春天到了小草发芽了，花儿开放了，到处生机勃勃。

过了一个星期，我们又来到了山上看我们种的树，有一颗却不知怎么枯死了，但是另外两颗树长的很茂盛。我们又给它浇水施肥，以后每过一段时间就去看我们的树，给它浇水施肥。

我先找来“行动”的工具——抹布和桶，往桶里倒了一些水。准备好后，我提着桶来到玻璃前，开始擦玻璃。

从哪儿开始擦呢？我回忆着妈妈擦玻璃的样子，从上往下仔细地擦着，生怕漏掉了一个地方。我用力地擦着玻璃，边擦边想：我一定要擦干净。可是，没过一会，我那瘦小的胳膊就开始发酸了。怎么办？不擦了吧，动画片还没有看完呢！不行！做事情要有始有终，不能半途而废！我又想到妈妈每天要做很多家务活，妈妈也很辛苦。想到这里，我打起精神继续擦玻璃。

第一次的等待或许会令人不安，激动，这种感觉就像是厨房里所有的调味瓶都在心中打翻了，味道怪怪的，说不清楚也道不明，但这种感觉在心中出现的次数多了，也就渐渐地把它当做自己机体的一部分，不再有第一次的那种奇怪新鲜的感觉了，换言之就是次数多了，也就感觉到麻木了。

只是等待会换来我们想要的结果吗？

不！

这等同于守株待兔，指望着天上会掉下一个大馅饼。但这世上可没有那么多的便宜事。想要获得一个你想要的东西，就必须要去争取过来，而先下手为强这才是最有效的方法。

为什么总是要等待呢？难道不能在等待的时候做些别的吗？

漫无边际的等待会令人在无形当中浪费很多时间，丧失掉很多原本属于自己的机会。我们应该用等待的精力去把握住这些机会，在适当的时候主动出击，占领通往成功的高地，而不是一味的空空地等待下去。行动有时会是等待的最佳方式。这就像在考试前的几分钟里，我们不要只听着时间的脚步滴答作响，而应该抽好自来水笔，看一眼三角板是否在那里，至少喝一口纯净水镇定心绪；也像洪水来临之前修筑大堤，而不是洪水来了再叠坝；也像为了用兵一时养兵千日一样。

用我们的行动去争取，争取与对手角逐的实力和战胜对手的机会，用我们的行动去验证，验证属于行动者成功的真谛。

等待不如行动，等待让我们失去了太多的机会，而时光不能倒流，失去的机会不会掉转它那硕大的头颅。与其在那里怨声载道，不如把等待化作行动，用行动去告诉每一个等待中的人们，要主动出击。

那是一个风和日丽的中午，我吃完午饭，便从食堂走出来。门口的小菜圃里，碧绿的小青菜得意地舒展着裙摆；黄橙橙的土豆奋力地往外钻着，露出了圆圆的大脑袋；边上种着的大葱，株株硕大圆润地挺立着腰板。我望着眼前喜人的小东西们，不觉露出了甜甜的微笑。

一节课上，我的前桌转过身来，见我没有认真听课，而是低着头在看什么。于是将一只玩具电动小甲虫悄悄地放到我的桌子上。当时我正在偷看课外书，突然感到手臂上有一个不明物体在爬动，吓得我差点跳起来，尖叫声吓倒了全班同学，而那个恶作剧者，居然在偷偷暗笑。

老师没收了课外书和甲虫，并惩罚了我。那时我非常气愤，一心想着怎么报仇，于是放学后到校门口买了几只塑料仿真蟑螂，在一次上课前偷偷放进了那个作弄过我的同学的铅笔盒里。
