许多同学的生活迷茫主要是因为没有了动力和方向。当生活没有了目标，会感到迷茫和空虚，所以大学生应该给自己设立一个目标，积极进取不要低沉堕落。还要认真思考生活，培养兴趣，多参加学校、社会中的活动，让自己的生活充实而有意义。
