这几天，老师让我们参加了一项活动，叫做“护蛋”行动，就是让每个同学自己动手制作一个属于自己的“蛋宝宝”。这件事听起来简单，但做起来很难。

我回到家，在冰箱里找了一个圆圆的鸡蛋，先上下各打了一个小洞，再吹出里面的蛋液，然后拿出彩笔，认真地画了起来。我把“蛋宝宝”画成了一个小学生，带着红领巾，背着书包。她笑眯眯的，好像在对我说：“妈妈，我要上学去了。”我把她装到了一个小铁盒子里，小心翼翼地放在书包里，生怕压碎她。

第二天，来到班里，我发现同学们的“蛋宝宝”是各式各样：有的是刚出生的小宝宝，有的是小学生，有的是小动物的模样……我每天带着“蛋宝宝”上下学，时时刻刻惦记着、呵护着她，生怕她出什么意外。每天一回到家我就迫不及待地从书包里拿出“蛋宝宝”，仔细的观察她有没有破裂的地方。这个过程虽然很难，但我非常开心。

我照顾“蛋宝宝”，不就像往常妈妈那样疼爱我，细心照料我吗？我爱妈妈，长大以后，我一定要像妈妈照顾我一样照顾她。

本学期，我将结合学校工作计划和学校教学工作计划的要求，规范常规教学，提高教学质量，努力形成自己的教学特色。

一、总体思路

以努力提高教学质量为目标，以抓好教学常规工作，提高英语合格率为重点，采用任务型教学法，注重“学困生”的教育补差工作，形成良好的教学风气。

二、学生情况分析

经过一学期的学习，从上期期末成绩来看，七年级两个班的英语成绩比较理想。平均分82分。大部分学生学习目的明确，态度端正，掌握了英语学习的一些基本方法，能够积极主动认真地学习，学习成绩较好。但还有少部分学生没有明确的学习目的，缺少学习的热情和主动性，自觉性较差，相应的学习习惯也差，加上两极分化十分严重。

三、教材分析

《Goforit》七年级下册共14个单元，包括2个复习单元。全书采用任务型语言教学模式，融汇话题、交际功能和语言结构，形成了一套循序渐进的生活化的学习程序。每个单元都列出明确的语言目标，主要的功能项目与语法结构，需要掌握的基本词汇，并分为A、B两部分。A部分是基本的语言内容，B部分是知识的扩展和综合的语言运用。每个单元还有selfcheck部分，供学生自我检测本单元所学的语言知识。它采用“语言的输入---学生的消化吸收---学生的语言输出”为主线编排的。

四、教学目标

掌握本册书上的重点词汇、词组以及句型。通过本学期的学习，培养学生对英语的学习兴趣，形成有效的学习策略，有效提高学习效率，发展双基能力;培养听、说、读、写的能力，使学生初步获得运用英语的能力，达到语言运用能力的迁移和拓展;通过了解世界，了解不同地区的人文风俗，学会理解和尊重异国文化，并使学生在人际交往中学会尊重和理解别人，能在小组活动中积极与他人合作，相互帮助，共同完成学习任务，尽情享受学习的乐趣。

五、教学措施

1、加强词汇教学，包括单词拼写、词义记忆，语言功能的训练。

词汇是文章、句子的基本单位，词汇量的大小，将直接关系到学生能否流利地运用英语进行交际;能否熟练地用英语读和写;能否顺利地用英语思考。从上学期的期末考试所反映的问题看，在今后的教学中，在加强拼读与拼写的同时，应帮助学生进行有意识记，应加强对词的用法及内在含义的理解，要培养学生用英语解释单词的能力，逐步启发引导学生用英语思考。单词教学一定要做到词不离句，这样，学生在学会了单词的同时，也学会了词的一些基本用法。

2、每天背诵课文中的对话，培养语感。

3、基本的语法教学一定要与语境相结合。

进行语法操练时，要坚持“四位一体”，即话题、语境、结构、功能相结合。抓住话题，联系语境，确定语法结构，明确语法功能(交际功能)。要重视语法知识对于培养语言运用功能的基础作用，又要注重改革教法。课堂上一定要有生动活泼的教学活动。

4、进一步培养阅读能力和写作能力。

阅读和写作能力的培养是英语教学的又一重点。阅读和写作能力的培养在于平时。教师在平时讲解阅读理解题时，应着力帮助学生分析语言材料，而不是核对答案;平常应该多写作文。

5、做好学困生转化和优秀生培养工作。

六、教研课题

《浅谈英语阅读能力的培养》

措施：用新的教学理念指导英语阅读教学，进一步改变教法和学法，培养学生对英语阅读的兴趣，提高学生的英语阅读能力，提高英语教学效果。

1、尝试通过各种形式的学习，例如复述课文、把课文改编成情景剧、阅读竞赛等活动，提高学生学习英语的兴趣，从而达到自主积累、综合运用英语的目的，并指导学生运用科学的方法记忆单词、阅读课文，取得事半功倍的效果。

2、通过信息技术与学科整合的手段，以课内为基础，增加课外阅读的量，指导学生借助信息手段和工具书理解文章基本内容的方法，提高学生的英语自学能力。

3、以复述课文、回答问题、判断正误、通过上下文线索猜词义为载体，培养学生的综合阅读技能，提高学生的英语阅读理解能力。

The traffic problem is one of themost serious problems in my hometown. Recently, more and more people have privatecar, but the roads are so narrow that we have to fight against the heavytraffic when we go out. Especially during the rush hours, cars and buses areunable to move. To make things worse, many people are killed in the trafficaccidents. How miserable it is!

