先说厨房里的事。

基本上每天，我都要和爸爸交替做一件事——中午和晚上下班以后从楼上妈妈的公司的饮水机里接一瓶断电以后尚有余热的水回家，这一瓶水有一升。接回家干什么呢？用处可大了，冬天可以装热水袋，晚上可以倒出来洗脸脚，或者直接烧开放入保暖水瓶做为它用。或许有人会说：“这么麻烦，直接烧水不就行了吗？”为此爸爸让我再做了一个对比试验：舀一瓶同样多的冷水用电磁炉烧开（用最大一档），需用4分钟，而我们用接回来的水烧开只需一分钟。对比算个帐，用冷水烧开，用最大功率1800W，4分钟，耗电是0。12度：用接回来的热水烧开，同样功率，1分钟是0。03度电。帐一算就明白了，这多出来3倍的电能就会多出3倍的热能耗、多出3倍的碳排放呀！而且这样也避免了饮水机反复将水烧开，水质不好，对健康不利。

爸爸有一套独特的煮饭方法：电饭煲煮饭；上面是蒸格，里面常会蒸一、两盘菜；蒸笼盖子上面是牙刷毛巾，然后反扣一个盆子；盆子上面是一个盛了水的容器上再盖上一个盖子。由于在煮饭时会流失大量的热量，所以爸爸煮饭像搞杂技似的。这样饭煮好了，菜也熟了，毛巾、牙刷和盆子也消了毒，容器里的水也有一定热量就可以用来洗碗。这样电饭煲的热量就被充分地利用起来。在同一个时间段做了许多事，真是一举多得！

漱洗间里的事是洗衣服。

爸爸采用了两种科学的方法洗、晾衣服。一个是“分类洗”，一个是“分类晾”。洗衣服时会把衣服按内衣、外衣，杂物和深、浅分门别类，一类一类的依次做到一机多洗、一水多用，即省了水，又省了电，还省了洗衣粉。“分类晾”又是怎么回事呢？洗了衣服，一般都会用洗衣机把衣服甩干了再晾，而爸爸却将其中一部分衬衣、毛衣、帽子、化纤衣裤等，采取“直接晾干”。“直接晾干”就是把衣服挂上衣架先挂在卫生间的墙壁上，再在衣服下放个盆子接滴落下的水。其余剩下不便晾干的才用洗衣机甩干。这样做的结果就是本来需要甩两桶的，可能只甩一桶。“直接晾干”自然既省了电，也同时节省了水。同样的道理，节省了电就减少了碳排放。

在卫生间的事就更有趣了。

我和爸爸洗澡的时候，我们都会将涂抹在身上的沐浴液有意洒落在蹲厕的台面上，待擦完身子再用洗厕用的刷子刷一刷地面，而冲淋的水则全接在身下的盆子里，我们澡洗完了，顺便用水一冲，整个卫生间就洁净如洗了。

在我们家平时冲厕所的水基本都是用积放在一个桶里的洗衣服的水、洗菜的水、洗脸的水，很少用自来水冲厕所。爸爸告诉我，水是需要用电抽取和净化的，而且水资源本身也很宝贵。

我们一家三口没有特殊情况一般都乘公交车。在阳光明媚和秋高气爽的日子里，我和爸爸还会骑自行车。乘公交车就能减少汽车尾气排放，是直接的节能减排、低碳。而骑自行车呢？当然是碳的零排放了。

从2009年起每年一次的世界“关灯一小时”活动，我们全家都积极参与其中，到这一天的这一时刻，爸爸、妈妈都会陪我一起逛街、逛书店和观察参与这一活动的商家、住户，也是乐在其中。

要说我们家的节能减排，低碳生活还有“一张纸的游记”、“回归大地的沃土”、“变废为宝”好多好多……

我们的总理温家宝爷爷曾经说过，我们中国有十三亿人，一件非常大的事情除以十三亿，就会变得很小很小，。一件看似很小的事情乘以十三亿，就会变得很大很大。如果全国每一个家庭都像我们家这样从一点一滴做起，从我做起，那么节能减排、低碳生活、给地球降温、阻挡全球变暖不就是一件很容易的事了吗？

沙沙沙，风扫落叶，沙场秋点兵。

一身身的迷彩装秋日的篮球场上书写着青春的生机与活力。

训练场上，口号一声高过一声，大家都在竭力抒发对军旅生活的向往并释放满腔热情。

虽说已是秋天，但热辣的阳光未见丝毫收敛，队员们的头上渗出点点汗珠，背上也隐隐感受到汗珠的滚落。

训练虽说有点辛苦，但也不乏乐趣，踢步时，有人同手同脚的搞笑动作让人忍俊不禁。

休息时间更是精彩不断，原本严厉的教官也会一改严肃的面孔和大家嬉笑逗趣。各方队之间拉歌时也是乐趣横生，大家都用幽默的语言来让对方的连队唱歌。唱军歌更是一种享受了，当我们竭力地吼出军歌时也感受到一种豪迈的军情，当唱到“紧握手中枪，怒火燃胸膛，冲啊，杀，杀杀杀!“时，也可以让身处“刀枪入库，马放南山”的和平时代的我们也感受到战争时代人们的激情与杀敌为国的雄心。

结束一天的训练，我们也不会因此而空闲，因为晚上有更加细致的工作要做，那就是整理内务，当亲眼目睹被子白教官叠成豆腐块时也不由地惊叹教官的手巧，更由衷感受到人民子弟兵方正的为人。

