In other words, I must find time to study, too. So I divided my time between work and play during the summer vacation and derived much benefit from this arrangement.

I spent this summer vacation in quite a different way. I used to run about every day in previous summer vacations, but this summer vacation I simply could not afford to do so. I would soon be in the last year of my high-school education and would after graduation be up against the college entrance examinations. Though those examinations were still a year away, I had to start early to make myself well prepared by reviewing all those things I had learned at school and this summer vacation was the ideal time for me to do this. At first I was rather dismayed at the thought of this, but later I thought it was better this way because by working hard this summer I could count on endless happy summers to come. With this in mind I then set to work like anything and only occasionally went out for a change or did some physical. I was not at all bored by this kind of life, for I was sustained by a hope.

The summer vacation had come round again. I was happy that I could forget about school at least for a while. Lest I fool around all through this summer vacation, I made a plan as to how to spend it. First, I thought I should go over all those things my teachers taught in the previous term so that I could have a better understanding of them. Then I thought I should take up some forms of exercise, such as walking, running and rowing, to keep me physically strong. 大学生接受国防教育，参加军事训练，学习军事科学知识，是法定的公民义务。我国现行的《中华人民共和国兵役法》第43条规定：“高等院校的学生在就学期间，必须接受军事训练”。我国新颁布的《中华人民共和国国防教育法》第15条规定：“高等学校，高级中学和相当于高级中学的学校应当将课堂教学与军事训练相结合，对学生进行国防教育。” 这些规定从法律的高度明确了高等学校学生在就读期间接受军事训练，学习军事科学知识的责任和义务。国家兴亡，匹夫有责，自觉接受军事训练，努力学好军事科学知识，正是青年学生履行保卫祖国的神圣义务的具体行动。大学生应自觉地承担起这一光荣的职责。

大学生军训也是培养人才素质的重要措施。

当代大学生，尤其是独生子女、来自大城市的同学，或多或少都有诸如：以自我为中心，缺乏吃苦耐劳的意志品质等这样那样的缺点与不足，而这不仅妨碍了个人的成才，也不利于社会的发展。通过军事训练，着重提高学生的思想政治觉悟，激发爱国热情，发扬革命英雄主义和集体主义精神，增强国防观念和组织性、纪律性。掌握基本的军事知识和技能，为造就社会主义四化建设所需的各类人才，为把学生培养成为有理想有道德有纪律的社会主义新人打好基础。

军训的重要意义还在于它是加强国防建设的需要。国防观念是一个国家现代文明的标志之一。它不仅是保卫国家利益的思想基础，而且是增强民族向心力、凝聚力的强大精神力量。大学生接受国防教育，参加军事训练，学习军事科学知识，有利于提高全民国防意识，振奋民族精神，也有利于加强国防后备力量建设。大学生是我国人口文化构成中，科学文化素质较高的群体，抓好大学生军事教育与训练有利于国家重点储备一大批既掌握一定的军事科学理论和军事技能，又精通现代科学技术知识的专业人才和后备军官队伍。这对于国家在未来高技术战争中夺取反侵略战争的胜利，有着特殊重要的意义。

可见，为期十天的军训虽然短暂，但意义却是不小。在了解了军训对于个人乃至国家的重要意义后，你是否对我们面临的军训有了新的认识呢?那就让我们从现在开始就满怀信心，咬紧牙关，整装待发，开始新的征程吧!

今天吃完饭后，我坐在沙发上，对我的大学生活展开了无限的想象。

我，幻想到了我们的校园：东边是许多同学向往的游戏地方，几个阳光大男孩在操场是玩耍，你追我赶；西边是学校里生意葱茏的竹林，翠**流的绿色让人神清气爽，；南边是我们学校知识的地方，朗朗的读书声从教室里传来；北面是敞开的学校大门，上面“长”了许多“尖刺”，为的是不让小偷轻易进入。