When the national entrance examination is over, people always pay more

attention to those who are enrolled by colleges and universities. Those who

failed the examination are treated coldly. Being enrolled by colleges and

universities is, of course, worth congratulating. But giving the successful

candidates excessive praise and neglecting those who failed the examination

might send the wrong message: young people do not have a bright future unless

they go to college or university.

Teachers, parents and society, therefore, should give more attention to

students failing the examination. They are in more urgent need of understanding,

warmth and encouragement. We should tell them that to go to college is not the

only way to success, and that, if they make enough effort, they can still

上星期张老师跟我们说我们班这个星期会有个“护蛋行动”，所以星期一的时候我们全班每人都带了一个鸡蛋。

人差不多到齐的时候，张老师为了防止我们作弊，便给我们的蛋做了标记，一是一张带有自己的名字和编码的贴纸及张老师的一枚指纹，绝的是一半在贴纸上一半在蛋壳上。这招可是断了那些想投机取巧的念头。

有的人的命运可真悲催，不对，应该是人和蛋的命运真悲催。因为他们的蛋星期一就碎了，唉！真可怜！人的命运悲催是因为那五十分没了，蛋悲催是因为他的生命就这样没了！

接下来的几天都有人的蛋碎了。我就讲讲我们组破了的那几个蛋吧。我们组张俊豪的蛋是我们组第一个碎的。他的蛋是放在抽屉里的，然后他就出去做操了。做完操回来，他就发现他的蛋碎了。他说的蛋是被别人弄碎的，所以他很不甘心也很伤心。于是他那天就哭了好久，哭了好几节课。我们组第二个碎的是陈柯欣。她那个蛋本来是只有一个裂缝，结果后来又被她自己掰破了。最奇葩的是张露露的那个蛋。她的蛋是星期五碎的。星期五那天，赵祥睿叫张露露坐她腿上，结果张露露一屁股把赵祥瑞睿的蛋坐碎了。然后，数学课一上课，张露露又把自己的蛋压碎了。于是，我便猜想：张露露觉得自己把赵祥睿的蛋弄碎了，感觉自己良心过不去，于是把自己的蛋压碎了。

通过这次的“护蛋行动”，我明白了：爸爸妈妈把我们养这么大，很不容易，还保护了我们这么久，我们一定要好好感恩、感谢爸爸妈妈。虽然我只保护了这个蛋五天，但我对她却产生了深厚的感情。

老师给我们布置了一项特别有趣的作业，那就是“护蛋行动”规则是2个星期里保证鸡蛋不碎，胜利者可获得“护蛋达人”勋章一个。

我放学回到家，迫不及待地打开冰箱门，找到个身体胖胖的，头尖尖的，一身白色的蛋壳，漂亮极了！我小心翼翼地抱着宝贵的鸡蛋走进我的屋里，看着箱子里各色各样的礼物盒，有红色的，有白色的，有蓝色的……我找到了一个黄色，上面还有一个蝴蝶结，我放了点泡沫和棉花，把我的鸡蛋放进去。我想着给我的鸡蛋取个名，叫闪蛋吧不行，太随便了。我看着盒子里的鸡蛋，想到了，叫“铁蛋”吧！盒子里的鸡蛋也似乎的点头称赞名字好。

慢慢得的许多人因失误把鸡蛋弄碎了，最后我获得了胜利。可是因为那天我生病没来，所以我没领到奖。我去找老师要勋章，老师和我聊了许久，我才明白这次活动的道理。

我保护的鸡蛋只有14天，但父母从我出生照顾到现在，父爱如山，母爱如海，多么伟大啊！我以后也要帮助父母，分担父母的家务，我以后还要认真学习，来回报他们。

暑假模式终于开启了，我心里正盘算着怎么样使暑假过得悠闲自得。而这个时候，我们“海螺中队”的召集令来了：大家到万达广场宣传垃圾分类。这么有意义的事情，怎么可以少了我呢!

那天一早，我们班四十多位同学，差不多都来齐了，老师给我们分成了几个“特别行动小分队”，我们“小分队”有五个人组成。

有的小队在发垃圾分类知识宣传单，我们小队则一起去万达广场捡垃圾。这儿垃圾可真不少啊!可能是这儿人太多的缘故吧!我一会儿捡到塑料瓶，一会儿又捡到纸片，尤其是烟头特别多。这儿的垃圾各种各样、五花八门，真是什么样的都有呢!看来，我们得加油干了。

正捡着，只见一个叔叔把手上的烟头随手一扔，一转身，看见了正在捡垃圾的我们。叔叔一个怯笑，不由自主地又弯下腰把扔在地上的烟头捡了起来，扔到了不可回收的垃圾箱里，并朝我们竖了竖大拇指，说：“嗯!这么小的小孩都来捡垃圾了，真了不起!”

后来又有几个叔叔阿姨想把手里的垃圾随手扔在地上，看见我们在捡垃圾，都觉得不好意思，都多走了几步走向了垃圾箱。我本想用我们的行动改善一下广场的环境，没想到还影响了别人的行动。看着慢慢变干净的广场，一股自豪感油然而生。

在这次活动之后，不禁让我想起了主席说的那句“青山绿水就是金山银山”的话。觉得生态环境的整洁美丽对于当代的我们实在是太重要了!那就让我们行动起来，用行动改善坏境，用行动影响行动，大家一起努力，让天更蓝，水更清，让金华变得更漂亮吧!

放学时，老师布置了家庭作业，今天的家庭作业很特别，每个人都要带一个鸡蛋到学校去。我以为明天中午要吃鸡蛋，没想到是要保护鸡蛋。有的同学觉得很容易，有的同学觉得很难，还有的同学觉得很有趣，但是我知道，保护鸡蛋肯定不是一件简单的事。
