花中闻出境界，雨中听出歌声，饺子里藏着问候，面团里揉出色彩。

“嘿呀嘿！”姥姥教我两手握紧拳头，不停地按压着面团，浇上才榨的菜汁，似一朵朵彩云一般，马上戏法变出来，我和姥姥又揉起“胖子”来，揉“胖子”也有个三光政策——面光、手光、盆光。姥姥似在揉一块泥巴，我则像塑一座大厦。

此时的“胖子”健身成功啦！只见姥姥手拿菜刀一边“嗒嗒嗒”剁着一块块小“香肠”，一边翻转着那长面条子。我看了又是害怕又是想，剁了几下子，只好放弃了。不过精彩的还在后面呢！我学会了姥姥的看家本领，擀饺皮。细长的木擀面杖前后均匀滚动，左手用力压，右手左右磨，不久一片片彩皮子近在眼前。

万事俱备，只欠东风。姥姥一手托着一张皮，一手夹起馅儿，先对折上两边的皮，用手向怀里使劲捏出一个小角，再向一个方向打折，轻轻打折，弄出一个个小酒窝，最后在长条饺子的“背脊”上用劲按一按，似个小月牙令人馋涎欲滴。

虽然传统包法，包的是馅儿，折的是诚意。而我还是更喜欢玫瑰饺子——大大方方，把馅露出来。

我将四块皮依次梯式平放，挑起馅儿一字排开，轻轻对折，用劲一捏，再把祝福与欢乐卷进又薄又圆的饺皮中，若嫌肉少，还可以添点馅在“花骨朵”里呢！这时忙着拍照的妈妈也加入进来，我们用红色的胡萝卜汁、紫色的紫薯汁、绿色的菠菜汁染出了各色各样的彩玫瑰：红配绿、紫配绿……

其中有一个弟弟包的饺子形态是：轮船，飞机，一个很大的圆球，还有一个大奶饼。另一个弟弟想到了一个鬼点子，他把水果洗洗切成小块，然后包到饺子里面去。我包的饺子也有很多形状：有的是一些小动物，玩具，还有里面包水果的饺子。

包完后，妈妈就把饺子下锅煮。煮熟后，妈妈把我们各自的包的饺子放到对应的碗里面，我注意到，弟弟把一个饺子刚塞进嘴里又吐了出来，看来他自己都吃不下去了，大家听我一说都忍不住地笑了起来。

我又低头看了看自己包的饺子，还真有点舍不得吃呢！

今天是星期六，妈妈趁我去上下棋课的时间，去买了菜，有高瓜、胡萝卜、馄饨皮和饺子皮、肉馅。

今天我们上了劳技课，劳技课的老师教我们包饺子，她先介绍了饺子的特点又给我们讲了包饺子的步骤，然后我们都明白了怎么把饺子包好，然后给我们发面让我们自己做。

This is my letter to you. What shall I do in the future? I dont know.

But, I know, It hurts. I dont want to do anything. Dont give me any more

lessons. Too many people in the world are too self-righteous. Too many people

are poor teachers. I want a husband who loves me, not a university professor or

a government worker!

Even if you are Song Shiming, I am Seaweed. Song Shiming is not going to

talk about the financial crisis to Seaweed! And youre not really successful

yet!

Finally, I want to ask you, who am I to you, are you in the right

place?

童年是一条清澈的小溪，摇曳的水草、坚硬的卵石都挡不住流淌的脚步;童年是一匹欢快的小马，在草原上尽情追逐、跳跃、童年的快乐五彩缤纷，而最难忘的是一次包水饺的经历。

那天妈妈跟我说：“宝贝，今天我们一起来包水饺吧!”一想到中午可以品尝美味的水饺，而且是亲手做的，我就干劲十足。妈妈端出馅料和饺子皮，摆在桌上，开始讲解示范包水饺的步骤。我心不在焉地听完介绍后，迫不及待卷起袖子，抓饺子皮，捞馅料，捏边角，有模有样地制作平生第一枚水饺。可是水饺很不听话，馅料放多了，它合不上嘴，好像在嘲笑我的笨拙;放少了，它看起来好干瘪，似乎对主人意见很大。我急了，直接把皮往中间捏，结果它又摇身一变，难看得像蒜头。我偷偷地瞄了一下，妈妈做的饺子多好看，白白净净，乖乖地躺在砧板上。我泄气了，这饺子可真不好包。

妈妈看到我在打退堂鼓，就笑眯眯地说：“包饺子虽然不难，可也需要细心、耐心，你这么急，当然做不好了，来，妈妈再示范一遍。”说着，她轻轻地夹起一张皮，放上适量的馅，然后对捏饺子皮中间部分，再用右手虎口整个合起来捏饺子的右半边，之后又换手，捏合饺子左半边。瞧，一个漂亮的饺子诞生了。这回我静下心，按妈妈教的方法，有条不紊，终于，我也捏出好看的饺子啦!它们像春天洁白的花瓣，惹人喜爱。

这些快乐的饺子，让我懂得了做事要有耐心、细心，也让我感到和妈妈一起分担分享的乐趣!!

