妈端来面板、和好的面团，还有饺子馅和擀面杖，面团在妈妈的揉搓下变成面皮，爸爸把面皮包上馅，包成一个个元宝一样的饺子娃娃。我品尝了热气腾腾的饺子，啊！真好吃！

今年春节，我向爸爸妈妈特意申请，给我一次包饺子的实践锻炼机会。起初，爸爸妈妈认为我还小，不会包饺子，只能是浪费面皮，耽搁事情。但是，在我强烈央求下，他（她）们最终还是同意我试一试。

于是，妈妈便手把手教我包饺子，先用一张面皮平铺只手掌心，然后用另一只手用小勺子放入大约占面皮三分之二大小的饺子馅，然后把面皮的上下两边合拢，依次捏合在一起，一个可爱的胖娃娃饺子就包成啦！

我尝试着独立操作，可是饺子馅总是从面皮里溢出来，像一个生了病的蔫娃娃。

我坚持不懈，继续练习……

终于，在我的辛勤努力下，终于把饺子包出一个个活泼可爱的俊娃娃。

于是，妈妈揉面，爸爸擀面皮，我包饺子，一家仨口，配合默契，一会儿工夫，饺子就全部包完了，看到我包出的一个个胖娃娃饺子，我的心里甭提有多高兴啦！

当我品尝自己亲手包的饺子，心里乐开了花，爸爸妈妈也点头称赞我呢！

通过包饺子，让我明白了一个道理：做任何事情都要认真对待，不要轻易放弃！

饺子，它是我们年夜饭必备的佳肴。我最喜欢外婆家的饺子，精致的外形，一口咬下去，美味的汤汁便在嘴里散开，唇齿留香，回味无穷……

还记得除夕的下午，金色的阳光洒向大地，为新年增添了几分喜庆。家里，外婆正“领导”大家包饺子：这边拌馅儿，那边擀皮儿，还有的在包饺子，好一派热闹的景象啊！一个个饺子如翡翠般精致，如队列般整齐。看着这些未蒸熟的水饺，我早已经垂涎三尺了。

“多一份人手，多一份力。”为了帮助大家包饺子，我也参与到当中来。我拿起一块圆形的水饺皮，用叉子挑起一点馅儿，这馅儿可是纯手工制作，用香菇、瘦肉、胡萝卜、香菜等剁成末，再加上调味品搅拌均匀后制作出来的，五颜六色，香味扑鼻。我把馅儿小心翼翼地放在水饺皮的中央，然后把饺子皮对折，捏紧两端，再把边缘折成波浪形，最后用力一捏，馅儿就老老实实地呆在里面，一个鼓鼓囊囊的将军肚饺子也就成形了。我乐此不疲地包着饺子，窗外的烟花爆竹声此起彼伏……

我们把包好的饺子放进锅里煮，水在锅里沸腾着，欢乐地唱着歌，饺子也随着歌声翩翩起舞。我眼巴巴地站在锅旁，闻着那饺子的香味，焦急地等待它的问世。

终于，令我垂涎欲滴的饺子端上来了，扑鼻而来的是熟悉的味道，我迫不及待地夹起一个放进嘴里，慢慢咀嚼，细细品味。一股诱人的香味在嘴里散开，弥漫了我的整个心窝，继而在这个特殊而又美妙的节日里充盈、扩散……

今天我们班组织了一场特别的活动——第一届包饺子大赛。

我被分到第四组，发现这一组的同学都不怎么会包饺子，倒是都会擀饺子皮。经过一轮比试，我饺子皮擀得最好，大家就让我来擀饺子皮，燕飞廷把面搓成面团。可谁来包饺子呢？我们还没拿定主意，就在我们左右为难时，占妈来到了每个组，教大家包饺子的基本方法。我心