我，幻想到了我们的校服：走廊上，千奇百怪的涂鸦映入眼帘。“还我**！”“为中华之崛起而读书”呀，原来这些都是爱国的好青年啊！“垫‘十里香’牌鞋垫，要脚不要脸。”“喝肾宝，长生不老。”哟，这些青年长大的梦想原来是做推销员哪！“偶滴肾哪！”“今天不是个好日子。”哎，这些青年正处在伤心的境界。“偶是阎王老子，偶最大！”“我住精神病院302室。”这这---让我叫他们是什么青年好呢？

哎呀！爸爸叫我一起上街，拜拜，下次见！

开学后的一个星期，我们大学在校园里开始了为期五天的军训生活。

到了基地，大门里面有一条小河，河中央有一座小桥，桥对面就是我们的男生宿舍，男生宿舍右边是食堂，食堂的右边是女生宿舍，女生宿舍的右下角就是澡堂，大门左边就是操场和主席台。我们共有11个中队，我在10中队，教官叫周利军，老师叫万老师。万老师先给我们分小组，共有七个小组，我是一小组的组长，组员共8名。

每天早上都有起床号，晚上有关灯号，平时还有集合号。早上只要响起了起床号，同学们就必须马上穿好衣服到操场上排队站好;晚上响了关灯号，所有的灯都会熄灭;如果平时响起了集合号，不管你在做什么，都必须马上到操场上集合站好。

5月6日早上，我们正睡得香，突然响起了起床号，男生宿舍像炸开了锅一样热闹。只见同学们一个个像猴子一样从床上蹦了起来，手忙脚乱地穿着衣服。和我们同一间寝室的周教官也在提醒大家快点穿好衣服和鞋子，到操场集合。我是我们中队第一个操场的，可是其他中队却有好多人已经到了。等人全部到齐之后，教官说：“回去由老师教同学们折被子，学会之后，让学生自己折被子、收拾宿舍。”我们回去学习折被子了，刚开始我们都折得不怎么好，经过我们反复的刻苦训练，终于可以达到老师的基本要求了。看着一个个方方正正的“豆腐块”同学们自豪地笑了。

我们还开展了许多有趣的活动呢!

我印象最深的是重走长征路活动。5月7日下午，教官吹起了集合号，一转眼的功夫，全校的同学都迅速到操场集合站好，没有一个人乱动，刻苦的训练总算没有白费呀!考官说：“同学们，今天下午我们要去重走长征路，同学们敢不敢走?”“敢!”，同学们响亮地答道。出发了，我们首先看见的是辽阔的田野，像绿色的海浪。我们被深深地吸引住了，不想走下去了，可我们是全基地第一方队，并且是排头，只好恋恋不舍地继续往前走。走着走着，看见了一群洁白如雪的鸭子正准备下河洗澡呢!一只长得壮的鸭子首先跳进清澈的河水里，接着好几只鸭子也连续不断地跟着跳下了河，这群“白雪公主”就在水里戏耍开了。我觉得真可爱。经过30分钟的急行，终于到达目的地。那是一片已经枯萎了的树林，它们正准备发出新嫩芽。我们就坐在草坪上休息了。原路返回基地，我累得几乎失去了知觉，心想，才走了这么一小段“长征路”就累成了这样，红军走长征真辛苦呀!

我们还自己包饺子，体验做家务的乐趣;我们玩沙艺建长城，领略建长城的辛苦。陶艺、看电影、联欢晚会、跳兔子舞等活动也十分有趣!

大学的军训生活，为我们未来四年的大学开了个好头。

Another deep impression of my university is her creativity and profundity. As is known to all, she has a wide range and comprehensive style. No wonder I can enjoy the multi-ceolored life here. Every school year a diversity of competitions and aetivities are held and a large number of students take active part in them. I do appreciate such a style, and in my minds eye, she resembles a tall tree silhouetting with all shapes of branches while stretching far into the blue sky.

Undoubtedly there is a world of difference between university and high school. University students are supposed to enjoy more freedom to develop themselves. However, Fudan seems more concerned about the efficient cooperation and teamwork among students as to prepare them for the competitive society. I believe upon graduation I will be equipped with abundant skills to face more unknown challenges.

