过了一个星期，我们又来到了山上看我们种的树，有一颗却不知怎么枯死了，但是另外两颗树长的很茂盛。我们又给它浇水施肥，以后每过一段时间就去看我们的树，给它浇水施肥。

今年我种了两棵树，明年要种十棵，以后每年我会种更多更多的树，让小树帮我为环境做很大的贡献。

Different people have different career outlooks. Some people want to become

civil servants; some people hope to start their own business; some people dream

of being freelancers, and so on.

However, my ideal job is teaching. Firstly, I’m told that teachers have a

high income. With the high income, I can open a training school to help the

children in poor families with their education. Secondly, teachers always have

summer and winter holidays, thus I will have more free time to relax myself.

More importantly, teachers are angels to students, who can pass on the knowledge

Someone said here Lei Feng comes in March and goes in April. I thought they were wrong. This afternoon the students of our class went to the bus stop to help the drivers clean the buses.

As soon as the bus stopped at the station, a group of students got on it. Some cleaned the windows, some swept the floor, and others cleaned the wall inside. We worked hard while talking and laughing. When we found some coins lying on the floor, we picked them up and gave them to the conductors or the drivers.They were very happy and said, "It is very nice of you."

Despite I’ve not in my childhood yet, I still prefer reading fairy-tale stories. The tales, which accompany with me in my old days, often make me think of some precious experience and sensation which only belong to children. This summer I’ve review this kind of tale, which was published in 1940. It’s the world-famous fairy-tale by the French author, Antoine de St-Exupery, The Little Prince.

As many other fairy-tales, the outline of The Little Prince is not very complex. ―I‖, the narrator of the story, is a pilot whose plane has something wrong and lands in the Sahara. In this occasion, the pilot makes the acquaintance of the little prince, a little boy from another planet, the Asteroid B612. The little prince has escaped from his tiny planet, because he has some quarrel with a rose, which grows on his planet. In that case he left his own planet and took an exploration at some neighbor asteroids.

On his all-alone journey, the little prince meets different kinds of people, which includes a king, a conceited man, a tippler, a businessman, a lamplighter and a geographer. From these people he gets a conclusion that the grown-ups are very odd. Following the instruction of the geographer, he descends in the Sahara, on the earth.

Traveling on the earth, the little prince, who sees a garden of five-thousand roses, is overcome with astonishment and sadness, as he considers his rose is unique in the universe before. At that time a fox appears. The fox, who tell the little prince about the meaning of the word ―tame‖, becomes his new friend. At the time to say farewell, the fox makes him know that his rose is unique because she is his rose and tamed by him. From that the little prince begins to treasure friendship and be responsible to his rose.

At the anniversary day of his descent of the earth, rejecting the pilot’s advice, he goes back to his own planet by bite of a snake. ―It’s too far. I can not carry this body with me. It’s too heavy.‖ he said. He tells his friend, the pilot, he must be responsible for his rose, so he has to go back. At the end the author doesn’t tell us the ending directly. Maybe it’s more significant for us to imagine, and for more, think over.

I often go to see my grandma and grandpa during winter vacation. They are both seventy years old and live in the country happily. I can do many interesting things there. Recently, I have been reading a book named Communication Arts. In this

book, the author Doctor Li introduces many methods to communicate with others

successfully and tells readers why everyone should be a polite person. My

favorite sentence in this book is “Everyone has potential, and everyone can

determine your own future by developing positive psychological, mastering

communication arts and showing your personality charm. In that way, you can have

a wonderful life!”

During whole sections, this book tells us human should live in a large

group, since people can’t solve all problems by their own. For that matter,

human beings should learn a series of manners to deal with any situation which

might happen wherever and whenever. After that, Doctor Li makes a point that

people need to realize how to resolve disagreements between friends, families or

colleagues. There always appears this kind of situation in social life, so it’s

important to understand how to settle it. Finally he teaches us that

communication techniques not only reflect in normal talk but also within body

languages.

In each part of the book, the author takes a large number of examples in

daily life to confirm his points. These examples in daily life are easy to

understand and accept.

After reading the book, I find many shortages of my communication skills. I

used to lack of patience when I talk to others, even got mad at them. This was

impolite and might destroy relationships between my friends and me. Therefore I

would try my best to improve myself and be welcome.