今天是大年初二，按照惯例我们一家会回山东老家过年，初二我会和爸爸叔叔一起去姑姑家接姑姑和表哥回娘家。但是今年由于新型冠状病毒在作怪，所以我们哪也去不了，只能待在各自家里，连拜年都是通过手机完成的。一直待在家里特别无聊，除了看电视、写作业、陪弟弟玩，没有其他事情可以做的。

百无聊赖的挨到了中午了，今天我们家打算吃饺子。爸爸在客厅陪着弟弟玩，妈妈一个人在厨房忙得不可开交，剁肉、切菜、和面，看着妈妈忙碌的背影，我决定去厨房帮妈妈包饺子。

“妈妈，我来帮您吧！”她转身高兴的夸我是一个懂事的大宝贝。妈妈交给我的第一项任务是“切菜”，妈妈手把手的教我如何拿刀、如何切菜；我非常认真的按照妈妈教的方法把白菜切细剁碎。完成这项任务后我的手有点麻麻的感觉，手的虎口处已经红了，我明白了切菜也不是看着那么简单容易的一件事情！我切好菜妈妈已经熟练的把面和好了。妈妈开始教我包饺子，先把馅放到饺子皮上，然后在中间用捏一下，最后双手的拇指和食指一起用力捏，饺子就包好了。

今天我学会了包饺子，和妈妈一起完成了包饺子的工作。虽然感觉有点累，但是我很开心！因为我能够帮妈妈做饭分担家务了，我感觉自己长大了！以后我要力所能及的帮妈妈做家务，做妈妈的得力小助手！让妈妈轻松！妈妈，我爱你！

今天是国庆节，妈妈说中午要吃饺子，我平时最喜欢吃韭菜鸡蛋陷的饺子，所以我也想和妈妈一块儿包饺子。

到了中午，妈妈早已把陷做好，因为我不吃肉，所以妈妈每次做饺子都要做两种馅。所有东西都准备齐全，我正准备大显身手，奶奶说什么也不让我包，嫌我包的不好看，我央求了半天没有用，只好把目光转向了妈妈，最后妈妈同意让我包，不过有一个要求只让我包素馅的。

只要让我包，不管什么陷的，我都乐意。学着妈妈的样子，我挽起了袖子准备大干一场，我左手拿片，右手用筷子往里夹馅，可我的手一点也不听话，不是把陷放多了，就是少了，要不陷掉到地上了。奶奶看了不住地训我：“看看，让你别包你不听，陷都掉地上了。“妈妈一边包，一边微笑地看着我，仿佛在说：“努力，相信你一定会包好。”

我顿时有了力量，心里暗下决心：“一定要包好，给奶奶看看。”我仔细观察妈妈和奶奶包饺子的动作，只见她俩拿起片时要先把片往里凹一下，这样容易包馅，放陷时先少夹一点，不够再夹一点，为了防止陷往出掉，再用筷子压一下，这样再一收口，一个漂亮的饺子宝宝就包好了。我也学着她们的样子，一步一步按着要领包，开始几个虽然包住口了，可是扁扁的一点也不饱满，再来几个，我又包了几个，终于掌握了技巧，包出的饺子也越来越漂亮，妈妈看了直点头，连最挑剔的奶奶也忍不住夸我学得好。我提议和奶奶她们比赛看谁包的又快又好看，等一会爸爸回来做评委，妈妈、奶奶说好。我全神贯注地投入到了这紧张又快乐的劳动中，爸爸回来的时候我们正好包完。我们让爸爸来评一评谁包的最漂亮，爸爸笑眯眯的说：“奶奶包的最多，妈妈包的最胖，女儿包的最漂亮。”说完哈哈的笑了起来，我们也笑了起来，原来爸爸都怕得罪啊，每人都给了一个奖，真是一个狡猾的爸爸。

星期六，我写完作业，走出了自己的房间，看见妈妈和奶奶正在包饺子，我对妈妈说：“我能不能加入到你们的包饺子大军团。”妈妈说：“可以呀，你先把手洗干净，再来包饺子。”

我按照妈妈的指令，把手洗的干干净净的。加入到了包饺子军团，我看见奶奶在擀饺子皮，妈妈在包饺子。我学着妈妈的样子，首先拿一个饺子皮，放在左手上，拿起一个小勺子，然后挖了一点饺子馅，呀！馅放的太多了，饺子馅都流淌在了外面，我连忙拿勺子把一些馅挖回了碗里，接下来我把饺子皮对折了一下，又把饺子皮的外角给一个一个捏成波浪一样的花纹。我的第一个饺子就包好了。

但是，我和妈妈包的饺子一比，妈妈的饺子就像精神饱满的大将军，而我包的就像一个邋遢的小老头。我好羡慕妈妈包的饺子呀！

这时我就问妈妈：“为什么你包的饺子这么有精神，而我包的特别没有精神。”妈妈告诉我：“因为你放的馅太少了，要放的馅不少也不多。”我听了妈妈的话，又重新拿了一个饺子皮，按照妈妈刚才教我的方法重新包了一个饺子，这次成功了，后来，我包的饺子越来越好，好开心啊，我终于学会了包饺子。

包完饺子，妈妈把我们包的饺子一个个下到了锅里，不一会饺子煮熟了，刚端上桌，我就迫不及待的用筷子夹了一个，放到嘴里。“好烫呀！”我大声叫到。妈妈说：“心急吃不了热豆腐。”我又夹了一个，吹了吹放到了嘴里，真好吃。

我喜欢包饺子，自己包的饺子特别好吃。

At my school, we had a charity sale last week

The charity sale was held on our school playground last Saturday morning.

We prepared many things which were made by hand in our spare time, such as

kites, model planes and so on. They looked very beautiful. We also brought old

toys and second-hand books to sell on the sale. At 8：30, the activity started.

Many students and teachers came to take part in it. Everyone chose their

favorite items and paid for them at a much lower price. In the end, the money we

made added up to over 2,000.

We sent the money to the community to help children who couldnt attend

school and the seniors who needed better care.

I had a wonderful experience. Im proud of what we have done. If everyone

makes a contribution to the charity, the world will become much better.