After all, in my opinion, university is for more cultivated character, richer knowledge and greater abilities. Thats why I chose Fudan. She provides me with what Ive dreamed of.

Now all kinds of successes are in sight every day, and all I have to do is endeavor for a more beautiful future...

The earth is only home for human being, and it has now become scarred.

The earth, is to forgive a herd of negative WangYi guy, they are - human beings! Humans throw broken glass bottle at the beach, a few years later found the original waste, was water into color stones! Why? Why? Why? The earth so forgive mankind, human beings cannot pass the earth?

, earth is limited, so we cant think of it like infinite, humans, one day, these deposits are you out in one hundred million, at that time, you can regret in time?

地球，是人类目前唯一的家园，而它现在已经变得伤痕累累了。

地球，正在宽恕着一群负恩忘义的家伙，他们就是——人类!人类把碎玻璃瓶子扔在海边，几年后发现原先的废物，竟被海水冲刷成彩色的小石子!为什么为什么为什么?地球这么宽恕人类，人类却不能放过地球?

地球，是有限的，我们不可以把它想象成无限，人类，总有一天，这些亿万年的矿藏被你们挖完了，那时，你们后悔能来得及吗?

答案肯定：来不及。

从现在开始，或许还来得及。

你知道吗?在买东西时，我们总是不经意接过那一个塑料袋，而这个塑料袋扔在海里会被海龟误食，放在森林里，里面的油渣会吸引动物，烧掉会造成废气，埋在土里200年内不降解，你想过吗?不经意间，为了方便，你造成了什么!虽然它只有5毛钱，但它造成的污染远远不止5毛钱!

为了地球，也为了我们自己。出门时最好步行，骑自行车，坐公交车，总之就是把尾气排放减少到最低。还有，现在是夏天，空调最好不要低于24°,废纸、废金属塑料等要再生利用。洗脸、洗脚水还可以用来冲厕所。我们现在就在用电脑，只要把屏幕调暗一些，就可以节约电。节约一度电、一滴水是为了我们自己啊!

为了我们的所作所为，为了地球，也为了我们，从现在开始,种一棵树吧!

In my opinion, to protect environment, the government must take even more concrete measures. First, it should let people fully realize the importance of environmental protection through education. Second, much more efforts should be made to put the population planning policy into practice, because more people means more people means more pollution. Finally, those who destroy the environment intentionally should be severely punished. We should let them know that destroying environment means destroying mankind themselves.

一、活动背景：

当代社会越来越强调大学生的综合素质，国家教育、企业商界也越来越注重大学生的综合素质，而大学生最缺乏的就是社会实践、社会认识、社会经验。从素质教育的提出到具体的各项教育改革无不是为了响应这个号召。同时，基层社会也需外界关注的急切的愿望，为改变他们落后的面貌找到一条渠道。身为主体的大学生更应积极响应，从而为现代化建设作出应有的贡献。然而，环境形势依然严峻，水环境污染严重，九大湖泊和一些河流水质恶化趋势没有得到根本扭转，流经城市的河流普遍受到污染，一些地区饮用水安全问题日益突出。大气环境污染负荷明显加重，二氧化硫、烟尘、工业粉尘排放呈增长趋势，工业污染物排放总量控制和全*面达标排放任务艰巨，污染控制和治理难度进一步加大，所以，必须把环境保护摆在更加重要的战略位置。环境保护是全面建设小康社会的重要内容，是构建社会主义和谐社会的重要方面，是衡量发展质量和人民群众生活水平的重要标准，是造福当代、惠及子孙的事业，关系到我省现代化建设全局和长远发展。各地区各部门一定要深刻认识加强环境保护的重要意义，进一步增强紧迫感和使命感，以对国家、对民族、对子孙后代高度负责的精神，把环境保护摆在更加重要的战略位置，推进经济社会与环境全面、协调、可持续发展。 同时在政策的影响下，构建和谐社会，新农村新面貌。

二、活动目的：

1、让大学生了解社会、认识社会，特别是贫困地区的状况，并从中有所体会、领悟以增强大学生的使命感。同时也为了加强本社人员的相互沟通、理解，形成一种团结互助、上进的氛围。

