中秋节，我们家要包饺子。我和妈妈提前去菜市场买材料。我们来到一个卖饺子皮的摊子，要了一斤饺子皮。我问妈妈：”买什么材料做馅呀?“妈妈说：”买葱、猪肉、白菜、韭菜、蘑菇。“于是，我们把各种材料都买了一些，然后，提着材料就高高兴兴的回家了。

回到家，我和妈妈把材料放到盆子里用水冲洗干净，接着，用刀把材料切碎。妈妈说：”把切好的材料分别放在不同的盆子里。“我问妈妈：”为什么要这样放，不把材料放到一个盆里呢?“妈妈说：”这样放就串味了。“哦原来是这样啊。我终于明白了。

调好馅，妈妈就开始包饺子了。我坐在一旁看着，特别想学，于是，我对妈妈说：“您能教教我吗?”妈妈说：“你跟我学可以，但一定要有耐心。”就这样，我一步步地跟着学。首先把饺子皮放在手心上，再用勺子把馅放在饺子皮上，最后把饺子皮按实，终于包好第一个，接着包第二个、第三个……我和妈妈越包越起劲。我还问妈妈，如果不把边皮按实，会是怎样呢?妈妈笑了：“傻孩子，那样煮的时候会露出馅，所以一定要包实点。”大约过了半个小时，我们就把所有的饺子都包好了。接下来就是煮饺子，我看见妈妈在锅里放了些水，等水开了，把饺子放进锅里，水开了，大约点两次水，饺子就煮熟了。

看着这些香喷喷的饺子，我高兴的欢呼着，和家人一起津津有味的吃起来。

第一次包饺子的感觉真好。

在我上三年级的时候，有一次妈妈包饺子，我决定让妈妈教我包饺子。

暑假时，我回了老家合肥。我到老家的那一天，大家为了庆祝团圆，包了饺子。我先准备馅，把猪肉块、玉米粒、芹菜放进木盆里，再用筷子搅一搅，打三个鸡蛋，然后再搅一会。可真难搅呀，就在我快不想搅时，我好像看见大家围坐在桌子边，开心地吃着饺子，我顿时又有了力气，就又搅了起来。

终于我把饺子馅做好了，奶奶那边的皮也做好了，开始包饺子啦！看大家都有模有样地包着，我便想一展身手。我先拿起皮，像大家一样取了一勺馅也包了起来，可这么一个小饺子难倒了我。咦，为什么大家包的饺子这么饱满这么好看，而我包的却是一个方方的难看的不明物体！我不甘心，又剥了一个，比刚才的好点了，可还是不太好看，我观察了奶奶一会儿。

原来奶奶先在皮里放一点馅，再对折，然后轻轻的捏起来，然后再捏一点皱纹，一个又好看又好吃的饺子就做好了。我拿起了饺子皮和饺子馅，学着奶奶的样子包了起来，经过无数次的失败，我终于做成了一个成功的饺子，后来我又做了几个，一个比一个好，听着爸爸妈妈的表扬，我觉得无比自豪。

今天去奶奶家，奶奶为我们包饺子吃。

看着奶奶卖力地搅着馅儿，我和弟弟不约而同地说："奶奶，我们也要帮忙!"

分好了任务：我擀皮儿，弟弟撒面扑，奶奶包馅儿。

弟弟在那朝我笑，奶奶说："看，都是你面扑加太多了!"

我急了，乱擀了一通，竟然擀成了。等把面皮给奶奶时，已经过了半个小时。

弟弟也跟我一块儿擀面皮儿，切!他也是菜鸟，还是我教会他怎么单手擀面呢!奶奶的速度快了起来，不一会儿，面前一大堆面皮儿。

"吃饺子喽!"随着奶奶大喊一声，饺子被送到了我嘴里。"虽然皮有点儿厚，但还是成功了。"我在心里说。

今天下午，我们迎来了升四年级以来的第一节劳技课。

我们进了劳技课的教室以后，先洗了一个手，然后，老师就开始给我们上课了。

老师说包饺子一共分五个大步骤：首先和面、拌馅儿、擀皮、包饺子、最后在煮饺子。因为时间关系所以老师提前准备好了馅儿和和好的面。

首先，老师教给我们擀皮，因为，我在六岁的时候就会擀皮了，所以我一听就会了。

然后，老师又教给我们包饺子，老师说我们在包饺子的时候要用左手手指稍微弯一点儿，拖住饺子皮，然后根据自己擀的皮的大小，来判断饺子馅儿的多少。然后，再把饺子的中心对折，然后捏两下，在按照顺序依次捏几下，如果饺子边的宽度很大，就有我们大拇指和食指的指尖儿捏几下，他的宽度就变狭窄了。老师又教给我们如何捏紧饺子。老师说完，就然我们自己开始操作了。

