The woods arose in folds, like drapery of awakened mountains, stately with a depth of awe, and memory of the tempests. Autumn’s mellow hand was upon them, as they owned already, touched with gold and red and olive, and their joy towards the sun was less to a bridegroom than a father.

Yet before the floating impress of the woods could clear it self, suddenly the gladsome light leaped over hill and valley, casting amber, blue, and purple, and a tint of rich red rose; according to the scene they lit on, and the curtain flung around; yet all alike dispelling fear and the cloven hoof of darkness, all on the wings of hope advancing, and proclaiming, “God is here!” then life and joy sprang reassured from every crouching hollow; every flower, and bud and bird had a fluttering sense of them; and all the flashing of God’s gaze merged into soft beneficence.

So, perhaps, shall break upon us that eternal morning, when crag and chasm shall be no more, neither hill and valley, nor great unvintaged ocean; but all things shall arise, and shine in the light of the Father’s countenance, because itself is risen.

今天是一年一度的冬至，天虽然有点冷，但我还是很开心，因为快乐要举行包饺子大赛。

我匆匆地来到了快乐的课堂，赶快来到了自己的位置，不一会儿，杨老师就来了，发给了我们每人一个薄膜和三个面皮，杨老师开始教我们怎样包饺子。首先先把面皮放在左手上，然后右手用筷子夹了一点儿馅儿，放在面皮上，然后一对折，再一捏一捏，最后，在饺子的四边挤一挤，一个饺子就做好了，我和同学们也加快脚步，做了起来，我做了一个，可是非常丑陋，我想到了一个词语，“四不像”。我再看看别人的，有的像月亮，还带有花边，有的像圆圆的太阳，还有的像一朵美丽的花。我也不放弃继续做，一次、两次，经过三次以后，我终于做成功了！老师表扬了我，最后一步就是煮了，饺子终于成熟了，我吃着自己亲手做的饺子，心里美滋滋的。

通过这次包饺子的比赛，我明白了一个道理：做任何事，只要用心就一定能够完成。

我心里很开心，因为我学会了包饺子。

Every time when I run in the playground, I always set a target for myself,

老师给我们准备好了食材，接着老师给我们做了示范，我心想太简单了。于是我就开始包了，第一个饺子就出师不利，破了一个大洞，“这怎么办呀？老师”我着急的喊着，老师不慌不忙的回答道：“馅太多了！得去掉些！”于是，老师再次拿起饺子皮给我示范，只见她拿一张饺子皮放在左手上，右手用筷子夹起饺子馅放在皮上，然后把皮对折、捏紧。我认真的看完之后，就学着老师的样子，开始再包，谢天谢地！终于包好了一个饺子。

今天我不仅学会了包饺子，而且我知道了妈妈的辛苦。

今天我们上了劳技课，劳技课的老师教我们包饺子，她先介绍了饺子的特点又给我们讲了包饺子的步骤，然后我们都明白了怎么把饺子包好，然后给我们发面让我们自己做。

我先把它的粗细揉好再把它平均分成两份，我在把面粉撒在一份上，然后手上在抓点儿面粉把一份揉园再把它按两下按成了厚度和刚才劳技课老师讲的厚度大约一致，我双手拿着擀面杖，从一个角出发到饺子的中心，就这样我擀了一圈，把中心擀了擀，就这样一个饺子皮儿做好了。

我只剩下最后两个步骤了，我首先先把手的中心半握拳，把面皮儿放到手上少装一点馅儿，因为我的面皮儿小，装的太多会馅儿会出来，我又把饺子皮儿对折，把中心捏两下就这样一个饺子包好了，我另一个饺子也是按这个步骤包出来的，老师把我们的饺子收了煮了煮，然后一人三个吃完了。

这是一节多么有趣的劳技课呀！

一天，我放学回家，走到门口突然闻到一阵香喷喷的鸡蛋味。我走到厨房一看，果然是妈妈在炒鸡蛋。我问妈妈：“妈妈，我可以来炒一次吗？”妈妈马上说：“好呀！好呀！”

妈妈先让我切一些葱，放到碗里，再打一个鸡蛋在里面，然后用一双筷子把鸡蛋搅拌好，炒鸡蛋材料就准备好了。接下来就是要炒鸡蛋了。首先要打开煤气灶，我怕火烧到我的手，打一下马上就跑开了，火没打开。妈妈见了告诉我：“不要怕，火是往上面的，不会烧到手。”我听了妈妈的话，没那么害怕了，又试了几次，终于把火打开了。接下来在锅子里倒一些油，再把鸡蛋一点一点的放到锅里，加上一些盐，炒一炒装到盘子里就大功告成了。看着盘子里自己炒的香喷喷的金黄金黄鸡蛋，我非常开心。我让妈妈尝一尝好不好吃。只见妈妈吃了一口说：“真好吃。”妹妹跑过来吃了一口，说：“这鸡蛋怎么这么咸啊。”我也尝一口，果然很咸，顿时失望极了。妈妈看见了鼓励我说：“没事，多做几次就会了。”

这次炒鸡蛋让我明白，原来看似简单的事情，做起来也不容易啊！

我包的饺子各式各样，要不捏的像一只正在啼叫的大公鸡，要不像一头低头吃草的小牛，要不像正在悠闲散步的小猪……我包的饺子总是一放到水里煮，过不了多久就会散开，一看到别人的有模有样，不易散架的饺子，我就十分羡慕。

在和妈妈一起包饺子的时候，看见妈妈正坐在椅子上专心包饺子，专心得连看我都不看一眼，我想：我一定要趁着这个天大的好机会看看怎么包饺子。我偷偷瞄了一眼妈妈，才恍然大悟，心里想：原来是错在了这！

我包的饺子，主要错在了捏上。我前几步都是对的，但是最后一步我做错了，是要有规则的捏，不是像我这样东捏一下，西搓一下。我本以为这个动作能让饺子不易散架，但结果却是更容易让饺子散架。另外，我发现我包的馅实在是太多了，要少放一些，这样才不容易散架。

接着，我学着妈妈包饺子的方法，先将一张薄薄的皮平摊在桌上，用筷子夹一点馅，用水沾一沾，再对折裹起来，有规律的捏一捏，就做好了。

我做的饺子取得了进步，得到了家人的夸奖，我有很大的成就感，心里美滋滋的。

After a while, my elderly brothersuggested going to the park and having a rest.