【素材解读】

出租车司机为了救突发哮喘病的患者赶时间而闯了红灯，这种行为是善举，是正能量的体现，是值得肯定的。受救助者应该怀着感恩的心感谢司机，而当司机怕被扣分罚款希望其写一个证明时，却遭到其拒绝，善举遇到了冷漠，这是人性的悲哀，更是社会的悲哀。如果每个人都持这种想法，这种态度，太多的“应该”就会催生更多的“不应该”，社会就会因此变得更加冰冷。

【运用示范】

爱心需要延续，而不是伤害。长沙“的哥”易艳辉，为让患病乘客尽早赶到医院，冒险闯了红灯。事后，“的哥”担心会被扣分、罚款，希望乘客给自己写一个证明，谁知其竞“翻脸不认人”，并称“‘的哥’本来就应该救人”。 “就算“的哥”应该救人，但“的哥”应该闯红灯吗？如果“的哥”也像他一样根据“应该”与“不应该”行事，那么也许他的病情就延误了。况且世上本没那么多“应该”，即便“应该”也应懂得感恩，这是文明，是素质，更是道德。只有这样，爱心才能得到延续，社会才能更加和谐、美好。

教材，我们错不起

众所周知，准确严谨是教材的生命。但近年来，教材出错的新闻屡见报端，比如：人教版高中历史教科书中的张作霖照片并非张本人，屈原、祖冲之的衣襟被指穿反，战国时期的孙膑坐上轮椅，荀子坐凳子读纸质书，韩愈的生卒年被搞错只活了1 5年……教材之误，不禁让人担忧其能否承担传知启智、教化育人的重任。

根据我国出版物质量管理的有关规定，包括教材在内的图书必须经过“三校一读”才能付印，经过如此严格的流程，教科书还是留下了这么多“遗憾”，有读者甚至调侃“无错不成书”。出版社把关者对疏漏“熟视无睹”，读者和媒体反倒成了“质检员”！

目前，随着教材出版发行体制改革的深化，以往由一家出版社垄断全国中小学教材市场的局面已被打破，教材的多元化趋势，让各地同类教材之间出现了竞争。竞争的法则从来都是优胜汰劣，漏洞百出的教材，显然不可能站稳市场、赢得读者。（选自《人民日报》有删节）

教材本是传播知识的主要载体，更是培育科学精神的平台，所有不符合科学精神的东西，都不应出现在教材里。对于已出现的错误，应及早澄清或解释，并在再版时改过来。这样既体现了对作者负责的态度，也避免人们对教材失去信心。

【运用示范】

态度决定一切。既然教材编写要经过“三校一读”才能付印，那么，为何还会出现这么多错误呢？显然，是不负责任、敷衍了事的做事态度导致漏洞百出。只有改变态度，用心做事，才能使问题得到根本解决。曾长期服务于中华书局的左舜生在回顾编辑经历时曾说：“一本书经过七次校对才付印……刊物的每篇文章至少要经过三个人过目，”即使抗战时期，他们对教科书， “检查甚严，抽查发现有不合规格者，即全部退厂复查”。前辈们在艰苦卓绝环境中能做到的，我们今天没有理由做不到。

“护蛋啦！护蛋啦！”今天是护蛋日，我带上两个蛋宝宝早早到了学校。要知道，昨晚我可是在这两个小蛋宝宝身上花了不少功夫呢！昨晚，我在冰箱里精心挑选了两个又大又白的蛋蛋，将一个蛋蛋涂上蓝色；另一个蛋蛋涂上黄色，并贴满钻石贴。好啦，我已经把蛋宝宝打扮好了。接着，我又找来一个小盒子，铺上两层报纸和一些毛线，把两个蛋宝宝小心地放进盒子里。呀，刚刚好！盒子里再也没法容下第三个蛋。两个蛋宝宝在盒子里安静地躺着，好像谁在自己的“床”上，显得十分小巧玲珑。嗯，防御工作做好了。还要干什么呢？哦，我忘记给蛋宝宝取名字了！我苦思冥想，终于想出来，我对黄色的“钻石蛋”说：“你闪闪发光，就叫你闪闪吧。”然后我又对蓝中带白的蛋宝宝说：“你长得像颗地球，就叫你小地球吧。”