军训生活就是这样，苦中作乐，苦中有乐，乐中有感。

惊羡花的艳丽，不懂芽的汗水

年少的我对一切都充满了好奇心，花样年华的我们那种充满了各色的梦想。尽管那些梦想像泡泡一样不真实，但它们的确很美。

因为有了这个前提，在踏入大学校门的那一刻，这里的一切都像磁石吸引着我，看着美丽的校园，心中又重复了那美丽的梦想。那是心灵的最深处，那是一块圣地。

在大学生活开始之前，军训是必经之路。终于穿上了帅气的迷彩服。我一直羡慕电视上看到的英姿飒爽的女兵穿着帅气的迷彩服迈着整齐划一的步子。现在终于能穿上了。穿上之后，我才知道，原来那正义划一的步伐，那英姿飒爽的身影非一朝一夕而成。正如冰心所讲：每人都惊羡成功的花的艳丽，但不知道它的芽儿浸透着多少汗水。

顶着炎炎烈日，一动不动站在哪儿保持军姿，汗珠顺着脸颊流下，浸湿在衣角。双手不能擦，脚后跟酸痛，脚不能挪，我好想哭。教官苛刻的要求让我觉得绝望，但休息的时候同学的安慰，教官的笑话又让我觉得之神在春日温暖的阳光中，尽管同学们互不了解，教官与我又互不相识。

军训的还未结束，我们还将付出更多的努力、更多的汗水，但我们不怕，因为我们正年轻，因为我们满怀梦想，因为我们充满活力!

大学生活即将开始，新的乐章即将奏起，新的篇章即将编写。旭日已经升起，起跑线已经刷新，我们又迎着新的太阳，向新的未来奔去。

Life needs positive energy. A person’s life is a road with lots of difficulties and various negative emotions.

This years summer vacation was most enjoyable. I spent fifteen days helping my grandparents doing farm work in the countryside， where I saw mountains fields covered with green plants. Sometimes I went swimming in the river to the west of the village， the water in which was quite clear.

I kept a diary every day. Besides doing farm work， I help the children in the neighborhood with their lessons. All of them showed interest in English. They could read write wellthey could hardly understand simple English. So every day in the morning I spent about two hours helping them improve their listening spoken English. The vacation, I and my mother, father and uncle went to my hometown, beautiful yongping county, Dali prefecture. Where there is water, mountains, can be beautiful!

How to adapt youself to college life

There are obvious differences between high school life and college life. First,college students will live in the dormitory with classmates who come from various places, and who may have different living habits. Second,college teachers ,instead of explaning in detail how to solve every problem, might only tell different approaches to the problem, and leave students to study and solve problems independently. Finally, in college,there is more free time for students to spend on.

However how should the college freshman adapt himself to these differeces. First of all, he should learn to be tolerant and consider more for others,which is necessary for group living. 其实大学知识要求并没有高中深刻，我不相信一个经历过高考的人拿不下课程的基本要求。大学知识的一个显著特点是强调一个广度，要我们对知识网络的每一个结点都有所了解。只要我们平常认真通读一遍教材，独立完成作业，有一定自己思考，课程考试应该是高分。思维是最美丽的花朵，每一门课程都是我们锻炼思维能力的重要经历，偷懒就是放弃了机会，放弃了提高自己，选择了落后于人。

努力提高自己的实践动手能力，珍惜课程实验和实习。平心而论，我个人在这方面能力欠缺，因为我中学阶段都是非常重视理论和考试的，尽管是实验内容，老师也只是告诉我们步骤 ，怎么在考试中得分，所以我的实验素养很差。进入大学，实验能力提高到重要位置，条件也大为改善，但是基础的薄弱也造成我在实验课上不如意。然而我每次也都尽力地参与了实验，努力地完成，并尽可能地思考，三年的培养，虽然依然水平不高，但还是较之来时有进步的。

谈一下大学里应该学好了两门知识。英语的重要性已是有目共睹，只有掌握一门外语才能在地球村里游刃有余，同时也是新时代知识分子的一项基本技能。从现实的角度讲，学好英语会让你在激烈的职场竞争中独具魅力，当然也会有优越单位的垂青。所以我建议只要有时间就去冲刺英语，最低要求要过全国四级。我下面讲一下自己的经历，其实我开始学英语也是有逃避的念头，感觉乏味，然而我知道在收获的路上注定是艰辛的，大一下学期我每天6点30起床，在图书馆后面读英语、听广播，听磁带，有时候难以集中精力，我还是强迫自己坚持，往往在坚持中会找到感觉，抓住那每天哪怕十分钟的有状态时刻，也驱使自己每天都有进步。

计算机的实用性和重要性我不再说了，自己的起点也比较低，但是大学里逐步学习中，越来越越发现它的魅力。计算机应用能力也是我们时代的基本素质，掌握更多的电脑知识也是提高自身价值的重要筹码。大学阶段，我认为首先要通过计算机二级，它毕竟是你水平的一个凭证，是你的招牌，尽管也许没有它，你也可能是一个计算机高手。证书是帮你跨门槛，能力会让你在工作魅力倍增。其实，二级前我一直没有勇气去钻研仔细喜欢电脑世界，总感到不过二级好没有面子(呵呵，我的朋友都是更高级的哦)。现在我没有了那个包袱，兴趣也来了，可以学自己喜欢、自己需要的知识。我专业学习一有空闲就看系统、常用软件、硬件知识，尽管水平不高，正如我前面所提到的，我可以不精，我追求懂。