2、通过对乡村环境问题的调查，切实反映一些农民的实际问题，锻炼学生调查问题的能力。

3、通过调查，发现当地*存在的实际问题，分析并做出解决方案。

4.宣传环保，让更多的人参与到环保的队伍中来。

5.弘扬国家政策。

三、活动意义：

让同学们更好的掌握专业知识，发扬爱国热情，积极为社会、人民服务，让同学们全方位的接触社会、了解社会，培养良好的社会适应能力，努力锻炼自己成为对社会有益、对人民有用的当代大学生。推动建立健全环境保护协调机制，深入开展环境保护宣传教育。提高企业主的使命感和责任感，唤醒人们保护环境的意识。让环保的思想深入每一个人的心中，从儿童教育开始。

七、活动的具体内容：

(一)活动地点的选择 程海不仅水产丰富奇特，风光也很优美。古人曾有诗云：“银海含山色，渔舟傍石峨;晚来最高处，相对发狂歌。”登舟畅游，但见水光潋滟，烟波浩渺;沿岸梯田青青，村舍柳暗花明，仿佛进入如诗如画之境。这里四季无霜，湖面水温17.6℃～27.5℃，北部海湾沙滩细软洁净，长达数里，可以戏水游泳，卧波纳闵，成为天然的冬泳和娱乐之地。程海西岸现有公路贯通南北，湖内可通航，车舟并行，交通十分方便。这个美丽富饶的聚宝盆，有待开发为重要的旅游度假胜地。

但是，程海水质东部污染较大，因有螺旋藻厂，程海周围主要种植水稻，甘蔗还有桂圆。鱼虾今年有减产，程海的治理破在眉睫。

(二)活动的具体内容

1、开展环保宣传以及生活医疗卫生宣传;

2、科学知识的宣传，举行有趣味的小活动;

3、适当地帮助当地百姓做力所能及的劳动与当地群众共同学习、共同交流;

4、适合当地经济发展和社会

发展的问卷调查,开展当地经济发展的课题研究，对当地环境情况进行调查，并做相对的调查问卷;

5、对当地居民、政府官员进行采访。

6、与当地中、小学生进行互动“一帮一”活动，与孩子们交谈，传授外面的知识及对所带物品的发放。

7、对当地工厂、企业进行采访，参观，并调查它对当地经济、环境造成的影响。 八、活动具体计划

第一阶段: 1月1日--------1月19日 前期准备工作阶段

1) 面向云南财经大学全校师生募捐书籍，购买学习用品作为礼物;政府及企业的赞助。

2) 落实住宿问题,协调活动日程安排。

3) 申请 “介绍信”等交接文书

4) 准备一定数量的宣传单、宣传海报

5) 准备一定质量的文艺节目

6) 服务队旗帜、横幅、衣服、帽子;照相机、数码摄像机;医药物质; 19日：早上八点由*云南财大出发,大概中午到达程海镇,安排住宿,在当地政府的安排下，熟悉环境，并组织一个见面交流会，听取当地政府部门的介绍。

20日: 在设兴仁村开展环保宣传以及生活医疗卫生宣传，科学知识的宣传并举行有趣味的小活动，成立环保志愿服务队，通过发传单形式对当地居民宣讲环保知识，增强其环保意识，

21日 ：进入星湖小学，进入课堂与同学交流互动，并进行问卷调查，发放学习用品，与孩子们交谈，传授外面的知识。

22日：上午于海腰随机访问当地居民，了解他们对环保的意识;下午与当地政府联系,了解政府对环保和扶贫的有关政策，了解当地的生态农村*的建设情况，以及当地基础经济设施的发展情况;。

23日：于程海镇开展对经济发展和社会发展的问卷调查并对当地环境情况进行实地参观考察，进行总结分析。

24日：进入由施普瑞承包的螺旋藻工厂及其他企业参观，对负责人进行采访，并调查它对当地经济、环境造成的影响。

1月25日 于程海镇活动后期宣传，表

演我们带去的文艺节目 ，总结多天来的成果，收整返校
