After reading the book, I find many shortages of my communication skills. I

used to lack of patience when I talk to others, even got mad at them. This was

impolite and might destroy relationships between my friends and me. Therefore I

would try my best to improve myself and be welcome.

My hometown has developed quickly and has changed a lot.people are living in a rich and high quality society,almost each person has a car,the transportation is convinient,meanwhile. more and more high buildings are being built which brings our hometown a new look. many wonderful places have been opened up that attracts many tourists.

Also,the people in my hometown are getting busier, everywhere you can see peoples footprints.

In recent years, my hometown has changed greatly, because of new road and railway has been built. Previously, my hometown was closed to the outside world. Several years ago, the government paid much money on changing the basic equipment of my hometown. Building new roads is the biggest project. It took about half a year to build the new road. After finish, people have more methods to make money. And we have more communication with other places, which is a good way to develop ourselves. About two years latter, the railway was built. After that, there have been more and more changes happened in my hometown. Now, my hometown has developed into a big and rich town. People live a happy life.

最近几年，由于建成新的公路和铁路，我的家乡发生了很大的变化。以前，我的家乡与外界隔绝。几年前，政府花了大量资金改变家乡的基本设备。新建公路是最大的工程。新建公路大约花了半年时间。公路建成后，人们找到了更多赚钱的方法。而且，我们可以与其他地方互通，这是我们发展自己的好方法。大约两年后，铁路修好了。从那以后，我的家乡发生了越来越多的变化。现在，我的家乡已经变成一个富裕的大城镇。人民过着幸福的生活。

今天是一个令人十分兴奋的日子，因为我要参加实验小学少先队综合实践活动。早早的我就起了床，动作飞快地做好了刷牙、洗脸和叠被子等工作。吃了早饭后，爸爸妈妈就带着我去九峰公园和同学们集合了。

到了九峰公园，我飞奔着去寻找自己的队伍，迅速换上衣服，戴上帽子，背好环保背包，手拿一根捡垃圾的棒夹，就像一个环保小卫士。活动正式开始前，徐艺萌妈妈告诉我们说，要拿着环保袋和宣传垃圾分类的宣传单，给在九峰公园的叔叔阿姨和爷爷奶奶进行介绍和宣传。明白任务后，我们像一群小鸟一样飞去找人宣传介绍。我对一位爷爷说：“老爷爷，我是黄岩实验小学三（10）班的环保小卫士，占用您的一些时间，向您介绍一下城市垃圾分类。城市生活垃圾按颜色分类，可回收物是蓝色。餐厨垃圾是灰色，有毒有害垃圾是红色，其他垃圾是橘红色。我重点向您介绍的是有害垃圾：包括废旧电池、旧灯泡、家化用品、水银温度计、过期药品等。”老爷爷听了连连点头。一会儿我们就把宣传纸向游人发完了。

接着我们就开始下一项捡垃圾。我们每个人拿一个垃圾夹和垃圾袋。我和张泽楷一起，我们仔仔细细地找垃圾，不放过一个角落。一面墙的角落里卡着一个空塑料水瓶，我用力想把它夹出来，可是费了很多力气都没能把它夹出。我就问爸爸怎么办，爸爸叫我换个角度试试，奇迹发生了！换了个角度再用力，这个水瓶子就乖乖的被我夹出来啦！

10点钟到了，徐艺萌妈妈大声说：“实验小学三（10）班的小卫士集合了！”我们在徐艺萌妈妈旁边站成一排，手中的垃圾夹在阳光的照耀下熠熠发光，就像战士们手中的钢枪！

活动最后，我们一起合影，并大声喊出我们的口号：”垃圾分类从我做起，和谐黄岩因你美丽！”我们又一起说：“愿大家都能做好垃圾分类，不乱扔垃圾，让我们一起努力，保护好我们身边的环境，为了大家都能拥有一个美好的环境贡献自己的一份力量！”

刚开学时，我校八年级一个学生出车祸，爷爷当场死亡。而她腿骨折，现在她还在医院里躺着呢。在她很小的时候，父亲就病故了，家里靠她妈妈一个人撑着，毫无经济来源。学校让我们伸出援救之手，给这个可怜的孩子捐款。

嘉妍是我们班个子长得最高的姑娘，她是我们班的班长，性格活泼开朗，热情大方。她有一颗善良的心，同学们都很佩服她。她二话不说就拿起刚发到手里的200元奖学金捐了款。

她就是一个天使，当别人需要帮助的时候，她伸出那双手，给了困难的人一丝温暖！

我还有一个朋友，她叫小丽，矮矮胖胖的，总是穿着一身宽大的衣服。

记得她12岁生日那天，邀请我与她一起过生日。她手里捏着她妈妈给的100元钱，拉着我去吃肯德基。当我们路过一个面包店的时候，看到店里有个衣服满是打着补丁的老奶奶，拖着一个麻袋，在和售货员争执着。

她的脚步随即停下来，向面包店走去。我拉不住她，只好无奈地跟着她走进了面包店。我看到老奶奶在和售货员拉扯着，售货员狠狠地对老奶奶说：“捡破烂的，这么点钱还想买蛋糕，你买得起吗？”老奶奶颤巍巍的说：“今天是我孙女的生日，我想给她买个蛋糕。”

听到这句话，小丽拿出100元，递给那位可怜的老奶奶，然后一把拉住我往外跑，跑得我气喘吁吁地才停下来。她对我说：“明年如果还能遇到老人，我一定还给她买蛋糕”。

多么朴实的语言，让我为之感动不已！爱心其实非常简单，只是一个小动作，却能给人带温暖和帮助！

爱心是汪洋的航标，指明了新生的希望。爱心是一泓沙漠里的泉水，使濒临绝境的人重新看到希望。

上个星期六，老师给我们布置了一项奇怪的作业。老师说：“从下个星期五晚上八点开始，每个人都要拿一个鸡蛋在身边，直到下节课上课，看看谁能保护好它的安全！老师的“护蛋军令状”一下发，我们就要执行任务。

我好不容易挺过了一天又一天，终于等到星期五晚上八点。我急忙打开冰箱，目光扫视着所有的鸡蛋，准备挑选一进行保护。最终，我的目光停留在一个既小巧玲珑、又光滑的鸡蛋上面，嗯，不错！就这个吧。我立刻把这个蛋拿出来，处处小心，生怕碰着我的“宝贝”。

晚上睡觉时，我开始实施“护蛋”计划。我将“宝贝”小心翼翼地放在枕边，忽然又一想，不行，头压着怎么办？对！放在床头柜上吧，再想想也不行，万一掉在地上怎么办？嗨，干脆抱着它比较安全。对！就这么办吧！然后就熄灯入睡了。但是这个觉睡的并不踏实，老是想着手握的鸡蛋。想着想着就进入了梦乡……好可怕，我将鸡蛋摔破了，我一下子被惊醒了。还好，我的“宝贝”平安无事。这一夜我就这么在忐忑不安中度过了。

早上，我带着黑眼圈来到了学校，小心翼翼地走进教室。哎呦妈呀，总算没出什么大乱子,鸡蛋完好无损。这时，我真的有一种长大成人的感觉。

这次，我从护蛋中真正体会到了在我的成长过程中，父母培育我花费了多少心血。他们也是每天小心翼翼地像护蛋一样呵护着我们，我们应该为父母着想，为父母做一些力所能及的事情，而且还要体谅他们，不要做只会撒娇的小太阳，小公主。

通过这次护蛋行动，使我明白了：要用百分之百的精力做好每一件事情。只有认真负责了，才能赢得大家的信任，才能取得最后的成功。