"Thats a good idea." I said.Then we prepared for the outing. However, after

一天晚上，我上完画画课到家，正好赶上妈妈包饺子，我看见妈妈包的饺子像一个个白白的、圆鼓鼓的小元宝，太可爱啦！我便学着妈妈的样子包起来，我先拿了一个跟鹌鹑蛋一样大的小面团，在案板上摁了一下，变大了一点，接着用擀面杖擀了一下，比刚才更大，然后用勺子舀了一些馅儿，放在面片儿上，对角折了一下，把饺子从头到脚捏了一遍，可是，馅太少了。看上去瘪瘪的，软塌塌的，像个“病人”，而妈妈的饺子个个昂首挺胸，精神抖擞。

“怎么这么难看，不包了，不包了！”我抱怨着。

妈妈看了，鼓励我说：“宝贝，不要泄气，更不能着急，多练习几个，技巧慢慢就会了，跟着我一步一步来”听了妈妈的话，我静下心，跟着妈妈重新包起来，妈妈也拿了一个小面团摁了一下，又用擀面杖一擀，面皮就又圆又薄了，妈妈放了馅儿，又放了一只小虾仁，接着从头到尾捏了一遍，她调整了一下形状，包出了一个圆圆的小元宝。

我不再着急，一步一步地改进，在包第二和第三个时，饺子的样子好看了许多，终于在包第四个饺子时，我找到了放馅合适的量，手指也捏得刚好。看到自己包出来的饺子也是昂首挺胸，我兴奋地一蹦三尺高。

我越包越自信，还跟妈妈学习了一些花样饺子的包法，兔子、小熊、小狗形状的，妈妈说：“下次包饺子的时候，一块儿吧？”我点点头。

我明白了，做什么事情都不能着急，要认真地一步一步来做，才能越做越好。

今天上午，我爸爸出差回来，我作业也写完了，妈妈为了奖励我，便调了馅，我们家包饺子吃。唉!几年我们家都没有饺子了，今天一定要大包一次、大吃一顿。

我们三口围在餐桌旁，妈妈负责揉出一个个小面球，爸爸负责把小面球擀成饺子皮，我则负责包饺子。话说我的任务最重了，我可一定要加油呀!我先拿起一张饺子皮，;再摊开手，把饺子馅放在饺子皮中央;最后把饺子皮对折，小心翼翼的把两边捏紧，千万不能有缝隙，不然的话，饺子里的调料就会流进汤里，饺子吃起来就没有味道了。啊!包好了。真是“马到成功”啊。第一个饺子圆圆满满的包成了，象征着这一年我会圆圆满满的度过。我又包了一个带花边的小姑娘的头发的饺子，又报了一个平平整整的小男孩的头发的饺子，我分别用牙签把他们刻上了脸，两个灿烂的笑脸在锅里翻腾，煞是好看。下面就要包玩的饺子了，是什么呢?这个饺子有个与众不同之处，里面没有馅，反而有一枚干干静静的硬币!对了，谁要是吃着了这枚硬币，这一年就会像硬币一样光滑，光亮。我有包了很多饺子，把饺子下进了锅里，不一会儿，饺子就出锅了，吃着自己包的饺子，心里美滋滋的。

Hazy Weather

Recently，hazy weather has become commonin China. People wear masks to avoid

poisonous air. Emissionproduced from factories and cars is the main source. The

smog surely hasnegative effects on peoples health especially that of

thechildren and the elderly .But how to deal with it?

First， the government should perfect laws to punish those factories

thatignore the protection. And businessmen must pay more attention to

theenvironment instead of money. Second， green commuting and alow-carbon life

are supposed to be called for. Third，we should develop green and energy-saving

energy to lower theemission of haze.

If we work together，our environmentwill get better and better and haze

weather will disappear completely.

大年三十到了，我们全家要包饺子。我在过年的安排当中最喜欢包饺子了，因为过年饺子来源于“交子”，寓意着新旧两年交替的美好祝愿。

把饺子馅放进饺子皮中间二分之一的位置，然后把饺子皮放馅的那一面边缘抹一点水，方便饺子皮合拢。

饺子皮对折合拢后，要把饺子皮捏出褶子来，捏成元宝形，将包好的“小元宝”放到面板上，看上去喜气洋洋的。

饺子排放也是有习俗的哦，有人一圈圈的放，认为饺子能把新年的福气圈起来。

有人一排排的放，认为饺子能把新年的福气从四面八方引进来，都带有对新年的美好祝愿。

先把水烧开，然后把饺子一个一个倒进锅里，重要的是饺子不要粘锅，用漏勺把饺子推一推，放一点凉水，水烧开几个回合后，煮熟的饺子都浮在水面上，长成了一个个白白胖胖的“大元宝”了，看上去好想咬一口呀！

吃着香喷喷的饺子，仿佛在和远方的亲人团圆。那些在国外的小朋友，是不是也通过吃饺子来和自己的亲人团聚呢？