中的一块石头终于落了地。

不一会儿，占妈教完了每个参赛选手，这时胡老师大声宣布：“五（3）班第一届包饺子大赛现在开始！”一听到开始两个字，我们就立马包了起来。只见燕飞廷下手快准稳，一记手刀下去，就切下来一小块面团，接着迅速搓成球形扔给我。我接到后用降龙十八掌将其拍扁，然后又用定海神针——擀面杖将它变成饺子皮后扔给包饺子组。包饺子组的成员一接到就立马从“肉海”中挖了一勺肉放在皮里，又从“洞庭湖”中点了一滴水当做缝合剂，把皮封住后就做成了饺子。一个个饺子从我们这个配合默契的流水线做出，很快就有30个杰作了。

我抬头看看自己队的成果，不禁呆住了，我们包的饺子都是按照占妈给的饺子模型做的，千篇一律，一模一样，没有丝毫创新。再看看其它组，他们的饺子大小不一，千奇百怪，不但样式创新，还没有

一个露馅的。

比赛很快就结束了，果然，和我想的一样，我们没进前三。虽然这次比赛失利，但我们总结了经验，下次我们一定会夺得冠军的！

中午，奶奶说：“咱们做饺子吃吧！”

“耶！包饺子啦！包饺子啦！”我禁不住欢呼起来。我喜欢玩儿面团，也喜欢吃饺子。

奶奶把面调好后，就开始擀面皮。“哼，这个多简单啊，我10分钟就可以擀20个。”我拿起一个小面团就开始擀，可是折腾了好一会儿，面皮成了正方形。我看奶奶擀的，厚薄均匀，形状圆圆的。我想，别灰心，慢慢来。第二个擀来擀去，终于由方变圆了，不过这个圆可是个椭圆。究竟怎么回事呢？看起来很简单的事儿啊？我停下来仔细观察奶奶是怎么做的，再慢慢照着奶奶的方法去做，终于擀出了圆形的面皮了。虽然不像奶奶擀的那样中间厚边缘薄，可是奶奶直夸我聪明，学得快。

面皮和馅儿都准备好了，开始包饺子了。我想，包饺子肯定简单得多。可是，看花容易绣花难啊！看看我包的，不是肉多皮破就是肉少站不稳。奶奶包的就像一只只昂首挺胸的“白天鹅”，而我却包得像一个个“丑小鸭”。不过，我依然不放弃，我又仔细观察奶奶包饺子的方法，从展开面皮，到放馅儿，再到包起来，我细细揣摩了一回，然后试着这样做了几遍。终于，“丑小鸭”长成“白天鹅”了。如果我当初放弃了，“丑小鸭”就一直丑小鸭了，永远不会变成“白天鹅”的。

今天是一年一度的冬至，天虽然有点冷，但我还是很开心，因为快乐作文要举行包饺子大赛。

我匆匆地来到了快乐作文的课堂，赶快来到了自己的位置，不一会儿，杨老师就来了，发给了我们每人一个薄膜和三个面皮，杨老师开始教我们怎样包饺子。首先先把面皮放在左手上，然后右手用筷子夹了一点儿馅儿，放在面皮上，然后一对折，再一捏一捏，最后，在饺子的四边挤一挤，一个饺子就做好了，我和同学们也加快脚步，做了起来，我做了一个，可是非常丑陋，我想到了一个词语，“四不像”。我再看看别人的，有的像月亮，还带有花边，有的像圆圆的太阳，还有的像一朵美丽的花。我也不放弃继续做，一次、两次，经过三次以后，我终于做成功了！老师表扬了我，最后一步就是煮了，饺子终于成熟了，我吃着自己亲手做的饺子，心里美滋滋的。

圣诞老人，你能再让我看一眼小黑和阿旺吗?你能帮我实现这个愿望吗?

