今天是星期天，我和妈妈突然特别想吃饺子。嘻嘻，说起饺子，我最爱吃的要属白菜馅啦!

我们先去了超市购物，买了一棵白菜，一些粉条……回到家里，我帮助妈妈把白菜洗干净，用刀切碎，然后用盐腌上。再把粉条洗干净，泡在水里，过了20几分钟后，把粉条捞出来切好，和攥好的白菜一起放在一个盆里，放上少许的植物油、鸡精、酱油、葱花，最后再放上一点香油调味，搅拌均匀后，馅就拌好啦!

紧接着，妈妈开始和面，和好了面，在面板上撒上了一些面粉，把面粉放在上面。我负责擀饺子皮，而妈妈负责包饺子。“一二三”，开包啦!

不大一会儿，我就把饺子皮都擀好啦，看着妈妈动作敏捷地包着，包出来的饺子一个个白白胖胖，小巧玲珑，非常可爱。不错，自己动手才会丰衣足食，我只是会擀饺子皮还不够，我今天也要学着包饺子。于是，我开始学着妈妈的样子做起来，可是，渐渐地我发现包饺子是有一定的难度的!我先用左手拿起一张饺子皮，右手拿着筷子夹了一些馅放在面皮上，然后把面皮合起来，一捏，哟!馅放得太多了，左边刚捏上，右边就露馅了，没包成功!没关系，再试一次。我又拿起了一张饺子皮，少放了一点馅，一点点捏住，瞧，虽然它肚子有点瘪，但是一个可爱的饺子诞生啦!我高兴地把它放在盖帘上，继续包下一个饺子。

在我和妈妈的共同努力下，终于把全部饺子都包完了。煮熟后，咬上一口，一股清香味迎面而来，好吃极了!

以前总认为包饺子是一件很简单的事情，可是自从学了包饺子，我再也不这么认为了。

一年一度的国庆节终于在大家的期盼中姗姗来临了，大街小巷都充满了节日的气息，这不，我们为了庆祝节日决定包饺子。都说万事开头难，我就不信这个邪，有什么难的呀，不就是包饺子吗?

开始包饺子了，我先把饺子馅用筷子夹到饺子皮上，然后把饺子皮用手一点一点的捏紧，咦，怎么感觉手上湿湿的?仔细一看，原来是饺子皮破了，感觉就像个笑破了肚皮的胖娃娃。妈妈笑着说我：“你放的`馅太多了，怎么能包住呢?”“不就多放了点馅吗，一会我少放点，我还真就不相信了，包个饺子就这么难?

“你的馅这次放的太少了，你想想，肚子都饿扁了，怎么还能立起来呢?你自己看我怎么包的。”妈妈挑眉对我说。只见妈妈把饺子皮托在手心，然后夹一筷子饺子馅，放在饺子皮的中间，再把饺子皮对折一下，接着用双手的拇指和食指熟练的一捏，一个胖乎乎圆滚滚的饺子就呈现在我的面前。我照着妈妈刚才的方法开始包了，第一个饺子的样子还是很难看，但总算有点模样了，接着是第二个，第三个慢慢的，我包的饺子就越来越好了。

饺子包好了，可以下锅煮了，妈妈先烧开一锅水，然后把饺子一个个轻轻的放进去，再用勺子背从锅的底部轻轻前推着，生怕把饺子弄破了。不一会儿，锅开了，妈妈又往锅里添了一勺凉水，不时的用勺子推着，我问妈妈为什么要添水，妈妈说：“煮饺子要滚三滚，饺子才能煮透，皮筋馅软。”不大会工夫，饺子终于出锅了。吃着自己亲手包的饺子，心里酸酸的，原来妈妈每天这么辛苦，以后我有空一定要帮妈妈多干点家务。

我终于学会了包饺子，这种感觉好有成就。

我把一只饺子放入口中，哇！好吃极了！皮薄馅大，汤汁鲜美，顿时，我口中香气弥漫！

正当我吃得很爽的时候，活动却接近尾声了，我感觉我还意犹未尽。这真是一次令人难忘的活动。

开始包饺子时，我的心中充满了期待与不安，期待体验包饺子的乐趣，却又担心自己包不好。于是，我怀着复杂的心情开始包饺子。一开始，包得特别难看，不过没关系，还有机会。在重复包了几次后，我终于包出了比较好看的饺子，这让我知道了，只有坚持不懈才会成功。

不一会儿，饺子包好了，要下饺子了。下饺子时，老师让我们观察饺子煮时的样子，开始饺子正在舒适服服的泡温泉，慢慢地，“温泉”中间起来一些水泡，水一缕缕的流下来，就像即将爆发的火山正在慢慢地流着岩浆。过了一会儿，水泡变大了，这时的火山马上就要爆发了，只见大水泡聚集在一起，发出一串串“咕嘟咕嘟”的声响，水流的更多了，仿佛火山正在爆发。这时，老师说：“现在浇凉水，要浇三次才能熟。”然后拿着凉水浇了上去，刚才的壮观景象，在一瞬间化为乌有。水又平静了。不过，没过多久，便再次沸腾起来了。老师在浇了三次水后，才盛出了饺子。煮饺子让我知道，凡事都不可能一次成功，都要经历艰苦的奋斗过程，饺子是经过三次凉水的冲击才熟的，年老的鹰是经过痛苦的脱胎换骨才获得新的生命，科学家的新发明是经过一次次枯燥的实验获得的，就连上帝，也是在困境中挣扎最艰苦的那个人。