我一开始流程进行的非常流畅，但是我到了把饺子捏紧那一块儿出了一点点儿小差误——我把饺子捏紧以后，我发现饺子变得不美观了。所以，我下定决心回家在家人包饺子的时候多练习，一定要把这一点做好。

虽然，我的包饺子没学好，但是，我还是感觉劳技课很有趣。

冬至来临，有这么一句谚语“冬至不端饺子碗，冻死耳朵没人管”。饺子是中华传统美食之一，历史悠久，过节过年时家家户户都会吃饺子。我们学校开展了冬日风情颂的大型活动，活动的有一个项目就是——包饺子!

今天，天空格外地蓝，阳光格外的明媚，白云格外的柔软，我们一听老师说：“各班可以回教室包饺子了!”我们便高兴地一蹦三尺高。回到教室，同学们洗完手后，就开始了包饺子。张老师先在讲台上示范，她先拿起一张饺子皮，平平地摊在手心上，然后夹起适量的肉馅放在饺子皮的中央，沾上水，捏了三两下，一个饺子便成形了。这个饺子在地上立得稳稳地，好像一个金元宝。有同学拿了一张饺子皮试了一下，包出来的却是一个像枕头似的东西，立都立不住，跟张老师做的那个饺子简直就是天壤之别。张老师一步一步地教我们，先把饺子皮摊在手中，舀一勺肉馅，在饺子皮的外圈抹上一层水，再将饺子皮对折，左边向前面折一下，再折一下，右边也按着刚才的方法做。我学着张老师的样子做，先把饺子皮平摊在手中，舀了一勺的肉馅，放在中间，在饺子皮的边沿抹上水，小心翼翼地折了几下，没有粘得很牢，我又使劲把饺子皮捏拢，一个饺子就做好了。我左看看右看看也不像个饺子，有修改了一下，交给了老师。后来，我越做越熟练，拿起饺子皮，放点馅，蘸上水，轻轻地捏了几下，就可以做出一个饺子了，真可谓是熟能生巧!包饺子结束了，看看我们的饺子，有的长得十分好看，像个威风凛凛的大将军，有的馅料加的不够，像是泄了气的皮球。

经过一番时间的等待，饺子终于出锅了。一层云雾缭绕在食堂里，阵阵香气扑鼻而来，让人垂涎三尺，闻着就很满足。同学们争先恐后的领饺子，自己做的饺子就是和平常的不一样，分外的好吃!

我包的饺子各式各样，要不捏的像一只正在啼叫的大公鸡，要不像一头低头吃草的小牛，要不像正在悠闲散步的小猪……我包的饺子总是一放到水里煮，过不了多久就会散开，一看到别人的有模有样，不易散架的饺子，我就十分羡慕。

在和妈妈一起包饺子的时候，看见妈妈正坐在椅子上专心包饺子，专心得连看我都不看一眼，我想：我一定要趁着这个天大的好机会看看怎么包饺子。我偷偷瞄了一眼妈妈，才恍然大悟，心里想：原来是错在了这！

我包的饺子，主要错在了捏上。我前几步都是对的，但是最后一步我做错了，是要有规则的捏，不是像我这样东捏一下，西搓一下。我本以为这个动作能让饺子不易散架，但结果却是更容易让饺子散架。另外，我发现我包的馅实在是太多了，要少放一些，这样才不容易散架。

接着，我学着妈妈包饺子的方法，先将一张薄薄的皮平摊在桌上，用筷子夹一点馅，用水沾一沾，再对折裹起来，有规律的捏一捏，就做好了。

我做的饺子取得了进步，得到了家人的夸奖，我有很大的成就感，心里美滋滋的。