除夕夜，我们一家人吃了一顿美味的年夜饭，不过，因为疫情，今年年夜饭不是在饭店吃的，而是在外公家吃的，而主食就是我最爱吃的饺子。

下午，外公就开始包饺子了，我在旁边帮忙，顺便学着包饺子。只见外公把面粉倒进锅里，再往里倒水，用双手把面团反复揉压，然后外公把面团搓成一根根的"棍子"，这么软的棍子，咬一口应该很爽。这时，外公把面棍切成一段一段的小面团，接着拿出个面团，在干面粉里滚一下，再用擀面杖一擀，一张饺子皮就呈现在我眼前。不一会，饺子皮就都擀好了。轮到做饺子馅了，外公拿来一块肉，"嗒嗒嗒"地切了起来，手法十分娴熟，慢慢地，一团肉泥就出现了，外公把它放到碗里，放上葱，倒上料酒和调料和了几下，只见肉泥在阳光的照射下反射着光，一看就鲜美无比。真想快点做好啊，不知不觉我的口水就流出来了。

终于开始包饺子了，我学着外公的样子，拿起一张饺子皮，铺在手上，夹上一点馅儿，放在饺子皮中间，再把饺子皮一合，双手放在饺子皮两边边缘一压，一个饺子就包好了。可我的饺子做的实在不怎么样，这边凸起，那边凹进，好像月球表面，饺子皮又没压严实，饺子馅看着就要"溜之大吉"。再来看外公包的饺子，十分平整，透过面皮能隐隐看到馅儿，想必咬一口就会爆汁吧。

最后，外公把饺子都放在蒸笼里蒸起来，没过多久，饺子好了，我看着这一个个像刚蒸了桑拿的胖饺子，顿时感到满满的幸福感。晚上，看着一家人吃着美味的饺子，心想：饺子真好吃，过年真好!

前些天，我学会了一项本领，那就是包饺子。

那天就是星期五，我看到妈妈在包饺子，我有点兴趣，于是我就问妈妈，我可以包饺子吗？妈妈说：好呀，正好我也多一个小助手。

妈妈当起了我的指导老师，只见妈妈左手拿饺子皮，用勺子把馅儿放到饺子皮中央，然后重叠在一起，捏一捏，最后捏紧饺子皮就好了。

我照着妈妈的包饺子方法，也包了起来。左手放着饺子皮，右手拿起勺子，挖了一小勺饺子馅，放在饺子皮的中心，把皮合在了一起。最后一步，就是捏紧饺子皮。

包好了，我看了一下，扁扁的，好像一个没有吃饱的小孩子一样。

在我包第2个的时候，我不小心把馅放多了，捏得一边紧，一边松。在我要放弃的时候，妈妈对我说：你馅放多了，用勺子挖出一点就可以了。我挖出了一点，真的，成了！有了前两次的经验，后面包的好多了。

从这一点我也明白了生活不易，看着简单做着难呀！

过年了，吃饺子是一种传统的习俗。可是我从小到大只会吃饺子，不会包饺子，还记得在我学包饺子的时候发生了“意外”。

那天，我从学校回来，一进门就看见奶奶在包饺子。我急忙扔下书包跑过去，只见一个个圆滚滚、胖嘟嘟的饺子，像一只只洁白的小兔子，两只长长的“耳朵”垂了下来，可爱极了!我也想包出这样可爱的饺子来。

说干就干，我一拿起饺子皮，就拼命地往里塞菜馅。奶奶看到了对我说：“饺子里不能放太多的馅，不然会破的。”我不以为然地说：“如果不多放一点，怎么能包得鼓鼓的呢?”奶奶只好无奈地笑了笑，又说：“你自己包的饺子，自己煮了吃。”

终于到煮饺子的时候了，我迫不及待地烧开水，然后把饺子放到锅里，还像模像样地学着奶奶，用勺子在锅里轻轻地搅了搅。不一会儿，饺子像热气球一样慢慢地鼓了起来。这时，让我想不到的事发生了：有几个饺子破了，里面的馅全都漏了出来，菜馅和汤混在了一起，真让人沮丧啊!

虽然煮饺子变成了烧菜汤，有点遗憾，但是我弄清楚了其中的原因：我放的馅太多了，手上的力气没有奶奶大，没捏紧。明白了这点，今后包出来的饺子就不会破了。看来，学什么都要认真仔细才行。

因为我包饺子时馅料放得太多，结果导致饺子成了一锅“菜汤”，真没想到啊!