今天的第一节和第二节课都是英语课，我都成功保护了两颗蛋宝宝，我很庆幸。可是在下课时，装着“小地球”和“闪闪”的盒子掉到了地上。妈呀！这可死定了！我极不情愿地打开盒子，不想看到悲惨的画面，不过让我惊喜的是：“闪闪”和“小地球”竟毫发无损，真是太高兴了！我庆幸我做的防御措施很好，不然“小地球”和“闪闪”就夭折了！我捧起蛋宝宝对它们说：“你们两个可真幸运啊！”为了更好的保护两颗蛋宝宝，我把他们分别放在我的左右裤兜里。

大课间到了，这时大家最紧张的时刻。大家既想玩，又要保护蛋宝宝，很多同学因为贪玩，一不小心，蛋宝宝就破碎了。我努力克制自己，不让自己去打篮球，好让“闪闪”和“小地球”安然度过大课间，于是就站在球场旁看同学们打篮球。

突然，不知从哪儿飞来一个篮球，直接命中我的右裤兜。要知道，“闪闪”正躺在我的右裤兜呢！它会不会我伸手一摸右裤兜，呀，真的！我手上全是蛋液，我的“闪闪”夭折了！55555我下意识的捂住左裤兜，赶紧离开了球场。我跑向洗手间，取了几张纸巾清理“闪闪”的“遗体”。突然“咔啦”一声，我的左裤兜碰到了门边。我感到左裤兜湿漉漉的。哦，不！“小地球”也！我的蛋宝宝呀！“蓝瘦”、“香菇”！我忍住不让眼泪流下来。以前，每次护蛋活动我都能把蛋宝宝成功带回家，而这次尽管我做好了保护措施，但还是几乎同时把两个蛋宝宝都报销了，真是欲哭无泪呀！我非常后悔和自责，为什么在大课间忘记带蛋宝宝的“床”了。放学后，看到一些同学还在展示他们的蛋宝宝，我的心都要碎了！“闪闪”和“小地球”的悲惨厄运像无数颗针扎在我的心上！

Wonderful life in winter holiday

From the sixteenth of January to the seventh of February is our Winter Holiday. I think everybody did a lot of things in the Winter Holiday. But I didn’t. Let you to listen to my story of Winter Holiday.

I spend a lot of time on the homework.. Every day in my Winter Holiday, I always got up late. then I listened to the tape, it was nine o’clock. then I ate breakfast and then I did my homework during the daytime! I’m not very slow but the homework was too heavy!

I’m unlucky on the playing too. I played firecracker but I hurt my finger with the fire. I ‘m careless to kindle the firecracker, so I’m very unlucky.

I still unlucky on my friend’s party. In the morning, I wanted to get up early but I woke up at 10:50. After ten minutes, the party would start! So I only eat a piece of bread then I go to my friend’s home! And I stay at his home for a long time when I came home. My mother and father were very angry and they scolded me!

I’m worried and feel unlucky on my weigh. Last term, I was 48 kilogram but now I am 51 kilogram! I must to do banting!

But most important, I have gone to Shanghai Ocean Aquarium, I want to go there very much because I want to see the horse, the monkey……in the sea. Now I’ve done it . It is a bright dot in my Winter Holiday.

Whenever I remember my grade school days, I tend to be wistful over. Though no more are those days, I will never forget now wonderful they were. I was efree in my school days and all the year round I lived happily. I was not a hardworking pupil. Every day I directed my attention not to study but to how to out to how to cut classes and class leader as I was. I did not act like one; instead, I even encouraged others to cut classes, too. of course. I was caught out and severely punished. Often in preparing for a test we pupils would work together to devise ways of cheating in the test room. Though I was poor at cheating in any test. I never gave up but would again and again, hoping t way I would get high marks. With the passage of time I have gradually cast off those bad habits I once had always feel embarrassed each time I think of my foolish behavior in 1the past, I owe what I am to all my teachers. My hometown used to be a backwardplace, because it was deep in the mountains, where there were no nice buildingsand the roads were so narrow and dirty. People lived a poor life.
